Fantastic experience: This was my first cleaning with Amy as my Dental Hygienist. Amy and I had a brief conversation before she started and it was no time and she was done. Amy put me at ease and I felt comfortable with her cleaning my teeth. I have hab many of cleanings and she made it relaxing. Thanks Amy and keep up the good work.

Negative experience: We had an xray done on Tuesday and we're told they would contact us after the dr looked at xray and we have not heard anything from them. Meanwhile my son is still in pain.

Negative experience: I haven’t been to this office in years. Ive been under the care of other dental professionals and wanted to get back to a local service I can trust. I made an appointment and unfortunately had influenza A at the time. I called the office to explain and flawlessly was rescheduled. I arrived at the office today and was asked to fill out paperwork (which I knew was going to happen and subsequently showed up at 3:30pm for a 4:00pm appointment). At 4:30pm I left the office with no service rendered. More importantly I was disappointed that the front office staff, who were likely aware the staff members were running behind schedule, had no common courtesy to inform me they while I sat waiting. I also took off work early…which means I missed pay as an hourly employee. Furthermore when I told the front desk that I had to leave, the front desks girl’s response was “okay.” As if she didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this office if you are looking for someone respectful of your time or generally courteous enough to explain the delay.

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient for decades and all is good. Great staff as well! Now that I have implants Dr. Beard has fixed any repairs needed to my prosthetics as required. Immensely grateful of his expertise. Continued support for the implants is greatly appreciated! The new, lower prosthetic lost the bonded in receivers. Have it all fixed now! Very happy Since receiving my implants had not had any issues with the upper prosthetic. Had a locator became unbounded. Was able to have it rebonded in place. Like hew again.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with Beard and Holmes. I had a chipped tooth that was causing me great pain from a sharp surface. I called the dentist and in 15 minutes I was in the office. Dr. graham drilled away the sharp part and we set an appointment to get a crown in a week! The staff were so friendly and even sang "happy birthday" to me! I'd give this office an A+ for service and friendliness!

Fantastic experience: Ellen, Dr Beard's sister clean my teeth and she did an excellent job and she took the x-ray of my mouth first...so that I could be checked out for any problems that there might be. Dr Holman saw there was a future possibility problem to be observed first to see what the problem looks like in 6 months. So they are very thorough and I would if I was you try them out and see if you like them as well as I do. I'm glad they're not gun hole on drilling and pulling teeth if it's not necessary.
