Also Dr Tyer has beena wonderful addition to this office. He has helped me greatly in getting the most out of all. cleanings, fillings and proactive self cleaning and maintenance.

Fantastic experience: On the 16 th of October I went to my first dentist ever that listened to what I wanted to have done to my mouth not what the dentist wanted to do and we came to a great compromise and made a plan that I am very happy with my decision. I will recommend everybody go to see Dr. Stephen Tyer nicest Dentist and listen to me and answered all my questions. Then on November 5, 2024 I started my dental work on my teeth then I went bat today Nov. 25, 2024 to do one more procedure to get ready to get my imprint made for my new partial next week noe everything is falling into place with all the unwanted Metal out of my mouth as well as I go back again next week to have my mouth x-rayed for my new partials can’t wait to have my new smile by Christmas. I’m so pleased with The Hopper Family Dentist office and can’t wait to smile again. Thank you to Dr. Stephen Tyer . Today November 16,2025 still happy with my Dentist but unfortunately today was just an adjustment with my new teeth and my insurance doesn’t cover the practice anymore but I will never forget this new smile was given to me by this office for if I could never forget all the truly great experience with them and how I got my smile back. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Tyer Family Dentistry (formerly Hooper Family Dentistry) since they first opened this location at the entry of my neighborhood, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Over the years, they have earned my trust completely. The office is always clean and welcoming, and every person there is kind, courteous, and professional. It never feels rushed. They take time to explain, answer questions, and make sure you are comfortable. It is rare to find a place that feels both top-notch and genuinely caring, but that is exactly what this team delivers. I am grateful to have such a wonderful dentist office so close to home. Five stars all the way.

Positive experience: Dental care at Tyer Family Dentistry is exceptional. I am disappointed that since the name of the business has been changed from Hooper Family Dentistry to Tyer Family Dentistry in the middle of the year, these are no longer Preferred Providers for my dental insurance plan. No letter of notification was sent out. I am unable to change dental insurance until open season that will not go in effect until next year.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit that I was a scary cat, but the dental assistant had a great bedside manner. Even though I’ve had some, please hurry up and get done with the numbing experiences. Dr Hooper did a master class in numbing, I actually hardly felt it. Bravo!!!

The root canal specialist can’t see me until November 24th, but yall are checking Longview and Texarkana for openings. Thanks for the extra help in finding an opening!

Dr. Hooper cares about his patients not about how much money he can make from offering services for treatments! Mrs. Debbie is so helpful and works diligently to get appointments rescheduled as needed! Mandy is the most fantastic hygienist in the whole world! She takes her time, talks you through everything she’s doing, and has such a wonderful personality! I highly recommend this office if you are looking for great dental care!
