Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about this place!! Truly great experience!! The staff was so friendly and professional. The office is no nice and elegant. After trying a different dental spot the day before they told me I needed a tooth extraction. Dr. Williams was so helpful and informative about saving my tooth!! Patti made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and Dr. Ma came in and worked his magic. Truly grateful for this experience.

Fantastic experience: I took my 1½-year-old daughter for her very first dental visit, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, and very welcoming. The staff was amazing, kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my daughter felt comfortable the entire visit. The service was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Stay away! I went for a routine cleaning (no X-rays) and I go to pay and they tell me my bill is over $256 for a cleaning. Asked the receptionist why the price is so high said it is for the cleaning and exam. I asked why am I getting charged for an exam when I just had a cleaning. She said the dentist takes a look at your teeth to see if the cleaning was good and if there are any possible issues. I said I didn’t need an exam. I have been to dentists in other major cities and here in Houston and have never been billed a separate charge for the dentist to inspect my teeth after a routine cleaning. Also the hygienist scraped my gums with a device causing pain because she couldn’t grip the device properly and also made me choke on the water and wet my shirt because she doesn’t know how to suction properly. I won’t be coming back to this place as they are charging you for services that shouldn’t be billed and the dental hygienist need some more training. Update 1/26/2026 I found another dentist here in Houston went in for a cleaning and they didn’t charge anything extra for a so called “exam”. The price that was told on the phone for a cleaning was the price no additional charge and it didn’t even come close to $256 this place charges. Also the hygienist didn’t cut me or make me choke on my saliva

Fantastic experience: Came in starting December of 2025 and have received nothing but great care from the phone calls, receptions, and the dental workers. They are very kind and take your opinions into great consideration. I went with this place because of the monthly $8 subscription they have and it lowers your copay by a lot. Almost by half in most cases if you have no insurance.

Fantastic experience: From someone with a lot of dental anxiety coming here has been a night and day difference from my previous dental experiences. Everyone is so patient and understanding of my anxiety and they talk me through everything. I even make all my friends and husband come here

Gabby at the front desk is amazing, she always takes the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, answers all of my questions, and helps me understand my dental plan so I know exactly what to expect. She makes everything so easy and stress-free. Dr. Williams has been equally wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done, why it’s important, and how I can better care for my teeth moving forward. I really appreciate how she educates me on prevention and offers practical advice on improving my dental hygiene. She is kind, patient, and very understanding, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Williams and her entire team truly go above and beyond, and I always feel confident and well cared for when I’m here. I highly recommend Eado Family Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care and an outstanding team

Negative experience: My boyfriend and I went a few months ago. I was interested in Invisalign. After my cleaning, the doctor came in. He did not walk around to the front of my chair to see who he was speaking with. He did not greet me. He did not say hello. He did not introduce himself even as a first time patient. I guess he just walked in & sat almost behind me (I never saw his face until I did almost a 180° spin to see who was talking to me.) He literally spoke to the back side of my face the entire 2 minutes. Bedside manner is big for me so I wouldn’t dare trust him to perform a medical service on me. His aura was very off-putting. Wanted to give it another shot so my bf went back a 2nd time, and ONCE AGAIN, the doctor is just not friendly with us. All other staff is friendly but I will cancel the plan we signed up for and find a more friendly doctor who has basic human manners, who I feel I could trust, and who we can spend money with. We have not been back since.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough positive things about this office. They worked with my scheduling and rescheduling in order to get me in for my cleaning. Laura worked on my teeth and paid so much attention to detail! While still being gentle! It’s like she was prepping my teeth to be examined by an auditor and had to ensure that every tooth sparkled! It was amazing! And then Dr. Williams came in and this positive energy filled the room! She has to be the kindest person I’ve ever met. She was also extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing. She knows how to make sure her patients feel good and communicates everything. She explained the next steps and I was on my way with a clean and huge smile on my face. This office is a new style of dentistry and I’m for it. Also, don’t forget to check the awesome paintings by local artists throughout the office. Such a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Nice facility. They are so innovative because they give out lip balm. Now you know all that lip stretching can be drying. It’s the absolute best. Don’t forget about the TV’s and each room. The place is a vibe nice music playing in the background.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist each time I come! Friendly staff and no long wait time. Quick and easy check in and they talk about the best recommendations down with teeth. Cleaning are always never long and very welcoming to make the dentist a non scary place to come too! They also provide shows to watch while having a cleaning to distract from the work being on done.

Negative experience: $800 out of pocket to fix the damage done by Eado Family Dental because of “loose” fillings done 2 weeks ago. Fillings have to be completely redone by another dentist. This dentist rushes and I’m paying for it now. Picture of quote provided by new dentist below.

I have TMJ bad so they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Making sure I didn’t need to take a break. Felt comfortable the whole time. Will be returning for my filling!!

Fantastic experience: Had to find a new dentistry because my last one mediocre at best (Heights Modern Dental - would not recommend but anyways not here to talk about them) EaDo dental were very nice over the phone from the moment I called to inquire about an appointment. They booked me a lil further out than I’d hoped for but I accepted because of all the amazing reviews. They called me to book an earlier date of today so from April to march, almost 3 weeks earlier made me happy and relieved because I know I needed a cleaning. They care about their customers and it shows. Ms. Cindy did my dental check up and cleaning and what not and was very sweet and caring with my mouth/teeth. I’ve never had a cleaning where I felt so comfortable and at ease simply the best. John was the main dentist who came in and talked with me about some possible plans for my teeth and was super informative, made me feel like I could trust him and he wasn’t just after money in his pocket. Overall this dental place was amazing and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my teeth Oh and plus side! They let you watch tv while all of the work is going down. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Her cleaning procedure was thorough well organized and efficient. She answered all my questions. The doctor was extremely thorough in examining my teeth. He made recommendations Regarding replacing the filling and discovered a cavity which will be planned for in the future to be treated. Overall a very pleasant and efficient experience.
