Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Dapper Dental. They were recommended by a co worker. I rarely leave reviews and I have had my fair share of Dental offices as I’ve lived in different states. This was the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone was kind and helpful from the moment I entered. My hygienist Sam was amazing. She was thorough, explained everything, took her time and provided education. She was also empathetic. The doctor was kind and had a great human connection. I will now remain with them as long as possible. Thank Dapper Dental.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to the dentist! Especially when it’s so Dapper! Dr. Sutton and his entire team are so friendly and accommodating. Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my semi-annual preventative dental check-up. From the moment you walk in, you are met with a genuine welcome, and offered a drink (I'll grab a water on my out next time!) Lacey (hope I spelled her name correctly!) is my hygentist. She is professional, and as I told her, she has very gentle hands and light touch! Easy breezy cleaning! Dr. Sutton...with his calm demeanor, a bit of conversation and the ability to make you laugh, he makes going to the dentist a positive experience. It's been one year since I switched to Dapper Dental. Best decision!

Fantastic experience: This place is beyond amazing! Massage chairs, Netflix, beautiful waiting area, and top notch dental services. Everyone on staff, from the front desk to the assistant were warm, caring, and funny and truly made me feel welcome. Dr. Sutton is the best dentist I've ever visited as well. He always takes extra time to make sure all my questions are answered and needs are met. Definitely recommend!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: today i started the process of getting my cavities filled. after going here a few times i can confidently say that they are SO incredibly kind. free beverages, goodie bags, tvs playing cool shows, and dr. sutton talks to you like a friend would. i used to have a lot on dentist anxiety after some unsavory experiences as a kid and dapper dental has done great work to relieve that every step of the way. they are also very transparent on pricing, youll never get tricked into paying for something. i could go on and on about how awesome everyone is, and i’m far less scared of getting the rest of my teeth done now :)

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They listened to me and accommodated my needs, I have ADHD and am super sensitive to certain noises and sounds, so they did their best to accommodate those needs during an emergency visit. Fantastic experience: Dr Sutton is that guy. I have dentist anxiety and bro knows how to work with a patient. Even tho I have my headphones in, he still took the time to talk me through the operation even on the off chance I was listening. He's got these big screens infront of the chair and he let me pick out my own movie to watch (Spaceballs) while he worked on my cavities. Everyone else there is seriously so kind. You know he's a good doctor when I'm taking the time out of my day to make a 5 star google review for him. I've had nothing but positive experiences I have convinced half my family to see him.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dapper Dental since they opened and it’s always awesome. Staff are laid back but extremely professional. Check‑in and check‑out are quick — hardly ever wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Exam rooms are comfortable, often with a TV, and hygenists are friendly, efficient, and thorough. Dr. Sutton and the team make dental visits actually pleasant instead of stressful.

Fantastic experience: I wrote this review 7 years ago. After researching dentists, because I wanted someone I could trust and of course, have no pain. I finally found my perfect dentist. He pulled all of my teeth with very little pain, made me dentures, and to this day, I have had no pain for 7 years. I need my bottom denture done again cause I broke it, so I started looking for him and stumbled upon my dentist again, after he moved out of town. I am willing to travel 200 miles to see this dentist. (Having all my teeth removed, replacing them with dentures, sitting in the chair right now. Had 6 removed so far with no pain at all. Getting ready to have top teeth removed. The needle is the only thing I felt. Dr. Dave Sutton is the gentalist, best dentist I have ever went to.) Dr. Sutton, please don't move again, until I catch up with you.

Negative experience: Dr. Sutton called me to discuss and was very apologetic. I found that impressive since nobody calls anyone about reviews. That is the level of care I expect when going to his office. He assured me this will not happen again and he will make it right. I am going to give them another opportunity and see how things go. I hope to change my review in the future with consistency. The beauty of the establishment only reflects in the aesthetic (2 stars for that). The energy of the tech and their personality didn't reflect the same today. Receptionists were nice but it stopped there. This place is not what it used to be. The energy is different than when I started going. I have been a customer of Dapper Dental for over three years, on and off as a self-pay customer (no insurance) so it's expensive when I go. I take care of my teeth and have no major dental issues. I do what they recommend. I've had good experiences and have referred people throughout the years. Unfortunately, after today's visit, I left quite disappointed by the experience after check-in and the bedside manner from my tech (Lacy). I was barely greeted and not with a smile (it's a dentists office after all) and the energy was somber, cold and dry. Not a personable or welcoming experience whatsoever, and quite frankly the worst dental experience I've had to date and I've had many since a child. The dental cleaning was rough and uncomfortable. We exchanged maybe a paragraph of words the whole one hour visit even at the initial stage, very little words. I wasn't asked once during the X-rays or cleaning if it felt okay or how I was doing. I was not checked on once and it was very uncomfortable. My face was not wiped from the excessive over spray once. It was so messy and felt careless. The high pitch of the cleaning tool was so high, at one point I couldn't bare it and I said ouch and she said yeah that happens (i've been going to the dentist since I can remember) and that was the first for me. It was very much get in and get out. I was told I had now have gingivitis and needed a treatment. My gums never bleed. She didn't tell me to what degree either. Asked how that could be with brushing twice daily, water flossing and mouthwash. Was told well it's been three years since your last visit, I said not three years and she says okay two. Just very off, dry and not interested in being a warm, inviting or educational person which is not what Dr. Sutton exemplifies for his practice. It was the most anxiety and discomfort I've had ever at the dentist. I also never opt in for Fluoride (which you can see from my history) and today, without question, she came ready with flouride and I didn't realize until she started to approach me ready to enter mouth when she informed me. I always got asked if I want it, not today and it costs extra. I booked Dr. Sutton, But today I got Dr. Miller to look at my teeth, which I wasn't informed would happen. He said my teeth look good, no feedback on my gums. I asked him about the degree of my gingivitis and he said to speak to Lacy. I turn my head toward her waiting for her to tell us and he then had to ask her what degree it was, she then says what it moderate (odd due to not having bleeding gums but I take what they say). Had I not asked, I wouldn't have known. Shame on you all! You'd think that you'd check with the tech, educate and advise your client on how to improve their situation without you having to ask because the customer not know what to ask, especially for the price they charge. While informative when asking questions, I also got the same smileless somber vibe. I would say there is a clear difference in the two doctors personalities. A routine cleaning with x-rays (which I never saw and they usually show you on the TV), flouride and gum treatment turned into a $500 visit which then made more sense to get the one year membership. I will return to complete my membership and hope this was a one of and they are consistent going as before. P.S. I got a judgy vibe this time and that's the first. Not very Dapper of them.

Fantastic experience: Good dentists are hard to find, and great dentists are unicorns. Well, in my opinion Dapper Dental and Dr. Sutton are a unicorn! Sam, my dental hygienist was equally caring, knowledgeable and professional. I trusted that I was getting the best care. I highly recommend everyone at this dental office.

Negative experience: It seems as if Dapper has outstanding reviews because their clientele can afford whatever BS is thrown their way. I came in not too long ago and was told I needed to see an endodontic regarding two root canals - or I would lose my teeth. The team here attempted to fear monger me into this knowing my entire insurance amount for the year would be eaten away completely. After this they explained a plan to spend another $1800 for crowns and told me I still needed more fillings on top of that - out of pocket, no insurance due to the root canals. I went out to get second opinions, I did my research. My new dentist fixed my damaged teeth - no root canal needed. $250 - covered by insurance. Either the team here at Dapper Dental are not confident enough to do their job correctly, or they wanted to make more money off me. Either way, always get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: I told myself I would never do a Google review- and here I am because Dr. Sutton is seriously Google review worthy! I tend to get very stressed in clinical settings and received a phone call two days before my appointment from Dr. Sutton to help alleviate my anxiety for my upcoming visit. He listened, walked me through it, and answered my questions. I want to encourage anyone who experiences a great amount of stress going to doctors/dentists- you name it, it isn’t fun- that Dr. Sutton is different than the rest. During my visit, he walked me through my entire (very quick) appointment and gave me a small break when I needed it. I think if they had Dentists at Disney World- Dr. Sutton would be the only one qualified for this type of service. Thank you so much Dr. Sutton! You are a one of a kind Dentist. Positive experience: Dr. Sutton is the best. He makes you feel comfortable & does an amazing job explaining procedures, checking to make sure you’re comfortable etc. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve had poor experiences with the hygienists during my cleanings that left me uncomfortable and discouraged from seeking routine dental care. Instead of being met with compassion and professional advice, I left feeling like I was being judged or shamed. The lack of kindness was very surprising considering Dr. Sutton is so kind and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, warm, and friendly family practice! Dr. Sutton is absolutely great. Takes the time to connect with his patients and listens to your concerns. Hygienists are wonderful. They get you in and out, yet take their time to care for you; efficient operations, always answer the phone, with minimal wait time; they are there when you need them. Practice is beautiful and very comfortable. Best practice I’ve been to in the area and my husband and I plan to continue going for as long as they’re there. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Sutton truly works overtime adjusting himself to make sure his patients feel comfortable with him and have trust I'm him. This is why his practice will be number one in the state of Florida. Let's be honest we all hate going to the dentist but Dr Sutton is always extremely patient and kind. And personable. With a beautiful wife and two toddlers he still manages to come to work energized and pisitive to accommodate others all day long..... I see that he deals with many patients.... and listening to him, I hear he deals with everyone the same way; and uses authentic bedside manner to Aid in the comfort of dental procedures. The icing on the cake was his beautiful assistant who understood my fear of cement and made my temps in a way where they didn't need any. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a dental office. My whole family goes to see Dr Sutton. With that being said there Refreshments, TVs, and the facility is clean and modeen! I prayed Dr Sutton's practice continues to soar and that he reaps a harvest of blessings that he has sown with his relentess good spirit.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious dental patient and did a lot of research before choosing Dapper Dental. The office staff is friendly, warm and professional. Fantastic experience: Excellent front office staff, their atmosphere is relaxing with beverages, etc. and they know who you are from the moment you walk thru the door. It’s very welcoming and disarming for a dental practice (my experience to date). I’ve had two different hygienists at this practice. I’ve been fortunate to have Lacie on three occasions. She’s been in the industry for a while, and it shows. She’s very serious about her work, checks in with you regarding comfort and truly cares about the health of your mouth as much as you do. The same can be said for Dr. Sutton. He honestly cares about about you, your comfort while peppering in humor during the prep and procedure. Honestly understands certain procedures can cause some discomfort and eases your nerves with guiding you with instructions and adding humor as appropriate. I made an excellent choice putting my oral health in their hands while not always being the easiest patient overall — they allow you to be you with grace. Fantastic experience: Im almost scared to leave a perfect review because they are already booked out months in advance as it is!! And for good reason. Dr Sutton and his team are absolutely incredible. The level of attentiveness and the way everything was explained was above par for my expectations when I transferred to Dapper. I’ve been very particular about my dental care since a very early age and I feel right at home with the care I receive here. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Sutton and his staff were kind and accommodating. They assisted in getting my dad in for an emergency appointment. My father is unable to walk and utilizes a wheelchair. For which they assisted me in moving his things around and helping us navigate the office. Doctor Sutton was kind, attentive and took his time to discuss the issues and solutions. My dad felt comfortable and calm in the office which is rare because he is very anxious. The Office has a calm feeling not chaotic and loud like most dentist offices. I am ever grateful to have found a great dentist and office staff!

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience from the moment you enter until the very end. I just recently became a new patient after many years of avoiding the dental office due to past experiences and I regret not becoming a new patient sooner. All of my concerns were exquisitely addressed, all procedures were done with elegance and finesse, and towards the end I was upset that the experience was all over. Fantastic experience: My 3rd visit to Dapper Dental for my annual cleaning-this time I had Lacey and she was great and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and addressed it as did Dr. Sutton.My son goes to Dapper Dental as well and had good visits there everytime. The reception ladies and appointment staffs were all nice . I like fact they have a waitlist to get patients in earlier should someone else cancels. Location and parking are easy to access.

Fantastic experience: Our Family had to find a new dentist because our’s no longer took our insurance and I was tired of paying out of pocket for everything even though we’re sad to leave them. Came across Dapper Dental and happy to see they took our insurance! My daughter had the first appointment and she was very very happy with everything from front desk, Dental hygienist and Dentist! The rest of our family is looking forward to our appointments! They had big shoes to fill as we loved our old dentist and my daughter approves Dapper Dental!

The staff is beyond kind and professional. My friend that runs Foster Youth of America in Orlando referred me because Dr. Sutton donates to the organization. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sutton is the best and everyone working in the office is so friendly and show genuine care every time I am there. I have been going to Dapper Dental for a couple years now so I'm a bit late writing a review, but they have been amazing every visit, so I figured it's time. The waiting room is very nice and comfy, and they have beverages stocked for you to enjoy while you wait. But the greatest thing is I am never waiting long-I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes whether I'm on time or a little late, or even early for my appointment. I have had many times in the past where I couldn't trust the appointment time and would waste so much time waiting around and I'm so grateful they are quick and efficient and friendly. Dr. Sutton is funny and kind, and always makes sure to explain everything thoroughly. He helps me to prioritize my treatment plan, and he is never pushy about it or trying to get me to have things done that I don't need (again unlike others I have been to). This is the only dentist I have ever been to where I no longer feel nervous or anxious and I actually...enjoy going to the dentist now? That feels strange to say, but I'm grateful for all they have done to make me feel comfortable! Thanks Dr. Sutton and your amazing team!

Fantastic experience: I moved almost 40min away from Winter Park and I refuse to start at a new dentist that’s closest to me because no other place tops Dapper Dental. It always feels welcoming and warm. I’ve never waited more than 8-10min for my appointment and the process runs smoothly every time plus the dental work is spectacular. Everyone is very professional, they don’t make feel rushed and they also make sure my concerns and questions are being answered throughly. You can definitely tell that the patients are their priority.
