His office was immediately inviting, it was decorated with a lot of attention to detail but more than that it was extremely clean! I had a quick and comfortable dental cleaning with Kim Who was extremely professional and very easy to talk to☺️ I very much enjoyed watching the dogs play in the well maintained and clean yard. It was extremely relaxing, didn’t feel like The typical dental office but much better. Dr Sudimack came in to greet me and Discuss my x-rays and was just an absolute pleasure to talk to I Felt incredibly welcome! Looking forward to my next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: This dentist office was recommended from my brother. So I was planning to switch offices a couple months ago. But suddenly my root canal fell out, so I called them up and I was in the next day. Very friendly staff and Dr. They inspected it reviewed my options and explained and have recommendations, cleaned it up and repaired it quickly. Great experience and friendly. I will be switching to this office for sure.

She's an asset to the your company she's a keeper. The stuff is all great too ☺️ I can't remember her name but her first thing starts with an M I don't know what I'm going to do the day she leaves. She is an awesome tooth cleaner.☺️

I have been using Kim for my teeth cleaning for the past two years and the most recent cleaning was fantastic as usual! Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sudimack and his team! I was in town working when my bridge suddenly broke, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I called his office, and they got me in the very next day — which was such a relief. Dr. Sudimack is absolutely amazing! He fixed my bridge quickly and beautifully, and I was able to go back to work the same day. His work is outstanding, and he made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. If you need a bridge or a crown, this is 100% the place to go. Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a Dental Care office for a few years. Not one office I tried suited my needs for extensive procedures. I had wasted a lot of time, not to mention a lot of money searching. I had forgotten about Dental Assoc 's where I had gone many, many years ago. Finally I felt like I was visiting long lost family! From Front Desk gal's to the sensitivity of my Dentist and his entire staff. I don't mind goin to a dentist anymore. They gave me my smile back!!!

Negative experience: Due to circumstances within the office, they ended up creating a scenario where I would've only had 4 hours at 7 am on a Friday morning to confirm my appointment with them or they were going to cancel my appointment. "Good Morning Logan this is Dental Associates, PA. We are contacting you in reference to your appointment scheduled on month 00th at 00:00 PM . Please call or text our office by 11:00 AM today to confirm your appointment, failure to confirm by this time will result in cancellation of your appointment. Thank you! Reply STOP to unsubscribe." - 7:25 am "Hey do we need to reschedule or something? This is the first confirmation message I got and it was lucky I was already awake. If I slept in this message is telling me it would've canceled my appointment at 11:00am with zero other warnings... " - 7:28 (didn't sleep from insomnia) "Good morning, no we can get you confirmed it has not been canceled" - 8:47 "Ok, thank you. Was that an error in the automation system then?" - 8:53 "Because messaging someone early in the morning and giving them a 4 hour deadline to confirm an appointment taking place days from then is kind of an aggressive/weird policy " - 9:23 No reply. Had to call the office and they didn't really acknowledge they did anything wrong or should've accomodated me or at least held onto the time slot until I had an appropriate time frame to respond. I have never left a bad review in my life but you should feel respected and valued by your dental office. This just felt rude and dismissive even though they caused the issue by not being in the office the day beforehand to send me the confirmation message at an appropriate time. Edit: To the Owner: I did not call anyone names. I did not yell at anyone. I did not engage in profanity. I did not get aggressive or angry in tone with her. I specifically stated several times that I had no intention of getting her in trouble or stressing her out multiple times. All I wanted was a valid explanation on why you felt it was appropriate to give your patient of several years a few hours early in the morning to confirm their appointment. Everyone knows it is standard to give your patients 24 to 48 hours at least to respond. There is no reason I should be statistically likely to not be able to confirm my appointment because your office was suddenly closed for a day I wasn't even aware of. That is firmly your responsibility and not mine. You don't put your patients on that thin of a timeline at that time of day because your office made a mistake. Patients want to feel welcome. This was clearly cold and indifferent. I mean it takes what to text someone a "yes" or "no"? What? Five seconds? Ten? You couldn't spare that for me? Really? Ok.

They make you feel cared for, asked me what I wanted to accomplish, and creates an environment where you just kind of want to stick around a little while longer.

From Allen greeting you with Covid check and great conversation, to Mary my great hygienist and of course Dr. Sudimack, who explains watches on certain teeth and possible pains to be aware of to avoid root canals. Fantastic experience: Amazing service, with top notch care. Dr. Sudimack has helped me a few times from disaster. So the story is, I have 2 dentists. One that I have to use because of Medicaid, and Dr. Sudimack the specialist that I would really love to use 100% of the time. If you are looking for someone who knows their craft and cares for the blight you are dealing with he is your dentist.

Fantastic experience: Their office is calm and orderly. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment, and the office staff is friendly and inviting. I am honest with them about any challenges or problems I've had, and they've always been willing to work with me and help offer solutions, rather than making me feel guilty. Recently, I started taking my 18 month old daughter, and they were very patient despite her need to wander and her crying. They are amazing! 2025 Update - Still getting dental work here. Fantastic experience: I had a new hygienist, Kim, she taught me more about self dental care than everyone combined previously. I feel very enlightened and my teeth feel great.

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for May 22 and due to changing my number. They couldn’t confirm my appointment with a phone call. I showed up to my appointment and was told it was canceled due to no confirmation and I asked why didn’t they reach out through my email which they did verify they had on file. With complete understanding I rescheduled it for June 27. I get an email the first week of June that there’s an earlier appointment coming up that Friday if I would like it if not, don’t respond and I’m good with my current appointment so I didn’t respond then on June 19 I get an email. My appointment is being canceled for June 20 due to no confirmation so I immediately call the office and speak with Anissa which was not very helpful at all. She tells me she moved my appointment from next Friday to the 20th without telling me because they were gonna be closed and so then I go back-and-forth with her that I was never told and how are we canceling an appointment I was never told about after minutes of what seem like arguing back-and-forth with her. I finally ask is my appointment for the 20th already been booked for someone else she states no so I tell her can’t we go ahead and schedule me back and use this phone call as my confirmation she states yes. With all of this, I send the office manager an email with my frustration and concerns and never geta responses which tells me The office manager doesn’t care about the customer service that is being given to the patient. I show up to my appointment today to find out that doctor is not even there today again I was not even told that or I would’ve rescheduled so that I would be able to see him. Very disappointed. I have been A patient there for almost 15 years and I do not miss my appointments.

Fantastic experience: First time meeting Dr Sudimack for exam. Amazed how friendly & informative he was in explaining X-rays & what issues he saw if any at all. Easy to talk to and open to questions or concerns. Beautiful & clean environment. Staff is very friendly & fur babies seem to enjoy their safe haven. With medication preparation it was very comfortable procedure that looks better than I could have imagined. Pain and anxiety-free! I’m so grateful to this practice for the excellent personalized care. This week I had a perio cleaning with Kim. I get this every 3-4 months as prevention. So I searched reviews for dentists in Las Cruces and Dental Associates were in the top three. Called and they worked me in the next week. During the appointment, the dentist explained my options, listened to my concerns and took his time and made me feel comfortable and confident in our plan moving forward. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Sudamak's for at least 10 years. Went today for a regularly scheduled 6-month cleaning and exam. My hygienist had retired, so my new hygienist, Victoria cleaned my teeth in a meticulous, and caring way. This practice carries their own dental insurance for patients, plus while sitting in the softest leather ever exam chair, you hear a poignant playlist, surrounded by art, their pets outside, and the staff and all lead by Dr. Sudamak are superb. Fantastic experience: I woke up this morning with a palpable pain in my lower left gum. I was concerned about a possible infection. I called the Dental Associates office and was able to see the doctor's assistant two hours later. I was examined and treated within minutes of arriving for my appointment by a very courteous and caring staff. I am very pleased with my Dental care provider and will continue to seek help there whenever necessary. Fast forward more than a year. I was flying back home yesterday and while waiting for my flight, I lost a tooth. It just fell into my food. I phoned Dental Associates and 16 hours later was seen by Dr. Sudimac who couldn't have been more accommodating. I now have a plan of action to repair the damage at a very reasonable cost. The staff at Dental Associates is very caring and professional and I never have to wait at all when I arrive.
