Fantastic experience: I really like this dentists office! The staff is friendly, the technicians are thorough and work efficiently to minimize discomfort, and the dentists are great. Chelsea has been the technician working on my Invisalign treatments and I really appreciate how organized and quick she is! Everyone is always punctual and I appreciate they are respectful of scheduled times. The staff always greets me with a smile. Glad to have established care with this practice

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today at my dental visit. Chelsea did an excellent job with my filling — she was gentle, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. My daughter is also doing Invisalign (Envisioned) with them, and we’ve had a wonderful experience so far.

Fantastic experience: Rosie and Tatiana were great to work with. The doctors are fantastic. The procedures and equipment are state of the art. Everybody is always super friendly. They have a lot of services and things they can offer to help improve your dental health but I don't think they are ever pushy or misleading. I always feel like I understand why something might be helpful and it helps me in planning and making decisions about what we could do and what we really need to be prioritizing. My wife and I switched after being with our much further away practice for years. We have had nothing but good experiences and the restoration work we have had done has been excellent. You could pay a bit more or less other places, but I doubt you would receive better care. You can't grow another set of teeth, so you really want to be confident that you are being taken care of. And they are right in the neighborhood which is incredibly convenient. Thanks for another good visit.

The facility is a beautiful, modern space that looks brand new—it’s clean, bright, and immediately puts you at ease. The Clinical Team: Dr. Thompson: She was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and her thorough approach gave me total confidence in my treatment plan. Dental Hygienist Janis: She was Lovely! She was gentle yet very detailed during the cleaning, and she provided some great tips for my at-home routine that I really appreciated. The Atmosphere: Beyond the clinical care, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. From the moment I checked in at the front desk to the moment I left, everyone went out of their way to ensure I had a positive experience. It is clear that patient comfort is a top priority for this team. Verdict: If you are looking for a dental home that combines a high-tech environment with a warm, welcoming staff, I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and her team. I’ll definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: Dr Thompson and Elyssa. Charlotte are AMAZING! I had a crown and new filling to replace to my old silver from my teenage years in the '80's. I was so nervous and anxious but they all put me at ease. Also did my 11 year old daughter's cleaning and she LOVED the staff so much more than her previous pediatric dentist- which says ALOT! This staff is incredible. I highly recommend them!!!

But these ladies made all my visits the most calming experience. Fantastic experience: I had a terrific experience with Charlotte, April and Dr. Thompson, all of whom were extraordinarily kind and attentive. I was offered bottles of water, a blanket, and even my choice of background entertainment (Seinfeld) on the TV positioned over the chair. My cleaning was efficient and afterwards I received a walkthrough of some impressive 3D imaging. If a trip to the dentist can be fun, this was it. I cannot recommend Steiner Dental highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My former dentist wanted to eventually replace a filling with a crown since it was cracked. Dr. Thompson said I only needed to replace the filling and that that I did not need a crown. I appreciated her honesty. The office feels like going to a spa. They are sincerely caring and happy to make you feel comfortable. Alisa , her demtal assistant tried very hard to make me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She was proactive and even put Vit E on my lips. When I got my teeth cleaned with Janice, I was impressed with the 3D technology used to identify plaque and gum condition. It was the best cleaning I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: I really loved coming to Steiner Dental! As soon as I came in Charlotte greeted me and introduced herself. Kris the hygienist was very thorough and kind when doing my cleaning. Dr. Thompson was super sweet when talking to me about my teeth. I will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic experience: Such a great dental office. They are further away since we moved and cost more through my insurance network, so I had tried a new dentist but since gone back. They do not push unnecessary work and are very kind and helpful. We have seen both Dr. Scarborough and Dr. Thompson and both are terrific. Chelsea was great with my 6 year old. The front office lady is always helpful with billing information and navigating the insurance world. Thanks Steiner Dental team.

From start to finish, the level of professionalism and customer service was truly top-notch. The office even offers a charming comfort menu—cozy blankets, bottled water, and your favorite shows—which made the visit feel more like a spa day than a dental appointment. Janis gave me the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had and the technology was equally impressive: high-tech scanning and UV oral cancer screening made me feel confident I was receiving thorough, cutting-edge care. I actually drove over 45 minutes to be seen—and it was 100% worth it. In fact, I’m a dentist myself and, out of all the providers I know in Austin, I personally chose to come see Dr. Thompson. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and book—you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Steiner Dental is a great dental facility with a great location in the neighborhood. All staff treats patients as if they were part of their own family. I’m very pleased with the culture as well as the dental services provided. Kris did my cleaning today and for day 2, she was a star and operated like she’s been here for years. Fantastic experience: (Mikael) I'm a traditionalist and not a fan of change. I'm not used to being catered too, or my comfort being such a huge factor in a visit to the doctors, but after today and how pleasant everything was, maybe change isnt a bad thing after all. I was greeted at the door, already on a personable basis with the executive and two hygienist's before I was seen, and given that it was a cold and dreary day, they even made sure I had a blanket. They answered all my questions, and addressed a payment concern immediately as well in my favor, which was unexpected. They went above and beyond and set a standard I wouldnt expect, and wasn't overwhelming with it either, which is a fine line to walk.

The establishments layout is atypical and very inviting. Super friendly greet staff with a warm reception area. But the bonus? The bonus was my hygienist, Janis. She immediately put a smile on my face and set my heart at ease with her confident use of the X-ray gun. Gentle. Attentive. Personably. I barely was in her hands for five minutes before I wanted to give her giant hug for the quality of care she was providing. Unparalleled bedside manner, impeccable execution of the knowledge of her craft, and warm empathetic energy is what Janis has to offer you as a caregiver.
