Negative experience: Don't recommend. The assistant was distracted and burned my child's lips. Never took responsibility, nor provided an explanation how something like that could've happened; instead, they chose to blame my child.

Fantastic experience: This orthodontist was incredible, I had my braces on for 2 years and it was the easiest thing. They provide you with all of the information you need and the orthodontists and assistants are extremely kind.

Starr & Glick was fantastic, so much more responsive to questions and just generally more pleasant than than where my older child got his braces. My daughter really struggled during the pandemic and they were so supportive and understanding, it was amazing. Fantastic experience: Our family could not be happier with the results of all 3 of our children’s teeth. Each child had a different level of complexity associated with their teeth. Additionally, their different personalities required the team to utilize different approaches in working with the kids. The doctors and staff made each of them feel comfortable and helped them to understand what was going to happen. The kids also really enjoyed the cookie at the end of each visit. Fantastic experience: I had braces years ago and Dr. Starr was my orthodontist. He gave me an amazing smile and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When my teeth shifted a bit in my 30’s, I didn't hesitate to reach back out to for a consultation. This time around, I met Dr. Glick to discuss Invisalign. Starr and Glick Orthodontic's office is above and beyond anything I could've ever expected. They have state of the art equipment, a gorgeous office space, and it is the only Dr's office I've been to where they are ready for you as soon as you arrive! They go through all of your options with you, explaining every single detail in terms that you can understand. Every single person working at Starr and Glick is so kind and welcoming. My Invisalign took longer than expected due to unexpected life circumstances and the office was really supportive and I finally finished with a beautiful smile. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with the team at Starr and Glick! I used them for my Invisalign case and could not be happier. Karen was informative about all things financial, Janice was thorough while placing (and eventually removing) all of the attachments on my teeth. She and the doctors were always on time- a huge plus (and rarity) in the medical world. Dr. Glick and Dr. Colleen were fantastic and answered all of the questions I threw at them along the journey. The projected length of treatment did run over by some months- but this is because Dr. Glick and Dr. Colleen wanted to make certain that I would receive the best results possible. They never bristled at additional scans that were needed and encouraged me to press on even when at times I just wanted to be done. And most importantly- my teeth look INCREDIBLE, *chef's kiss*. This was a lifelong dream of mine and it came true. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: Starr & Glick Orthodontist is the best. I thought I may have been one of the older patients that wanted to get Invisalign. Turns out all ages get them. It was an easy process from start to finish. The staff always explained what each appointment entailed and how long each appointment would last. Everyone is professional as well as kind and sincere. I had a health issue while I was in the process of the follow up appointments and everyone was caring and concerned about my well being. There was never discomfort or pain with Invisalign. I am very happy with the ending results as I had many crooked teeth. The convenience of getting an appointment and visiting one of the offices was very easy. I can’t thank you all enough. I definitely would refer anyone to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Janice was THE BEST! She was always delightful and answered any and all questions I had about my Invisalign process. Initially, I struggled with an allergy to whatever Invisalign uses as their final manufacturing coating. However, once I realized that before I used a new liner each week, I had to soak them with the tablets Janice provided me, I no longer had the reaction. Janice also provided me great insights regarding our family's Vizsla! Although billing and payments are NEVER the part of the treatment a patient looks forward to, working with Karen was seamless and pleasurable. Thanks again for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Our family just finished round three of braces with Starr and Glick Orthodontics and it will be impossible to do them justice with just a written review, but I'll try. We have been seeing their smiling faces for about eight years continuously. They have been fabulous! They are easy to work with; they explain everything so clearly from the treatment plan to the billing; it is easy to make appointments; they are always on time; they send lovely notes to the kids after each appointment; everyone is happy to see you and they treat you like a friend; they have fun contests for the kids to partake in and they give out delicious home baked cookies!! Oh and the kids' teeth look great too! If you need an orthodontist, check them out.

They were all so friendly and kind and they knew how to keep a conversation going and never made me feel uncomfortable. I have been at this orthodontist for a while now, and I just got my braces off. Fantastic experience: I went to Starr and Glick from about 2011-2015. Boy did I have a lot of teeth problems! I had to get spacers, braces, a palette expander, a nance, elastics, and then the retainer at the end. I felt like I lived here sometimes! The majority of the staff is very kind and helpful, and the cookies were always a plus! They took great care of me back in the day :)

Dr. Glick and his team worked very hard to accommodate me and give me an amazing result. I was even able to do the surgery with Invisalign. I am very happy with my result! Negative experience: I got my braces off and afterwards the dental hygienist asked me if I had my phone. I was confused and said yes and she told me to go on Google whilst looking over my shoulder and had me type in Starr and Glick then made me review it with 5 stars and even told me what to write word for word. same exact thing happened to my sibling, not happy with this.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Starr and Glick in Franklin, MA office to anyone looking for an orthodontist. After getting some prices for Invisalign treatment from a few other places, this office was listed as in-network for my insurance. From the first appointment, to the consult and pricing, and all the way through my quick and thorough treatment, this office didn’t miss a beat. They were organized, proactive, transparent, and on time with every appointment. All things you’d think aren’t special and just minimum expectations, but let’s be real, very few places actually do this well. Literally every person I dealt with was top-notch but the person who left the biggest impression was Karen in billing. When my insurance denied the claim leaving me with $3000 more than I should have to pay, they didn’t immediately bill me and enforce a contract, like most offices do. She called me, confirmed that it was an Aetna error, expressed compassion and gave me steps to appealing. It resolved the issue. And she even called me to share how happy she was for me as she hated to have to send a bill. They do not push or upsell, they inform and put the power in my hands. End to end, excellent service. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As an adult whose teeth were obviously shifting, I was not sure what pain or results orthodontic treatment would bring. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an orthodontist, look no further! I was referred to Dr. Glick's office by a family member who had 2 children get their braces here. From the initial consultation to the fabulous end result they are great. I have had 2 children get braces and I had Invisalign. They are personable and listen to your concerns to tailor the right treatment for each person. It is easy to schedule and reschedule if needed. They care about your progress even after treatment has ended. I ran out of trays after the expiration of my Invisalign and Dr. Glick was still able to get more for me so I could keep my teeth in the beautiful place we took years to achieve. They have been excellent dealing with the Covid protocols to keep our family safe too. I can't say enough good things about their friendly staff and experience working with them.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 56 year old who realized her teeth were moving and wanted to do something about it. My dentist recommended Starr and Glick - and thank goodness they did. They are a top-notch organization. They take their time up front discussing possible solutions and once we chose the path, everything went like clockwork, no bumps or bruises along the way. And no rushing to get the job done and you out of the office; they take the time to get the job done right. All of the technicians I dealt with were professional and friendly. I can remember sitting in other orthodontist's offices when my kids were getting braces (in another state) and spending more time in the waiting room than they did in the chair. My longest wait at Starr and Glick was 4-5 minutes. They realize your time is an important as theirs. A wonderful experience.
