I went in for a cleaning, and was very nervous because I havent been to the dentist in more than 6 months. The ladies were very nice and answered all of my questions when I was told I had a cavity, they took care of it right away with a filling and an affordable payment plan! Im going to recommend their services to friends and family! They are great!

Fantastic experience: Lily was amazing she was so kind and gentle. I have very sensitive teeth but she was so good I didn’t even feel any pain and that’s a first. I definitely recommend this place they make you feel at home from the minute you walk in and they do an amazing job. I also like the fact that I went in for a deep cleaning on 2 quadrants of my mouth and right when she finished she took new x rays so I can see the work she did on my mouth. I really liked that because who wouldn’t want to see the difference especially when you’re paying for a service. Overall, I’m super happy, they exceeded my expectations!

Negative experience: Initial Impression vs. Reality – Please Read Before Committing At first, I was impressed by the staff and the office environment. However, after returning and reflecting on my experience, I feel compelled to provide an honest and updated review. During my initial visit, I was pressured into leaving a review right after my service — something I now regret, as it clouded my judgment. While the visit wasn’t terrible, I was rushed the entire time and didn’t feel truly heard or cared for. The most frustrating and painful part of my experience has been the dental implant process. I’ve spent over $2,000 and still haven’t received the treatment I paid for. Worse, I was left in severe pain for over two weeks due to mistakes made on my tooth. I repeatedly asked the dentist if they needed my dental history to help ensure a better outcome, but they refused. As a result, not only did they damage the previous work on my tooth, but they caused even more harm — and then did nothing to address it. Despite several attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, the clinic has shown no willingness to help. It’s clear they’re more focused on collecting payments and growing their business than providing quality care or standing behind their work. I strongly advise others to be cautious, especially when considering expensive procedures like implants. I feel completely neglected, ignored, and taken advantage of. I trusted this place with both my health and my money — and I’ve been left with neither the treatment nor the support I expected.

Wilson considering your Edit, it is only reasonable that we also use the opportunity to rebut the lack of veracity in your statements. We cannot get into exact treatments and procedures, in order to preserve your rights and confidentiality as a patient. The total amount you are mentioning includes a significant amount of other services more than just the Implant procedure.
The implant surgery was discussed with you at length, including risks and benefits, which were also clearly outlined in the consent form you signed before starting treatment. The procedure was performed and 3 follow up visits were conducted in order to evaluate progress or regress. No issues were found during those visits, nor did you offer any complaint.
Unfortunately there are factors that may trigger risks leading to implant failure, and upon coming in immediately after the occurrence, we took care of you without charging any emergency fees.
An alternative remediating procedure was offered at no charge, in order to attempt a new implant and you decided not to go through the process again. We thoroughly took the time to explain during your last appointment with us and partook in a telehealth phone thereafter. You mentioned this may not have been an isolated event, yet you only had this 1 procedure with us.
We’ve had the privileges' of helping thousands of patients undergo one or All on 4 implants during our tenure, with a 99.9% success rate.
We understand your concerns, and tried to reach out to help. Unfortunately you chose not to allow us the opportunity to do so. We hold our head and chest high in pride, as our patient experience is reflective of the professionalism and care Dr. Fuentes and her team strive for daily. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a year for a recommended dental office in the Hialeah area since I live near by. I used to work in Aventura so I had my dentist over there until a year ago. A friend highly recommended this office and told me the dentist and hygienist are wonderful. I do not have dental insurance any longer so I took advantage of their New patient special of $120.00, it includes the exam, x-rays and a dental cleaning. When I arrived at the parking lot I did not expect to see a modern decor office with the latest technology. The office is modern yet cozy. The front desk staff is welcoming and very professional. The Hygienist Lilli is Amazing!! I had one of the best cleanings ever! She was very detailed and friendly. She took my xrays and intra oral pictures and was very detailed during my consultation. She offered me gingival irrigations which let me start by saying besides the medicinal benefits my gums were thanking me. The rinses felt refreshing and cooling to my gums and eliminated any odor immediately, I had never had these rinses done in the past. I then met Dr.Fuentes for my dental exam. She is very nice and went through all my xrays and images. The exam with Dr.Fuentes was detailed with all my concerns and questions answered. Did I mention she is beautiful… I did have the fluoride treatment since I am a water bottle drinker, I do not have exposure to Fluoride from tab water. My entire bill was under $300.00 with the irrigations, fluoride and the an oral rinse Lilli recommended that I my daughter can also use as well. I can say with ease I found my new dental office, they make you feel like family. FYI!! They have a take home bleaching kit on sale for $95.00!!! I took advantage of the special to whiten my teeth at home.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a last minute appointment for agonizing pain. Dr Leon quickly analyzed the situation and was able to operate right there on the spot though I was a first time patient that call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Last month I went to another dentist because I was in pain, the service there wasn’t so good, the doctor didn’t even talk to me so I decided to find another dentist near by. THANK GOD I found Hialeah Dental Office!! I am so grateful for Dr. S. Leon and Yudi, they are amazing! They explained everything so well. Every one there is great! The young girl in the front desk is super nice, Jenni was so patient with me and all my questions, Dr. Leon is attentive, patient, caring, and very professional. She explained everything, showed me my xrays and made sure I understood my treatment, also Yudi was so nice and friendly and professional as well. Another thing I appreciated and found very nice is that they called me the next day I started my treatment to make sure I was feeling ok and to ask if I was in any pain.
