The drs use the newest technology as well. Finding a dentist that either over treats or under treats is extremely common. Fantastic experience: Schmidgall Dental Aesthetics is one of the nicest and most equipped dentist offices Ive ever visited. They were able to fix a tooth that my previous dentist said was unfixable. They also were upfront with all cost related to my treatment plan! It made it easier to decide how I was going to proceed with payment and future appointments. Truly an amazing dental team!!

Negative experience: I was so excited to find a dentist experienced in no-prep veneers and had a great virtual consultation with Dr. Schmidgall! I was even more excited to move forward with what was estimated to be a $XX,XXX procedure. However, I received a call from the office today to confirm the type of appointment I wanted—either a consultation or a comprehensive visit. The staff member kindly explained the differences and asked when I last had a cleaning. I told her it was just 2–3 weeks ago and that I had also had X-rays taken at that time. She informed me they would need to take their own. I expressed concern about undergoing additional radiation exposure so soon and mentioned that it wouldn’t be covered by my insurance. I asked if she could check with the doctor to see if an exception could be made, but she said their policy requires new X-rays regardless. So, I politely asked her to cancel my appointment and explained that I may call back in a year when I’m due for new X-rays. This was especially disappointing, as BOTH my daughter and my son had been eager to schedule her own veneer consultation after mine. I hope if Dr. Schmidgall’s office reads this and perhaps it was an error or an exception can be made they will reach back out to me, in the mean time I’ll be continuing my search. :(

Fantastic experience: Awesome! I cracked my two front teeth from a freak iphone accident. My primary care dentist that I’ve been going to for 2 years said I needed to do a complete overhaul and install 2 crowns. This requires the irreversible reduction of the tooth to create an anchor. I wanted a second opinion and came here. Dr. Schmidgall recommends we use a composite filler, simple. No crowns, no grinding away teeth. I get to keep my babies. This office also uses top of the line technology that uses AI to analyze tooth decay and changes over time, so that preventative maintenance is possible vs the people that only do a visual inspection (I now call those people “normies”). Anyways, they scanned my teeth and showed me a 3D image that painted a perfect picture of the status of my mouth. Office is new and clean, all the staff are nice, and they have coffee and sparkling water. It was a pleasant experience. I look forward to my next return as Dr. Schmidgall is now my primary practitioner. If you are considering a major fix and want the best in the business, come here.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I've ever had for dental work! I'm super scared of needles, so I panic with the injections because I know its gonna hurt... Not the case here!!! I had to ask if they even numbed me! They use the smallest needle and drip the numbing agent in slowly so you don't feel a thing! Plus they have TV's/ head phones and a gorgeous office, you just feel so comfortable here. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I love this place. They are friendly, explain things thoroughly, and are totally professional and knowledgeable. All procedures are carefully explained and the estimated cost is also explained before hand. They have all the latest equipment and keep up with educational requirements. Stacey has always made me feel extremely comfortable during my visits and I trust her to give me the best care possible. To sum it up, this practice is great and I would never want to change.

The dental assistant, Jenn , or hygienist, Marti, call you back shortly and the dentist follows in quickly. This office has the latest technology and know how to apply it. It’s very evident, that the entire staff spends time going to continuing education. Both dentist are knowledgeable, kind, and personable. They take their time explaining treatment plans. I love this clinic. I particularly love Dr LeBlanc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental work!

I can not say enough amazing things about them. I’ve been terrorized by dental work in the past. They are the most state of the art, up to date on techniques, friendly, professional I can go on an on. I got a shot and didn’t even know it! He said, you won’t feel this and I didn’t!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait until after I saw results for myself to leave a review. Dr. Schmidgall and his team are hands down the best dentist and team I’ve ever had. After experiencing so much bad luck and deception from shady (and money grabbing) dentists over DECADES of my life that cost me thousands of dollars, unnecessary procedures and lost teeth in the end, I took my time in finding a dentist when I moved to the DFW area because I knew that I would need restorative dentistry (and frankly, a miracle) to make up for the years of awful dentists that left parts of my mouth destroyed. I also had a fear of dentists for this reason, and because of how expensive dental work can be. I followed Dr. Schmidgall (and Country Day Dental before the name change) on instagram for two years before I even booked a single appointment (mostly out of fear). I needed to observe their work from afar before I could be confident enough to move forward with restorative dentistry for myself. Now I can honestly say after seeing them for almost a year that my experience has been nothing short of therapeutic and restorative in every aspect of the word. Their welcoming and non-judgmental environment showed me that I was probably judging myself more harshly than I realized and gave me hope that I wasn’t the lost cause I previously believed I was. I really hated smiling if I am being honest. After receiving the smile restoration (which I consider nothing short of a miracle on Dr. Schmidgall’s part) I can see a lot of my confidence returning even if I’m still not quite where I want to be in my dental journey as of yet. But I can honestly say that these people are saints and true miracle workers. The quality of their work is nothing short of incredible (and almost perfect) and I believe they genuinely do care for their patients as people first over anything else. I am so happy to have found this office and am glad I overcame my fear of dentistry last year when I scheduled my first appointment. I am still on that journey of seeking a full mouth restoration but even now while I’m about halfway through, My life is truly changed. I actually don’t “hate” smiling anymore. I am confident that eventually I will actually love smiling again because of them. Thank you team! ♥️

And there is consistency of staff in other areas. It is not common to have the same hygienist for 20 years, but I have!! Stacy is terrific.
