Negative experience: My kids been going to this place since they were little and today will be the last day. All the dentists and hygienists been awesome but that one lady by the check out the tall ones must not like us very much. She need to work on her customer service. Me and my husband was sitting by the high top chair but we cannot take the awful smell at the lobby so we moved by the check out to sit and someone told us we can sit there while we were waiting for our daughter to be finished with her dental work. And the rude lady came to us and asks us if we are checking out and if we are not checking out yet she said we can find a seat at the lobby.. I think there's more to that that's why she told us to move back at the lobby.. I also think that she might think that we got the same nationalities that's why she tries to treated me like that but not!! Absolutely not the same nationality. Sometimes people forgot where they came from.

Fantastic experience: Very patient with my daughter and makes sure I understand the procedure they are doing on her. I switched to them immediately after my first impression.

Positive experience: My little was completely scared for his procedure to the point of a panic attack. They took great care and understanding and was able to complete his procedure. He is still scared but now I believe that he maybe more cooperative in the future. Fingers crossed.

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going to this office since we moved to OKC almost 9 years ago and they have always been so accommodating, professional, and amazing to work with. They have always made my kids experience fun and exciting making it easy to bring my kids for visit. Love this team!!! Rock stars all day!!!!!

Positive experience: I drove over a hour to take my kids there because I thought the pediatric specialty would be worth it for my very young kids. Dental staff was kind and patient, clerical staff has some work to do on their kindness and customer service. Overall it was fine, I would go back if I needed to but I don’t think it’s worth the drive. I think going back to a regular dentist will get us the same care.

Fantastic experience: I love the separate section within building based on ages, and the kids area upstairs play great movies while kids wait. Welcoming place for littles to have a comfortable/safe visit, then endwith a gold coin for them to pick a prize

Fantastic experience: Dr Lawrence and Dr Evan are amazing doctors. Dr Evan’s recently did surgery on my daughter and was great at explaining the procedure, updates and care for my daughter. He made me feel very comfortable and trusting my daughter was in good hands. Dr Lawrence does her regular check ups and was very understanding and considerate about my opinion on my daughter’s care. I appreciate you both.

Positive experience: My child had to be sedated for a procedure. Although I’m an RN, I was super apprehensive of her being put under. They answered all of my questions and gave me all of my options before we decided how to proceed. Not giving a five star because I was not allowed to be present for the procedure, which makes me incredibly uncomfortable.

Positive experience: I've been taking my kids here for years, but lately the front desk staff has been sub par. I don't understand the instant attitude I received today when I just let them know something that they didnt have correct in their system. Not to mention the fact that I've had to reschedule appointments even though I've confirmed the appointment within a few minutes of them sending the confirmation text, and then when I called, they basically gave me and oh well and "remember to confirm next time" like I didnt just explain that I did in fact confirm it.... the dental assistant i had today was amazing, the dentists we've encountered there have been amazing but the people up front need a serious attitude adjustment. I understand that when you work a public facing job it gets tiring and you probably do encounter people who are just straight up rude, but to be rude to me and treat me like I'm an idiot was irritating to say the least. This isnt the first time I've been less than impressed with the front office staff and it's honestly had me contemplating leaving... Its really unfortunate, but they're the first people we encounter when we come in and it kind of sets the tone for the whole appointment.

Fantastic experience: I just like the how professionally the front desk is and am very with Dr. Evans always let me know what his next step is my children has went there since they was real little.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent place to have your little one treated for all of their dental issues. Children are their priority and I would not use any other medical team. I suggest them to treat my other grandchildren. Even they're dental assistants are very Informed about parents dental concerns. Everything about this particular group is fantastic. They let me view the x ray pictures, took the time to explain what I was looking at, and what I was to expect for my grandson. Their whole goal Is to give the best dental care to children . This is the only dental team I recommend for dental care our precious little loved ones...and if I could I would give them stars to the moon❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Here it is another year and their team is consistently well train, professional and so concerned. Thank you for your excellent care.

Fantastic experience: The employee's here are great. They have video games so the kids can get comfortable before the dentist sees them.

Negative experience: The office was very unprofessional. They called me late in the afternoon the day before an appointment to update insurance. When I told them that I didn't have it with me, and asked if I could call back when I got to my car, she threw a fit about me not having it with me. In her words "everyone carries their insurance with them." When I asked if I could bring it with me in the morning... she said that she would have to "cancel my son's appointment and reschedule." Frustrated at this point, when I asked her why she didn't give patients more notice than a couple business hours to update information.. her response was "I run multiple clinics, have you ever done that!?" She said she was "too busy and overwhelmed" to do that. I'm assuming she was just having a bad day...but now we'll have to find somewhere else to go that is more organized with better customer service. Yikes

Fantastic experience: The building was beautiful and fun for kids. My youngest (the patient) and his two older siblings had a wonderful time with the arcade machines, paintings, and movie playing. Dr. Hall and all of the staff were polite, patient, and took time to explain things. I would recommend taking your kids here if they ever need dental work!

Positive experience: Loved Dr. Grey and his assistant I think they took great care of my daughter however I did not care for the waiting room environment, it was loud, chaotic and front desk was not very friendly.

Fantastic experience: They made my sons first dentist appointment a positive experience. They applied minerals to his teeth, did a cleaning and xrays! And he left with a goodie bag including the cutest blue rubber duck!

Negative experience: I really want to like this place because dr grey is amazing but I can’t handle how rude receptionists are I will not be going back so unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: This is the best pediatrician I have ever been to. The interior facilities are very new, and the overall cleanliness is spotless. The doctors are really good with children. The nurses are very friendly and will patiently answer your questions and explain in detail the health of your child's teeth. My daughter loves this place and she gets a gold coin at the end of each examination to exchange for her favorite toy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Evans and his staff is always amazing. My daughter is actually happy to go to the dentist to see him. The office staff is always so nice. It should be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! We have been with Dr Evans now for 8 years, almost 9. Our first visit was due to a broken tooth from a fall in gym class. She was in 2nd grade then. She is currently finishing her sophomore year of high school. He fixed the tooth and she refuses to see anyone else.Dr. Evans and his staff is amazing with her.

Fantastic experience: Our experience today was amazing thanks to the assistant , she was so patient with my daughter and my son. My daughter is terrified of doctors in general and she made our baby girl feel very comfortable and we were able to also take some pictures. The whole process was just so stress free thank to Paola!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here. We haven’t had the best luck with dentist with my oldest and this was such a refreshing experience. We drive from Enid to go here and it’s definitely worth the drive! My youngest are 4 and have never been to a dentist before now and all the staff were so sweet and good with them. They make it fun for the kids! I’d recommend everyone to use them! They will have our service until my kids are too big to go! Fantastic experience: Our experience here was great. I appreciate the doctor calling me to follow up after both appointments here. I like that they have games for the kids to play as well as movies playing in the waiting area and the rooms too. We were able to get our appointment within a couple of weeks which was nice as well.

Fantastic experience: We love pediatric dental we’ve been going there for 10 years! The staff is amazing none of our 4 children are scared they get sooo excited to go to the dentist!

Negative experience: Besides pushing unneeded procedures, overdosing children to the point they can't stand up, & not allowing parents to oversee anything other than a teeth cleaning - Dr. Evans needs to learn how to respect people's personal space, & keep his hands to himself! My husband & I find it unprofessional, unnecessary, & disrespectful to touch anything other than the patient's mouth. Unless you're shaking hands, in which he didn't even shake my husband's hand. However, he did feel the need to touch my knee (1st incident) & then my elbow (2nd in incident) while discussing my child's teeth. Not to mention rubbing my son's chest & shoulders to the point that made him feel uncomfortable. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Evans took great care of my 3 year old son. They were able to get him in quickly. They made him feel very comfortable. The office is immaculate. It was a great experience for everyone. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Evans made our experience comfortable and pleasant. My 3 year old can be grumpy and doesn’t always cooperate easily. The office is bright, fun and inviting and Dr. Evans put my son at ease right away. We’ve been to other pediatric offices before and it’s never gone as smoothly as it did here. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Place for the kids! I was blown away by everything from the facility to the professionalism and such great chair side manner my 2 year old was so comfortable and did great! Everybody was so very polite and welcoming the service was 10 stars! Best of all ......service with a SMILE! ***UPDATE*** Still in love with place 2 yrs later! My now 4yr old had to have a procedure (caps in the back) Dr. Agee is the absolute best! My daughter was so brave and comfortable with her and this facility. I highly recommend this dentist, anesthesiologist, nurse! Bless you all!

Negative experience: This dentist won’t let a parent back while your child is put under even if your child has special needs. That is absolutely wrong.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old had 3 fillings and a tooth pulled. Came out fine from dental surgery went home after he felt better. Recieved an after hours call from the dentist to ask how my son was doing! Great service! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Negative experience: Diana answered the phone I asked for an appointment she didn’t even ask for my daughters information she just told me we don’t have appointments I called several times and a nice girl just told me to call back with her insurance and when I called back Diana answered and when I asked for the other girl she hung up

Fantastic experience: Took my 6 year old and 3 year old autistic child today and they were fantastic with both of them! Especially my autistic child who normally doesn't like being in the doctors office or anyone touching her face. Everything went so smoothly and they were so patient and kind. Thank you! Its Worth the 45 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: Such a cute, kid friendly facility. All the staff and providers are so kind, friendly and so good with my kids. At the end of the visit they get a golden coin for a slot machine to get a prize and its what gets my kids through the appointment as they look forward to that. 10/10 recommend

Negative experience: Don't go here if your kid has seen a dentist within 2 years. They won't see a kid if they are being regularly taken care of like they should be. So only neglected children allowed.

Fantastic experience: Second grandson appointment today. Knowledgeable, quick and kind staff. Front desk, to dental providers all have a great attitude and are kind and gentle with the kids. Number one in atmosphere, quality of care and overall excellent service. We drive a longer distance to see these providers just because of the care and quality of service. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: We had a 4 pm appointment for dental cleaning. Unfortunately, wasn’t the best.. Dr. Evan was showing me which teeth were loose after her cleaning. I noticed the cleaning was NOT done well.. Please, be more detailed on the 6 month cleaning. It is essential!

Fantastic experience: Love the environment very friendly and welcoming for kids and their families. Doctors are very knowledgeable and approachable to lead with concerns and asking questions, my son loves the machine towers after each visit as well!

Negative experience: Left my child in pain said I need to go to his denist that is located in Texas we don't live in Texas no more. They refused to see him because his work in Texas was less then 2 yrs ago mind you it was only in April 2023 so they let a baby suffer because of there refusal to do there Job. Do not take your kids here!! They will refuse them and leave a helpless baby in pain. But in all actuality they was willing to take him until they realized he is on state dental insurance this is Discrimination at its best then they say since your upset you can pay us cash and we will see him.

Fantastic experience: We love the office because of doctors, nurses and check out staff. The check out process it’s super easy thanks to the secretaries that are really nice/kimd except the front desk check in ladies looks like they don’t like to deal with people and roll their eyes to you.

Fantastic experience: Great first experience with a pediatric dentist! The office is very inviting for children. It was an overall pleasant experience for my toddler.

Negative experience: Do not go here if you need anything other than a cleaning. They overcharge for a visit then make you overpay for an “office fee”. I checked with my insurance and they informed me that they’re not supposed to do that. Be careful about the office fee that they don’t tell you about and they’re not even supposed to do that with insurance. Just a surprisingly nice play with shady business practices. Watch you bill and check with your insurance if that’s in your contract before doing anything with this business.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Evans and his staff. My two daughter’s 6yr and 8yr are always excited go to the dentist. I appreciate the staff’s punctuality and sincerity. Kamill was our hygienist and she was gentle and thorough. We have been going to Dr. Evans for years and their office is always clean and our experience with the staff has always been positive.

Negative experience: Paid nearly 2k to have dental work done on my son, only for him to still have pain a month later. They charged me nearly 300 dollars for a referral exam- no work done, just telling me what they wanted to do, then scheduled the surgery. Came back to get the issue looked at, the lady at the the front desk is extremely rude every time. They added a surprise bill of another 41 dollars on top of the $2000 and $300. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable giving them any more money until we get my sons tooth fixed that I already paid for! I will definitely be looking for another dentist.

Negative experience: I took my baby to Dr. Gray for a tongue tie release. He was very kind and as a dentist, I liked him. It seems that the release was done well. However, I wouldn’t bring my child back to this office for two main reasons. Number one, my 6-week old baby was taken from me, out of my sight for this procedure, despite my repeated request to stay with her. This is extremely concerning to me as the parent responsible for protecting my child, and this dental office should take seriously the importance of transparency and accountability (even if for their own protection from false accusations)- especially with their youngest patients who cannot advocate for themselves. I have just heard too many stories of medical abuse and negligence to be comfortable entrusting my baby or child to ANYONE (I am certainly not accusing this office of anything, but it’s just so important for young patients to have an advocate. Period.). I believe this policy added an abundant amount of unnecessary stress for me and for my baby who had never been apart from me before. The reasons given to me for this policy all have simple solutions. Not all parents can handle it? Give them the choice. A parent might faint? Put a chair in the room. You still don’t want them in the room? Let them watch through the window. This is the uniform practice across pediatric dentists in OK? Doesn’t make it right; also not true (Dr. Coleman has a much more mother-baby friendly approach for this procedure, and the only reason I didn’t use her is because we are on Soonercare at this time). The parent’s choice and responsibility for protecting their child should be prioritized over the dentist’s preferences. Number two, in my experience and knowledge, it is extremely important for the parent to perform a set of stretches with the baby after this procedure for 3 weeks, in order to ensure proper healing and prevent reattachment. Dr. Gray told me he doesn’t think this is important, and he doesn’t like hands in the mouth. I just have to disagree with him here- the stretches are simple, easy, and can be performed after washing hands— and it is far easier to do them than to risk having to redo the procedure. This is based on my experience as a mom with 2 older children that also had to have tie revisions, and it’s also based on my knowledge of how the mouth heals by retraction—hence the need for stretching the tongue to help it heal correctly and not become restricted again. As I said above, Dr. Gray was a nice guy and it seems he did the procedure well. But the concerns I explain above are enough reason for me to never bring my children back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to another parent.

Fantastic experience: I was blown away at the kindness and professionalism shown toward my son, nurse and I at his very first teeth cleaning. My son has complex medical needs and we felt welcomed. I had many questions for the dentist who greeted us with a warm smile and listened attentively. I am so thankful we found this office.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend Pediatric Dental OKC. Took my almost 2 month old son in for a possible lip and tongue tie. He saw Dr. Evans, he indeed had both and Dr. Evans did the procedure to fix it same day. Dr. Evans was very friendly and informatory about everything.

Fantastic experience: I love pediatric dental! I left this place because I needed a closer place to go and get my kids seen and my goodness! That was a huge mistake. All these place I took my kids to to get seen! We’re horrible! I regretted ever leaving this place and I’m so happy I was able to come back and have my kids continue here! So thank you pediatric for all of your hard work, dedication and taking care of my kids. We love y’all so much!

Negative experience: They told me my 6 year old needed work in all 4 corners of her mouth and needed to be put to sleep. We got a 2nd opinion today from yukon kids dental and found out she only needs 1 filling and no sedation. I am shocked. We won't be back.

Positive experience: Everyone that we encountered was very nice and answered all our questions. The Doctor was not in a rush he took his time and explained everything and made sure we understood it. I highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: We've been with Pediatric Dental for a few years and have never had a bad experience. The most recent visit was for a crown that unexpectedly came out at lunchtime. I called and they squeezed my son in for a same day appointment. When we arrived they quickly called us back, took xrays and Dr. Evans placed the new crown. Very impressed with the care he received at this visit.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. I took my nephew and they got us right in and fixed him right up the same day. They had opening to fix his teeth. The inside is kid friendly me and him both loved the TVs above the chairs so the kids can watch cartoons. Wonderful place.
