Negative experience: Be warned. The people at this location are rude. They don't know how to work their own system. They open late. And they don't honor appointment times.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience for our little ones’ first time going to the dentist. Our 3yr old has autism and is a little sensitive, but the dentist and techs were patient with him, and worked with him to get him all checked out without overwhelming him. Same thing for our curious 1yr old. Very patient and kind staff.

Fantastic experience: always friendly and accommodating, excellent service, amazing staff.

Negative experience: I showed up at 3:15 for a 3:30 dental cleaning, and immediately encountered a rude receptionist who told me that if I didn’t provide insurance information by 3:40, I would be rescheduled. I informed her I waited 3 months for this appt. I called United Concordia myself and was able to get the information in just a few minutes as she stated staff was out and not able to call. Despite arriving early and handling the insurance issue quickly, we’ve now been waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time with no update. It’s clear they overbook clients and prioritize volume over quality care or respect for patients’ time. Very disappointed in both the customer service and the disorganized scheduling. We won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Smiles for Kids Dental and Orthopedic. My kids have been going there since they started getting teeth. My oldest now has braces and we couldn't be happier. Very friendly staff clean environment. My kids always feel comfortable at every appointment. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Our experience with this office has been rife with poor communication and a lack of responsiveness (my child had pain for several months and we did not get any response when we tried moving the appointment up). We live in a rural area and have to drive over two hours to receive care here and I can’t help but feel that this reflects a lack of consideration and discrimination against folks who live in areas like ours. I am a physician and would be embarrassed to know my clinic was treating patients like this.

Fantastic experience: Glad to say we’ve been coming for 6 years! The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and polite to each patient who walked in. Very knowledgeable and helpful with our new insurance, super friendly and welcoming. My kiddos had a great experience with Dr.lilly and our dental assistant was very helpful with tips and tricks.I highly recommend bringing your kiddos!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist James was very knowledgeable and communicated great with parent and patient. He helped the patient refine her flossing technique and removed the polishing grit promptly as he polished. Dr. Tanaka was patient and thorough with her exam and we always come back because of that! Thanks!

Negative experience: I am so disappointed in this place. All 3 of my kids used to go here for many of years. They used be a decent office to take your children for dental needs. Now the staff is overwhelmed and overbooked. They took little to no consideration nor compassion in helping us when it came to the patient’s needs and couldn’t finish the job that they started. I spoke to several managers here and got no call backs after I stated my concerns. Highly unprofessional. I wasted my time driving down there just so I could speak to someone in person all for them to still not help the patient. Which should be their priority. Do yourselves a favor and take your kids elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Scheduling Practices My experience with this dental practice has been profoundly disappointing and highly unprofessional. After waiting patiently for an appointment that was scheduled three months in advance, I received a cancellation notice with less than 24 hours' notice. This last-minute change, especially given the lengthy wait, is simply unacceptable and shows a significant lack of respect for patients' time and commitments. As a single mother with work obligations, it is incredibly challenging, if not impossible, to accommodate a rescheduled appointment with such short notice, particularly when they attempted to reschedule for the very next day. What truly compounded the frustration was the clinic's apparent unwillingness to accommodate or offer any reasonable alternatives within the current month, despite the inconvenience they caused. The communication regarding this cancellation and subsequent rescheduling attempts was not only poor but also came across as dismissive of my personal circumstances. This entire incident reflects a severe deficiency in patient care and scheduling management. I would caution others to be wary of their scheduling practices and lack of flexibility.

Negative experience: My child had a dental emergency on a day when our regular dentist’s office was closed, and I was extremely grateful that this office was able to get us in last-minute. That said, our experience was terrible, and I sincerely hope you proceed with caution if you’re considering bringing your child here. From the moment we arrived, the waiting area didn’t reflect the professionalism you’d expect from a pediatric dental office. It was noticeably unclean, parts of the wall were damaged, and unsupervised children were running around screaming. The front desk staff was unfriendly and asked me to fill out paperwork I had already completed online. When I mentioned that I had submitted the forms immediately after receiving them, the receptionist casually responded, “Oh, I didn’t even look,” which was unsettling. I didn’t press the issue, but it certainly didn’t inspire confidence in how the office is managed. Thankfully, the dental assistant and the dentist were the saving grace. They were kind, professional, and truly wonderful with my child. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. I had scheduled our follow-up appointment three weeks in advance, and the appointment time remained consistent on all confirmation emails and texts. Then, the day before the appointment, the time was changed with no explanation or phone call. When I contacted the office, I was told the new time was correct, but no one could tell me why it had changed. Without me even asking, the staff member informed me she couldn’t change it back because the schedule was full. When I asked why I wasn’t notified, she said she didn’t know and admitted it had “happened a few times before.” That’s completely unacceptable. As working parents, we arranged time off around the original appointment. Changing an appointment without notice and offering no apology or solution, is unprofessional. If I hadn’t double-checked the messages, we easily could’ve missed it. On the day of the follow-up, their regular waiting room was closed (hopefully under repair based on what I saw last time). Instead, parents and children were asked to wait in a small, uncomfortably hot area. The women at the front desk were unfriendly and dismissive. I even witnessed them being incredibly disrespectful to a food delivery person. At one point, a father asked if they could speak with his wife, who was on the phone with questions — and they just flat-out said, “No.” I’ve never seen staff treat people like this in a medical setting. No one informed me they were running behind (especially frustrating since they had pushed our appointment earlier just the day before), but I overheard them telling another family and offering a new time. I waited 30 minutes past our appointment, and no one — not a single patient — was taken to the back during that time. I saw a delivery of eight bags from Olive Garden and can only guess what the priority was. I decided to leave. When I tried to let the woman at the desk know I was canceling, I was completely ignored. If this is how the office staff treats people, I absolutely do not trust them with my child — or anyone else’s. It’s deeply concerning that this office continues to operate with such a high patient volume. Please use serious caution before bringing your child here.

Negative experience: Went for my child’s cleaning and staff was outside on strike. Front desk staff were still inside and didn’t think to call people to cancel clients appointments.

Negative experience: My appointment was for 12:30 and had to wait for 2 hours to be called back. Why do they schedule appointments for specific times if they make you wait 2 hours to be seen. It’s hard enough making small children wait for this long without anything for them to do. The tv wasn’t working and all the books were ripped.

Fantastic experience: Visit was great. Providers that attended to my Granddaughter were so pleasant and that is always the first plus to me. The care she received awesome. Treatment needed was explained. 10/10

Negative experience: Scheduled my daughter for a Dental Visit, our appointment was at 3 waited until 3:45 before we got up and left, they called everyone else but us. Dr.s should not be scheduling so many appointments if they cannot keep up. They should only schedule how much they can keep up with. Greed & horrible service. Will NOT be going back. Mind you the poor girl at the front had to call someone to go help her because she was the only one at the front and she had so many patients to check in. I guess this is how they treat new patients & returning patients. Terrible service. The Dr should know better than to schedule so many patients if he cannot handle it correctly and in a timely manner.

Negative experience: THIS PLACE HAS GONE REALLY DOWN HILL!!!! THE NURSE DROPPED INSTRUMENT ON THE FLOOR AND TRIED USING IT ON MY SON I HAD TO ASK HER TO GET NEW ONES. HOW CAN YOU USE DIRTY INSTRUMENTS ON A PATIENT THAT IS SO DISGUSTING! THEN I GET WALKED OUT AND THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO HELP THEY LEFT ME STANDING THERE LOOKING STUPID! THE MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE. UNHAPPY WITH THEIR JOB AND IT SHOWS! NEVER COMING BACK!

Negative experience: Awful customer service from the ladies in the front office. Impossible to get ahold of them by phone because it sends you to a call center where they have no idea what they are doing. Had horrible experience just to get a paper filled out for my kids to start school. What should’ve a took a day to fill out, dragged on for a month because I couldn’t get a hold of anybody via phone or email to fill out the paper work. Called over 100 times & got transferred over & over & over again to everyone in the call center but nobody in the actual office. It was ridiculous. I ended up having to drive over 100 miles to the office to get the paper work filled out and the front desk ladies were rude and had nothing but attitude. Tried to send me away. I had to get stern and basically demand they fill it out right then and there as I drive an hour to get there. This experience alone made me change offices. I don’t feel like they are thorough enough in the exam or cleanings anyway.

Negative experience: What a disaster I walked into. The place is disorganized to say the least. I waited a full hour after my appointment without being acknowledged. I wish they would have just said they were not accepting new patients or insurance only, that would have saved me so much time. The receptionist was not pleasant, she kept making comments about being up there by herself.. I mean just a waste of my time.

Negative experience: Tech approach demeaning. Dentist never introduces himself . Verbalizes doubt at to why of the reason for visit. The recommendations he gave was correct and appropriate

Fantastic experience: Recommend this place for kids. They have a kid friendly environment, toys and color books area. The dental hygienist was super friendly and kept my kids calm.

Negative experience: Waited in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment and when I asked how long it was going to take they flipped like it was my fault and asked me to reschedule

Negative experience: Edit to add: it’s a joke that they had time within minutes to respond to my review with the same number I left over half a dozen messages with to get my kids’ dental records. They never called me back after two weeks of leaving messages for the office staff and I had to go there in person and demand my records. Additionally, our new and wonderful dentist (because I will never step foot in this corporate abomination again), let me know that their cash grabbing behavior meant they did sealants before my kids teeth were fully in and thus negating the function of the sealant. They also saw absolutely no need for a cap anywhere which is what smiles for kids wanted to do. This place may have used to be great but now it’s private equity owned and they operate as such. If you know what’s good for you, RUN. Original review: Will not provide me with my patient records. Called twice and made two requests, one of which was “escalated”. Also sent two emails that were straight up ignored. We are switching dentists because there was no investment in my kids teeth - we alway saw a new hygienist and a new dentist. No one ever gave us advice or tips to prevent cavities beyond brushing (which we do). Last appointment out of the blue they want to do crowns on my 5yo. Feels like a cash grab. Now they won’t provide me with the records I’ve politely requested several times. New dentist warned me this was their behavior.

Negative experience: They have been an absolute nightmare to work with... from rude receptionists to their people in their back doing the insurance work... I'm shocked the dentists are kind. We got rescheduled because they lacked doing their job. & now it seems like we'll have to reschedule again because through-out the TWO weeks they rescheduled us for they waited till one week before the dental procedure to get the prior authorization from my insurance, although THEY advised me it takes around 10 business days to get.... they have wasted my family's time after time... seek else where if you value your time. They absolutely don't....

Fantastic experience: This was my granddaughters; 13 and 14 years old, first visit with this office. I liked their onboarding process and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The girls were happy and look forward to regular appointments.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my kids here for the past 9 years and not once have I ever had a bad experience. The staff is absolutely so well with my kids and overall the entire staff is so sweet, joyful and kind.

Positive experience: We loved Dr. Green on the east side. Since he left we've been going to the Westside location. It's been good and the kids seem to like it. Update Two of my children have aged out but my youngest still visits Smiles for Kids regularly. Our close family and friends also bring their children here. Overall, we've had a good experience. Everyone has always been very kind and welcoming. They listen and care about their patients.

Negative experience: Took our baby here cuz she had tooth pain and the dentist didn’t help at all, barely looked at it and told us to come back in 2 weeks if it still bothers her. Sure enough it kept bothering her so we took her to a different dentist and he actually examined her and took pictures and said it wasn’t a tooth but an abscess and did a plan of care. Thank goodness we took her elsewhere.

Positive experience: Environment was nice and clean. Most staff was nice the only one I had a little issue with was one of the receptionist for reschedulingand taking the charge for the visit, charged my card and then when I said what days are available for the next visit she started to talk in Spanish to her other co-workers and ignored me. I repeated the question and she still ignored me. I then asked for the restroom she answered. That just gave me the feeling I should just leave so I did. But other staff members we super nice and helpful for our first visit there. The parking lot is small but arrived early to our appointment and got good parking.

Negative experience: My three children have been patients here for years and have always loved it, but may be looking for a new dentist. Went in for an appointment yesterday and told I was never “confirmed” for the appointment. The office called the day before, hung up on the first ring before I could answer and never left a message. Never received a confirmation text like I have always in the past. And the woman checking me in was so rude and disrespectful asking why I didn’t call back. It wasn’t just my experience, the mother checking her kids in after me had the same issue with confirming the appointment. Everyone at the front desk looked and acted so unprofessional. One of the most unwelcoming and rude staffs I’ve encountered at a doctors office.

Negative experience: **revision** 4/14/2025 the new office staff up front are rude and don’t care about doing things right the first time. The new male dentist that they have is sarcastic and didn’t listen to anything that I said. He refused to do preventative work I asked for on my boys. I will never be going back, looking for someone else more professional and who cares about the patients** The staff was very nice and helpful with my son’s very first visit to the dentist! I am so happy I chose them, the wait was only a few minutes and they definitely have the expertise that makes the trip no headache at all!

Negative experience: Took my son here because they accept medicaid and i didnt want to pay out of pocket $800 to get his cavity filled. Huge office, seeing lots of kids very quickly. Told me he had 3 cavaties and one needed a crown. Well thats not what the other dentist said 2 weeks ago. I think this place is just filling baby teeth for the $$. Id stay away, find another option.

Fantastic experience: Both my son and my daughter have been going to Smile For Kids Dentistry for a couple years now. They’ve always had a great experience And the employees are great. We always Appreciate all the effort the team does to prepare for a great experience. I especially like that they are open on Saturdays as it’s hard to take extra time off of school, so it is very convenient.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would! They provide terrible service. They failed to provide my mother an interpreter for my son's appt. After checking them in the staff left them for over 15 min. When approaching the front desk they then chose then to let her know they cancelled the appt without consent. They also laughed and giggled while whispering to eachother covering their mouths to prevent my mother from having access. You cannot call the clinics directly. They are great at refusing to provide access to those in charge.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tina is always amazing. She is always friendly and kind as well as the staff.

Negative experience: My son has been coming here since he was old enough to go to the dentist. He is autistic and the staff seems like they have absolutely no clue or training when it comes to special needs kids. He’s been there for 4 years now and never had X-rays because staff doesn’t know how to deal with him being scared of the machines. They’ve never referred him to get put under for X-rays or anything either and now that he came with cavities that’s when they wanted to refer him to to be put under. This whole thing could’ve been prevented had they of shown the slightest interest in his dental health. Instead they’ve traumatized my son with the way they handled his tongue tie surgery. Which he was awake for and took 4 people to hold him down while he was screaming like he was being tortured. The very next day of the procedure my son had a seizure and when I asked them what medication he was given, as the hospital needed that information, they didn’t even want to tell me what they had given my 3 year old son at the time. If you have special needs kids, this is NOT the place for them.

Fantastic experience: Always such a great experience for my kiddos. We have been with smiles for kids for almost 15yrs now and wouldn't go anywhere else..From starting off with Dr.Tasker who we miss so much to being blessed with another amazing Dentist Dr.Tina we couldn't be more happy and content..this last visit we were greeted by Rosa.B and she was such an awesome assistant, so sweet and welcoming. She made the visit so fun and conversational. We will always recommend Smiles for kids 100%. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication ❤️

Positive experience: The doctor is always nice and courteous as well and the dental assistants. The front desk needs some help in that department, they are not welcoming and one told me I had missed my appointment before looking further into who the actual patient was, she just went off a very common last name, and realized she had made a mistake. This of course was before I stood there for a while before being acknowledged while all of them were talking amongst themselves.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! My little boy is on the spectrum and fearful of the dentist despite trying really hard early on to do lots of positive visits with our previous dentist, so when I heard of this place it was worth the wait. He needed an extraction, cleaning, and sealant, so he was of course nervous. They went above and beyond to make the visits fun, explained everything to him, and made sure he had a extremely positive attitude towards dental health. I find this extremely valuable! His visits have been nothing but fun, positive, pain-free, and I highly recommend; especially if you have a child that is apprehensive or nervous as they will make sure the visit goes smoothly. The staff, doctors, and all the medical workers are wonderful, thank you again.

Negative experience: Waited over an hour after being checked in to get my child seen. Even people who were walking in and checked in after we did were getting seen before us. Then when we told receptionist about it they had nothing to say. Eventually my child started to act up and cause a scene because what 3 year old wouldn’t after waiting an hour and the all of a sudden had time to get him in the back and seen right away so we can go.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a fun and gentle experience during her dental visit. Dental Assistant, Rose assisted my daughter by maintaining her mind at ease when performing x-rays and cleaning her teeth. My daughter enjoyed Rose’s easy going personality and great attitude! Positive experience: Dentist are great and the care is great just the scheduling staff could do better at giving calls when kids are taking off of schedules it's very inconvenient when we show up on time only to be told we were taking off the schedule and that someone called us when no one ever called to reschedule and its very inconvenient when we do not live close and have to drive a ways just to get our kids dental care.

Negative experience: Appointments are not being held at the time scheduled but 30-40 minutes later, but If we patients are 10 minutes late they are rescheduled for months later.

Negative experience: Gave a courtesy call and showed up a little late to an appointment, only to be told they would have to reschedule it. I understand staying on a schedule but we waited months for this appointment and they can’t give you a few minutes? And the women at the front desk talk to you like you’re an idiot. I’ve been bringing my kids here 8+ years but you better believe I’ll be taking my business somewhere else after today.

Negative experience: No respect for your time. Rescheduled appointment twice. Then when we show up to rescheduled appointment we waited over 1 1/2 hours in waiting room. And was still never see. Too many people in waiting room and no one acknowledged. Find another dentist that won’t treat you like a number.

The dental assistants and front desk staff are super helpful, and the wait times are minimal. We go 2-3 times a year, and it's always an organized and pleasant visit. You’ll be in good hands here!

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst visit I have had. Extremely unprofessional staff and very disorganized. My appointment was scheduled for 730, apparently the office changed their hours and did not notify me. Went for a cleaning and the hygienist was "tied up" and did not get my cleaning. I would never recommend this office to anyone. At some point you need to stop accepting new patients

Negative experience: This place is not bad. But when we were there they said zero balance and they sent us to collection and now they forgot what was the story. The people in customer service are not doing their job correctly and mixing things. They have a rude customer service…

Fantastic experience: When I went to my son’s school they would not allow me to check him out of his school as I was a few mins past the latest checkout time. They made me wait 30 more minutes which put me a half hour late with all 4 of my kids. The whole office was so accommodating and understanding. They went above and beyond to the point of working late to make sure they still got through all 4 of my appointments. Dr. Wells, Olivia, and Katherine took time to take care of us and I was not only super grateful but also very impressed at their selflessness. I would highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed in this office. First, the confusion between the staff on why the tooth was being extracted in the first place did not sit well with me. Second, Dr. Lilly did a terrible job on the simple tooth extraction and left part of the root in my daughter gum. Third, she did a hack job on her gums trying to retrieve it and my daughter was mortified when she got home on how her mouth looked. Fourth, we were referred to a specialist to have the root piece taken out. We were lucky to get in the next day.. The specialist office let us know we had to have X-rays with us for the appointment. I called 2 times the day of my daughter’s extraction appointment and the day after to get the X-rays and never got them. We had to reschedule the appointment now until March 10. I have called 5 times total to get a these X-rays and still have not got them. I feel like the staff should have already prepared me with the X-rays. Fifth, they didn’t put the braces back together so I had to make another appointment to have this done. Unbelievable. This place is too shuffling kids in and out and simply not putting care into each patients needs. This isn’t our first bad experience with this office which is why my other 2 kids don’t come here but unfortunately we are committed until we are done with my daughter’s braces.

Fantastic experience: Mu daughter is autistic (severe) non verbal. She still learning new stuff. Her first time on the dentist because in the past there was under anesthesia. She was so excited, the staff was amazing with her, the cleaning and x rays omg. They okay with her during the cleaning and the visit was fenomenal. Is almost 5 hours drive from my house and I dont complain for the results.

Positive experience: The First Lady to take us back was extremely patient & friendly with our son making him feel super comfortable. She explained stuff great to him & was patient the entire time. The doctor was also kind & patient & helped finish up the appointment quickly. We were nervous for our visit back as our son had to have dental surgery for caps back in December & we weren’t sure how comfortable he’d be coming back. The team we worked with definitely helped ease all of our worries.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was comfortable the entire time, she did not give any issues to the dentist. The facility was clean and well organized. The dentist and staff were informative and friendly.

Positive experience: Had to wait a bit between the quick, soft brush cleaning with the DA before the dentist examined my son to check his teeth for his first dentist visit, but they were friendly and helpful with my strong-willed and grumpy toddler

Fantastic experience: Smiles for kids is very good with my daughter and always very friendly. Wait time is very fast.

Negative experience: Dr. Waltz is amazing! The front desk staff on the other hand is rude and disrespectful. My daughter was originally scheduled for a 1:00 appointment on 12/27. I received one phone call from the practice on 12/26 at 12:19 and they decided to leave a voicemail stating that this is the second attempt calling and the appointment now needs to be reschedule. All because I didn’t answer the single phone call they made to me. I proceeded to call back immediately to confirm my appointment at 12:20 and the call center said we were good to go. Five minutes later (12:25) I received another phone call from the practice from a snobby woman stating that the call center should have never confirmed my appointment because it has now been canceled and someone else was put in that spot. I tried to explain that I choose tomorrow specifically because my daughter is off on winter break and I am off Fridays (We can’t miss school or work). She tried to find a new time for my daughter to go in but whoever I spoke with decided we couldn’t been seen till March if we wanted a Friday appointment . At that point I realized we were not going to see eye to eye on the situation so I decided to ended the phone call. I then called back and spoke with someone at the call center again, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Summer who works at the call center said they said they would make it right and said people have not confirmed for 12/27 and they may have openings. I tentatively scheduled for 1/8 because clearly appointments can be taken within a minute. Summer handled the situation well and said she would personally call me back if something were to become available sooner. I received a call back 2 hours later and they said an 8:00 or an 8:30 became available for 12/27 and if I would like to take either appointment. We took the 8:30 and called it an evening. Today 12/27 We walk in 5 minutes early and the front desk asked to confirm my insurance. I told them my daughter has dual coverage and the information should already be in file. (They never seem to have there things together because this isn’t the first time we had issues with them having the insurance on file.) they said they have one of the insurance companies on file but they would need the other. As I was asking a simple question a blonde woman to her left (my right) started to chime in and put her two cents in. I don’t appreciate other people interrupting and putting their two cents in my conversation with another staff member. If you need to train someone properly, don’t do it in front of patients with a snobby attitude. Unfortunately we will not be going back. Good luck to the rest!

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for my son who is a current patient on January 9th for January 20th with Dr. Kayla at 1PM. I show up and I am told that he is not on the schedule because they called me and texted me on January 17th and it was not confirmed. Seems like they may have some scheduling issues because they called me this morning to tell me exactly where the appointment was going to take place.

Fantastic experience: Dr . Lee was awesome. She did an amazing job on tongue tie on my 13yr old. She got him in the same day and she was professional and so nice. Thank you Dr. Lee

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very helpful, welcoming, and compassionate! I have been taking my daughter since her very first dentist appointment and I will keep taking her as long as possible. Common checkups or dental procedures I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else. Staff is amazing

Negative experience: I so want to look for a lawyer about suing this place for overbooking their appointments cuz you can have an appointment for 6 months in advance and still wait 30 plus minutes in the waiting room just for your appointment on acceptable and they don't care that you've been waiting there and you had an appointment.. it's like why have an appointment if you're going to be sitting there 45 minutes afterwards just waiting

Fantastic experience: My kids have been coming here for very long time.my son got his braces here and my daughter.

Positive experience: Dr. Lily is amazing! She’s diligent in answering my questions and was so patient with my kiddo. I wish the hygienist was more personable and interacted more with me while she was caring for my kid. Maybe she was having a bad day?

Negative experience: Overall quality of this business has been suffering from its potential 5 stars down to 2 stars. Cleanliness 2 stars for both Dental facility and Orthodontist facility Wait times 20+ minutes is a regular occurrence (from scheduled time) Over booked appointments Administration issues that do not collaborate from Dental to Orthopedic. Staff is wonderful and very Knowledgeable (5 STARS) Long time client for 16 years

Fantastic experience: Great experience with all the staff. Everyone made my kids feel comfortable. They had patience and took the time to explain what they were doing. They made going to the dentist easy and fun.

Fantastic experience: James was amazing he really took the time to get to know my child and ask her about her needs. The dentist can scare her but she felt really comfortable and even asked to go back the day after.

Negative experience: Dr was rude just because we didn’t want X-rays this time. Was told “if I don’t have her do X-rays next time we will have to have a different conversation”. Like, is that a threat??! I think what could make it better next time is to not be threatened and if a patient doesn’t want X-rays and signs the form don’t try to force them to do it anyways. You guys have lost 2 patients, we are going to head to Mike Citos next visit Tasker ran sucks!

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist are so gentle and caring. My kiddos love going to the dentist because the staff and Dr. explain what they are doing. They give lots of praise and feedback.

Fantastic experience: We love Smiles for Kids! I highly recommend Olivia and Evan at the Westside paradise location. They are outstanding, helpful and caring. My daughter loves the dentist and feels safe and comfortable there.

Positive experience: I’ve been bringing my son here for 7 years and this was the worst experience yet I will not be returning back to this clinic my sons scheduled appointment was at 8am we got here at 7:45 and sat here til 8:30 waiting and waiting and nothing seriously how unprofessional thankfully Stephanie the dental hygienist was absolutely AMAZING she deserves 5 stars and it changed my experience but those front desk people need help.
