Negative experience: My daughter wasn’t able to get a crown cemented back on without obligating me to have the laughing gas put on her. Since it was suppose to be a quick cementing procedure I denied it and therefore the dentist denied giving her the service. This was a crown service that had been done 6 months ago and wasn’t suppose to fall off. I was disappointed with the female dentist. I was only given the option to wait several weeks to get the traveling male dentist to cement it back on without the laughing gas since he was the one that treated her in January. I would have understood if they were going to drill on her again, I wouldn’t do it without being comfortable but this was just a crown being glued back on. I felt like it wasn’t needed. I left very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was elated that I changed her dentist. The dentist was excellent and provided me with a lot of information. All my questions were addressed properly. My daughter's experience was awesome after one not so good. She is now excited to go to the dentist.

The waiting area is bright and filled with engaging activities that kept my little one entertained.

My first visit at another orthodontist made me uncomfortable and unsure if I would like to proceed. I came to get a second opinion here with Dr. Villarreal and my visit was wonderful! The Doctor and staff made us feel so welcomed, did so many scans and explained everything in detail! I felt so confident with my decision in proceeding with an expander under their care. Fantastic experience: I have tried many different dentist offices here in Laredo but tots to teens is by far the best! Very friendly caring staff! And my kids love coming here!

Negative experience: I was told that my daughter’s wires for her braces would be removed prior to having her teeth cleaned , that didn't happen. The cleaning procedure was over within 5 minutes, no water pick or scraping was done. To top it all off, the doctor never came for the evaluation, waited over 20 minutes, and I had an appointment.

Negative experience: Was recommended here and its disappointing. My daughter has always had dental anxiety, and was told to come here cause theyre patient. The only one patient was Stephanie she was amazing with my daughter even got her to take a few xrays which no one has managed to do. She was very reassuring with her. And that alone, only stephanie deserves a 5 star review. Then comes the dentist (female) and the energy shifted. From the getgo it looked like she didnt want to deal with my daughter, she didnt even reassure my daughter as she was teary-eyed.She was just very monotone. She ended up leaving as quickly as she came in. Barely 5 minutes. That was one appointment. 2nd appointment was for a consult with the orthodontist, although better than the dentist, it seems theres an ongoing theme, they dont like to get “complicated” patients. My issue was with the DA that day. We go into the room and she was getting things ready and while were there she shouts to her coworkers from the room, gets up and leaves. No excuse me. That kinda bothered me cause wheres her professionalism. She came back and took my daughter to the xrays, i had my daughter go alone cause previously that worked… she came back crying, which is not surprising i didnt think much of it. issue starts when its her (the DA) and the orthodontist are in the room. DA says she managed to take xrays. Which was all a lie. When both left the room my daughter told me “she is lying, she didnt do them”. No wonder they looked familiar. I guess she took credit from stephanie to i suppose look “good”. She was also very awkard with my daughter. She needs to work on her kid social skills to be as good as she is to lying in front of children. Overall i wont be coming back.

Fantastic experience: This appointment that my oldest son went to was very much different compared to other appointments in the past. The ladies in the front (don't know their names but not the other ladies that used to be there) they smile, greet you, and give good service. On the back, my child got excellent service with the doctor/dentist and the assistant. On the way out they were happy to get their golden token and use it on the toy machines.

Fantastic experience: They have the best customer service in town! The service is quick, the staff is amazing, very nice and friendly. The doctors are very patient and they explain very detailed all the procedures. They have an amazing protocol for us to follow during this pandemic. I feel very safe every time I take my kids to their visits.

Fantastic experience: This is our second visit with Tots to Teens and we absolutely love it!!! The staff is just so inviting and friendly as well as Dr. Novak. They’re thorough and the way they establish rapport is a relief. The office is very tidy, clean, and had has two lobbies Incase the main own gets too full. They have a whole area in the lobby dedicated for the little ones filled with books, toys, etc. We feel so comfortable here and will continue to have our little here.

The receptionist was friendly, and the doctor did an excellent job explaining everything during the visit. It's a fantastic place for any dental needs. They even managed to get us an appointment with a specialist for the next weekend, which is way better than the usual wait of three to four months at other offices. I highly recommend them!
