Fantastic experience: What a great experience! The front desk employees were very kind and happy when they greeted us upon entry. The hygienists and dentists (I saw multiple as I have 3 children) explained everything they were doing and any concerns they had. Overall, a fantastic office and I'm thankful I found it!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Matt is the BEST and so is all the staff! All three of my kids have had teeth cleanings and do great . My son recently had tongue tie release surgery and Dr. Matt made it a breeze for him. He’s 4 and wasn’t scared at all and enjoyed going back for check ins and fist bumping Dr. Matt. Dental check ups are always fun and never scary!

Fantastic experience: My 7 yr old daughter was just seen in the OR for oral surgery and Dr. Matt and all of the nurses were absolutely wonderful. My daughter was very nervous and scared for this procedure and they made her so comfortable with such a friendly environment and kind staff that made her less nervous and process went so smoothly. We are 2 weeks post op and she healed up beautifully. We love Randolph pediatric dental! They are also amazing with my disabled son. Always make us feel comfortable and heard when it comes to my non verbal son. 10/10 recommend ❤️

Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience at Pediatric Dental Associates in Randolph. Dr. Matt was so kind and patient with my son throughout the exam and cleaning. My son has cognitive and physical challenges due to cerebral palsy and is not always cooperative due to sensory issues. Dr. Matt and the entire staff were compassionate and used strategies to ease his anxiety. My son got a clean bill of health and we look forward to our next exam and cleaning in 6 months. Fantastic experience: I cannot express how satisfied I am with the care my children get here. My daughter recently had two broken front teeth (she was 2 at the time). The emotional and physical support provided by both the hygienists and doctors was so wonderful. My daughter came back from the frightening experience inspired and helping her stuffed animals with their teeth at home. At her next visit I thought she may be upset from the incident, but instead she didn't cry once because she is just so comfortable with the staff there. They are special people, much thanks !

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Russo on Friday to see if there were other less invasive options to having dental work done for my special needs child. She was calm and extremely patient with both myself and my child along with the other dental assistant in the room. She gave us the option of applying Silver Diamine Flouride onto her two cavities instead of having them be filled. This treatment helps stop the cavities from spreading/getting worse and it takes a minute for the fluid to work/set onto the teeth. Because of this treatment, we can prolong my child having extensive dental work done under general anesthesia at the local hospital, which would be more traumatic for my child and extremely expensive. I am extremely grateful that we were offered this treatment and that Dr. Russo understood our financial situation. She was so good with my child that after the treatment, my child didn't want to leave. The entire staff at Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph are all equally amazing! I am so grateful we came back for a second visit/second opinion and that everything worked out well for us. 4-24-23 Update: Still going to this practice with both of my girls and still 5 stars! Dr Matt is amazing! The hygienists were both patient and understanding. We were seen rather quickly and all worked out. 5-13-25 Update: Wonderful hygienists and friendly front staff. Dr Matt is extremely professional. Our oldest loves going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Reception staff, dental hygienist and dentist were all kind, knowledgeable and friendly. My 8 year old has a lot of dental issues and fears because dentist visits aren’t fun for her. Dr Nagara was so kind, gentle and patient with her and took time out of earshot to help me understand everything that needs to happen to help my daughter to a healthier smile!

Fantastic experience: April, the hygienist was great and very nice answering all of Matt's questions before beginning to clean his teeth. Matt was very comfortable with her. She took the time to help him through all of the procedures. He really enjoyed her! Dr Jin was once again very supportive of Matt and was very helpful with how best to treat some of Matt's newest issues knowing Matt's history and how he could be. He too was very nice and helpful with Matt and his needs. This is the right place for Matt it is a perfect fit!

Fantastic experience: Both my daughter and son love going to pediatric dental associates of Randolph! Each visit they are well cared for, and the kids actually enjoy the dentist! Who would have thought?!?! My daughter’s first 2 teeth were pulled here and she had a great experience! She said if she had to do it again “it didn’t even hurt”. Updated to add my daughter has since had another tooth pulled and once again, a seem less experience! Dr Matt and all of the hygienists we have seen have all been caring and wonderful!

Negative experience: It was my son’s second time at the dentist and the hygienist said to him, “stop being such a baby.” Would never recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: From the first call to get information from Carolina, to our visit with Dr Matt and Laurie his assistant, we could not have been more pleased with the process of finding a new dentist for our son. Everyone was welcoming and professional. We had heard so many positive things about the office , we were not disappointed.

Negative experience: So, I really thought I found a great place for my kid's dentist needs, boy was I wrong... Initially we came to this dental office to have 2 of my 6-year-old daughter's teeth pulled because her permanent teeth were coming out crooked. We came in, they did x-rays, cleaning and told us that the front teeth is not an issue right now and they need to take care of her other teeth first. I said ok - they know better, I assumed. We were going there for a bit over a month to fix my daughter's other teeth. Everything was going well, so I thought. About 4 days before our "last" appointment where the dentist would do the extraction of front teeth, we noticed that my daughter had her front teeth coming out close to the middle of the roof of her mouth - very alarming, considering that dentist assured us that there is no problem after initial examination. TO MAKE THINGS WORST - a day before our appointment for the extraction, I got a call from the dentist office - the receptionist on the phone told me that my daughter's insurance was not active anymore and that they are cancelling the appointment, and she hung up the phone. If the insurance was inactive, or there was an issue with the insurance, the dentist's office should have worked with me to fix my daughter's teeth - I would think that this is the priority - my child's well-being. Now I have a problem with her teeth coming out in the middle of the roof of her mouth and I must find a different dentist. THIS IS TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS!!! VERY DISAPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Update: I spoke to Erika on 4/8/2025 at around 10am. All Erika seemed to care about is me changing my review on Google and not fixing the issue at hand. She was telling me that it was my fault that insurance lapsed, and I should have known ahead of time. Your office did deny treatment when your employee called me to tell me that the appointment is going to be cancelled because I had no insurance a day before the appointment. Instead of offering a discount on the tooth extraction, or God forbid offering to fix my daughter's issue for free. Erika told me that if my child is not in pain and can eat, I should wait until when I have insurance and come back to Pediatric Dental and have the teeth pulled or I can come in and pay full price for the procedure tomorrow. I told Erika that I would rather pay to have the teeth pulled now if it meant avoiding having oral surgery later, because of waiting to pull the teeth when my daughter has insurance. Bottom line - Erika did not provide amicable solution to the problem and was trying to blame me for the whole situation. The issue with the tooth poking through the middle of the roof of the mouth is something that could have been avoided if the teeth were pulled over a month ago when we came to the office in the first place. Instead, the doctor told my wife and I that putting crowns on my daughter's teeth is the priority and not pulling the teeth. Anyway, I told Erika I would like this fixed now vs having to put my daughter through surgery later, she told me that she will put me on hold and transfer me to someone who will take care of my case. Instead of transferring me, Erika hung up and never called me back. I did not appreciate being talked down to, twisting my words and making it sound like everything was my fault instead of being courteous and offering real solution. I did not appreciate being put on hold for over 5 minutes because Erika got a cell phone call - highly unprofessional. I was under the impression that you guys wanted to fix the issue at hand when you asked me to call you guys and speak to Erika about my review. Instead, I got blamed for not making sure the insurance was still active. It seems the office support staff cares more about money than well being of the patients! There was NO apology, NO compassion or any attempt to make things right - very disappointing!

If I had a dentist like this as a kid I wouldn't of been so afraid to go to one. My only regret is not taking my kids here years ago.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jin is the absolute best children's dentist ever. Our 4 1/2 year old son who has Autism likes everything explained to him and likes to be part of the process. :) Dr. Jin explains things in such an age-appropriate way while still making sure our son feels in control! He is so patient and kind. He also prioritizes making sure the child is comfortable & will do things in multiple appointments if needed just so the child does not get overwhelmed. This office is decorated in a bright Mario, Sonic etc theme. They call the laughing gas mask "The Ice Cream Mask" and let kids pick the flavor of "ice cream" they want before getting a filling if they are using laughing gas. Our son always picks Strawberry from the long list of choices, & he looks forward to going to the dentist! They let each kid pick a little reward at the end too! Thank you Dr. Jin & team for making every visit such a pleasant experience! :)

Our hygienist, April, was SO amazing. Talking to my son the whole time, taking the time to explain things to him, letting him touch and examine the tools. Asking his opinion of what flavor/ what colors he liked and was so patient with him. And Dr. Annie is the same!!! We had such a positive experience there because of the staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Matt is truly the most genuine, caring dentist I've ever met. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids. He is patient, thorough and honestly truly cares about his patients and their well-being. I've never not seen a smile on his face and he always seems genuinely happy to see everyone. The office staff is top notch, the place is clean as a whistle. You can tell they run a tight ship but there is always a sense of peace, even in the busiest moments everyone works so incredibly well together. If you want your kids to love the dentist, go see Dr Matt and his phenomenal team!!!
