Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first visit here today and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this practice. Our dental hygienist, Diane, was incredible. She was so patient, gentle and friendly. Our dentist, Dr. Nate was just as kind. Our visit began on time, it was seamless from beginning to end. Will definitely recommend.

Positive experience: I truly enjoy visiting the office quick 15-20mins max, In and out experience, but unfortunately didn’t go well yesterday 07/03 My daughter had an appointment at 2:30, we arrived at 2pm, “registered “ with the receptionist on the right side of the desk and waited their was 4 families at the the time my arrival okay that’s fine, but then there was 4 other families right after me it’s already 2:40ish they all took X-ray and sent inside okay fine, but now it’s 2:45 I went and asked the receptionist, what was going on that we have been there since 2:00 everybody after us had already left, come to find out she didn’t registered my daughter upon arrival. She asked for name and she was like I’m going to check and be right back ( she never came back) the rest of the staff did apologize but it wasn’t their fault but only the receptionist on the right side of the desk. Didn’t leave until 3:00, never spent over 1hr at the location, other than receptionist the staff is amazing xray tech, MD and dentist that do the cleaning!! Amazing staff !!!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this orthodontist to everyone. They are professional, kind, very clean, free sanitizer, WiFi, and best of all they treat your little one like their own. It’s so hard to find a place like this, truly a gem. My child was comfortable even had a tv screen to look up at during her procedure. She had three baby teeth pulled.. They gave her tokens that work on a small toy dispenser. My nine year said they were nice and they did say it would take 2 minutes and they told the truth.

Negative experience: I'm writing to share some feedback regarding recent dental hygienist appointments for my children. My daughter had a great experience with her hygienist, who was wonderful. However, my son's experience was quite the opposite. He found the cleaning painful and described the hygienist as rude and rough. It seemed there was no acknowledgement of his discomfort, and the hygienist continued to work in a way that he found cold and rough. This resulted in a very difficult experience for my son.

Fantastic experience: We had another great visit with our 6.5-yr-old. Such a nice facility with great staff. They are so prompt and never made us wait at all. Plus, we never felt rushed.

Positive experience: Dentist was nice and efficient. The dentist office felt a little bit like a farm in its set up and process. A level of controlled chaos if you will. Tech Minnie was also really great with the children and with cleanings. I had two daughters go b2b.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any medical office. DO NOT take your children to Little Tooth Dentist. After a full year of regular visits, they suddenly changed their cancellation policy from 24 to 48 hours without telling anyone—no email, no notice, nothing. Then they had the nerve to charge me $50 for not following a policy I was never made aware of. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. If this is how they treat loyal families, imagine how they run the rest of their business. I wouldn't trust them with my kids again under any circumstances. Take your children somewhere that actually respects and communicates with their patients.

Negative experience: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was 12 minutes late due to road closures blocks away and the main front door being jammed which took a few minutes for a man to come and open it for me. They had me waiting over 45 minutes just for this administrative assistant to come and tell me I won’t be seen for another hour, which is understandable but however I already came all the way from Staten Island spending money on an uber! I couldn’t wait any longer because I have to rush back to pick up my two year old from daycare. This rude lady named Stephanie who is supposedly the supervisor refused to write me a school excuse of absence note and insisted since they’re already “ accommodating “ me by willing to see us after a two hour wait when we were only 12 minutes late I told her I cannot wait another hour I have to pick up my daughter. Instead of trying to be helpful and write the note because she knew my son had to miss school and come which by the way we came all the way from STATEN ISLAND! She rather argue with me. Very unprofessional and I won’t ever bother coming here again. She definitely isn’t friendly or helpful with patients and makes the establishment look bad.

Fantastic experience: This was the first place my daughter and I felt comfortable. I can't even explain how excited my daughter was during and after the appointment. Everyone was absolutely nice from doing the x-ray to the lady doctor who did the explaining and cleaning. We loved it. See you'll in 6 months.

I was however happy with how the dentist dealt with her, how she was able to calm her down, she sang for her, she spoke to her and let her know what she was doing etc and she was so amazing. Fantastic experience: These are the most amazing group of pediatric dentists & hygienists in all of Brooklyn. From the day you schedule an appointment let’s start there, really great communication short wait times amazing customer service and you can just about always speak with a representative. The hygienist are careful and take their time to warm up to your children especially because small children may have a fear of the dentist sometimes. I explained that my daughter was on the spectrum and immediately they asked what are some of her comforts so that they can make her experience the best. When the dentist came in to see my daughter he was so warm and understanding he listened to all of my concerns and created a judgment free atmosphere and really took the time to hear me out. Then we got down straight into creating a treatment game plan for my daughter . It took just one week to get my daughter in and now she’s smiling and thriving. Great work Little Tooth your team is amazing!

Fantastic experience: We love Little Tooth! I've been taking my 3-year-old there since her first dental appointment and it's comfortable, convenient and quick. All the dentists, technicians, and staff are so friendly and welcoming! They are great with kids and have TVs on the ceiling to help ease tensions for any kiddos that may be nervous. Highly recommend!

The dentist and hygienist were wonderful and the clinic is modern and clean. Bonus points for tvs on the ceiling above the dental chairs! My daughter loved coming to see you!

My daughter needed a tooth pulled and the Dentist and Hygienist were so amazing making her feel at ease and not scared.

They gave a cute little pink plastic tooth case to put it in for the Tooth Fairy ☺️ My 3yo boys then went back there the next month for their first visit ever to a dentist and they loved it! So kid friendly, and they went over everything step by step with my kids before they did it.

Being able to watch tv while getting his procedure also helped my son relax. Thanks to Little Tooth Pediatric Dentistry, my son is no longer anxious about visiting the dentist.

Positive experience: It's a four for the sheer terror of watching! Otherwise it's a five. Struggling to do better as a parent Same as last time, good report card on my son's teeth though.

Negative experience: I had a 12:00 appointment and I arrived 5 minutes early. However, 2 people who came after me, were called in ahead of us. I had to complain to the receptionist. We rushed to get there on time, only to have others seen ahead of us. So my child wasn't seen until 12:40 pm.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for like 20 years. First experience was with my son who is 23 and now with my 4year old daughter. They are wonderful! Especially the owner and all the dentist crew. Don’t think twice. Go!

Fantastic experience: We love Little Tooth and the exceptional care we received from Dr. Z and the entire staff. We had a difficult situation when our toddler lost two teeth in an accident. After only finding one tooth, we were very concerned. Dr. Z quickly identified that the other tooth had been pushed up near our son's nose. While I will spare the details, Dr. Z was able to expertly extract the tooth, allowing our son to recover. Following this, we explored the option of a partial denture. Dr. Z thoroughly explained all our choices. We did face a challenge with the initial denture not staying in place, but Dr. Z was persistent in finding a solution. He even found a different lab, and eventually, we received a denture that fit and worked perfectly. Dr. Z was relentless, always responded quickly to emails, and was genuinely sincere. Additionally, our baby had a severe tongue-tie, which Dr. Z was also able to correct. Dr. Z and his staff are truly amazing, and we highly recommend them. You will not go wrong bringing your children here.

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 year old son here for his first dentist visit. The staff was nice. Wendy and Dr. E were very inviting, and calm. My son did a good job too. I loved the gold coin at the end to get a little gift from toy machine.

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly patient, compassionate, and caring. My son deals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and this was his very first time going to a dentist at 5 years old. He was extremely resistant, very noisy, and hard to manage, but everyone from the receptionist to the Hygienist, to the Dentist was so understanding and supportive, it was unbelievable. I would recommend Little Tooth to anyone with small children.

Fantastic experience: Our experience was amazing. My son is autistic and historically has some really horrible dental experiences. He was immediately comforted by the bright lights and colors. It’s very kid friendly. Mini explained everything to my son prior to actions and this was helpful and prevented meltdowns. She even gave shades to block the bright exam chair light. She acknowledged his sensory needs. She was caring and patient. Dr Z was warm and engaging. The customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend them for your pediatric dental needs.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The kids loved the special touch of receiving coins for prizes at the end of their appointment which I think is a wonderful way to make a trip to the dentist a positive experience! The dentists took their time with Amaya, making sure she felt comfortable and secure throughout the entire process. The TV above the dentist's chair was a genius touch, keeping the kids entertained and distracted from any potential anxiety. We can't recommend them enough! They truly go above and beyond to make dental care a breeze for kids. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a second opinion for my 3 year old daughter and I was very happy with Dr.Nate and the course of action we decided on. Dr. Nate was amazingly patient with my daughter. I could see she enjoyed her time there. From the very beginning the way the staff greeted us, they answered all questions and concerns. They had Moana her favorite movie playing for her.

I was nervous the dentist would say she has tons of cavities like some dentists out to make a few dollars do but they just put sealants on a couple teeth and that was that. My little daughter told me shes looking forward to going back again !

Fantastic experience: I called them requesting an emergency appointment because my daughter was in pain and the lady who took the phone call was so comprehensive, and could found a space for the same day in the afternoon. Once in the clinic, everybody is super gentle. The specialist hygienist was the sweetest we ever met. She was so nice with my daughter, very observant, understanding. The dentist also was very gentle and kind. My daughter loved this place from day one. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Well…good news is good news. I guess I’ve been in nyc too long… I love the place but gotta wonder if they’re breezin’ over it all. That said, I honestly don’t expect my daughter to have many tooth problems, as I’ve never had cavity nor braces. I trust this dentist. And he’s quite nice.

Fantastic experience: The service at LTPD was great! Less than a minute after being checked in my daughter was getting her xrays done. The Dental hygienist Jennifer was amazing!! She was kind, knowledgable and had my little one at ease throughout the visit. The Dentist was also excellent. So happy with my decision to switch to them!

Positive experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Minnie, the dental hygienist, who was absolutely amazing! She made my daughter feel so comfortable and was incredibly kind. If I could give her 100 stars, I would! The pediatric dentist was also wonderful—very sweet, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. ⭐⭐ for the front desk staff. There was an issue where an additional charge for fluoride was added, even though the dentist and manager had stated it was covered by insurance. The error was acknowledged by the front desk, but instead of waiving the charge, we were still billed. It wasn’t about the money but the principle of doing the right thing in that situation. If it weren’t for the incredible care from Minnie and the dentist, I would not consider returning. They truly made the experience great despite the issue at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: Best service ever for my children. My son is usually scared getting in a dentist seat, he was met with Kind caring women who made him feel safe. I truly appreciate them and I got a great recommendation for an orthodontist. Best experience ever and they were quicker than any dentist office I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: I was giving it one more try to this dentist's office because the two times we came for a dental cleaning, it was a joke. Less than 10 minutes on the chair, and off you go. My philosophy is that if you cannot get a good cleaning with a good hygienist dentist, how is the dentist's performance too? This time, we saw Wendy, the hygienist dentist, who did not rush and gave him an excellent cleaning. She also explained how to keep flossing and brushing, and his exemplary job shows he has no cavities or mouth issues. Well done, kiddo! We will come back only for her.
