Fantastic experience: I’m extremely thankful of Rimrock Pediatric they’re good at what they do. My grandkids love rim rock. They feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: The nurses and Dr's there are absolutely amazing! They always listen to my concerns that I have with my 18 month old. She's about to have surgery on being lip tied and tounge tied but I'm sure all will go well!

Fantastic experience: The entire treatment team today was amazing. They were patient and understanding and when my daughter was scared and still hurting they gave more numbing medicine and explained to her all the noises she would hear and what they would be doing. One of the best visit we have had since we started going here.

After our first visit, I would have felt comfortable with just dropping her off at the door with the staff. Never once did we feel that we were a bother or mistreated. Positive experience: Great customer service! The whole team is dedicated to explaining what the procedure is and what is going to happen during the visit, calm, collected and great patient care while being Interactive with the patient. But if there is a need for an alternate procedure above teeth cleaning, be prepared for a wait even if it is scheduled in advance. Waited on two different occasions in a procedure room for over an hour on both occasions.

Fantastic experience: My two year old had her lip tie taken care of and her two front teeth crowned after she tripped and hit them on a toy. Everyone here was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and amazing with my littles. I couldn't recommend them and their anesthesiologist more!

Negative experience: After over two weeks of waiting for a callback to schedule our daughter’s appointment to remove a couple of cavities that were bothering her, we still haven’t heard a single word since her initial checkup. By now, we could have gone elsewhere and had them treated. There is a complete lack of communication within their office. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. We wasted two weeks waiting for a callback to schedule and now need to find another dentist. This is sheer incompetence.

Negative experience: They lied to me and my guardian about what medicine they were giving me before a procedure, they said it was Tylenol and another pill to "balance it with my weight" and I got extremely light headed and passed out. They said that they were giving me the mask for the anesthesia and I made it very clear I was not going to do it any other way other then the mask. They drugged me and made me pass out unwillingly and made me have a terrible nightmare during the procedure. And 3 weeks after the procedure, my teeth are still randomly aching and are extremely sensitive. I might be involving the authorities in this matter, they blatantly and willingly lied to me about what they were giving me which is illegal. Avoid this place at all costs.

Negative experience: Absolutely zero communication and unprofessional, don’t recommend this place for busy single parents who have a tight schedule. They scheduled my son (8 years of age) for work to get done and mistakenly scheduled him for another consult and didn’t tell me until the day of his appt which was in the late afternoon by the way, had him not eat after midnight, the whole 9, so my son had to skip breakfast and lunch just for them to say he didn’t need work instead just another consult? Like what. Unnecessarily Inconvenienced me and my family. Went in for the second consult anyway, scheduled him for another day to get his work done, when the day came I told them he couldn’t make it because he had gotten strep over the weekend and they said they couldn’t see him anymore for future appointments. Along with my other two kids. I think that’s highly unusual, so disappointing, UNPROFESSIONAL and such a WASTE of time.

Fantastic experience: We established care for our 2 year old on Wednesday and then Thursday night she broke a tooth that ended up needing to be pulled! The staff came in just to help us after hours, and were very kind to us and good with our little one. Glad we chose this place!

Fantastic experience: Took my almost two year old in for her very first appointment, the dental assistant was absolutely amazing with my daughter, they didn't push her to do anything she didn't want to do minus the initial exam but they let her sit in my lap while the dentist looked at her teeth. Her dentist Stanley was very kind and outgoing with her. Highly recommend taking your kids here.

Fantastic experience: I forgot to mention in my last review that 2 of my 4 kids are able to get themselves to their appointment time before I have to be there with the other 2, and the staff makes them feel welcome and gets them all checked in and going before I get there. It’s nice to know that I don’t have to worry about being there with them because they are taken care of.

She let us know what we were doing well and where improvement was needed. We will be coming back and I'll bring my other daughter here as well.

They have quick service with barely any waiting room time. They are very quick to schedule emergency appointments for tooth aches. Great office to work with!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been using Rimrock for our kids dentist for 14 years and always had a great experience with them. Their dentists and staff are kind and understanding when kids might be a little scared and never push them, always working with them to get the best results. All their dental assistants work really well with young kids but our favorite is Sky. She always has a smile on her face and my kids love her! Rimrock always stands by their work and now even offer a membership plan so if you don’t have insurance you can save some money.

Fantastic experience: As always, the staff was amazing! I watched as with a little encouragement and explanation my daughter’s anxiety melted away and she began relax. The patience that was required to try to work with my son was outstanding! As a 1.5 year old he had no clue what was going on and the girls were very considerate and understanding during the process. Fantastic experience: We went to the clinic today for my three year old’s standard exam and cleaning. We have been several times before and he just seems to make it so difficult to get anything accomplished. But TODAY was a different story. We were lucky enough to get Shayla as our assistant. She was beyond amazing. I mean my toddler (who literally never sits still) sat long enough for her to brush and floss his teeth, and get X-rays. She was gentle with him and had several tricks up her sleeve to help keep his attention when it was really needed. Not to mention, she offered to help me with my infant as I was trying to complete paperwork (those who have two small children just know… you need 8 arms). I have never had a bad experience at Rimrock Pediatric dentistry, but Shayla deserves the shout out because I am still sitting here in awe as to how well it went several hours later. My toddler gave her a big hug as we were leaving, and I could tell the trust he built with her in a half hour, was more than some would build in many visits. We would love to have her every time. THANK YOU, Shayla! Hopefully many others get the pleasure to have you also!

Fantastic experience: RPD provided excellent service! All the staff was beyond friendly despite the amount of kids/families coming and going. We traveled from out of town and the staff made it possible to get multiple appts completed in 1 so we could limit our travel. Not to mention the staff made the process a breeze for our anxious daughter!
