Fantastic experience: Every single time we’ve been to this office it’s been nothing short of excellent, from the staff to the doctors, we love this office. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pediatric dental office.

My daughter (1yr old) had her first dentist appointment and was so comfortable around the staff because of how engaging they are with their patients. They played with her while we talked about how the appointment would go and she was able to relax and did not move around when they started looking inside her mouth.

Every single person I met made me feel welcomed, whether they were directly dealing with us or not. They all helped my 5 year old be excited about being at the dentist. Dr. Morgan took the time to not only make us as parents feel confident and thoroughly informed, but worked with my not so patient boy to keep it fun for him. From check in, to the assistants, to Dr. Morgan, to the financial and scheduling part, the entire visit was a breath of fresh air after having not so great experiences with other pediatric offices. I am so glad to say we found our dental home.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit due to an emergency toothache over the weekend. Our wait time was less than 5 minutes. When we were taken to a room my concerns were noted, x-rays taken and Dr. Morgan came in shortly after. He gave us our options. We decided to have him remove the baby tooth same day. Following the removal, we were not forced to leave right away. Dr. Morgan sat and chatted with us for a few minutes after until my son was feeling better. The entire staff is wonderful. Scheduled a cleaning before we left.

The dental hygienists were so sweet and walked them through the whole process with examples of what it would feel like or looked like before they even started. The Dentist was very nice and quick. We are very happy with our experience. My oldest is now telling people that going to the dentist is fun!

Negative experience: Didn’t do this review on time because took me a while to get over it but me and me daughter had such a horrible experience the staff wonderfull and on the other hand the dentist that did my daughters extraction is something else the day of the extraction went in early and at first it went smoothly until my baby started to feel everything he was digging in her gums I was watching everything!! I started to feel uncomfortable when my baby started to stretch her legs as if she’s in pain I asked him if she was ok he said yes then as it continued kept getting worse and worse kicking her legs I just knew she’s was in pain probably feeling everything I told him to just stop and he continued until I told him to stop again he then said if he could continue because she wasn’t going to want to come back for her fill on the top I told him I didn’t care to stop she’s feeling everything I felt so horrible as a parent my baby is autistic and was already terrified of the dentist I don’t know what he had going on that day but something was off till this day I don’t know how ima go about taking her to the dentist again

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Dr. Morgan and his team since he was about a year old. He is now almost 6. We have never had a less than excellent visit at this office! The entire team is incredible and very welcoming. They make these kids feel so safe and taken care of. My son had an apt yesterday and on our way over he said, “I’m so excited to go to my dentist!” And on our way home he said, “I miss my dentist.” I kid you not…direct quotes from a 5 year old. I can not say enough good things about this office! The best!

Negative experience: Taking my 2-year-old here was honestly one of the most TRAUMATIC experiences I have had as a mother. DO NOT come here if you want to help your little learn about and get used to the dentist. Maybe it’s an okay dentist for older children. When scheduling the appointment, speaking with the hygienist & dentist, I shared that I wanted my daughter to learn about the dentist and to have a positive experience. I didn’t care if they even touched her mouth this visit! In preparation for the dentist, we talked about it all week and she came with me to my appointment! She was so excited! When we got to this pediatric dentist, they told me they usually just go fast and the kids will usually scream/cry. I was not okay with this and held my daughter. They seemed impatient and kept telling me they would do it fast. I had a baby in the room as well and got stressed and agreed, trying to talk to my daughter about it. They held her down while she SCREAMED, tried to get away, and clearly said she didn’t want them to. She had scratches all over her little face from trying to get away. They didn’t get her consent, didn’t talk to her about what they were doing, and didn’t even clean her teeth well. If it wasn’t covered by insurance, I would request a refund. After we left, she had a week where she would wake up screaming from naps & bedtime sleep and she kept talking about how “scared” she was of the dentist. This never happened before and we are having to reteach her that she has control over her body and when she says “no” or “stop”, people should stop right away. I will make sure I find a different pediatric dentist in the future who respects parents and their children, and who value patient consent.

Fantastic experience: Wow, oh wow! Our 3 year old had to have some dental work done to avoid further damage. Mrs. Julie was the rockstar of the duo! She was so energetic and continued to assure our daughter during the entire procedure. No tears even after shots. The entire staff is so fun, comforting and patient! Audrey is excited about a tooth fairy visit now and wants to go back to the dentist soon!

Through the relationships he builds with his patients and his kind nature, Dr. Morgan inspired my oldest child to want to become a pediatric dentist himself. He’s off to college next month (on the pre-dental track) and just had his last appointment with Dr. Morgan because he’s now aged out at 18 years old. We love Dr. Morgan!

Negative experience: We’ve been going to Rockwall Pediatric Dentistry for many years now and have always been blown away by their staff. Today’s experience was a bit disappointing though. We were the first appointment of the day (7:55AM) and arrived 10 minutes early, but you would think we were late. Rushing through the process as one of the staff was being short with my daughter - didn’t make me very happy. The same staff member was also gossiping with other staff about another employee or a patient. Just bad mojo overall. I also took a moment to look at the condition of the chairs and office space - pretty beat up in my opinion. I give our experience today 2 stars and that’s only because we got to see Dr. Ben Morgan. He’s amazing!

Dr. Morgan was absolutely wonderful and took his time with us. They were busy but there was no sense of urgency which was very refreshing. Negative experience: Great dentist, Terrible handling of insurance. We had been going for years, kids had a great experience. They made an internal change to the insurance where they could refuse to accept the payment causing us to have a several hundred-dollar bill unexpected. Then they blame us for it even though they never told us of this change. Don't expect them to be upfront about this. They know they don't accept delta dental anymore, they told me over the phone they no longer are a premium member.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ben did a great job of making my kiddo comfortable with a procedure he was afraid of. He spent time explaining each tool and was patient when my son got stressed in the middle. I am so thankful we were able to get sealance despite his fears!

Fantastic experience: My special needs daughter is very adverse to things around her face and mouth and has a mind of her own. We just moved here and were recommended this place and boy was it the right fit for us. They let my daughter explore, take a prize before the visit, and made the visit fun with engaging her and songs etc. As a result my wild child actually got a teeth cleaning and didn’t cry once. Amazing staff and Dr Morgan was very detailed in his evaluation. We are taking my son soon as well!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 2 years old and she was comfortable waiting in the waiting room watching a kids movie (Moana) as we waited. This was our first appointment, so we got there 15minutes early. We were seen at her appt time, she was so comfortable with everyone that spoke to her. We were in and out in an hour. That includes the wait time, the cleaning, x-rays, talking to the dentist about x-rays, picking a toy from their patient wall, paying and setting up a good time for her next appt. 10/10 will be going back.
