Negative experience: They claim to put children's care first, but actions speak louder than words. If you find yourself going here, you might need to harass their employees to make sure they're contacting your dental insurance because we were told today we were maxed out on benefits. I called my dental insurance who said they would have covered the services at 100% if they'd been contacted by the dentist. Instead, we were forced to pay out of pocket and funniest thing is I couldn't even n call them because they closed for the day at 1PM which was my child's appointment time, so I have to wait until Monday to talk to them now. As a parent, it really makes you wonder, if there were complications with my child's procedure, how would that work since everyone was gone and the office was closed by that point? Also, what kind of clinic schedules appointments AT CLOSING TIME?!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Cloud! He was so patient, kind and very knowledgeable about everything we needed done. He impressed me with such a good plan of care! My 4 year old asked to come back after getting a crown and a filling. They made her feel very comfortable and was so patient with her!

The Dr. is very nice looking as my 5 year old says lol but all three of my kids love coming, they run in to the dentist office. I love the fact that my kids have a place to play and watch movies while we wait cause as a mother of 3 kid friendliness is very important to me. I appreciate you Dr. Gambill and love the staff. Fantastic experience: Laikyn is at ease when he goes to the dentist at Pediatric Denistry. The staff is amazing. They talk to him and not just me. This allowed him to ask questions and voice his concerns with each staff member that came in. This was his first tooth to be pulled and he also had sealant. There was a different staff person for each procedure and when the Dentist came she had his tooth out in 5 seconds. Laikyn never knew he had the SPACE GAS and did not know they used a needle on his gums to numb him. All in all we could not have asked for a better experience even though he was at the DREADED DENTIST!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Cloud and the entire staff at Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport-Bossier ENOUGH - they are simply the best! Dr. Cloud is a magician, making my son laugh and forget all about his nerves before, DURING, and after the procedure! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is so cool! 15/10, 5 stars! (my son isn’t an easy patient lol so they truly must be magical bc he did AWESOME!) His words after the procedure, “That was so much fun! I have a cool dentist!”

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a pediatric dentist office look no further! If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. Alexis was great with my sweet daughter. Dr. Ly was AMAZING! My daughter needed a crown and Dr. Ly took her time and explained every step. Oh not to mention the assistant she was great as well. My kids love it here

Negative experience: They forced us to pay upfront to put crowns and fillings on my 4 year year olds teeth. Worked out really well since they just pulled half of them. She was self conscious before, but now my child doesn't want to go to school because she doesn't have any teeth! You'd think a 4 year old needs teeth to eat, but I guess the 7 years she was supposed to have those baby teeth means she'll be going back to baby food now. We weren't informed of their process clearly. Two employees at the office told us the major procedures process included having us go up to the office for them to partially sedate the kids before transporting them to the hospital. Of course, we schedule everything and are told to just meet them at the hospital. Once the procedure was done, they blindsided us with a $500 fee for the anesthesiologist that they wanted UP FRONT despite telling us any fees related to the hospital could be billed later. We paid thousands up front for the procedures they didn't even perform before blindsiding us with the additional $500 fee. The doctor did the procedure and didn't even bother to come talk to us after. You put my only child under anesthesia and do a bunch of stuff that wasn't part of the plan then don't even bother to come talk to us about it in detail?! I guess parents' concerns are low priority over getting more kids in and out for that money! It's all a racket to make money! Their communication only extends to giving you enough information to feel comfortable to say yes to their plan and then getting you off the phone ASAP and doing whatever they want after the fact. I guess I don't have to worry about changing dentists for a while since she doesn't have any teeth that need attention anymore. I took my child in for 4-5 cavities and now she doesn't have cavities OR teeth. Feel free to look up other reviews as I'll be posting elsewhere later... probably with before and after pictures. My advice, if you don't want your child's teeth removed, might avoid these guys. Thousands of dollars to "fix" her teeth... no thousands of dollars to remove them and leave my child incomplete after subjecting her to serious trauma and danger going under anesthesia. The only silver lining here is she's alive and not brain damaged.

Negative experience: Love DR. Cloud, Dr. Gamble, & Dr. Ly is a good too! However Dr. Srivarsha Ponna is terrible. I now refuse to be scheduled with her anymore. My kids have seen her on numerous occasions and each time has not been a good experience. She is terrible with littles and kids younger than 10. She will audibly huff and puff, display an attitude towards the patients, and she does NOT have good communication skills neither.

Fantastic experience: Our kids have been going to Pediatric Dentistry for years, and we’ve had always had great experiences here. My kids are never scared / upset when they have to go to the dentist and always seem at ease when they are there. We mostly see Dr. Cloud and he’s incredibly patient and kind to them.

Negative experience: Historically speaking I have only had positive experiences with this business. However today we encountered a rude front office person.. we arrived *literally* 1 minute late (4:31 pm) for a 4:30 appointment, and the front office staff told me there was “no grace policy” and that the dentist would have to talk to my wife on the phone to see if an exception would be made (). A few minutes later the front desk person told me the dentist decided to make a “one time exception,” and will see you, gesturing toward the exam room. Then as we walked toward to exam room she said, “oh, no, please sit down in the waiting room until we call you back.” The practice then had my kids sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes before calling us back. Overall, just bizarre. Once we got back to the exam room, everyone was friendly, normal and professional. However, I have never seen this kind of thing at any medical office. If this “zero minutes grace police” is true/ real and something they expect to enforce, then they should note it on the appointment card and also simply inform patients that their child’s appointment is 10- 15 min before they actually need you to check in.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was extremely great! The dentist Valerie had doing her dental work was awesome, his assistant was awesome as well. Everyone there yesterday was excellent!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to get two teeth pulled. She was scared initially but the staff put her at ease. During visits, children can watch Disney movies on the ceiling. Kids get a coin to put in a machine for a prize before leaving.

Fantastic experience: My daughter need a crown. Dr Cloud and his team of nurses did an amazing job! They made my scared little girl comfortable and even enjoy her time with they! Dr. Cloud worked quickly and is very skilled! Highest recommendation!

Negative experience: Absolutely, hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The front office staff is terrible with communicating the accurate information regarding appointments and providing school excuses. Especially when an error was made on their end. Will not be going back to that office. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My son had to have silver caps put over his teeth in the back to prevent cavities. They made him feel very comfortable and they were able to get the job done quickly and with no pain! That was a big relief to both me and my son. They are really good working with children. They are extremely patient with Littles and don't push unnecessary procedures. Prices are reasonable and they are an in-network provider with TRICARE Dental Program.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love this dentist office. Not only are the assistants amazing, caring and patient, the dentist was so great! He was funny, quick and to the point. They made my child comfortable, had a system that worked well and took care to not alert him of the scary stuff that was happening. Everything inside this off is geared to make kids feel less anxious. I've had really bad experiences taking him to the dentist so far, but they made this much less of a burden. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin. My wife and I have a 3 year old that needed some pretty serious dental work and we did a consultation with them. Everything was fine nice people they assured us that the looks of her teeth were their priority and assured us the hospital visit would be non traumatic. WRONG! It was the exact opposite. We were assured that they would not take our child back kicking and screaming and of course that’s what happened. We were told that they would come get us the second she got out of surgery. WRONG! She was in the back by herself for almost 30 minutes and they did not come get us till she woke up screaming and crying because she didn’t know what was going on. They told us that the looks of her teeth is what they care about the most. WRONG! They botched her teeth. She had the prettiest white smile before with straight front teeth and they turned them brown and crooked. We don’t give her hard candy or anything hard to eat due to the fact that her front teeth are capped but yet some how her front tooth got chipped and then out of nowhere it fell out no more than 10 minutes ago. We paid over 5 grand for a botched job. I wish we could get our money back but I know that will never happen. I hope I save someone the trouble of having to go through the same thing my wife and I did.

Negative experience: If I could give less than one star, I would. I took my daughter in to fix some cavities. She needed caps, and that was fine. I stressed to them how I wanted my daughters smile to be just as perfect as it was when I first took her in. My daughter went in with a straight and pearly white smile. She came out with her teeth looking like the strip caps were put on crooked and a yellow tint on her teeth where the strip caps are. I’ll never recommend them to anyone. Next time, I’ll just drive to the Woodlands back to Dr. Wheeler who actually cares about his patients outcome. Editing to add… it’s been 3 months and one of her strip caps fell off, although we’ve been extremely careful with what she eats and drinks. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!

From the front desk thru the halls to the interactions with simple explaining and helping your child become comfortable during procedures helped calm me down as a parent..

Fantastic experience: My daughter has severe anxiety, she's seen two separate doctors here and both were amazing. A male saw her at her first appointment (can't remember his name) and then Dr Lee today did her procedure. She had four teeth removed and one capped. Every single staff member we came in contact with was beyond kind and patient with her. I'm so pleased with how great they were and will now be taking my other two children here as well.

Fantastic experience: Pediatric Dentistary was absolutely amazing! I brought all five of my children in AT THE SAME TIME. They were gentle, catered to each and every need, they explained every detail to me AND my children. The t.v.s above the chairs helped make my Littles more comfortable, the coins they give out for the prizes after the appointment were my children's favorite part of the appointment. My 12yr old needed braces and they conveniently have an orthodontist next door that works with their office. They give out little goodie bags with tooth brushes, floss, tooth paste , and a prize. I cannot brag on this office enough. We will NEVER go anywhere else!

Shreveport bossier pediatric was so kind and the nurse was patient with her even with her being traumatized from the prior experience. The doctor explained what needed to be done and suggested what we thought should have happened in the beginning. They will definitely be my pediatric dentist from now on

Normally my 1 year old isn’t too keen on strangers but every time he has gone to the dentist, they’re always so good with him and make the trip from Blanchard to bossier well worth it. Fantastic experience: They were so wonderful with my little girl she was terrified of going to the dentist after having a bad experience at a previous dentist. So when we went to pediatric dentistry of shreveport bossier they made sure they made her feel comfortable by explaining to her what they were gonna do and being patient with her. She is only 4yrs old and was actually excited they day of her surgery to go because she felt so comfortable with them. I am so grateful for them and Desoto regional for taking such good care of us. My baby woke up today and went and brushed her teeth without her mommy even having to tell her too!!! Dr. Cloud was amazing and her teeth look great.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cloud is fantastic! My kids love him. Our hygienist was amazing as well. I don’t remember her name, but she made my apprehensive 3 yo comfortable by explaining everything in terms she understood, and was super patient with her. We will definitely be back, and 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience: This was my 8yo son’s first time here. He loved it and said the dentist was so nice and is actually looking forward to going back. The office is very nice and clean. I saw the hygienists scrubbing each chair and equipment after each child left. They were all very friendly and helpful and the dentist we saw was kind to my son and spoke to him in such a nice way. We had a great experience here and I am so glad we changed dentists. I won’t ever take him anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: They were very patient with my daughter (4yo). She has had a traumatic experience from a previous dentist and was not sure about the mouth x-rays but the girl that was doing them was very patient & kind and explained everything to help soothe her, and Dr Tom was asking kind and gentle with her and explained everything to me and even showing me what he was looking at and talking about. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Natchitoches location were great! We filled out our new patient paperwork before our appointment and were seen promptly after arriving. This was my daughters first time at the dentist and the hygienist & dentist made sure she was comfortable. I am happy with the care she was given and will definitely be returning!
