Positive experience: I felt rushed at my 6 years old daughter's appointment today. The dental hygienist spent more time trying to book another appointment for my younger daughter (10 months) than actually cleaning, inspecting, and explaining to my older daughter. I specifically asked her to help explaining reinforcing flossing to my daughter, but she was rushing us through and ignore my request. I think follow up appointment should be booked at the end of the appointment or with the front desk, not taking the majority of the appointment time. We spent more time waiting in the lobby than the actual time for the appointment most of which was to make follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: The entire process from calling to make the initial appointment for my son’s tongue tie to the follow up appointments, Dr Patel and her team made us feel welcome and so comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind, supportive and professional. All of our questions were welcome and answered, we never felt rushed or overwhelmed and the procedure itself was quick and effective. Dr Patel is the best at what she does and it shows. We trust her and her team for the care of our sweet son.

Fantastic experience: After two weeks of feeding issues, a plateau in weight gain, and feeling like no one was listening, a lactation consultant found that my 8 week old baby had a posterior tongue tie (this was a Thursday morning). I called Viera Pediatric Dentistry after leaving the LC office and Dr Patel and her staff truly listened to my concerns and prioritized reviewing our patient forms in order to schedule a consultation. Within a few hours we had an appointment scheduled for the following Monday. I received videos and pre/post frenectomy information via email which was incredibly helpful leading up to the appointment. Dr. Patel is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and she’s actually the one in the videos explaining everything that is involved in the procedure. She immediately saw that my baby had a tongue and a lip tie. She took lots of pictures for me to see what was done and also what to expect over the following weeks as the areas heal. She explained everything in detail answering all my questions (and provided encouragement even after we’d already gone home and I had a concern). The staff is super friendly and the facility is very nice and clean. I highly recommend scheduling with Viera Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Patel and the staff treat kids with genuine care, and it shows. Now, at four years old, our daughter walks in with confidence, excited to show how well she’s been taking care of her teeth—not just for herself, but to make Dr. Patel proud! Of course, getting her little duckling at the end of the visit is always the cherry on top We’re so grateful to have found a provider in Brevard who truly gets kids. With the assistance of Dr. Sisney and nurses Danielle and Sam from Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates she received IV sedation. I was a nervous wreck when i found out our daughter needed this dental procedure done and Dr. Patel and her staff along with the staff at PDAA eased my mind every step of the way. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were given updates throughout her procedure. Everyone involved today was put on this earth to work with children, they were all so patient and kind. Everything was so quick! She was back to her normal self within just a couple hours. She has a beautiful new smile thanks to Dr. Patel! Highly recommend Viera Pediatric dentistry to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: My son had his first dental appt today at just shy of 2yrs old. I’m not sure what I expected going into this appt but I was blown away. I’ve never been to a medical professional’s office that left me speechless in every aspect. It was clean, everyone was exceptionally kind, FAST, we never even sat in the waiting room. The hygienists and doctor were so above and beyond. They even held my infant so I could be with my son and support him. I will never go anywhere else for my children, and will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you, this is what standard every medical professional should strive to reach.

Fantastic experience: You will not find a more caring Dentist Office. From the front desk all the way to Dr. Patel. So my daughter is 3 and I googled a pediatric dentist and was sent to an office that will not be named. That office did nothing to make my daughter comfortable with her first trip and the second one was worse. The dentist referred us to Dr. Patel because my daughter would not let him in her mouth. At Dr. Patel she sat in the chair did all that was asked and even X-rays were even able to be taken. She is excited about going back for her check up. I recommend Dr. Patel and is well worth us driving from the Lake Washington area to Vieira.

Fantastic experience: This office is so great!! My kids just started going here and we love it! The staff and Dr. Patel are so kind and welcoming. My son chipped his tooth and Dr. Patel did an AMAZING job all while making sure he wasn’t anxious and that he was comfortable during the whole process. My kids went in for cleanings and I love that they explain and let the kids know what they are doing as they go. The staff up front were extremely helpful with the insurance process as well. I cannot recommend this dentistry enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel is very good with our children, from toddler to teen. Her team is gentle with their cleanings, and Dr. Patel gives realistic advice, not pushing unnecessary services, braces, ete. Unless really needed. Her staff keeps it light for kids, making jokes, explaining things, providing comfort plushies, and giving the kids the ability to watch a show with headphones to distract them while they get their teeth cleaned. They know kids and how to set them at ease!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel has the most calming demeanor. My son whom is ADHD loves going to see her. As an adult I don’t even like going to the dentist! Not only is she wonderful but her staff is amazing as well. They too are so patient & calm. One of the best things I like is that I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

Fantastic experience: All 4 of my children see Dr. Patel for general dentistry and my newborn recently had upper lip and tongue tie release. The staff is always so helpful, accommodating and kind. They are quick to get back to you and Dr. Patel is incredibly accommodating. The process for the upper lip and tongue tie release was efficient, but Dr. Patel spent so much time with us and made sure it was as painless as possible for baby. He wasn’t even crying after procedure and now is nursing like a champ! She and her team also followed up later that night after procedure and in office a few days later to ensure all was going well. If you are looking tie release in Melbourne, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My child has bad anxiety going to the dentist and it’s so hard to get him to go. We just moved to Florida and noticed this dental office had great reviews so we gave it a try. Let me tell you that the staff and Dr Patel went above and beyond to make sure my little boy wasn’t scared and explained everything before performing it. This was a great experience and my boy wasn’t scared to go back. The staff was very welcoming and they did a thorough exam. I would recommend them to everyone!

She laid calmly and it was over in the blink of an eye! They have TVs for the kids to watch during their appointment and a reward system for when they are finished. My kids are never worried about having to go to their visits. Fantastic experience: ⸻ We just had our third visit for dental cleanings, and we couldn’t be happier. Amber is absolutely wonderful—so patient and gentle with my son. She takes her time and is amazing at getting x-rays done, which used to be a big challenge for us. For the first time in his life, dental visits feel easy and comfortable, and that’s a huge milestone. We’re also incredibly grateful for the way our younger son, who has Trisomy 21, is treated. Dr. Patel, the head dentist, personally takes care of him—she even sings to him during cleanings and turns the visit into something fun and joyful. The entire team is amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and warm. They always make us feel at ease from the moment we walk in. We’re truly thankful to have found such a wonderful pediatric dental clinic for our boys!

Even though they had their first cleaning last week, Dr. Patel helped me on two different occasions. One of them being my youngest had a little accident and hit her front teeth- Dr Patel was able to ensure me that she was okay and swelling should go down and nothing further needed to be done! We had a great experience, our son loved them, and we highly recommend them. Update: Our second son had a Frenectomy today by Dr. Patel and she was wonderful again. We are so thankful for how quick this procedure was, Dr. Patel was so informative about exercises and post op care, and we are excited to see our son’s positive progress now!

Starting with the staff, which is sometimes more important than the actual person you're scheduling to see. When we saw Dr. Patel, she was so patient and kind to our child that the visit went very smoothly. Fantastic experience: My 3 year old daughter needed a procedure that required anesthesia. That’s a pretty nerve wracking feeling for a parent. Dr Patel was very thorough in explaining the procedure and ensuring peace of mind. The Anesthesiologist was amazing. I wish I could remember her name as she deserves extra kudos. She was so kind and warm during her interaction with my daughter, she immediately trusted her. She put my daughter at ease and they confidently walked to the back for their “dance party”. I was so nervous that my daughter wouldn’t want to separate from me and her dad, but instead she happily held the anesthesiologist’s hand and walked to the back. My daughter’s procedure was quick; they even mentioned that they’d be refunding some of the prepaid anesthesia cost as the initial quote was higher than true costs. I love to see that kind of integrity in all businesses; especially in professional services like healthcare. All the staff was thorough in explaining processes and walking us through post-procedure care. They even escorted us to the car to ensure our daughter was responding well. Dr Patel text me later that day to check in and see how my daughter was feeling. Just an overall positive experience. My son is on the spectrum and can be very difficult especially with doctors and he got out of his chair to give her a hug when she came in!! The whole staff is just wonderful! Fantastic experience: I could not have been happier with Dr Patel and her lovely staff! My son recently had a tongue and lip tie procedure done and the care that he and I received has been above and beyond. From the cleanliness of the office and nursing room, to the time taken to really help and explain things to me, it was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Dr Patel explained things thoroughly before and after the procedure. I did not feel rushed in asking questions or voicing my concerns. She even watched me nurse my son after and made sure he was able to latch and feed after the procedure. A few days after the procedure I noticed my son had gone longer than normal without a feed. I called Dr Patel’s office and they were able to get us in within a couple of hours. When we got there she checked his healing and of course he fed completely normally once in the office. Dr Patel has checked on us multiple times via text to see how my son is doing. I appreciate her genuine kindness and empathy for me and my son. Thank you so much Dr Patel!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and her assistant Kayla did such a fantastic job today! My son had to get a filling, and was super nervous. Kayla helped calm his nerves by letting him pick his favorite show to watch, and letting him pick out a scent for the laughing gas. I was able to sit in the room with them. Watching their process...it was seamless! They worked so beautifully together. It was quick, painless, and we are so thankful to have positive experiences at the dentist. Our son LOVES going and looks forward to getting his token for a prize each time. We love this office so much!
