Negative experience: I went here today for a tooth ache from an infection. They wanted me to do a bunch of expensive work but I didn't have enough money today and asked for an antibiotic to calm things down and I would come back in a couple weeks. The dentist refused. They said come back when I had the money. Until then i just have to deal with the tooth ache! REALLY!!!!

Negative experience: Went for a terrible toothache and all was done was a cleaning and painful floss and a high bill of over 300 .00 and let's not forget X-rays and a referral to no where they didn't recommend no other dentists who does extraction very disappointing

Negative experience: I went to them on 12-24-25 an was not pleased They didn’t know what to do so they didn’t do anything They had me sign forms to clean my teeth n all but didn’t do anything They had thing but bang on my teeth with some metal device which has me n more pain than I’ve even been in smh I think he broke my tooth more by banging on it

Negative experience: Do NOT even think about visiting this office for any kind of dental work. I saw a so called dentist by the name of Patel and he did a botched cleaning job. He was in a bad mood and I felt abused because he was in a bad mood. I had to go back in the office to get my teeth rechecked by another dentist. The manager and the assistant manager did absolutely nothing to help. Do NOT visit Dental Dreams in this location or any!!!!

Negative experience: 2 weeks in after a filling and they clearly cause injury.

Fantastic experience: They were so good to my kids. They were so kind all around and knew what they were talking about. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Very clean and wonderful space.

Negative experience: Recently got a filling here done I must say the dentist was great but the helpers are poorly skilled and hit my teeth with metal multiple times including putting the bite block to far back I bit my cheek and now I'm a week in pain and can't eat over a simple filling......not happy

Negative experience: Very poor, unprofessional and incompetent service. After waiting there for over 30 minutes for the first appointment, I was told that my dentist had to leave last minute and to reschedule. I was still made to pay in advance. For the next appointment, after watching many people who came after me get called in and waiting there for almost an hour and finally upon checking with the receptionist. She told me that she forgot to check me in and said to wait longer to see the dentist. I still waited and finally canceled my appointment and left.

Negative experience: Very rude to little kids doesn’t comfort them at all very rough

Negative experience: After telling them that I was having a anxiety attack about being there they left me sitting in the dentist chair for two hours. With doing this my blood pressure went so high . Then told me they could not pull my tooth. I was and still in so much pain with no results. The doctor that I never seen,who was calling all the shots, never came in to talk to me. There was so much more that they could have done to help me. Instead handed me a piece of paper to have my doctor sign. I would not recommend or go back to this place.

Positive experience: Dental Dreams did a wonderful job getting me and and getting my teeth cleaned. And helping direct me to figure out who and where I can hey my wisdom teeth extracted

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment at Dental Dreams and they were extremely careful with my levels of pain and not only that but the Dentist and her assistant were extremely mindful of my past trauma and emotions. They both made sure that I didn't feel any pain from my tooth being pulled. I truly appreciate what they did for me and I appreciate their "bedside" manor. That's the most important part. I highly recommend this business to anyone who lives in the Rockford,IL area. Great job guys and I will be returning in the near future.

Negative experience: I was called to come to pick up my dentures the day before I came early to my appointment thinking that this was my final step that are listed in the area where you are seen, but no I had to do more impressions! to my surprise my dentures were not ready or even made yet I was made to wait while people who arrived after me being called before me after I waited almost an hour to be disappointed and leaving once again without teeth! I just want my dentures and be done with dental dreams!

Negative experience: Called a few days prior to double check they would be able to pull my wisdom teeth out and mentioned that I was sure that at least one of them was impacted, I was told yes, go there for my appointment, waited over an hour AFTER my appointment time BEFORE I was seen, then waited in my little cubical for 25 minutes before someone came in and took X-rays, then was told they couldn’t do my teeth, and told to make another appointment to fill in cavities when they easily could’ve been done today. Will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: The boys aren't thrilled to have their teeth cleaned but the staff there is always helpful, understanding and accommodating for special needs kids. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Leaving Dental Dreams. Dr Patel male dentist was awful, rude, and dismissive!! I was in extreme pain and he told me there is nothing he could do for me. I ask to see another dentist, again I was in severe pain and the other dentist gave me options. All other staff were welcoming and considerate. Dr. Patel if you don’t want to do your job don’t show up and undermine patience in need. I hope this review helps another person you try to dismiss and I hope your corporate office sees this and you try and be human towards people.

Negative experience: They did not listen to my issues. They basically said they were going to do it their way and that was it. They said they could put smaller teeth in to make it so they all fit. They said i was gonna have and under bite that i never had my whole life. I had an overbite. I asked about a payment plan since I was paying cash. I dont have insurance. Can't afford it. They wanted $600 every 2 weeks. I will never recommend anyone to this place ever. They dodnt want to listen at all and they were very rude.

Negative experience: This is is the most unprofessional dental facility my sister has ever been to. Please beware folks! If you have Medicaid, they will not accurately clean your teeth. They may brush it and polish it, but will not remove plaque or build up or clean/pick along the gums. Is this illegal? We all know what a dental cleaning SHOULD BE. But they will not do it correctly if you have MEDICAID. You will be treated differently and rushed out the dental chair. I'm writing this message as a warning to those with Medicaid.

Negative experience: Worst dental service and incompetent management. My wife had a very small chip in her front tooth. We waited a long time to be seen. The dentist kept running from one patient to another. She filled the chip, but fell off in two days. My wife went back two more times and the same. Every time she went the dentist kept drilling until she had a big gap. We decided to go somewhere else. We asked for a refund and the manager, Paco, said he would give us the refund in 3-5 days. After 5 days of not receiving the refund, we went back and Paco said now it would be 3-5 weeks. I asked for the Corporate number and he gave me a number, but IT WAS A FAKe NUMBER. Please look at other reviews and DOT GO THERE!!!!

Negative experience: It was a very very bad experience. I did not learn from my mistakes. I have been going to them for 4 years. They used to have very bad doctors who learn from the patient. Then they left and worse doctors came. The waiting time is long, hours. I do not know what they do. The evaluation is negative ten.

Negative experience: We weren't even able to be seen because of extremely poor communication. We scheduled an appointment for me and my husband. We sat in the waiting room for almost 40 minutes just to be told that they couldn't see us. The reason was because they couldn't contact our insurance and prove coverage (because it was a Saturday). Why wouldn't you communicate this on your website or during the process of making an appointment online. If we had known this information sooner then we wouldn't have scheduled the appointment that we did. I hope they correct this issue because it would save them a lot of poor feedback. Everyone at the front desk was nice. But they need to be able to communicate important information in a timely manner.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 9am. I called at 8:55a to say I would be no later than 5min late. I still arrived on time. When I walked in, there was a dentist at the front desk, he and all 3 front staff just looked up at me and said nothing. No hello, no welcome, nothing. A few minutes later of me standing there ( by the way, no one else was waiting or in the lobby) they finally asked how could I be helped. I told them I had an appointment and then she said have a seat....its 9:18a at the time of me typing this. I am about to cancel and leave and find a new and more professional dentist.

Positive experience: They were nicer than the dentists in MP. They listen to you with your concerns. They are all over the place but they got the job done

Negative experience: The wait time was next to nothing which was nice. I was appalled at the "teeth cleaning" I received, though. They spent less than 5 minutes and called it complete. No scrapping or picking, no polishing, barely any "cleaning". I recently lost my insurance and was forced to use Medicaid and it is very upsetting to see the lack of care this group of people receive just because we lack finances to pay more.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great I really enjoyed myself it took awhile for them to get to me but at the same time they was professional about it and the dentist there are consistent and patience to get things done right by cleaning my teeth thoroughly but other than that I can't complain. And they've done a fantastic job to make sure my teeth are sparkling and pearly white so thank God I don't have any cavities and I'm looking forward to my next visit and because of that I give you A+✨✨✨✨✨

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars that would be too many. Absolutely horrible. Dr. K is terrible at her job, I would never recommend anyone receiving any type of care from her, especially children! Extremely heavy handed and rushed through everything. She finished working on me and abruptly leaves, neither her or the dental assistant let me know anything about any type after care or details about what they just did in my mouth. They are the reason some people are scared to go to the dentist. Never scheduled a follow up appointment cause I’ll be going elsewhere. Tried calling management got the run around.

Negative experience: They don’t clean teeth the right way. They hurry you in and almost drown you with the water suction.

Negative experience: 0 STARS! This place is an unprofessional joke. I went to another dentist and was told I had to go back here for my insurance because they drilled too deep into my tooth and gums and gave me a infection and they refused to fix it and basically told me I have to get surgery now because two of their dentist refuse to pull my tooth that THEY MESSED UP. They don’t pull any teeth and try to get you to do root canals that isn’t covered with insurance it seems all over these reviews.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Shaw she let me know everything that was wrong with my teeth! Gave me solutions to some of the problems and my teeth feel so much better right now ! Cant wait to go back for my next appointment to finish getting my fill ins ! Thank you Dr. Shaw

Positive experience: They got me in quick when my filling broke. The only real complaint was the water they use is cold. I would recommend warm water. I think that’s more of a personal preference. Honestly the new filling doesn’t feel right but they got me in fast and I could still go to work.

Fantastic experience: Dental dreams East State location only. Love the staff and Dr Shaw is awesome! She is brutally honest but it's because she knows what she's talking about. She went beyond to ensure I got the perfect denture and I appreciated that so much!

Negative experience: this was only my second time coming here and after they were 20 min late to call my name the dentist walked in and asked me what i’m having issues with ( i had a small sore inside my mouth i was concerned with having an infection) so i open my mouth and show her and explain how it happened, in the middle of explaining she made a dirty face like she was grossed out or something and it completely threw off the entire experience. she didn’t even sit down, take a closer look with a light or anything it was the absolute worst dental experience ive ever had and i won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: I’m grateful that they were able to get in on at the last minute. However, the Dr. left me to work on someone else. I waited over an hour The issue I went in for was not addressed because I ended up leaving. I believe that was unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Got a hole in my tooth filled it has been great since then just a little pain which ibuprofen helps with.

Positive experience: Got in early on 6/10/25 with 2 people ahead of me the waiting was 15 minutes and the clerk told me I was next. My dentist & assistant did a good job cleaning my teeth. And answering my question.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my son at 3:30 PM, when I walked in they were incredibly busy. The receptionist was super short with me told me she was trying to check in other people and if she needed anything, she would let me know and gesture for me to sit down, Then 20 minutes past the appointment time they finally checked me in and had me fill out the forms online. We finally got called back another 25 minutes later, the doctor came in looked at my son’s tooth for half a second, and told us we had to go see another doctor. I asked if they would take an x-ray and after some pressure they did, but she told me that she didn’t need it because she was an expert. Doctor Krubsack was her name. She was also incredibly short and rude with my scared 5 year old boy. The tech that stayed after was helpful when I explained how I felt completely dismissed, and took us to the manager Paco who tried to fix the situation but honestly, after seeing how much the doctors care for the patients (which is very little) we will never return. I wouldn’t trust the doctor to care for my son and make sure he had adequate medical care.

Fantastic experience: Service was quick. Got X-rays, deep cleaning, tooth extract and cavity filling on my first visit. Staff was kind and professional.

Negative experience: Recently got fillings in my front teeth, but not even a month later those fillings started to turn black, or while brushing my teeth some of them fell out. Definitely not going here ever again.

Negative experience: Usually I have a good experience there., but this time, not so much. The dentist I wasn't impressed with this time. I've had a tooth pulled there recently and this time I was told my bones were too strong?!? Whatever that means so referred me to an oral surgeon in Chicago. Wouldn't even prescribe me ibuprofen for the pain. Also when she was poking at my teeth with the little sharp thing she kept getting my gums with it and poking them into my gums and hurt pretty bad. To me my opinion she was just not wanting to pull them and wasn't careful at all with the sharp object. Never had that happen before in my 38 years of going to the dentist. So now I sit here in continual pain nothing was done except a somewhat of a cleaning if that's what u call it. Maybe she was just having a bad day who knows but I know this experience makes me not want to go back to this location that's for sure.

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with my visits with dental dreams. The Indian Dr (I don't remember her name) she is very informative and professional and makes you feel very comfortable

Positive experience: I received a filling and they left it sharp, I mentioned it and they said it would go away. It's so sharp that it is cutting my tongue and cheek. Never again!

Negative experience: I genuinely don’t know what to say. I don’t recommended coming here for any kind of dental emergency. They will not help you. They will send you out the door after barely looking in your mouth, telling you to call other places to see if those places will help you instead. And they’ll also send your prescription to the completely wrong place. Good luck. Go somewhere else. I would have had better luck going to the hospital. I still honestly might.

Negative experience: Getting a crown: (3) temporary crowns cracked within days, resulting me to come back. The 4th crown let's put in with a gap which caused pain until my permanent came in. IT WAS A WRONG PERMANENT! Had to wait 3 more weeks! The right permanent came in. It was OVERSIZED. The doctor trimmed it down, but not enough. Now, I have a permanent crown extending out of my mouth grinding my bottom teeth. I was very, very, very, very patient with these people through it all. But this is the result & my experience with dental dreams in Rockford, Illinois. Most of the Staff is young and inexperienced. & because of that, I was caused a lot of time and pain. (4 months for 1 Crown) without seeing SENIOR staff overseeing and participating in this environment. I will never come back!

Negative experience: If you have an appointment don’t expect to been seen at that time it’s best you come in at least an hour before your appointment if you want to be seen at that time. I’ve never had to wait this long at the Machesney Park location always seen promptly. Even if you have an appointment if a walk in comes in before you they are seen before you which makes no sense appointments should be prioritized.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. I've been there twice. The first time, they were supposed to do an exam and a cleaning. I was told that I needed 2 root canals done and they handed me a printed out quote for over $2k. I have Medicaid. I didn't get my teeth cleaned either. Yesterday, I went there because one of the teeth that needed a root canal needs to be pulled. I am in pain. They said they would do it at first, but then said they may need to send me to an oral surgeon instead because there was a chance the tooth might fragment. Basically ran me out of there because the lobby was packed and they were too busy to take care of me. I won't be going there again and I will report this to my insurance.

Negative experience: They wasted my time and state funding to give me an x-ray and tell me they're not going to pull out my teeth. So I left with a piece of paper that I'm supposed to take to another dentist and tell them to take out my teeth. What a scam

Positive experience: I thought the dentist was good at explaining what she needed to do. The lady before the dentist must've been new because she messed up the pictures, she put them under a different name so that made things take a bit longer. They took forever to put some stuff on my daughters back molars also. I felt like that could've been done at a faster pace, especially when my daughter was more antsy at that part then when she got the shot in her gums. We waited over 45 minutes just to be seen also. I completely understand wait time. But 45 minutes that's insane to me. Overall, I may find a new dentist that is more pediatric friendly.

Negative experience: They had no patience with my daughter....they claim they are children and adults facility but don't even have a small enough piece to go in a child's mouth to do X-rays. Very disappointing and a waste of time just to get sent to a specialist

Negative experience: Just DON'T DO IT, both locations Rockford/Machesney are careless, I arrived 30 minutes early, didn't get me back to a chair until an hour after my scheduled appointment, if you have medical card, they will take cash visits first while you sit and the nerves build up, they just stuck the cotton swab with the numbing stuff under my tongue, didn't explain where it was supposed to go then proceed to stick the needle in the BACK OF MY MOUTH AWAY FROM THE NUMBING SWAB, hit a nerve and SHOT A HORRIBLE PAIN LIKE ELECTRICITY THROUGH MY WHOLE FACE.....yanked on the tooth for an hour, then proceed to tell me they gotta numb me again as they can't get it out and have to possibly sit another 2 hours......I get that some people have no choice with their medical card but PLEASE get a second opinion!! You can have dental dreams email you with the xrays to take elsewhere.....they told me I needed surgery and have to go to Chicago, that was a lie!!! Got a second opinion and got it pulled without needing surgery, cost me 300$ and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes elsewhere. DD is garbage, will NEVER recommend them!! -10/10 unprofessional and careless.

Negative experience: I'm upset that I went there to get a tooth pulled, but was told to save the tooth. I agreed, on the condition that antibiotics and a pain medication would help with the pain. After many attempts at my pharmacy, I was told nothing was there for me. Now I can't sleep again because of the pain from my jaw up to my ear.

Negative experience: Staff was hard to understand. Many people going in and out of rooms. All I wanted was a check up with teeth cleaning. Waited a half hour while they called my insurance to get all kinds of dental work and a night guard approved. Wanted a down payment before they did anything. Ended up walking out after getting xrays only. Very unprofessional!!!

Negative experience: Very rude and not helpful people. Don't know what they are doing. Wouldn't recommend. Them to no one. They don't know how much dental stuff our seek. Better dentist real one not dental dreams

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the staff and the dentist who did my extraction today I was in so much pain had a really bad toothache was taking an antibiotic I went to aspen dental first cause on the website it said same day appointment and same day extraction even tho I was a new patient but everywhere I called they kept giving me aspens number went in told them I was only worried about the pain I was having in my upper left tooth did my xray supposedly I had an infection and they wouldn't do the extraction and then was talking about dentures Said they had a payment plan and all types of stuff I got approved for 2,500 but then when it came time of the procedure I would have to pay 7,000 and something the day of the extraction I said I don't have that kind of money I went to a couple of dentist here in Rockford and they all kept referring me out talking about they couldn't extract the teeth I needed then I called dental dreams went in sane day got my teeth they were bothering me extracted the same day ty I might be in pain for a couple of days but I'm so glad the teeth that were bothering me was removed ty you guys so much I had a bad experience with them at dental dreams before but I'm glad I gave them a second chance I guess it depends on who you get in there

Negative experience: Made an appointment to see someone to take care of my rotting tooth in my mouth, I have been waiting for an hour to be soon and I've been waiting for 2 years for a dentist to fix my tooth that now has a big hole that is decaying away. This place sucks. They told me around 4:00 so what's the point of making a time to be seen if your going to have to sit and wait for hours. And have nothing done!

Negative experience: Imagine having an appointment and having to wait in the waiting room with a tooth ache with screaming kids rolling around on the floor of ly for the receptionist to say my son was next 2 hours after appointment time very unprofessional I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Negative experience: Appointment was at 1030 for my 4 year old didn’t get called back til 11:15 then she was going to “clean” his teeth with a tooth brush (which we already do at home) didn’t get out of there til 11:45. Point being appointments mean nothing to them lol nice person that “cleaned” his teeth though….

Negative experience: Bad. I chipped my tooth and needed a place to get in asap.I went here. The person I received treatment from was not good. She didnt keep another assistantin the room to help.Told her she could do it alone.(Now I know why. She didnt want anyine to see her poor work) I was soaked with water. She ground my tooth and put a ‘filling’ on it. But, she covered both my front tell tlairh said filling. I can't get floss between them. I said something about the shape and how much ‘filling’ and it needed to be shaped, etc. When I looked in the mirror, I just wanted out! I will go to another dentist to have it fixed. Her name was Dr. Shah.Do not get treated here if you don't have to. Additiionally, equipment is isn't all in good working order.nist don't go here.

Positive experience: Maybe this is how things are done now in the modern age but.....we came in and were told to "sign in", no other front desk interaction. The cleaning process for my 14 yr old grandson was done in less than a minute....the dental tech (male) did not clean his teeth, swished his mouth with water only.....confused because this is part of DDS dental care prior to the actual DDS seeing the patient, isn't it? The DDS was professional and Cordial with us. My grandson could of used a GOOD CLEANING and education from the tech. I believe it was a missed opportunity for helping him understand how important daily self care is. We have always been in private practice care prior to his grandfather and I retiring. I would like to think dental care is the same across all types of practices. Thank you for hearing me out.

Positive experience: If you are looking for a dentist office for basic dental work, then Dental Dreams is a good dentist facility yrytrto go to. The staff(dentist assistants and receptionists) are so friendly, knowledgeable, nice and professional. The dentist are good but it just seems like there is only one or two working at one time, so they are jumping from stall to stall. And they don't have a oral surgeon or other specialist,so there are some dental work that they can't perform, but they do give you referrals to some and will try to give you referrals based on your insurance

Negative experience: Worst place to go. Don’t waste your time people. Waited for 2 1/2 hours when I had an appointment at 1. I had enough and left at 3:30 I even got there 10 minutes early. Then the papers I needed to fill out after 20 minutes of waiting for an email that had to be sent twice and still didn’t come through I ended up filling out a paper packet. Beyond unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was on time, very kind staff, technician and dentist communicated very well. Was able to get done what was needed promptly.

Negative experience: Waited 30 mins to be checked in & then receptionist kept sending the check in paperwork to the wrong phone number and saying she is sending it to my phone. That took 45 mins. Finally she offered to do it paper style. I continued to wait for another 15 mins and still wasn't checked in. This process was from 9:45am til 11am without even being seen for a 10am appointment. All while I had 3 children with me who were sitting patiently. People in the waiting room were coughing and dirty. Just horrible all around.

Negative experience: My experience was not professional at all. My appointment was set to start at 3pm and I was called at 3:20pm. The staff was mostly young and incompetent. As I was confused about some questions on my consent form, I’ve asked the young gentleman that was assisting with my tooth extraction several questions of why this procedure was different than the procedure I had at UIC Dentistry in Chicago and he just simply said that’s Chicago with a dumb look on his face, therefore I’ve asked to speak to an supervisor or manager. When the supervisor arrived she was very kind and professionally explained to me the deference between the Chicago facility and Dental Dream facility. Also the young incompetent staff did not explain to me any of the procedures that they were performing and later was asking me questions about X-rays which I had no idea about what they were talking about. I was told by this incompetent young staff to make a payment for the procedure, then later was told if my BP is high they will cancel the procedure and refund me my money back. I then asked these incompetent staff members why did they not take my BP before I made the payment and of course they all had silly looks on their faces. My tooth extraction was painful and I will look for another Dentist Facility to attend in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I was very afraid of getting my tooth pulled but the doctor and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and helped me through getting it pulled. I suffer from anxiety and his assistant was helping me cope with it by rubbing my arm telling me it will be ok and I was doing a great job.

Fantastic experience: The assistant was on point and knew what she was doing. Very welcoming and considerate. I believe her last name was Soto, that’s what the person at the front counter said. The doctor was amazing. I like her work ethics and how determined she was to get me smiling again. Might not be the fancy dentist office but I don’t care, the work done to me is what matters. Negative experience: The nurse held the bite guard for me, while I was induring this mouth pain an that was really nice of her The doc dentist kept almost dropping her teeth mirror in to my throat by her getting distracted

Positive experience: The visit wasn't bad, but I have never had a checkup that did not include a cleaning until this one. My first time here. Xrays and the dentist water blasted my gums. Told me teeth looked good except one that I need to take more care on when brushing/flossing. And that was it.

Fantastic experience: i took my four kids in today to get their teeth clean, Jessie James was absolutely amazing with all of them. my oldest is pretty scared lf the dentist because of our previous dentist and he dod everything he could to make her feel better about xrays. my kods range from 2-8 and he was so awesome with all of them, even making the three youngest glove balloons so i could sit with my oldest during xrays. the entire staff was awesome but Jessie definitely went above and beyond to make it easier not only for my kids but for me as well.

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with my visits with dental dreams. The Dr. she is very informative and makes you feel very comfortable. I feared the dentist for a while and going here has changed my whole perspective! They are very knowledgeable and polite as well! Hands down to all the staff there!!

Fantastic experience: Whole crew from the receptionist, management, techs and hygienist Dr. Shah was very welcoming, friendly and satisfyingly experienced . My Children and myself have been attending Dental Dreams for many yrs but this New Year “2025” and New Crew experience was magical thanks to Paca and Jesse Keep up the good Team Work You guys are making the office feel like home ❤️

Fantastic experience: After numerous dentists in the past couple of years, Dr. Shah is finally the one! I have had nothing but disasters with even routine visits, but not today! The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental assistant was a sweet kid, and Dr. Shah was AMAZING! She was helpful and unbelievably kind! I didn't feel anything when she gave me a shot, cleaned my teeth or extracted a bad molar. She pulled in about 15 seconds and it was done. We made a dental plan to finish the rest. Honestly, I have NEVER given a review before but she absolutely 100% deserve a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr shah the Indian Doctor she is the best I'm transferring my kids there shes so patient and has empathy when it comes to people shes the best need more like her

Fantastic experience: I got a new set of dentures with them and they were very helpful and understanding, they explained what they were going to do and why, they helped relive my teeth pain and were very helpful will definitely be going back to them soon.

Positive experience: First time visiting dental dreams rockford made a same day appointment cause i have bad anxiety about the dentist arived 15 early cause there’s always paperwork appointment was at ten was seated around 10 20 had exrays done and got a temporary filling put in and a appointment for permanent filling next week so far so good hope next visit is just as good

Fantastic experience: After 20 years of having messed up teeth having them take care of some other dentists mess ups in the past I'm truly loving them and have recommended them already to a different people can't wait to actually eat with them soon takes a while to get tops and bottoms adjusted to your mouth but dental dreams have been 100% excellent and divine I recommend them to anybody

Fantastic experience: I made a same day appointment and the staff was super friendly. I have really bad dentist anxiety and the doc and nurse that were in there kept asking if I was good the whole way through. Will definitely recommend everyone to y’all.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to Dental dreams for a long time now! And I absolutely love them. They’re so kind very polite. I never have problems with them with my appointments or anything like that, but I had just found out that I am expecting and I had an appointment with them and I couldn’t do my appointment until I got confirmation of my pregnancy, I have received paperwork from my doctor to have me OK to go to the dentist I have called them probably going to be five times now this is the first time I’ve had problems scheduling an appointment. I Hope they’re evil to get their messaging system done better. But other than that, I highly recommend Dental dreams .

Negative experience: November 2024 - I highly recommend if you have the option to not receive any care from Dr. Shirali Shah at Dental Dreams in Rockford Illinois please do so. I would Not use the words Compassionate, exceptional or informative in any part of my tooth extraction care at all. I would however use the word "transaction" and "cold". You have been warned.

Positive experience: the wait to see the dentist was an hour , but once we finally got in the assistant was very nice , he made my 3 year old feel comfortable!! good experience , wait time could improve

Negative experience: My appointment was at 12:30 pm. I asked at 1pm how much longer, she said just a few more minutes you are next. She called me to the back at 1:14 and someone came in to say Hi at 1:30 and then just left me there. I walked out at 1:40pm i had another appt at 2:30 so I can't be sitting and waiting. Saturday is my day off to get my appointments in and it suck that they can't communicate with you. If yall are busy just say that, instead of telling me a few more minutes. What a waist or time.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time coming here. It'll end up costing you hundreds more due to the lack of cleaning/care they actually give. They lie through their teeth (pun intended) and tell you your teeth are fine when in reality there is work to be done. They never actually did a cleaning when that was the whole point of my visit and rush you out of there with false understanding and confidence. Cheaper isn't always better. Especially when it comes to your dental health. I finally found a good dentist elsewhere and they are correcting the mess this place caused.

Positive experience: I have seen many dentist's over the many years I have been alive. Spent 10,000s on veneers only to have them capped days later. Now I can no longer afford to pay for these needed repairs or extractions. My experience here was by far better than expected. The wait times have been acceptable and the staff was polite. Doctor Kamocki is as professional and component as any other that I have paid to have been treated by. I have many more appointments scheduled before my treatment is completely done. So this will not be my one and only post.
