Fantastic experience: Most of the staff was very patient with my son however, even though the hygienist tried to be patient and understanding she seemed a bit frustrated the dentist was awesome though. The guy hygienist who was next to us even tried to help my son.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at the dentist's office today. The staff was incredibly kind. My son, who has autism, tends to get upset at the dentist, and he was a bit overwhelmed, but they were very patient with him, and we managed to get everything done. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone nearby.

Positive experience: It’s a beautiful facility, takes our insurance and are thorough- yet swift, when in the office. My main issue is they don’t seem to call, or email back. I left voicemails for weeks with my personal phone number included, and never once had anyone reach back out to me. When I did go into the office when I got off early one day from work, they mentioned an app that I wasn’t made aware of beforehand, apologized for the inconvenience and helped me get the paperwork I needed. I’m not sure when they will reach back out to me regarding said paperwork- but hopefully soon. I’m slightly disappointed by the lack of communication and care my child needs to receive when I put forth the effort, however I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt and hoping they can further help my child in a prompt manner.

Positive experience: The woman who cleaned my kids teeth was amazing . She did a great job . The ladies who did the xrays were wonderful as well . The dentist Acosta was awesome ! He’s very good with kids and making them comfortable and just a very nice guy . The only thing I have to complain about is the wait time . We had to wait about 30 mins to actually see the dentist after the initial cleanings had been done . But very happy with everything else !

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Martinez … I’m leaving for my freshman year of college and trying to fit all appointments in last minute and his staff was so exceptional … I’ve been there since I was 10 and I’m so sad one day I may have to see and “adult “ dentist !

Fantastic experience: I switched my two kids to this dentist and yesterday was their first appointment. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff were helpful signing us in, our hygienists were so welcoming, gentle and eased any stressors my children had, and Dr. Acosta was great. He was very informative and both of my children are happy we made the switch!

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentists are phenomenal!! So patient, they treat us like family. Our son is Autistic and they work with him to make him feel comfortable and don’t push procedures if he isn’t ready.

Negative experience: I called in trying to set up an appointment for my daughter, the older lady who answered the phone was pleasant at first but as she asked more questions she begin to become a bit sarcastic with her responses as I was trying to pay out of pocket due to my child being in Delaware with her aunt for the summer. After reading the reviews I was very excited and eager but after that encounter I will keep looking!

Fantastic experience: We have always had wonderful experiences here! My kids adore Dr. Acosta. He is so kind, caring, and patient. He does a wonderful job addressing and treating their dental needs. He makes the encounters stress free for my kids. The office staff and assistants are all lovely as well.

Fantastic experience: Very little wait. Good answers to any questions or concerns. Whole teen acted professional & kind to the whole family throughout our visit. And my kids love that they put TVs on the ceilings for easier viewing during their cleanings.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my child I believe it was on a Thursday or friday. I remember the weekend was near and the appointment was like the following week and the lady said to me, after scheduling the appt, since the appointment is so soon, do you mind if i just confirm it over the phone? Of course I said yes. When i got to the appointment, i was told since I didn't confirm, the appointment was cancelled. I told them the lady asked if she could confirm over the phone and i said yes. They said they had to check if someone would still see me...eventually came back and said yes. The people were nice but the dentist, I feel, kind of acted like he hadnt seen baby bottle decay before. He looked stumped and asked me if my child grinds his teeth? Im like, uhh no wtw. Anyway, routine cleaning and applied fluoride was done. I was just thinking, thats it? I came because i was concerned. Idk just felt weird and dismissed. Anyway, I took my baby to Hockessin, Dr Katie M, where I felt the care was much better and more attentive. He had to get his teeth pulled but the care was much better there.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience as alway. They are great with Kids especially my 1 year old daughter! The dentist is very good and hands on with my son and always explains everything to the fullest make sure you understand what is going on. I couldn't ask for a better group of people from front desk to the back to check out! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience today when I took my 3 week old for lip tie consult and procedure. The dentist was very thorough and caring. The lactation consultant and craniofacial therapist were also amazing from start to finish! I felt like we were in great hands!!

Fantastic experience: This is definitely a pediatrics dental office & they were AMAZING with my 1 year old even though it was her nap time (she's usually up at this time but babies change) & everyone was very patience with her...I love the fact that children are entertained from the time u enter the office until the time u leave... My views on this dental office haven't changed...it's still the best dental office for my toddler who's now 3...u can definitely tell that this dental office is all about their patients who are pediatric...

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience!!! The reception area was helpful as soon as we walked in the building. Quick wait time, and super friendly staff. Compared to our last visit, the dentist treating my child this time was VERY patient, and understanding. The assistant, hygienist, and dentist were all knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process to my nervous 5 yr old. Our first experience was ok, the dentist wasn’t as patient as I would’ve liked as a new patient especially given that my child was nervous and scared. However, this dentist completely made all the difference in our decision to have them treat our child as long as we live in the area. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Negative experience: This place use to be really good and I loved bringing my children here until recently it is so hard to get in touch with them. It seems like no one wants to work anymore you have to now leave a voicemail to talk to someone says the voicemail is answered in the morning and in the afternoon before closing what about people that are calling on a lunch break. Is there no longer receptionist that answer the phones here?? I’m just confused because when you go in everyone is just sitting around looking at their phones.

Negative experience: Assistants and hygienists were very nice and skilled. The only problem we have is the doctor. She walked into the room with no greeting and a very crabby demeanor. She spouted off a bunch of information to the assistant then just walked out. Never once talked my child or myself to inform us what was going on. Next thing we know we have a treatment plan and the dentist walking back in to put fluoride on my child teeth. Nothing about this woman was friendly. This is not the first time we have had this experience with this dentist,

Fantastic experience: I went four days before my appointment and they checked and said they could still fit me in. The process was quick and easy.

Negative experience: If your child is sick they will count a missed appointment against you. If you call and tell them and offer to bring them anyway... they don't allow you to bring them in and still count it against you. Front office staff has been consistently rude and I have let it slide for years but this takes the cake.

He talked her through the whole process, was patient, and made it easy for her to understand what was happening and why. I was amazed at how well she handled it because typically, she has a hard time to even floss. It was a great experience!

Negative experience: It’s a great pediatric dentistry, however I felt very rushed into making a decision for my daughter without telling me the pros and cons. For example- sealant. There are pros but depending on the sealant, it can be toxic. Also, I didn’t see the same doctor for my daughter which is new this time. Also, I said no fluoride to my two year old and she still applied it. Too much rushing and not listening to the patients.

Fantastic experience: At the time my phone to full of pictures and could not take any more. As I watch my daughter she did really well at the dentist office. Everyone that worked with us was so nice and smiled not fake it was nice. At times they were funny. Which is nice to see This is our 3rd visit there since my daughter is young. They made ever feel comfort they keep me in the loop every step. This time she had x-rays 1st time and also they did a seal over her molars to prevent any food getting stuck back there. Great group of people.. VERY THANKFUL FOR THEM.

Negative experience: horrible experience. Dr Garibaldi refused to do my daughters tooth extraction bc she asked if he was going to numb her mouth before putting the huge needle he put in her face. They seen her 3 days prior for fillings and knew her history of anxiety. I was told the laughing gas would help her anxiety. I had to pay $80 for a lyft bc of my car being in the shop to get there and have her miss a day of school. He gave my daughter numbing medicine that made her not be able to feel her throat which threw her right into a major panic attack and I was told it would last for 3 hrs! The man barely spoke English. I am seriously dissapointed in the negligence of this practice and will NEVER take my child back there.

Fantastic experience: I went to a routine check up for my son and this was my daughters second visit and I love it each time they come. The whole staff if friendly, professional and absolutely amazing with kids. I also like that they have kids movies playing in each room to help keep kids calm and distracted. I whole heartedly will not be bringing my kids anywhere else.

Negative experience: Not sure if I will return to this office. Dr Jasmine is very rude and not patient with children . Even when speaking with me her whole vibe and tone was not welcoming . My first visit prior to this was a lot better with Dr. Acosta. He is friendly and takes the time to explain things . If your child is anxious with the dentist I would not at all recommend jasmine : some of the staff was whispering and laughing when my son was scared and acting out. Made me feel so uncomfortable.
