Fantastic experience: Today I was with my two daughters at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. I really liked the attentive and warm attitude towards the children. They felt comfortable and were not afraid at all. The staff is friendly and professional, they explain everything in detail. We were very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Very nice! Even though my daughter acted like a maniac, they handled it very professionally and with understanding. Hopefully next time my daughter won’t act so crazy.

Positive experience: My son has been a patient at this clinic since he first began seeing a dentist. I appreciate the staff, but when we went today I was put off by the contemporary Christian music playing. I will consider going somewhere else if religious music is a staple.

They explain everything in a way my child understands and keep the whole visit stress-free. We’re so thankful to have found a dentist our kids actually look forward to seeing!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, very understanding as it was our first time there, very helpful with my autistic son explained everything they were doing and gave breaks as he needed them! 10/10 would recommend to anyone with little ones needing a dentist!!

Positive experience: We have been going here since 2012 and never have any issues...except. My youngest has a fear of things getting stuck in her throat so she gets some anxiety with x-rays. The x-ray tech they have is rude. Both my kids have heard the things she has said to my kids and its not any way someone should speak to a child. Courtney, the assistant she had was AMAZING and was able to help my child through it so big shout out to her.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to them from our regular dentist after her regular dentist was having a problem numbing her for a cavity one side no problem but when we went back for the other side she had a problem. They were great and got her taken care of. I let her pick if she wanted to stay going there or back to her regular dentist (which is one of her favorite places) and she chose to stay with Pediatric Dentistry. Thankful she is back to loving the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Daughter was in extreme pain! Got her in the next day pulled her tooth and filled a few cavities with a timely manner.. the girls were amazing and comforting my 5 yr old!

Negative experience: My children have been patients here for a long time and I've never, until today, been so angry about our treatment. I didn't appreciate being harassed about my son's other dental needs. I explained twice, to 2 different nurses, that I knew he needed a lot of work done and there were complications with insurance coverage. After explaining to the nurse in the post-appointment consultation, she kept pushing the issue. I told her we had already had consultations with an orthodontist and an oral surgeon. She didn't listen and instead told me I needed to get a consultation from a 3rd provider. I am dealing with a lot of personal issues right now and don't need to be treated like this. I understand that my son needs other work done but I need to figure out the insurance stuff first because I can't afford to pay for it right now. So maybe your staff can be a little more understanding and ACTUALLY listen to the parents instead of putting them through more stress. I'm sure I'm not the only parent who has other concerns that they are dealing with. So please do better.

Fantastic experience: We have had only great experiences with Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. Dr Emily is our primary dentist, but we have seen others when she is out of the office. Today, we saw Dr Jen and she was so kind and explained everything in detail so we could completely understand what the plan of care was for my son. She made my somewhat anxious child feel at ease. Their front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. As a healthcare professional myself, I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: My son had his first cavity. Usually we have to have a team of doctors to hold him down when receiving anything dealing with shots/ needles, he didn't even realize they used a local anesthetic to numb it. They're amazing!

Fantastic experience: Excellent office with such a fun atmosphere for children. My son has sensory processing difficulties and struggles with all aspects of a dental visit, but I feel comfortable this office will be a good fit for him, as they have patiently been working with him to make him and us more comfortable at each visit. Fantastic experience: Very responsive and respectful, detail descriptions and images of what's going on with my kiddos teeth and explained it very well! Just overall an amazing place. Love that it's so close to my house I was even a couple minutes late and they still seen all 3 of my kids. Most dentist offices make you reschedule but not this one!! My youngest is wild and they did not care at all they are some pretty amazing people!!

Fantastic experience: My son chipped his tooth on the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and was able to get in by 930. The staff and Dr Stark were amazing in helping us. You’d never be able to tell it’s a fixed tooth! Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: My son had an emergency surgery and he was very scared of coming to his appointment. Brynn (spelling) and Dr. Jen were wonderful with working with him and explaining everything! Everyone is great to work with at this office.

Negative experience: They count it as a missed appointment if you call ahead of time to reschedule and "dismiss you from our services" if you miss an appointment. They are not here to care for anyone's child nor to run a half decent business.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alexa Rosenau did my sons teeth under general anesthesia today. She was so great at making me feel at ease before the procedure and his teeth turned out so nice!! His front teeth were chipped since he was a baby and now they look amazing! You can tell she really takes care of her patients and she does great dental work. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We’ve always had a great experience at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. Today my daughter’s dental hygienist did a great job of explaining what was going on in the xray. She encouraged my daughter that she is old enough to be brushing her teeth without help which was great for my daughter to hear. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We did my 2yo's first visit today. Very lovely staff - Gabby gave us a tour and did a wonderful job explaining everything and letting my daughter look at all the different instruments. She had fun books and toys and was very gentle. We loved the dentist and getting to learn about how to help her brush her teeth. My kiddo loved picking a rubber ducky toy at the end of the visit, too. Great people, fun atmosphere, we were taken promptly for our appointment. Great experience!

His visits take extra time along with extra patience and everyone treats him so great. Today’s visit was with Brynn as the hygienist and she was outstanding with him. He had a great visit today & I believe it was because she was so caring to him.

Fantastic experience: The best dentists ever! We have special needs kiddos. Dr Heidi and all the staff have taken the time to make our kids comfortable and wanting to go the dentist. Even our nonverbal autistic daughter has learned to trust the staff and never has meltdowns anymore.

Fantastic experience: I love Lincoln pediatric dentist! We’ve been going to them for 5 years, they’ve always done great with my twin sons! They were very quick to catch an issue with both of my son’s teeth on our very first visit at 6months old! They always Have been a very clean office at both the locations I’ve stepped foot into! Very professional, friendly and understanding! I love that they are able to be practical and understanding especially dealing with small children at that. The hygienist that we seen today was Tasha and Dr.Wolfe. If you’ve had continuous issues with a different dentist I would highly recommend them! I truly hope to continue services with them! Today we saw Heidi and she was great with my oldest, she was quick and to the point. I don’t think she meant anything to be rude she was professional and appropriate. Clinical. She answered my questions and was patient with him.

Fantastic experience: You guys did an amazing job, got us in, in short notice and got alll three of my kids fixed up! I'm so lucky to have such a great dentist to bring my kids too ! Even though I have to drive 4hrs to get here, I would do it again for the care you guys gave us! Everyone was so nice and polite, if I could give more then 5 stars i definitely would! Positive experience: My kids have been coming here for almost 5 years but todays visit i was not comfortable with! The hygienist was very honestly rude and acted as if she knew our daily routine and proceeded to pretty much tell me do better then when trying to schedule for my son to have fillings done scheduler refused to work with my work schedule and was persistent on the appointment having to be in the morning which means my son will have to miss more school and me more work i am not very happy! I am a single mother doing this on my own!

Gentle hands, Clean Office, their dental education helps all my kids, and they've been quick to help with any and all issues not just checkups. Through the years, we’ve received quality care.

And they have video games in the waiting room and a TV in the ceiling in the dentist office. I missed out on that during my childhood I'm glad my child gets to experience those things.

We were given a tour of the clinic and informed of what to expect in years to come. Dr. Heidi and her assistant were wonderful! They were so friendly and it’s obvious they love their jobs. They did excellent with our toddler and I’m very impressed and confident in their care.

They were so kind and patient with my son! they even gave me a tour of the office and also made sure I was comfortable there as well. I will for sure be returning here for all my son's dental needs!
