Fantastic experience: My kids were seen by Estrella, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind, gentle, and professional throughout the entire visit. She made my children feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how thoroughly she went over what needed to be done next. It’s always a relief to find someone who’s not only knowledgeable but also so warm and patient with kids. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Krystal was amazing, I was nervous getting treatment done but she walked me through it and it wasn’t as bad thank you Kids Connection.

Negative experience: On Saturday, I brought my daughter in for an appointment and she had a very UNCOMFORTABLE experience. My daughter is at the age where she likes combing and doing her own hair. What I didnt know at the time was that someone at school must have passed lice to her since the school year just started. During the visit, the staff member who was going to do her Xray noticed it and they informed me that my daughter could not be seen. I completely understood and was fine with that decision and waited on her siblings . However, when we got in the car afterward, my daughter broke down in tears. She told me that the lady who was going to do the xray had reacted by saying, “YOU HAVE LICE?” while making a nasty face toward her. My daughter, EMBARRASSED replied, “I don’t know?” At that point, the staff member allegedly made hand gestures at her and continued with, “Well, DO YOU?” making a NASTY face again before taking her out of the room.My daughter was very hurt and humiliated by this interaction. She didn’t tell me until we got home, and I’m thankful she didn’t say anything right there because the situation could have ESCALATED 10000%. I feel this was unprofessional and insensitive, especially towards a child who was already embarrassed & i really hope this is brought up to her attention.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter for a dental treatment under general anesthesia. Dr. Kavita, who specializes in pediatric dentistry, explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly.

Fantastic experience: Brought my kids here for their annual check up for the first time and the entire staff was amazing. They made the visit such an easy process. Imelda was very patient and friendly with my kids. She also explained everything in detail. I definitely think I found our forever dental office!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place I highly suggest you find somewhere else to go. This place will waste your time. They had my children sitting in the back in the chairs for more than an hour for my child to text me that they’re still sitting there that the workers are just sitting there talking not getting work done and they have a bunch of kids in the back My son told me that he had not gotten any x-rays or gotten his teeth clean mind. You my son was taken to the back and was sitting back there for more than an hour, and he kept telling me that I needed to say something and me giving the dentist assistance the benefit of the doubt was telling my son to be patient until I got up to look and seen there were empty chairs and there was only one person working back there and there was children sitting in the back in the hallway, waiting to get x-rays when I mentioned this to the front they apologize and said that they had been behind and overbooked this is really unprofessional on there end and my son told me that they were just back there talking as soon as I made a complaint that five assistance came out from the back. They look like a clown car that they just came out of nowhere and tried to get to work, and then gave me an excuse of that the x-ray machine had just broke down and if I could wait a little longer, I was already there for more than 2 hours Just for my kids to sit in the back room and not get any work done sitting in the back for an hour just watching the dental assistance having a conversation in front of children is beyond me I will never come back to this place again they diagnose. Don’t waste your time coming here. This place used to be a nice place when they first open but now over the years this place has gone downhill.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dentist for many years now with my teenager. Now I bring my four year-old here. They always have great customer service and they will until explain if you don’t understand what’s going on. I may always have a little different things and stuff.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming here since she was 1, and i will always be coming here until she’s 18! This is an amazing dentist and I love the staff as well.

Negative experience: Staff is so nonchalant about checking patients in. Since we were new patients, we came in earlier than our appointment so they could verify our insurance. An hour had passed and once it got closer to our appointment time, another staff asked who we were waiting for. I told them that my child was having their appointment today, and now minutes before his appointment they said they will verify insurance. Not to mention that I even stated that I was willing to pay for the services in the event that they wouldn't accept or verify insurance, obviously this did not matter. Horrible overall. Definitely will not be an patient there.
