Fantastic experience: Atmosphere is 10/10. My child begs to go get her teeth checked here and she's 6yrs old. Jose greeted us in front and Jasmine & both Dentist have amazing personalities and explains everything. Also got their plan which is cheaper in the long run since my child loves going here!

Negative experience: my daughter tried to bring up a VISIBLE cavity that she has and they would continuously tell her there was no cavities. we now are at a new dentist and she had to get four cavities filled

A lot of time and details went into making this space the way it is. It is so clean! Definitely the best pediatric dentist office in this area!

Negative experience: We never actually took our son here because we could not get past the bait and switch and shadiness that we felt through the phone with the receptionist. To start off I called to inquiry about the pricing of a frenectomy for my infant son. I was giving a base price of $700-1400 and the gentlemen who answered the phone (Jose) said in order to get an accurate pricing they would need to do an exam. That where it ended no big deal. Fast forward a couple of days and I call back because I wanted to get an accurate 100% pricing on the procedure. He asked me exactly what I want to get done and will talk to the doctors on an accurate pricing. No problem. I get a call back a couple of hours later asking me again what I want done (a frenectomy for the tongue and lip) which we had already disscussed 3 times. He said it would be $700 and if we wanted to move forward I said yes but if he could ask the doctor if they could waive the exam fee since it’s all getting done in one day. He said unfortunately they couldn’t, again not a problem. Here is the problem : once Jose starts getting my information for the appointment and starts taking down everything he once again asks what is getting done. I mention a frenectomy for upper lip and tongue tie, he says “oh well since it’s two separate procedures that will be $1400 and I can go ahead and wave that exam fee for you”. Are you serious? Who do these people think they are? Like I mentioned earlier before just from the shadiness and bait and switch from this place I would highly recommend going elsewhere. For anyone curious we got the frenectomy done at Dr. malice office in Melbourne for way less money if you are in the same situation we are and having to pay out of pocket. Don’t waste your hard earned money going to this place!

Fantastic experience: Pearl Pediatric Dental is hands down the best dentist my kids have ever been to. Staff is kind and explains everything in detail. Dr. MM is wonderful! Kids love coming to the dentist! She truly cares about her patients. I had to make a new post. The entire staff from the front office to everyone in the back, truly cares about everyone who walks through their doors. You’re greeted with a smile and friendly faces. My son was extremely nervous to have a tooth pulled today. The entire process from start to finish made the experience so easy and my son didn’t feel a thing. He had a smile the entire time, and didn’t feel a thing. I owe the entire staff especially Dr. M for truly caring and loving each patient and their family members.

Fantastic experience: Once again, we left Pearl Pediatrics with big smiles and complete peace of mind... My daughter had her first extractions, and while there was plenty of anxiety leading up to it, the doctor and staff went above and beyond to make both of us (yes, me too) feel safe, informed, and in great hands. They even scheduled a follow-up to make sure everything was healing properly. We couldn’t be more grateful. 10/10 experience every time! :)

Fantastic experience: Jasmin, Keren, and Desiree were all so sweet and accommodating to my 2-year old twins and five-year-old. The entire team's gentle patience is so comforting every time we come. Jose is always helpful at reception, and a friendly greeting when we arrive. I truly believe both doctors and the entire team at Pearl are the best at what they do. I'm so glad we found them for my kiddos early dental care. Also the space is beautiful lol. :)

Fantastic experience: Our daughter's 1st visit. We find clever ways to get her to brush so they could count her teeth. Thx for your patience & creativity (Caitey & Dr. MM) to meet our daughter right where she is. The reception staff, Jose, was so friendly & played with our too - that's saying something since she's more comfortable around women. Very clean & pleasant environment overall. Looking forward to continued care w/ this company.

Fantastic experience: It's very hard to determine quality. My 6 yr old granddaughter has dental issues, it seems everyone is kind and concerned, however I'm troubled by her crying and screaming in pain during procedure. So, I don't know if this is normal, but it breaks my heart she's in so much pain. Update: my granddaughter had the rest of her dental work done under anesthesia. Everyone, Dr. Kim, Dr. Mike, the anesthesiologist, all the assistants were great. From walking in to see Jose, to everyone else, she had no pain, no fear, thank you to the entire medical team. Above all else praise to God.

Fantastic experience: Definitely a great kid friendly facility and the entire staff was very friendly and kind with the children. They have plenty of strategies to keep the kids happy and entertained during the visit. Exceptional service as well. My three usually timid girls felt confident and received cleanings, fillings, and an extraction without any hesitation or complaints.

Fantastic experience: My son got a filling and sealants today, and they were amazing! They always explain what every tool is and what it will do. They also use terms that are easy for kids to understand. When they put the sealant on his teeth they said they were painting his teeth with snowflakes. My son was so excited about it. Even though he got a filling and sealants, he said it was the best day because he got snowflakes on his teeth and got to pick two toys at the end. I highly recommend this office for your pediatric dental needs. They’re all friendly, efficient, and amazing with kids. There’s no fear of the dentist with this office. Dr. M&M is the sweetest and we love her!

All of the staff was extremely welcoming and patient with both of our boys. We had Jasmine and Keran for their cleanings and X-rays and they were both wonderful! Fantastic experience: My daughter had had a previous bad experience with a dentist so was a little nervous but once she arrived she immediately began to relax just because of the kid friendly atmosphere. It was amazing for her to be able to watch cartoons while she had her teeth cleaned and a huge relief for mom! Now she can’t wait to go back and has associated the dentist office with “FUN”

Fantastic experience: We wish we could come every month, but we’re only able to visit twice a year and we always look forward to it! The 35-minute drive from our house is absolutely worth it. My girls were so excited they woke up at 7am during summer break just to come to the dentist! Omar and Latrice are simply the BEST! My daughters absolutely love seeing them. The way they treat kids is phenomenal — so kind, patient, and fun. You can feel the positive energy from the moment you walk in. Everything is super clean and organized, and the whole experience is so kid-friendly. They even get to watch a movie while getting their teeth cleaned and checked! The X-rays were actually fun, and I was amazed that my 3-year-old genuinely enjoyed it especially seeing the photo of her own teeth! We’re truly grateful for such a wonderful dental team. Fantastic experience: Great experience every time with Dr. M! Our daughter needed a few procedures that most local pedi dentists said would require IV sedation, but Dr. M was able to complete everything using only nitrous oxide. She did wonderfully each time! Dr. M and her staff are incredibly gentle, caring, and professional.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Dr. MM and the Pearl staff was great! I was a little nervous taking our three year old and one year old to the dentist, but the happiness and care they showed our girls made it an easy and happy visit each time!

Fantastic experience: Our first visit was in January for our 2 year old, and when I tell you this office healed my inner child! lol. I love it every time I walk through the doors. The staff at the front are welcoming and greet the whole family, there are mini tablets with games, a movie playing (is there surround sound because the audio was great) and a play area for the younger ones. Desiree was our tech the both times we visited and Dr Kihm our provider. It’s clean, friendly and welcoming. They provide education and suit parents desires while working as a collab for our children’s dental health.This is where you want to bring your children. I’ve also seen teens each time we came in!

Fantastic experience: We see Dr. Khim And he is so wonderful. He is always calm, and the patient and friendly to our toddler. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and kid friendly. I am so appreciative of their staff. They are always very friendly, and patient with our little one. I love that they do not force trying to brush before the doctor comes in. They will try before the doctor comes in, but if they see, the child is not ready, they will blow bubbles and entertain.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to the dentist and I’m so glad we chose Pearl Pediatrics! Everybody was so helpful from the start making the appointment to checking out. Our dental hygienist Omar & Latrice were so friendly, kind, and informative answering all my kids questions and making them 100% comfortable. Our dentist Dr Kahm was amazing and so helpful in explaining everything and addressing my concerns about their dental health and future needs. My kids are actually looking forward to coming back! Plus they made bringing all 3 of my kids at the same time easy and not a headache!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Pearl was a long and emotional one that ended abruptly and with many unanswered questions. I chose to initially just exit with silence but I find it incredibly audacious for someone so problematic to post such a review. For the years I’ve known Dr M, she has always been compassionate, giving, caring, and overall a wholesome person. She cares deeply for her patients and employees. Every negative experience I’ve had at Pearl stemmed from one person and it was not Dr M. I feel the 1 star review was calculated and highly deceitful.

Not only were they were wonderful about getting my daughter in quickly for a toothache even though we were new patients but they responded to me on a WEEKEND! My daughter was very comfortable right away and said more than once that she really likes her new dentist.

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing experience at Pearl Pediatrics today! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My 5-year-old son was immediately drawn to the beautiful fish tank and the fun kids' play area, which made the short wait time fly by. Dr. M.M. was absolutely wonderful — she treated my son with such genuine care and compassion, as if he were her own. It truly meant the world to me as a parent. The entire team worked together to quickly address his toothache, and I felt so supported throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how accommodating they were — they were able to squeeze us in right away, which I’m so grateful for. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Pearl Pediatrics has definitely earned our trust and appreciation!

Sometimes the staff give them stickers as we check in! With one kid having severe dental anxiety- they are always so patient, gentle, and explain everything they are going to do, before acting. We have yet to have any issues or problems here. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We recently had to bring our daughter in for a dental emergency — she had an infected tooth that needed to be removed — and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for the incredible care we received from Dr Kihm and the entire team. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, patience, and professionalism. Our daughter was understandably anxious and in pain, but Dr Kihm immediately put her at ease. They explained everything in a gentle, age-appropriate way, making sure both my child and I felt comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was done with such precision and compassion. What could have been a traumatic experience turned into a surprisingly calm and positive one — all thanks to their skill and kindness. Fantastic experience: From start to finish, Pearl was amazing! We previously have had such a hard time at dentists with my daughter. The tv’s above the chairs, tablets in the lobby, animals with teeth to “brush”, the friendliest staff. 10/10 recommend! Desiree, the assistant and Dr. M explained everything in detail to my daughter to make her understand and just made the process so easy for her. The staff is so friendly and patient, and the underwater-themed office is so clean and beautifully designed—it really feels like you’re stepping into an ocean adventure! Dr. Moini (Dr. M&M) is incredible with kids—gentle, kind, and truly makes them feel at ease. And let’s be honest… she looks just like Princess Jasmine! They have so many unique things such as tablets in the lobby for the kids while waiting TV'S on the ceiling featuring Disney movies, treasure box to pick a toy after appointment that make the whole experience for my daughter stellar! Dr. M is amazing

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience at Pearl Pediatric Dental Clinic! My son struggled with dental anxiety, but the team here made him feel safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff especially Jose were warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone right away. The back office staff, Jasmine and Keren were incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything to my son in a way that made him feel in control. Both the doctors were absolutely fantastic—gentle, kind, and professional. I’m so grateful for how they worked with my son and helped him through what could’ve been a very stressful visit. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for compassionate and skilled pediatric dental care!

Fantastic experience: My 2 children have been going to Pearl Pediatrics for the last 6 years or so now. My kids look forward to going every 6 months for their cleanings. The staff is always so kind and sweet. My oldest just turned 18 and is disappointed that he will have to soon leave and got to a "adult dentist".

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful pediatric dental facility! The entire building is clean, aesthetically pleasing, smells nice, and the staff is so wonderful with our 21 month old. We’ve enjoyed both of our visits thus far!
