Fantastic experience: I can not express how grateful I am to have Dr. Katie as my sons dentist. My son is terrified of needles, overly anxious and he needed to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Katie and her staff were able to explain what they needed to do in a very calming manner, the actual procedure was quick and painless. My son came out of the appointment with a huge smile and couldn't believe that the tooth was removed and he didnt feel a thing! He still doesnt know he got a shot to numb the area! I wish Dr. Katie also took adults so I could be treated as well as my son was! I highly recommend Dr. Katie, she is caring, kind and awesome at what she does. Her attitude makes every appointment a pleasant experience.

I didn't feel like we were being brushed off or rushed out. Strong work Brenda! It was also a pleasure meeting the owner of the practice, Dr. Wong. The young lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Casey (my apology if I'm wrong) was also very informative about dental insurance plan & services covered & out of pocket expenses. Fantastic experience: Went here for my whole childhood… milked coming here until I was 21 turning 22 before they had to kick me out! Super friendly staff. Saw Dr. Wong for my whole life and he was always super friendly and chatty. Even when I left they were so cute and gave me little gifts and candy for “graduating” from the pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: We always have an amazing experience at NPPDA! Dr. Wong and his staff are incredibly friendly, informative, and comforting for both my son and I. This week, my 4-year-old son had his second filling, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the care he received. Our Dental Assistant, Tina, went above and beyond with a show-and-tell of all the tools and gadgets she would be using, which made the whole experience of getting a filling seem so much less intimidating for my son. He couldn’t wait to tell his classmates about how the dentist caught his “sugar bug”. It’s clear they genuinely care about making dental visits as pleasant as possible, and we are so grateful for their patience and kindness. Highly recommend NPPDA to any parent looking for exceptional pediatric dental care!

Our previous dental place gave me and my children anxiety. However that is not the case at NPPDA. My children are now asking when they can go back. Cost was more reasonable than some other providers in the area, and we appreciated that Invisalign was the same price as braces. We will be back with our son!

Fantastic experience: Hi child who is three years and nine months has an extreme phobia of the dentist. Not the dentist as much as having to lay down on his back and being worked on. We did not have the most positive experience at the old dentist but could not say enough good things about this one! The hygienist listened to our concerns but took charge in a respectful way given her experience. She reassured my son, talked him through everything she was going to do, and made him laugh. Once the cleaning started (laying on me since he wouldn’t do it otherwise) he was quiet and still, no fuss. She just kept telling him how much was left and what would come next. He did GREAT. The dentist was as friendly and funny as could be. When it came time for the final exam, he let Noah remain upright and examined his stuffed animals teeth first to make him comfortable, and then had him use the tools on me. He was laughing and smiling, and very proud of himself. At night he told me he wants to be a dentist someday! Thank you all so much for turning this around for our family.

Fantastic experience: My son goes to the orthodontist here. He recently got an expander and everything has been going well so far. Easy to schedule and the appointments are usually fairly quick, not much waiting. We would recommend the orthodontist department!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with my almost two year old! We needed a second opinion after a worrisome diagnoses from another local pediatric dental office, and we were reassured that the issues were not nearly as bad as we were led to think. They offered multiple easy options to get back on track (aka ease up on the sweets being one of them!) and my son was much more comfortable here than at any other doctors appts he’s been at. (Though he still did not enjoy the exam, as any toddler) They even gave him a little rubber duck toy that he has not put down for the last few days. Dr. Katie is wonderful specifically and clearly is keeping up with current studies and information on children’s dental health. If you’re looking for a kind, non-invasive (when possible) and gentle office for your kids of any age I highly recommend North Penn Pediatric Dental!

The doctors and staff (Dr. Wong , Dr. Katie, Dr. Finn, Dr. Thomas and Willow!) have been so great to my son, that I became an adult orthodontist patient for Invisalign. Very nice to be able to schedule both orthodontist appointments together. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been coming to NPPDA orthodontist since 2019 with both of my boys! Dr. Ronni is the best! We are always given the best care, and they are always exactly on schedule! We never wait longer than 2 minutes in waiting room to be called back! The front desk staff/receptionist are always friendly and accommodating! Fantastic experience: I’ve dealt with three pediatric dentists in the area, and NPPDA has been the best across the board. My girls are 3 & 5, and they LOVE their checkups. They can’t wait to go and always ask “how long ‘til we get there” at least 5x during the 7 minute drive from home to office. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they really understand what children need to feel safe. Dr. Katie gave the girls a few tips for better brushing at their last visit, and ever since they’ve been coming out to show us how good they’ve done. I wish they treated adults!

Fantastic experience: Our son had trauma to his top tooth after eating his breakfast. He chipped his tooth and I wasn’t sure if had any other injuries to his mouth. I called North Penn Pediatric Dentist and they told me to come right in. I got there and they took me right back. Angela was my hygienist who made me feel so special! She saw that I was getting overwhelmed and asked if I needed a hug. Just her asking me that made me feel more at ease. Dr. Wong and his crew have a great bedside manner. I’m thankful that all my son needed was a shaved tooth to help with his chip. They gave me info to help me for issues to look out for when I got home. Angela also told me that I could email Dr Wong at anytime if I had any issues. Highly recommend this office :) -Abby

Fantastic experience: I moved to North Penn dental after a not so nice experience at our last dentist. North Penn has been great and suggested we visit North Penn Orthodontic to talk about how my son’s teeth will start to grow. He has been going for the last few years to check his development process and currently does not have braces and they have been so kind with us over the last 3 or so years. I have never felt like they pressured us to get braces. We are now moving to get braces and they have helped us understand the entire process. I have nothing but great things to say. Even the front desk is very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I took my son at 3 for his first appointment. The staff was amazing and so was Dr. Wong especially. My son was hesitant going in and they relieved his fears immediately with their smiles and great personalities. There is a tv on the ceiling, they wear cool glasses and head phones to watch the movies and block out any noise. There are incentives (toys) for afterwards for the little kids to assist with calming them. Dr. Won’t was so chatty and positive and my son thought he was so cool. You know a place is great when it’s recommended from your pediatrician, as she takes her children there too. Overall, a great first experience. I’d recommend North Penn pediatric dental associates to anyone!
