Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous taking my 2yr old son for his first dentist visit, but the staff was so friendly from the time we entered the door until we left! The hygienist we had was AWESOME (I hate I forgot her name, but she was a rockstar)! Dr. Tayo was very friendly, gentle with my screaming toddler, and gave a very informative assessment of him. I’m so glad to call this office his dentist home! The Paw Patrol stickers he received towards the end won him over as well.

In the past, there were some challenges, but today was a refreshing change! The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Because of this positive experience, I'm thrilled to change my review from one star to five. I hope they continue to do a great job! - Old Post - I would like to update my previous review and reluctantly change my rating from four stars to one. While the dental hygienists and dentists continue to provide exceptional care, the front office staff has been a consistent source of frustration. Recently, we were contacted to change our scheduled appointment due to inclement weather, which is entirely understandable given the priority of staff and patient safety. However, the rescheduling process was less than satisfactory. We were asked to accept a same-day appointment at 11 o'clock for a call we received at 10 o'clock. Despite understanding the circumstances, it is disappointing that our original appointment, which was scheduled for January, has now been pushed all the way to August. This delay seems unreasonable, adding to the frustration, especially when communicated by someone who did not handle the situation with professionalism. It's unfortunate that the exceptional services provided by the dental team are overshadowed by the inefficiencies of the reception staff. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as it reflects a desire for improvements in the administrative services. It would be beneficial if the front office staff could better understand and fulfill their customer service roles effectively. ———————————— It’s a good thing first impressions are not the only impression. When I walked into this establishment, I was not initially greeted at all but met with an annoyed glance and unprofessional eye roll and scowl as I patiently waited to be addressed at the counter. The office was empty. I had my five-year-old and three-year-old with me. I was eventually checked in by a different staff member who was much more friendly. The rest of the dental team members as a whole treated myself & daughters great. Other than the initial first impression, it was a great dental visit and experience. It’s too bad for lack of professionalism and poor customer surface from the front desk staff member because this would’ve been a five star review.

Fantastic experience: One of my boys just had his second visit, and it was the other’s very first and we absolutely love this dental office! The staff is always so kind, professional, and patient. They made both of my kids feel comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I truly appreciate the calm, kid-friendly atmosphere. Negative experience: We’ve been taking both our kids here their entire lives but were cut off because we missed ONE appointment despite never even receiving any kind of reminder message. I probably wouldn’t have even been upset as I understand at the end of the day it’s on us for missing the appointment but the woman on the phones attitude about it was completely out of line. My youngest has issues from an injury he sustained when he was a baby and needs pretty regular care that we have to pay out of pocket for so finding a new dentist is not easy, so to be cut off over one missed visit is just hard to understand.

Negative experience: I’m updating my review based on my recent and ongoing experience with this dental office. I originally trusted them with my daughter’s care, but we’ve encountered multiple issues that have left me feeling deeply frustrated and disappointed. Several years ago, we sought their help regarding an extramaxillary tooth my daughter had. We were told it would fall out naturally as her adult teeth came in. Unfortunately, this was incorrect as the tooth was permanent and fully rooted. As her adult tooth grew in around it, the situation worsened and caused her significant dental issues. Another dentist has since confirmed that this tooth was clearly fully rooted and would never have fallen out on its own. Recently, we tried to return to this office for the extraction, as multiple dentists referred us back, stating that they were the only local office equipped to handle the procedure. However, we were told we were dropped as patients due to multiple “non-confirmed” appointments. In reality, we had canceled those appointments in advance and were careful to notify them. Despite this, the office incorrectly marked them as missed or non-confirmed appointments. To make matters worse, one of those appointments was confirmed by me, and we even showed up as scheduled, but due to an apparent clerical error on their end, it was still marked as a missed appointment. Despite all of this, and the fact that my daughter’s current issue stems from their earlier misjudgment, they refuse to see her again, even for this one necessary extraction. This experience has been extremely stressful and upsetting, knowing that my daughter is in pain and urgently needs care. It feels like we’re being punished for a combination of a clinical misjudgment and clerical errors, none of which were our fault. I sincerely hope this office reevaluates its policies and communication protocols to prevent similar situations for other patients. In the meantime, I would advise caution when considering this practice.

Fantastic experience: My one year olds first ever dentist appointment went so well! Very glad it went as well as it did, breaking traumatic cycles. I never had a good experience with dentists as a child. The front desk staff greeted both me and my son, as well as calling him cute & precious a billion times. Our appointment was at 12 PM and we weren't seen until about 12:20/12:30ish, but that isn't a terrible wait at all. They were very apologetic about the wait as well. Every staff member we came into contact with was incredibly kind and patient with my son, as well as with my concerns about his possible crowding. They gave him stickers and rubber duckie, as well as the fact that they have this super cool token and prize machine area! I also have to say, I was very relieved to see they had a changing table. You wouldn't believe the amount of places that don't have a changing table!

Fantastic experience: One of my kiddos is an easy patient. One is not. Both the technicians and Dr. Brandon were great with both kids. I felt listened to, they addressed concerns, answered questions and were friendly and kind. This is the place to take your kids in WR!

My son has been walking four months he wants to stop and look at everything. They didn't make me feel rushed. Such a nice place the ladies we're very nice,professional and patient. Positive experience: My 3 year old son is a cant sit still typical toddler with sensory issues he does not like the dentist-the dental chair, opening his mouth, having his teeth touched etc. Kiamesia and Alyssa are beyond amazing with handling him. They are patient with him and he's needs, he loves Miss Alyssa and sees her as a big fun loving kid. He allows procedures from crowns to cleanings being done when these 2 gals are scheduled for the day. I am so blessed for them. Front Desk staff is amazing as well smiling even when they look like they are doing 100 things at once. And lastly, Dr Tayo is amazing, kind, she takes her time explaining things to you as the parent I never feel rushed when we're in our exam room and they make all their work very quick and easy for a timid toddler. ONLY REASON I gave 4 stars and not 5 is I have an 11 year old daughter but I was told last year they don't take " big kids" other than that this peds dental office is amazing!

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience a couple days prior with another provider where they charged me for services they didn't provide and wanted to sedate my daughter without even looking at her teeth. I made an appointment in here (Warner Robins Pediatric Denstistry) and they were the best!!!! They were so nice with my 4 year old daughter , help her calm down, they listened to my concerns and looked for the best option for my baby. They even did some economic arrangements since the other office charged my insurance. I would no change now that I find this amazing Office. The dentist is so knowledgeable and caring, and they explained everything on her Xray and treatment plans. Definitely recommended!

My oldest had some difficulty with getting a crown that he needed and they were so patient and kind and even switched the plan around to make It more convenient for my son and he even got a couple extra coins. Fantastic experience: This is the real dentist office my kids have. Dr Brandon took out my older son 7yrs teeth his front teeth a few months ago they were about to fall out(we requested that) and 2 in the back lower (necessary pullouts) and did fillings where nessessary. Dr Brandon and another gentleman pulled me to the side to ask me about my son which means they completely care about their children and I explained everything. He explained the x rays every step of the way, my other son he is 6 he haves autism so Dr Brandon did a clean and my son will tussle with doctors but they completely took care of him as well. The biggest thing is they put kids first here. I love that. The second thing is they are KIND. No matter what situation it was before I came to them they made me feel welcome despite me feeling insecure. Btw Idk if this is important but I am African American so they dont discriminate with care. I fully recommend Warner Robins Pediatric dentistry And Dr Brandon. The second time I came it was another dentist (AA Woman)working under Dr Brandon taking care of my son but that goes to show you that the establishment is growing and they equally executed his clean just Like Dr Brandon. I won’t go anywhere else I swear by this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my kids here for 4 years now. I love them & my kids love going to the dentist as well. They have tvs on the ceilings to distract the kids. The kids wear sunglasses which my 6 year old son, loves. And after each appointment, they give you tokens to get toys out of machines. That’s my kids favorite part The staff is amazing, sweet as can be, and are always willing to answer any questions.

She was so patient, kind, and engaging, taking the time to make the experience fun and enjoyable for my son. She turned what could have been a daunting first dental visit into a positive and even exciting milestone. It was clear that this team goes above and beyond to provide a top-notch experience for their patients, especially for first-time parents navigating dental care for their little ones. I can’t recommend Dr. Olutayo and Savanna enough—they have set the bar incredibly high, and I look forward to many more visits as my son grows. Negative experience: My experience with Dr. Brandon was not only disappointing but also extremely concerning. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and shows a clear lack of patience, particularly toward certain children. Unfortunately, my child experienced his unkind and disrespectful behavior, including yelling after I stepped out of the room. He is very aggressive . What’s even more alarming is that Dr. Brandon treats his own employees in the same unprofessional and disrespectful manner. It’s evident that this toxic behavior isn’t isolated to patients but extends to his team as well, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment for everyone involved. I strongly advise against seeking care from Dr. Brandon if you’re looking for a compassionate and professional provider for your child
