Fantastic experience: Everyone at Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics are absolutely the best! From the receptionist to techs, nurses and doctor were so sweet and caring to my little guy. What an amazing place. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Children’s Dentistry! My little one has terrible anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist. Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Joe took their time in making her feel safe and comfortable. A wonderful experience all around!

Fantastic experience: Holy Disney!!!! This place is incredible! Upon check-in, the receptionist had already disarmed my child with her sweet demeanor and the mention of the tooth fairy! She was warm and professional. When we were brought back to the absolutely amazing space where the kiddos have their teeth cleaned, my son fully believed we were in the tooth fairy’s workshop, where the most wonderful dental assistant cleaned my sons teeth, all while explaining in the most comforting and exciting way exactly what she was doing. My son was so good for her, and was excited to pick his favorite flavor toothpaste! When all was done, the dentist praised KJ for being so good, which is a great set up for his next appointment, positive reinforcement. Took a quick look at his teeth and his x rays, and gave us a clean bill of oral health Our dental assistant gave my son a goody bag with stickers, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and cute little car, and made him a balloon sword that you could only get at a County Fair. He was ecstatic. If you are bringing your kiddo to the dentist, this is the place!!! UPDATE!!! and fast forward to 2 years later, my son still loves coming to his dentist appointments. Even today for his first MAJOR dental appointment. His first cavity. He needed a silver crown to protect his tooth,. He had to be sedated, could not eat all morning (which is a lot for an 8 year old), had to get a few injections to numb him, and there was 2 dental hygienists who were comforting him, speaking sweet, positive, and affirming words to him, caressing his arms and reassuring and comforting him the entire time. He did so good. Doctor Joe has such a positive and loving demeanor. KJ was so proud of himself and so motivated to be brave. I think I was more anxious than KJ was. But in the background coming from Dr Joe’s office, I could hear gospel music that comforted me. I’m so proud to be part of such a wonderful practice, and to bring my son here, knowing that he is in the best, most loving and caring hands. Fantastic experience: We were referred here by my 5 year olds regular dentist today after a tooth and facial injury due to the Pediatric Specialty. We got an emergency appointment within hours. The staff, space and Doctor we're all phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: We love Children’s Dentistry!! We have had horrible experiences with other pediatric dentists, we gave up and began taking our children to our family dentist. We came to Children’s on the recommendation of our family dentist when our youngest child, who has a severe gag reflex, needed to have a little work done. We were blown away with the care here and our youngest continues to receive his dental care at Children’s Dentistry. Don’t go anywhere else, this is the Pediatric dentist office you need!

They explain everything clearly and really care about their patients. Scheduling is easy and the office is always welcoming. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: CDO is wonderful! The front staff are warm, the hygienists are patient and fun, and the dentist is friendly and approachable for both kids and parents. We had no worries when it was time for our first cavity because we know we could trust them to take good care of our son, and we actually look forward to our regular trips!

Fantastic experience: From the time I walked in to the time I walked out it felt like family, they have a little room that’s playing a movie for your child when we walked back my daughter absolutely loved the fish all over the walls and the dental assistant let’s not forget about the balloon animal at the end she loved that !!

Fantastic experience: This was two of my little ones first dentist visits, and when I say it was amazing, that’s not an exaggeration! The waiting room is fun with TVs and games, and we did not wait long at all! Mrs. Brooke was our dental hygienist and was so sweet and calm and talked my boys, 7 and 4, through every single process. She calmed their nerves and really made my mommy heart so happy. Then we got to meet Dr. Joe, and this man is exceptional with kids. He talked me through the xrays and any concerns he had. He told the boys they were doing a great job and was really just a joy. I feel so blessed that this place is in our community.

My kids are already counting down the days until they can come back! Our 6-year-old, who has Autism, was treated with such compassion, they provided a quiet room, gentle reassurance, and every comfort he needed to feel safe and happy. It truly touched my heart to see the care and thought put into making this a memorable day for him. Without a doubt, 10 out of 10 , I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience with my 5 year old who was not excited to go to the dentist! The staff is so friendly, the building is very spacious and cute! Our appointment was very fast. They took their time knowing my son was a little scared and will work their way from brushing with a tooth brush to brushing with the actual cleaning tool. They give a balloon animals when they are finished which would make any kid excited to come back! So our first visit was deff a success, we'll worth the hour drive it took me to get here!

Negative experience: My son’s appointment was canceled due to the office failing to verify my insurance prior to our scheduled appointment after giving them the proper information a week prior. I was then told that the next available appointment was a year out. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Everything about this place is lovely. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming! The girls that cleaned my kiddos teeth were also very polite and attentive to my kids. They worked so gently with them and addressed all concerns. The dentist was also very kind and thorough when working with my children. I especially love the open spaces that allowed for us to seamlessly move through the office. We are a big family so that is a plus for us as we tend to move in a huddle. Thank you all for all your hard work and dedication!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service. From the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor himself. All of them treated my daughter with so much kindness and explained everything to her. She even said “this is fun” in the middle of her cleaning, I wash shocked. I would never dream of taking her anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: We loved it! My son had a toothache right after moving to TN. They got us in as new patients the SAME day! They were so patient and didnt force him to do anything he didn’t want to (like the x ray). They said “we’d rather he like the dentist than force him and make him hate it” they told us exactly what was wrong and it was SO QUICK! We left 13 minutes after our scheduled appointment time! No waiting!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been patients of Dr. Joseph A. Faiz at Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. They went above and beyond to help my son overcome his fear of the dentist by offering a private room for his early visits and taking the time to work at his pace during cleanings. Thanks to their patience and kindness, both of my children now receive full cleanings with no fear or anxiety. When my daughter had a mouth injury, they made sure to fit us in quickly to check on her teeth, which brought us great peace of mind. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and never makes me feel rushed or silly for any questions I ask. Their care and compassion truly make a difference, and I’m so thankful for the way they’ve treated our family.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience here with our 4 and 1 year old. Our 4 year old was scared from a previous experience in another state and they were so kind and accommodating to her needs. I got some great tips to help with my 1 year old brushing as they don’t love to get their teeth brushed. 10/10. I wish they took adults :)

My boys had the best time here and I know there's no way they will ever want to go anywhere else. These are truly beautiful people from receptionist to dental assistants to doctor. These people clearly love what they do! An absolutely joyful experience which is something you never hear about a dentist office!

Today I was told they no longer keep a list to call when people cancel appointments so that’s y we have yet to have the procedure done. But late year was told we would be added to a list.

Fantastic experience: This place was soooo nice. The sweetest of peas!! The dentist was so kind and good with the kiddos and the girls who brushed their teeth were so sweet and polite. They made them balloon animals when they got done which really just floored me and my husband. Like, can you imagine them all taking the time to learn how to do that just for the kids? That’s so precious. Omg.

Fantastic experience: Hello wanted to make sure review for all my on the spectrum families. This place is outstanding. They put my little guy who’s is a level 3 at ease made him feel great and confident. There team is outstanding with a great establishment. Very Intentive to your on the spectrum kids needs. Offering quiet rooms with low lighting. And plenty of games for the kids to play while they are there.

The doctor was very thorough as well. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. Excited to see the results at the end of her treatment.

The team was so kind and thoughtful and never once did I feel like we were a disturbance. Ms. Kara, our dental hygienist was so patient and kind I am thankful we found them!
