Fantastic experience: They are so good at working with/around the kids! Lots of little fibs and tricks that they use to make every part of the visit cute and fun. They make the kids feel so comfortable and at ease. Neither my son nor my daughter knew that they even got a shot (needle) in the mouth!!! I am impressed. A wonderful experience. They even let my daughter snuggle up in her blankie. That’s a big deal to her. Thanks Firefly!!!

Fantastic experience: They had toys to play with , they showed my daughter the tools and had a mat for her to lay on so she could see me . Balloon and a ducky at the end. We had some sad news about her teeth but they made the visit the best they could. Patient with her , friendly .

Fantastic experience: My son has a good time here every time and makes taking a 3 year old to the dentist easy for mom.

Negative experience: Not one but two of my children have permanent scars on their faces from dental assistants at this place. When it first originally happened the owner/dentist reached out and played it off as she couldn't believe it and this has never happened. When it happened a second time a few months later she again played it off as no big deal almost going as far as blaming it on my kids. They then pretty much denied us service after this. I wanted to see if the marks went away before making this post but they didn't and became permanent scars on their faces. So my daughters get to go through life with a reminder of this place. Again we spoke to the owner/dentist and she didn't care. She was more preoccupied with yelling at her own kids the entire time during our phone conversation then with what happened to my daughters. No apologies or accountability on her end what so ever. If your looking for a cheap quick dentist that has a novelty gimmick for kids this is your place. If you care about your kids dentistry and what care is taken when services are provided on your child I suggest looking at other dentist that focus more on the care and dentistry vs gimmicks.

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 small kids there today by myself, during nap time. Ended up being on the phone with our ENT for a good portion of the appointment trying to get a last minute app for a post op complication. The staff made my kids feel so comfortable while I was distracted and they got us out of there quickly so we could make it to the ENT. I hate to be that mom on the phone but it was very important and I’m so grateful to the staff for being so great!

Fantastic experience: Such a great place! Everyone is so kind and treat you wonderfully. The atmosphere is calm and laid back. Kid-friendly, of course :) The only unfortunate thing is my insurance isn’t accepted there, but out of pocket costs for exams and procedures are incredibly reasonable. So I will be going back just to keep getting their outstanding service and treatment.

Fantastic experience: This office was VERY patient and reassuring. My child has a hard time at the dentist, and they handled everything wonderfully. The entire staff treated my child with so much care and compassion — it made a huge difference in both our comfort level. It’s unfortunate they don’t accept our insurance, but honestly, the quality of service made it worth paying out of pocket. I truly appreciated the way they took their time, explained things clearly, and made sure we both felt supported. Highly recommend, especially if your child struggles with dentist visits or needs a gentle approach. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was incredibly kind and informative. They worked with my insurance company well so it was less money than we had originally thought. The rooms were decorated and fun for the kids. They even got a balloon for my older child at home (my infant was being seen). It was all in all a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my 2 yrs old first visit. My son has level 3 autism nonverbal and they made his first visit go smoothly. The staff was so caring and did everything they could to make his experience as comfortable as possible. From scheduling the visit to the actual appointment everyone I encountered was amazing.

Fantastic experience: My 4 Y.O. son is difficult and we got it done. I was still given options for treatment, we chose to go with continual brushing until he is used to things. I’m glad they worked with me and they understand not every child is easy. Very knowledgeable and we kept the visit to its 30 minute interval.

Fantastic experience: April 2nd was my daughter’s first dental appointment coming here and all I can say is wow! The team is fantastic and you can tell everyone there truly loves their job and they have a passion for helping children and young baby’s. I had a few concerns about my child’s teeth and the team listened and gave me wonderful advice and made sure my daughter was comfortable. Big thanks to all the firefly workers here. We are looking forward to coming back!

Positive experience: I don't like being in the open everyone should have a room for privacy. I think for the amount of money we pay they should give toothbrush toothpaste and floss to the kids. This is the only dentist I been to that Don't.

Positive experience: The actual service there is good. What is not good is the super-spam levels of contacting they do before your visit "reminding" you of your appointment. I swear that I got texts starting at 30 days out, and regularly the whole time counting down. Then they send emails and make calls, too. It's more than any doctor/dentist/therapy kind of "reminder" system that I've encountered, and it's not even close.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my decision to take my young daughter to this office! She had severe anxiety about dentists from lack of exposure at an earlier age because of COVID. The staff has done great at encouraging her & making the visits a pleasant experience.

We were first time patients and the staff made it feel effortless by getting her in and putting her needs first. I cannot thank them enough for how comfortable they made my daughter feel and taking action. We will officially be switching to Firefly.

Besides the usual cleanings, we've gone through a few fillings, as well as a tooth extraction (with a very nervous child). The entire staff is so kind, patient, and just really great with children. Fantastic experience: We switched to Firefly from a different pediatric dentist and couldn’t be more happy. The staff across the facility was amazing! Ronda from billing called me a week before my appointment to help me with insurance concerns, then followed up with an email. As we walked in, the kid’s names were on the board welcoming them as new patients. The front desk was friendly and patient and helped to resolve my insurance issue. Megin was the hygienist for both of my children. She was so sweet, kind, and encouraging. Her way of explaining the importance of brushing and flossing has motivated my kids to take better care of their teeth. They are actually looking forward to going back to show what a good job they are doing. I’m so glad Firefly was recommended to us and we made the switch.

He struggled a bit last time laying down and the dentist this time took note and did an excellent job making him feel comfortable. She let him stand up, showed him all her tools, and let him touch them. She did an excellent job and we ended up having a great experience! I highly recommend this dentist.

Not only that, but she makes it so fun! My kids literally beg us to go to the dentist! I've heard so many horror stories and can assure you if you go to this office, your perception of dental care will change.

My daughter (6 yrs) is excited to go there and asks all the time when her next cleaning is and my son (4 yrs) did great today, because they were patient and worked with him in his last two cleanings to make him comfortable. Fantastic experience: Had such a good experience today with my 2 year old’s first legit dental appointment! Waiting room is nice and colorful, toys for the kids, and a tv with kids shows. The hygienist was great with her. Loved that the kids can put a coin in the machines and get a prize, and can also grab a balloon! Overall really great experience and I’m glad we switched to a pediatric dentist for her. Update: had her 3 year appointment today and she did great and everyone was really patient with her and super nice. She is always excited to come for the little prize machines that they have!

Fantastic experience: We have been here twice, first visit was for my two year old first dentist visit and my 12 year old regular cleaning. We are new to area. Second visit was for a baby tooth extraction for my 12 year old. Staff is amazing. My 12 year old said they are very comforting and create a safe comfortable space. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: My 7yr old son got a cavity filled in Oct 2024, the staff was great with him. They made him very comfortable and he got his cavity filled with no problems and no tears. Great job everyone.

Negative experience: My son is autistic and does not like being touched, so it requires some extra patience and care to get through a cleaning. The dentist came in and looked at him for less than 2 minutes before telling us he required full sedation to do a cleaning and that he needed a cavity filled, which they could not do in office. We ended up going to another pediatric dentist where they took the time to make him comfortable and he was able to have a full cleaning without sedation; there was also no sign of a cavity. Almost was forced to pay hundreds extra for things my son didn’t need because they refused to make any effort to accommodate him.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had broken one of her baby teeth, they went above, and beyond to get her seen in a timely fashion. The entire staff treated us with concern,and the dentist was amazing at taking the time to explain the whole procedure. This is where you want your kids to be,the most caring customer service. Fantastic experience: Comfortable and welcoming office facilities and staff. Understanding of difficult toddler situation. They have connections with a local hospital as well as a traveling anesthesiologist for sedation. They are in network with many plans. We love that they were able to schedule quickly. They have a wonderful feeling system that allows price workups for treatment plans so that everything is understandable.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Firefly! My 6 year old has been very nervous at the dentist in the past so we switched to this pediatric office and they completely put her at ease.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal! Took my kids there for the first time. After an embarrassing amount of time due to dentist fears and insurance. The staff was amazing- and I mean the entire staff from the front desk to the hygienist- they never judged were just happy we were there. They completely calmed the fears of my girls. Dr Sarah was so empathetic, knowledgeable, and nurturing. If I had had a dentist like her when I was young, I probably wouldn’t have developed a fear of the dentist myself. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has had a HUGE fear of the dentist ever since she was younger, she is now 11. She has been to Firefly 4 times now, twice for an exam and twice for extractions. The service was above and beyond every time. She is no longer scared of the dentist. I am thankful to have found this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Firefly! Especially for the littles who are seeing a dentist for the first time! They really exceeded our expectations with making our 2 yr old relaxed and comfortable for her first experience. Although she is only 2, they examined and cleaned her teeth thoroughly, explained everything they were doing in a way that our daughter could understand so she wouldn’t be afraid, and gave us a ton of great advice regarding dental hygiene with toddlers. We were expecting tears and were relieved to see nothing but smiles from our girl. This was a great family experience and we can’t wait to see everyone at our next visit! ***Bonus: they offer affordable out-of-pocket if they don’t take your insurance!***

Negative experience: I brought my four year old in for his first appointment. The hygienist decided to show him the tools she was going to use right away (the scary hook they scrape your teeth with). He immediately freaked out. She then demanded he lay down to look at his teeth. He didn’t want to lay down, he wanted to sit up because at this point he was panicked. She refused to look at his teeth while he was sitting up and decided a 10 minute battle to get him to lay down was better. The actual dentist had to intervene so he would calm down. Will never step foot in the place again.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office is so kind. They are amazing with my very nervous boys and work so hard to get all three appointments together so I don't have to come back multiple times. We love Firefly!
