Fantastic experience: My grandson enjoyed and love the visit. The assistants and the dentist were kind and explained everything. Love it.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and professional staff every time we go into the office. I love how all my 3 children can go in together and be seen back to back so I don’t have to make multiple trips for appointments. The dentists’ themselves are always very kind, pleasant, very knowledgeable, thorough with explanations and thoughtful. My children actually enjoy and look forward to going to the dentist because of the experience we have and of course fun prizes at the end of each visit is always the best part. One negative side sometimes depending on the staff member(s) at the front desk sometimes they can an attitude or rude. But the rest of the experience is phenomenal and makes it worth it! We love this place!

Negative experience: My kids love the dentist here. But beware they will nickle and dime you. They will tell you that your insurance covers things then later give you a big bill. I just paid $60 per child for fluoride after cleaning. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My son and I love this practice! What a well crafted team of the nicest people, truly! We switched about a year ago from another practice and couldn’t be happier with the care and treatment, my son mentioned he enjoys going to the dentist because everyone is so nice thank you for all that you do!

Fantastic experience: I love taking my daughter here. Everyone is kind and professional. On time as well. Never a wait. They are very gentle and keep my little princess at ease the whole time. Still amazing. My daughter absolutely loves this place at 2½. Years old.

Fantastic experience: Amazing practice! Everyone is kind, helpful, and respectful. My 5 year old has a small cavity and i am hesitate to getting a filling at this age and the dentist respectfully gave me all of my options. Also my two year old had a screaming fit during the cleaning and they were patient with him. They are fast, organized, kind, patient, and clean. We love it there!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first dentist appointment and required quite a bit of dental work. The team was incredibly fast and friendly, and they collaborated seamlessly with the sedation team to ensure she was seen promptly! After they finished her treatment, I was truly amazed at how flawless her teeth looked I highly recommend them, especially for anyone whose child needs extensive work. From the receptionists to the doctors who prepared her, everyone made her feel truly special and created a very personal experience for our family. Definitely a 10/10

Positive experience: Have had good experiences, but have been calling to reschedule an appointment and can’t get anyone on the phone (have called 6 times over 3 days and left 2 messages). May end up switching because I need to be able to reach our providers.

Negative experience: I am quite disappointed and honestly angry. I have taken my son since he was 1 year old. When he had his second visit, he had some cavities and the dentist said he was too young to treat them. Yesterday I made an emergency appointment because I saw that he has a gap in one of his teeth. Now that I took him, my son is 3 years old and they told me that they needed to put a crown on him. That's what I didn't want them to put on him because they had to wait for the cavities to eat away at his tooth. Because they didn't do something from the first visit, why wait years to be able to repair the problem? I want to clarify that when your child has cavities, no matter how much you brush their teeth, you won't be able to get them out. I am writing this because I don't want other parents to go through the same thing as me. Why do you do this just to get money from our insurance? Please no more, don't wait years to be able to do treatment and avoid the trauma to our children with those caps on their teeth.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appt time and only had to wait about 5 min. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. So far, very pleased with this practice.

Fantastic experience: My daughters have been going to Frederick Pediatric Dental Associates since they were 2 years old, and we've had nothing but great experiences over the years. The office is always clean and welcoming, and the entire staff is fantastic. We especially love the hygienists and the doctors. They’re kind, patient, and great with kids. They always take the time to explain things and make the experience as comfortable as possible. Overall, it’s been a consistently positive experience, and I would highly recommend this practice to any parents looking for a trustworthy pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: My daughter chipped her tooth, right in the front, and was beside herself. Like, it was the end of the world (12yr old going into middle school this year). So impressed with how they handled her concern and all of her questions. She was in total disbelief when 15 minutes later she couldn't even tell which tooth was the chipped one. This isn't my first rodeo with Frederick Pediatric, but my first review. I've had 9 children go through this office going back to 2006. They are simply the best. They've been like an extended part of the family over the years. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter for her first dental appointment to Frederick Pediatric Dental! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The doctor and her assistant were fantastic with her! Glad I found a great place to take her!

Negative experience: i used to love this office. However, over the last 3 years, they have gone downhill. they will cancel appointments and make it a sorry about your luck thing as well as having no explanation as to why it was canceled on their behalf. Good luck getting ahold of anyone there in the first place. You can call and call, leave several messages, and you may or may not get a call back. Dr. Emily little told my son, who sucks at brushing his teeth and rarely does it(teenager, I'm not holding his hand) that he does a wonderful job brushing his teeth. had to laugh. then my daughter, who had a bothersome tooth, told me to come back by Dr. sivi for a check said that looked great... Anyway, fast fwd 6 months came in, saw Dr sivi, and she had to urgently schedule surgery to have it removed(it intact was not normal at that time 6 months prior).

Positive experience: Thankfully we had terrific experiences with the dentist and hygienists for both of my children! However, the front office/ receptionist experience was not pleasant and made it seem like we were an inconvenience and bother when simply trying to check in and make future appointments. Hopefully it was just a one-off.

Fantastic experience: Had such a wonderful experience today. Everyone was so kind and my girls had great time getting their teeth cleaned. The hygienist was especially kind and did a great job explaining everything to each of my daughters. I love that they make going to the dentist such a good experience. They each got to choose a prize at the end of their visit.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say! Dr. Nikki and Dr. Patel have been amazing with my kids!! My son has high anxiety with the dentist and since changing to here he has been so much more relaxed and we have been to get any and all dental work done with no issues. Dr Nikki went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and walked him through every step and any questions he had. We have had nothing but great experiences!

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. Every time my son comes we have an amazing experience. My son was seeing today and everyone is always so nice and professional. My son loves coming to the dentist thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time going to a pediatric dentist office opposed to Fusion dental that has a pediatric dentist come a few days a week. Super cute waiting room with a handful of tvs, but none were working or on. I’d expect a children’s office to be a little more up beat/fun. Dr. Baker was little hearted and cracked some jokes to make my kids at ease. Kids got tokens to get toys at the end. Overall a good visit just didn’t have anything that our old office didn’t have, other than a shorter drive. Also was surprised the latest appointment was 4pm. It’d be nice if I didn’t have to take them out of school for every appointment. Editing after we've now had a handful of visits … I took my daughter in a few weeks ago for her normal cleaning and the doctor discovered she had a cavity. My daughter is six years old and very anxious. We went in this morning at 8 AM greeted by the receptionist who are always friendly. They took us back to the room where the assistant let my daughter pick out What scent she would like to smell for her nitrous oxide. Dr. Nikki literally was a grand slam. She is so kind so silly and really tries to be the kid’s best friend so to gain trust before their procedure. She’s constantly checking in with the kids to make sure they’re OK. She is by far the best pediatric dentist we’ve ever had an experience with. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: They took my son as a new patient same day when I called for quick appt as my insurance was expiring that day. This was my son’s first time going to this dentist. He was scared at first but it was such a great experience for him he told me on the way out, I can’t wait to come back again to see the dentist, that was so much fun!! Tokens and prizes with friendly staff made all his worries go away. What a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr Banks was amazing with my son getting a cavity filled. He knew he was nervous, took his time, talked to him and distracted him. My son left and goes I really liked him!!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding all across the board. Friendly and accommodating front office staff, amazing nurses, and fantastic dentists. We were in and out like a breeze despite being fit in as an emergency last-minute appointment. My 2.5 year old suffered a scary trauma to his mouth and had endured an ER visit the day before. He was still sore and was certainly fearful of yet another doctor's office, but the animal murals excited him and the general vibe of this welcoming place put him to ease. The gentle, tender treatment he was given was respectful and kind. He handled the ordeal with great courage, due to no small part of how incredibly empathetic the entire staff is. The chairs and equipment are made with children in mind and their needs. This is definitely a place to take a first-timer to in order to set them up for a lifetime of continued, consistent dental care. Plus, the prizes are varied and appealing to kids and they get to put little coins into vending machines. Very cute and interactive and my son came away with a big smile.

Negative experience: I have repeatedly asked this dentist in Maryland to stop emailing me about my appointments. I live in Minnesota. I have emailed them, I have unsubscribed, but the emails have continued for years.

Fantastic experience: We always have been received excellent and professional attention. All the staff and the Drs are very good. The place is so welcoming. We’re feel in really good hands.

Positive experience: I had an appointment for my son… His forth appointment… They’re wonderful Dentist, but they canceled his appointment Because I hadn’t confirmed the appointment prior to, even though I had scheduled the appointment in person two weeks prior… And the prior three appointments had not been confirmed either nor had they been missed… So my son took off school because we liked the dentist so much they were an hour away from us and he had to takeoff school and he was supposed to get a cavity filled But since they canceled the appointment, he didn’t have one anymore… I was told that it was office policy… Even though interestingly enough, it was an office policy for the prior three

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience at Frederick Pediatric Dental Associates in Frederick, Maryland. I have nothing but positive things to say, except that it can be difficult to reach the billing department. However, Dr. Banks and his assistant Miss. Diamond are truly amazing. I would recommend them anytime and will continue to Bring my son here.

Fantastic experience: I love Frederick Pediatric Dental Associates. I has been taking my granddaughter there for the 4th time now and we get great service always. All the employees are amazing, they all are friendly and helpful. My granddaughter is 9 and she loves the doctors and the assistants. They all are gentle and sweet. At the Front desk everyone is super nice, especially Gabriella. She has been always super friendly, helpful, fast service, knowledgeable and so patient . She also speak Spanish and that's helpful for me. She also is great and fast with scheduling the appointments. We always look forward to see her . Fantastic experience: We have had mostly great experiences here, aside from the time my 4 yr old tried to bite the dentist to prevent them from continuing. Even then they handled the situation pretty well. Our child loves the prizes and the art on the walls is so lovely.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience, first Time taking my daughter to this dentist office and all the staff and Dentist are very friendly, nice and very professional. My daughter was nervous and scared starting with a new doctor but the doctor she saw today which sadly I can’t remember her name. She was very nice. Made her feel really comfortable throughout her whole appointment. My only regret is not finding them sooner. The location is super clean very welcoming. I love it. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Person checking me in was concerned about everything happening around her instead of focusing on her own assignment. Took 5/ 10 for her to find patient name and hand me the tablet. No Thank you or anything just non customer service. She must have been new a nervous.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist and staff here are really amazing. As a mom I even felt care for as my daughter age 6 who does not do well at the dentist due to her high sensitivity, does really great here. They all work hard to communicate with her with respect and even joy and humor. They have it down to a science and they are very honest, which goes a long way with me. My daughter is comfortable here, and it’s been a blessing.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend them and I don’t trust them. how can I trust a place that never answers phone calls? The first time I called, I was able to speak with someone and even make an appointment for new patients and then something came up so I needed to reschedule that appointment. I called them back twice the same day I scheduled the other appointment and no one answered. I left a message no one called me back. I called back twice the next day (Friday) still no answers. I thought my self that, it’s Friday and everyone is tired. I called them twice with my own phone and once with my husband phone on Tuesday still nothing. On Wednesday (today) they are sending me a message for appointments reminder (an appointment that supposed to be tomorrow (Thursday). That was the first time I heard from them since my first phone call. No appointments confirmation text or new patient form and I can’t get any one answer the phone? That’s a red flag for me. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: We just love Dr. Banks and the whole staff. Everyone is awesome! They always make my kids feel so comfortable that no matter if they are having tooth pulled or getting a regular cleaning its always a good time ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Banks took care of our 5 year old daughter for her dental procedure with sedation. He called us the day before her procedure and explained everything in great detail. He kept us updated along the way and was very kind and caring. Even though having your child sedated is very daunting, Dr. Banks eased our worries. We highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Banks is so kind & patient with my 4 & 8 yr olds who both have AS. He understands their sensory issues & knows how to relate to them which helps them cooperate!

Negative experience: I called this office. An employee named Gabriela answers and says" this is Gabriela" Doesn't say the office name or how can I help you. She then says what's your insurance and says hold on and puts on me hold for over 15 mins. I finally hung up. Prior to this I called the office 2 weeks ago and left a voicemail asking to schedule a new patient appointment for my son. No call back.

Positive experience: I felt the service was very quick. Generally, the hygienist cleans the kids teeth and then the dentist comes in to do their thing. This time it was less than 5 mins and the hygienist didn’t do the cleaning. I just felt a bit rushed compared to the service we received in the past.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Little and Dr. Banks and the dental hygienist are kind, friendly, and made my children feel comfortable. They were very patient and explained everything not only to me but to my children. They genuinely care about their patience. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. I highly recommend this office for any parent.

Fantastic experience: Each time I visit Frederick Pediatric Dental Associates they are always so efficient, professional, and give my children a memorable experience. The kids are always eager to go visit and I am always satisfied with all my interactions there. You could not ask for a better group to care for your kids teeth!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere, awesome artwork. My little guy is 3 and not so easy at time, the staff talked calmly and made it fun for him. We are never changing dentists!! Update 5ys later I now have 2 children 8yrs and 18mo old. We visited FPDA today for my daughter's first visit and sons check up. Thankfully they scheduled both kids at the same time in the same room with same dentist! Made my life a lot easier. Only down side is the forms but at least they are on an ipad you can take with you and turn in before you leave! Place is still awesome and crazy busy! Few years later 2024 9yrs and 2.5yrs place is even busier but staff still cool. Artwork still amazing see something new each visit. Paperwork easier online now before your visit. Still no plans to change dentist. End of 2024 6mo check up for my 9yr old and follow up from dental procedure for my 3yr old. Place crazy busy but managed well, lil prize tokens are a cool reward for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Nikki and Assistant Amanda had great patience and bedside manner with my frightened daughter with special needs. They explained everything and talked about animals to make it more comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.

Negative experience: Receptionist was rude . She asked if i had received the appointment reminder by text or phone . I told her I did and before i could get another word out she responded “well if you don’t respond to the appointment reminder 48 hours before we will cancel your visit for someone else . I’m gonna make a note of it here .” I did respond to the message when i received it . She then took my co payment and didn’t even bother to ask about scheduling his next appointment. Will not be back .

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here for 11 years. 18 months until now 13 years old. Staff is personable, professional and caring. We keep going back. Update.... Daughter is now 17, still great service buuuuutttt the confirming your appointments needs to be updated... I received a text to confirm my appointment, responded with a"C" to confirm and my appointment was canceled later that evening . I asked why and the receptionist was responsive and sincere but why would an office cancel an appointment when you already confirmed, I've been confirming this way for years... I tried to make another appointment and there were no reasonable appointments for me to take my daughter but luckily before we hung up a 4:30 slot opened. Very inconvenient. Overall, I do recommend

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going here for three years now. My daughter who is terrified of the dentist is always very well taken care of and put to ease and even comes out smiling happy as can be. Great friendly staff! We are very thankful to have found a great office!

Negative experience: Our experience with this dentist was horrible. If you are researching places to take your LO, honestly, look elsewhere. Not only was the way the dentist spoke to my 4 year old wrong, he also neglected to show me any x-rays. All the while, tried to tell me my 4 year old needed to be booked for 10 cavities and to be put to sleep since she wouldn't let him look in her mouth. He was so impatient and mean (saying, "if you don't open your mouth you won't get a coin like your sister did). Didn't explain anything to my kids, or me (our previous dentist out of state would take the time to explain what each instrument will do and feel like so they are less afraid. This isn't my first rodeo.). There were other things, but I'm getting long winded. Major red flags, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Needless to say, we've since had a great visit at another family dentist where nothing of the sorts was mentioned. Nothing! Such a scam. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is always excited to go to the dentist! She is well taken care of and they are sensitive if she is at all scared of any part of the cleaning. Or doctor is always smiling and clearly enjoys his job and working with little ones.

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our son here his entire life! He is 17 now and the atmosphere is great! They really know how to keep an amazing environment and keep the clients happy! The decorative walls and lights are like none I've ever seen. Love it here!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter had her first dental visit since turning 1 a week ago and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this office! That staff was fantastic and Dr. Francis was incredible! So happy we chose them!

Negative experience: I actually really liked this office but if you cancel with enough notice as you should if you can’t make it to an appointment then call back to reschedule they’ll dismiss you as a patient and say you no called no showed instead which I think had to do with the front desk. What a shame..

They take pride in their service they provide for the children. We moved from Frederick 4 years ago and I did not switch dentist office, my children still go there, that says a lot. They provide the best care for children and make them feel comfortable about seeing the dentist

Fantastic experience: Great practice; we have seen both Doctor Fischbach and Doctor Shah. Our daughter has been very comfortable with both of them and is never afraid to go to the dentist! Everyone, from the front desk to dental hygienists, is super nice.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Frederick Pediatric Dental associates for 2 years now. The dentists and hygienists are really awesome with kids - so patient and friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the friendliness of the receptionists. I’ve had multiple interactions with them and they’re efficient but don’t have the same vibe as the dentists and hygienists.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Banks is absolutely wonderful! He has such a calming, patient presence which is so important for my kids and myself. We always feel safe and cared for when we go here.

Fantastic experience: My two year old was pretty nervous during her visit but they were calming and had ways to work around her nerves. They answered any questions I had. She also loved getting a little duck and a token toy from their waiting room. Everything went smoothly and it was an enjoyable, fun experience!

Fantastic experience: My son can be a bit anxious sometimes when going to the dentist. He has been going here since he was a toddler. He is now 12. Everyone is very calm and patient with him and Explain what’s being done. A great dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my child to see Dr. Patel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making sure my child felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Patel is exceptional with children. He has a gentle and patient approach that really helped my child relax during the visit. He took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was easy for both me and my child to understand. This made the entire experience much less stressful.

Fantastic experience: Once again I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Banks, my daughter Alicia and my son are his patients, today my son John was attended by Dr Banks and Angie, they did a great job, I was very worried and now happy, because my son's tooth problem was solved, I went previously to another place closer to my house, I regretted it bitterly, because they told me that my son's tooth could not be restored and they wanted to remove the tooth, and with wisdom and dissent I returned to Dr. Banks and as always very well attended. Thank You so Much!

Fantastic experience: The best pediatric dental office I’ve been to. They made a daughter feel very comfortable and reassured her as they explained everything that was going on. They even wiped her tears.

The facility is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is consistently courteous and professional. Dr. Si is an exceptional dentist who provides excellent care. Our appointments are always efficient. Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found this place! Based on its great reviews, website, providers, pictures, and proximity to home I picked this office for my daughter. We've been here twice so far (12 months and 18 months) to see Dr. Nikki and it's been such a great experience! This office is modern, spacious, and clean. And all the staff have been nothing but friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: They were all amazing! We were very hesitant taking 2 toddlers to the dentist for the first time but everyone was so patient and so kind! The doctor (Dr.Nikki) was amazing and so was the hygienist Madison. Madison was so kind and caring. She was awesome with my kids and put my worries at ease!

Fantastic experience: I took my 2-year old son into Frederick Pediatric Dental Associates today and had an excellent experience! Our little boy was nervous about being at the dentist because he was unfamiliar with that experience. The Dentist and Hygienist did an excellent job of providing a quick assessment of his dental health while making every effort to help him relax. We will be back in 6-months

Negative experience: Waited for over half an hour for what I was assured would be a quick 20 minute appointment. I expected to be leaving before my daughter was ever called back. I don't know how much longer it would have taken, because I had to leave. If they can't keep their appointments, they shouldn't make them. Another practice in Frederick becoming more concerned about money than people and overbooking themselves.
