Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about this place! Everyone was pleasant! The ladies up front were very welcoming. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit at this dentist office. My 9yr old special needs son was seen by Lee for a cleaning and to be honest she exceeded my expectations! I went in thinking this would be another wasted visit being that for the last 2 years we never had luck getting him to sit still at any other dentist office. She was so patient and understanding with him and I don’t know what kind of magic she used but my son was able to do a full cleaning. I pray she will be there again in 6 months when we go back.

Fantastic experience: Took our 2 year old daughter to Dr. Landa’s office for the first time today. The office was incredible. We walked in a were brought back within literal seconds. I hadn’t even finished fully checking us in. Our hygienist, Maria was 10/10. She made Benny’s first dental appointment fun and memorable. Dr. Landa was also incredible and came highly recommended. Negative experience: My mom paid the full price of braces(around ~5k) but they charged us monthly past when the agreed upon price was fully paid and they refuse to fix my braces despite the fact they are falling apart and because of their refusal to fix them my teeth have shifted back to how they originally were only worse. The “treatment” also took way longer than it would have and was never completed even past the agreed upon time because they would only adjust the braces once every three months +. So it was over $7000 completely wasted and they destroyed my mom’s credit because they sent it to collections even though we owe them nothing, and yet they refuse to even provide retainers which was included in the agreed upon price.
We take your concerns seriously and are committed to providing honest, transparent care to every patient. However, many of the claims in your review are inaccurate, misleading, or simply untrue. In order to fully understand your situation and assist you, we kindly ask that you contact our office directly and identify yourself so we may review your specific case.
To clarify a few key points:
1. Appointment Frequency – Orthodontic appointments are typically scheduled every 4–8 weeks, depending on patient compliance and how treatment is progressing. We do not space adjustments three months apart unless appointments are repeatedly missed or rescheduled by the patient.
2. Treatment Delays – Delays in treatment can occur when patients miss appointments, have poor oral hygiene, or are otherwise noncompliant. In such cases, additional time may be needed, and a treatment extension fee may apply.
3. Flexible Payment Plans – Our in-house financing offers affordable monthly payment options, which may extend beyond the active treatment phase to help reduce monthly costs. This is a benefit not commonly provided by most orthodontic offices.
4. Billing and Collections – For patients who elect to finance their treatment through a third-party lender, that institution manages the account independently. If there are missed payments, those agencies may follow their own collection processes. We encourage patients to communicate directly with the financing provider if they experience any difficulty with their payment plan.
5. Retainers – Retainers are provided at the completion of treatment and once the account balance has been paid in full. We are unable to deliver retainers if a financial obligation remains.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my son here for years, they have completely renovated it recently and it looks awesome, its got a very open, inviting and comfortable feeling. They have definitely gone above and beyond to make the kids comfortable and feel at ease, they really did a great job with that. Negative experience: There are many other dental office for kids and this should be your last pick. I scheduled an appointment for my kids on the same day back to back. They have rescheduled the appointment without telling me 3 times now. I have a job and I am a single mother. An appointment on 2 separate days won’t work for me when I’ve already taken the day off. Not to mention you can’t get anyone on the phone from the office. Only text. I noticed other reviews suggesting the customer service and scheduling is a pain point. I will no longer be going to this dental office.

Negative experience: I am editing this review with a heavy heart. I wanted to love Dr Landa and trusted him with my twins for a few years. They are very prone to cavities despite my attempts to limit sugar and consistently brush and floss. They each needed approximately 7-8 fillings in the time they were in Dr Landas care. Every single filling fell out within the first couple months of placing it. Then he would fill it again, it would fall out and then he would place a crown, blaming it on their bodies just not liking the fillings. He consistently told me I was feeding them too much sugar instead of taking into consideration factors such as family history, tongue and lip ties, mouth breathing, etc that can all increase the risk of cavities. After 3-4 crowns for each child, pulling a molar at the age of 7 because I refused a root canal (which was my choice). I ended up leaving the practice when he recommended an additional 3-4 crowns for each of my children! That would bring the total to 6-8 crowns in their mouth!!!! It’s been 1.5 yrs since I found a new dentist. They have each had 3 new cavities filled and they filled the teeth that Dr Landa said needed crowns and GUESS WHAT?! They have not lost any fillings! I’m so disheartened to say that I trusted him at the cost of my kids. Love the office, is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and great with the kids. We have been seeing Dr Landa for a couple years and love him. He’s great with the kids and takes his time explaining himself to me and answers my thousand questions. I love his gentle approach and he doesn’t jump to an invasive treatment plan right away unless necessary

However, some children with more severe cavity-prone teeth may require more extensive treatment, such as crowns, to ensure the teeth remain functional. Children with a high propensity for decay commonly need crowns at a higher occurrence over fillings. I always aim to provide a comprehensive assessment, taking into account the overall picture of oral health, which is why I make specific recommendations. These recommendations always come with much deliberation and constant communication with parents. As you sited before, I always took time to communicate my findings, treatment options and alternatives. Fillings are considered as an option when taking a more conservative approach to avoid crowns as they are typically a bit more invasive. While I understand your frustration, it is important to note that some patients, especially children, can experience difficulty retaining dental restorations due to factors that are often beyond our control, such as their unique biology or difficulty in maintaining consistent oral hygiene at home. In cases where fillings repeatedly fail, crowns can often be a necessary and more durable solution to prevent further decay and damage. This is always discussed with parents, and ultimately the decision to place crowns are made together.
