Fantastic experience: We were welcomed as soon as we walked into the door! Yes, Watertown is a bit of a drive, however, very worth it. From the dental assistant to the actual dentist, Dr. Chelsea- they were so great to us and asked any questions I had. Looking forward to calling this our regular dentist.

Very professional and a great place to take your kid. I believe first experiences with dentists set the tone for how they view going to the dentist as an adult. If they learn it’s nothing to fear and that they’re good at what they do and take care of you it’s important to continue going!

Fantastic experience: Love the train atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved how attentive they were, but also quick with my wiggly little guy. They answered my questions with honest answers. The movie was a nice touch for my daughter who did not have an appointment to keep her entertained during my little guy’s visit. They are extremely family friendly and that means a lot for one that just moved to the area.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is always great and very kind to my three year old. The trains are also a bonus. I do wish they had some toys in the waiting room, but usually we’re in and out so quick that it doesn’t matter.

Both of my kids (5 and 2 years old) felt so comfortable and excited to be there. The office is super clean, beautifully set up for kids, and the train track running through the ceiling was such a fun touch! Highly recommend for any parent looking for a gentle and welcoming dental office!

Fantastic experience: Amazing patient experience! A highlight for our kiddos is seeing the train that moves around the top of the offices. Dr. Beuttenmuller told my little guy that he was a rockstar after we had finished our appointment, but when we got in the car my 8yr old told me that “Dr. B was THE rockstar!”

It was my 21 month old’s second cleaning at this office and they were both so efficient, thorough, and gentle. I also appreciate the clear communication and ease of making appointments. The office is very kid-friendly and appeals to what a kid would find comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic place to bring your kiddos. My grandson is autistic and struggles with having his mouth touched. The hygienist was so nice and gentle with him. She explained every step of what she was doing. He was so relaxed with the train going up above and a small screen to watch some Disney. Dr. Andrew checked him over with such ease and patience. Absolutely recommend this office for your kiddos. Great job Watertown Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 service! The dental assistant who greeted us was very attentive and compassionate as she took the time to explain to my 5yo which tools they would be using and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Chelsea made it a fun experience by keeping him distracted and focused on her during the procedure. As a mom with dental/doctor phobias, I was impressed with the both of them and how well they managed to keep him calm throughout the whole thing. Four thumbs up from this mama/kiddo combo!

Fantastic experience: They are the only dentist I will let touch my child after another local area dentist caused her so much unnecessary pain and trauma in 2023. WPD takes the time to listen to her concerns and are extremely patient with her anxiety. I am so thankful for them.

Fantastic experience: From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist, everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable. My boys loved when it was time for their appointments to see the train that’s on a track around the ceiling & earn a token for a prize after they were finished. My youngest had a severe lip tie & tongue tie revised via laser and it was such a seamless appointment. We’re sad to be moving away, but thankful we had their care while we were at Fort Drum. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This dentist is hands down the best pediatric dentist I've ever been to!!! My little one had to have a cavity filled, and the dentist and hygenist were both incredibly patient and kind, explaining the entire process to my child so they weren't scared, and ensuring they were comfortable and taken care of. Then, realizing that it had been 6 months since the last cleaning, they were able to do a cleaning during that same visit so we wouldn't have to drive 1 1/2 hours again the next week. Overall, an amazing experience and would recommend this dentist to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff!!!! Very clean and the atmosphere is kid friendly. My 4 kids have been going here for over 10 years and I will be very sad when they have to switch to an adult dentist. I trust them with my kids and they always give great advice. They have always fit us in when the unexpected happens. I wouldn’t take my 4 to anyone else unless I was referred to do so by Dr. Andrew. I cannot say enough amazing things about this office.

Fantastic experience: By far the BEST dentist I've been to especially being a servicemember and being in a new area. The process of getting my five children seen all on the same day was so swift. The new patient forms were ALL DIGITAL that alone made the process PAINLESS. The way the examined my children made me wish I was a kid again!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrews and his assistant Brooke were absolutely wonderful. I drove an hour from Syracuse for a consult for my son needing to have a tooth extracted and to my surprise, they were able to do it right after completing his exam. Their bedside manner was excellent. The facility was clean and staff were great. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring, detail oriented office.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from beginning to end. My little one has MAJOR anxiety about all medical-type facilities, yet was perfectly comfortable here after seeing a train rolling by on the tracks overhead, the train theme throughout the office, and really cool prize machine. We were able to get some dental work done without even one teardrop. 100/10. I only wish I, a mid-thrities adult, could be seen there because it was so fun!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing office! Easy to check in. The dental assistants we saw, Katie and Darien, were absolutely amazing! Katie was so informative and both ladies were friendly and pleasant. My son thought they were amazing too! The office is gorgeous and very entertaining. The train is fun and the new wing is painted so beautifully and it was soooo clean! Dr. Beuttenmuller was efficient, polite and personable as well as funny . By far the best dentist we've seen. I'm not even sure my son wanted to leave after his appointment! I honestly wish we had started coming to this office sooner!

Fantastic experience: We have been going here just little over a year now and they are hands down the best office we have been too. Both my kids fairly little under the ages of 5 have done amazing and I’m shocked at the care we have received Because it has gone above and beyond in letting us the best action to take a different ways we can get to get there especially with them being so little and will continue to go here until we leave. We have also recommended them to numerous co workers as well. Thanks to the staff for such great support and taking care of our little.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 12, 9, 5 and 3 year old here this morning for the second time and once again it was a refreshing experience. My kids were actually excited for their dentist appointments! The waiting room is very clean and I appreciate that there aren’t any communal toys. The environment is pleasant and inviting for my children. The train tracks suspended from the ceiling with the automatic train is a nice touch! The dentist was excellent with the kids, friendly, playful and patient but kept her assessment moving right along. The dental hygienists were also wonderful with my kids as were the rest of the staff! left feeling so grateful we have joined this practice.

They truly have kiddos in mind not only with how they have designed the building (kid sized toilet and sinks in the bathroom…I wish every business/doctors office accommodated for kids size like this!) and decor (coolest train that chugs all throughout the building above our heads…my daughter would get so excited every time it passed her chair while she was getting her teeth cleaned!) but more than anything the staff is EXCELLENT! They are always so patient and gentle with my 3-year-old, and took such good care of her when she had to go under anesthesia for some dental work last year. Nothing is more reassuring for a parent than knowing that your precious little one is in good hands. Can’t recommend Watertown Pediatric Dentistry enough!

Our 3 week old needed a lip and tongue release and not only did they have an IBCLC available for us to work with, but they were kind, supportive, and an overall outstanding group of providers. They treated our baby gently and comforted her. Can't recommend this office enough!!!

She and an assistant met us the next day when the office was closed to make sure my daughter’s tooth had the best outcome for the future. The care and compassion were top notch. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this office! The hygienists were always so kind and fun. Dr. Andrew is kind, thorough and I really like his conservative approach to treatment. No unnecessary op work, but also no hesitation to treat when needed. They always made my shy and quiet second kiddo feel comfortable, never pressured her. Our kids love the train, the fun choices for TV distractions and, of course, the prize at the end!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chelsea and her staff were amazing! From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were in a place that was designed for children. The reception area looks like a train station with a wonderful train that goes around the ceiling. The boys were in awe watching it move past. All the staff were friendly and professional. Any fear or hesitation the boys had was handled with creativity, humor and patience. There was even a screen on the ceiling for the children to watch as their teeth were “counted” and examined. If anyone is looking for a dentist for their children I would most highly recommend Watertown Pediatric Dentistry.

Negative experience: My family has been loyal patients of this practice for the past few years, and we have always appreciated the excellent care and professionalism provided by Dr. Beuttenmuller and the team. However, I am disappointed with our recent visits, which were notably different from our previous experiences. During our last couple of appointments, one of the assistants (who was caring for my child for the first time) displayed a cold demeanor, lacked patience, and behaved unprofessionally while attending to my three-year-old child. Dr. Chelsea seemed rushed and extremely busy. She has only evaluated my child once before recommending the operating room. This was quite upsetting, especially considering the high standards of care we have come to expect from this practice. Our past experiences with Dr. Beuttenmueller and the other staff members have been exceptional, and it is disheartening to encounter such a decline in service. As a parent, it is important to me that my child feels comfortable and well-cared for during dental visits, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our recent appointments.
