Negative experience: This place is so over booked that they consistently can not provide timely treatment for their existing patients which leads to severe consequences. This place is fine for routine dental health but don't rely on them to provide adequate and timely care beyond that. Sadly their focus is on seeing as many patients as possible to make money. A prior review sums it up well...this place is an assembly line.

Negative experience: Really just tired of being treated poorly. I’ve dealt with rude staff in recent years but today was a whole new level. I called this morning to ensure my daughters appointment was still good to go as they’re scheduled 6 months in advance. I was told everything was all good. I take my daughter out of school to go and we arrive to be told there is no appointment and since I called this morning that’s too late (for an appointment scheduled 6 months ago that I arrived 15 minutes early for) and I’d have to reschedule. The lady at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. I had told her I called this morning and was told we were good to go and her response was “nope, we can’t honor it if you call day of” (again I scheduled this 6 months ago). I’ll be changing dentists. Not worth being treated this way repeatedly at a kids dentist.

Positive experience: The person who cleaned my daughter’s teeth was super rude, impatient and short with my daughter when she was clearly nervous about her visit. No warmth or empathy just rushing to get to the next person. Everyone else is usually great. Next time we go I will ask to not have her again.

Fantastic experience: Like that we can watch movies and pick our own movies while they clean our teeth

Negative experience: The child I took couldn’t get any work done there and was referred out without getting help with someone who would take his insurance. The staff should look at intake paperwork or not assume all of their clients are being taken by their parents. The child I took is in foster care and many of them feel uncomfortable when the staff refer to us (caretaker) as their mom. Also, everyone getting care could hear how bad the clients teeth are, it’s embarrassing for them. The children who are in foster care have been often severely neglected therefore needing a lot of dental care and it’s not necessarily their fault. Having more sensitivity for children in foster care would be great.

Negative experience: Wasn’t very thorough in their care, especially for our first visit.

Negative experience: They are right 1st impression matter. I was referred here due to my child knocking out her adult tooth. When I called the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. If the front line of defense is like this what is the rest of the clinic like. Especially if its a Peds clinic kids hate the dentist and doctors. Maybe the receptionist needs to go to Customer service training.

Fantastic experience: Always have had a great experience here. They are great with kids and help my child feel comfortable.

Negative experience: This used to be a pretty decent dental office. In and out cleanings. With three kids I was grateful for the efficiency. Over the last year it’s become much worse. Each 6 month cleaning we have to wait at least 30 minutes to go back then after the cleanings we wait another 15-30 minutes for the dentist to come look in their mouths. I noticed on this visit that we were skipped twice. When I asked the desk she said they skipped us since we had 3 kids to get cleanings. So we have now been waiting another hour and have still not been seen. On top of the horrible wait times it has become so filthy. The waiting area is absolutely dingy. Walls, floors, chairs are all just gross. Who cleans this place? The bathroom was covered in pee both times we came over the last year. We are actively looking for a new dental provider. I would definitely advise searching for a cleaner, more efficient office. This one is no longer it.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous taking my 5 year old son to have teeth removed and fillings. We got there waited like 5 minutes sent to a very clean,already prepared room. My son laid down on the chair watched a movie, assistant told us their procedure dentist came in 25 minutes maybe 2 teeth 3 fillings later we were out of there. My son was brave because they were so relaxed, friendly and extremely quick with fantastic results and they take Medicaid. Thank you Smiles for kids

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place the doctor was incredibly nice and the assistants very helpful and professional. It didn't take long for my daughter to get four molars out. They helped us get to our car and we're very nice and instructed us very well in the after care

Negative experience: Awful. I’ve left 2 urgent messages and a message for the manager for a call back due to an infection after a procedure- still no call back weeks after. Urgent care visit all due to negligence. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS here unless you want to put them in an assembly line of disregard and neglect.

Negative experience: My son had a breakage with potential injury or choking hazard. I immediately called and could only get administrative scheduling. The operator attempted to contact the front desk without success, no one answered. The operator sent an urgent system message for a call back. I never received the callback. My subsequent second call had similar results. My calls the following day were exactly the same. No answer at the front desk. The administrative scheduling operator again sent an urgent message for a callback. Still no response. But I did get 21 points for this post for helping others though my son is still at risk.

Negative experience: One of the most unprofessional/unkind places I have ever taken my daughter. I go there every 6-months to take my daughter and every time they are rude. The front desk girls have so much attitude they can’t be bothered when they are having none related work conversations. Don’t even waste time asking for the manager who is the blonde one and has the biggest attitude of all. Finally I called another place to take my daughter never going back there again. When my daughter saw the dentist no one said anything about seeing an orthodontist. But the next day they sent a text that she is prescribed to see the orthodontist after I told them I will not be returning. Give your business to a place that are kind, professional and hire employees who are there to help people specially children and be a role model not tech children that it’s ok to be rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I have been taking my kids to Smiles for Kids since it opened back when Dr. Green owned it but over the last fews years I have been extremely disappointed. I was told by them my son needed a cavity filled back in March the soonest they had was June so I make the appointment and ask to be put on a last minute cancellation list (they never called sooner). The week before his appointment I get a call to cancel and reschedule because the dentist is out so the reschedule for July. I get a call today that they have to cancel again because the dentist is out and tell me the soonest they can do it now is the end of October. I ended canceling and finding a new dentist only to find out today that the cavity now needs a crown. If you want to show up for an appointment at 2 and wait 45 minutes just to be called back and months to go by and not have cavities filled and them get worse then this is your place, but if you want your kids to get the care they need find somewhere else!

Negative experience: Waited for 3 months for an appointment to get fillings, got a phone call less than a week before the appointment to reschedule because the Dr won’t be in. Next available appointment is in THREE months. Lady was rude and told me sorry we can’t control the Dr schedule I don’t understand how they don’t know more than a week in advance when a Dr will be out. So now it will be over 6 months before fillings are done.

Fantastic experience: Both my kids go here and our experience has been great. The staff is so patient and very nice to my kids. My kids enjoy coming to their appointment.

Fantastic experience: The nurse and doctors are Very friendly and caring. My child felt very safe and comfortable in thier care and got us in and out in a timely manner. We will definitely be going back.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now with my kids. The front staff’s are getting worst. Very rude, unprofessional, no greetings, just stares at the monitor and expects you to know what they are asking. Didn’t even get a “ok you’re good” after the exams when the dental assistance brought me to the front to check me out. I stood there for a second and realized they weren’t even going to say anything. The other lady finally looked at me and smile. I figured that was my sign to go. My daughter even stated they didn’t look happy and what was wrong? No “kids” place should make a kid feel that way. The doctors are amazing, this was one of the reasons I stayed so long. The dental assistance are also a hit or miss. I think it’s time for another place.

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stats. This dentist office is always reschedulinglg my daughter's appointments and the appointments I reschedule are for anywhere from 3 to 5 months out. Big box dentist offices like this one do not care about their pediatric patients

Fantastic experience: Smiles for kids dentist is amazing and they are always so helpful with my kids. I have a kid who is super sensitive to the sounds and feelings of the tools. They always work with her and try to make her comfortable.

Negative experience: Really hard to get a hold of people for a call back. Went for an appointment today and staff was on strike and they were un able to reschedule my appointment.

Negative experience: If I could leave one star I would every time I make an appointment for my kids it's always rescheduled or canceled without any notification and when I do schedule they call me and I return your call if I don't answer because I'm at work or am I on the other line so when I do call back they never answer and they say that they need a confirmation appointment verbally to keep the kids scheduled however they don't answer their phone and when I arrive on the day and time for the kids appointment they can't see my kids because they never got that verbal confirmation so they give the appointment away this is the 27th time I've not been able to get my kids seen the most recent was for today at 10:00 they called me Wednesday I called back three different times Wednesday the voicemail box was full could not leave no voicemail I tried calling the orthodontics I totally different sign to see if I could get transferred to the dental side no answer no availability to leave a voicemail so my kids did not get seen because they did not get a verbal confirmation even though I was on time and I showed proof of my calls the worst dental office ever no excuse for 27 times not to be seen

Negative experience: Do not recommend. Records department is extremely unorganized. I requested x-ray records for my child and it took several calls over several weeks to finally get them. They recommend the most aggressive and expensive treatment plan possible without having thorough X-rays. They don't respect the parents' wishes regarding the care plans for their child. Instead of trying to ease my child because she was nervous, they just recommended putting her to sleep for the care. Then changed the care plan drastically without discussion and just mentioned it in passing while going over the astronomical cost with us. Take your child and your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old granddaughter has been receiving her dental care for several years at SFK and now her orthodontic care as well. At the age of 6, she was fitted with a spacer to widen the roof of her mouth because the arch was high and narrow and restricted air flow through her sinus cavity. This resulted in mouth breathing and snoring at night. The spacer gradually widened the roof of her mouth and the floor of her sinus cavity, which cured her mouth breathing and snoring and aligned her upper and lower teeth. I'm so thankful for her vastly improved breathing capacity thanks to her dentist's intervention. I highly recommend SFK.

Negative experience: The blonde woman at the check-out desk seems very unprofessional. I’ve had two separate negative experiences with her regarding scheduling. During my most recent visit, I explained that early appointments don’t work for me, and she told me my child wouldn’t be seen for three months out if I couldn’t do 8:00 AM slots. However, when I called the dentist office an hour later and spoke with another staff member, they were able to reschedule a later appointment time within the same month with no issue. They even asked what time and days worked best for me, which makes it unclear why she insisted my daughter wouldn’t be seen for 3 months out if we didn’t take the 8:00am appointments? My husband also noticed her attitude and felt like she was on a power trip. Not sure if she’s new or we’ve just never noticed her before, but we’ve been bringing our kids to this office for years and have never encountered anyone as rude.

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS Poor Customer Service! It’s been a month since I’ve requested Proof of Dental Appointment have called 4 times within the month yet NO RESPONSE ! I PHYSICALLY Dropped off FORM and REQUESTED this in PERSON YET was told they would FAX it OVER called to follow up They took my msg yet NO CALL BACK!!!. ATTEMPTED to reach front desk TOTAL FAIL ATTEMPTED to speak to Supervisor or Manager TOTAL FAIL ONLY SOLUTION FOR THE Operators WAS THAT I WALK IN ! How PATHETIC can’t even get a call back ! PLEASE HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES!!!

Negative experience: 3rd time waiting over an hour past appt time. Treatment is good and the hygienists are great but the entire place has an inability to run on time or close to it. Management is obviously incompetent at scheduling or in for a money grab to continually run this far behind despite full staff. Waited an hour and a half past appt time for a teeth cleaning. I asked if they were short staffed (thinking maybe a couple callouts type situation) but was informed they were fully staffed and operating on a “normal schedule”

They were professional and kept me informed of what they were going to do, such as xray and the dental exam. I appreciate their care and sincerity, as well as being informative. I recommend Smiles for Kids. 5 plus stars for them.

Negative experience: Went to this place and they say that they don’t have any record of Our referral. Lady at the front desk, rude. It’s 7 in the freaking morning lady what do you have an attitude for. Lastly, why would they make me an appointment MONTHS out for something I’ve already had done for the kids. I’ve waited almost two months just to have my kids go through the same cleaning and X-rays. No communication between institutions….. at least the X-ray lady is nice. What worse I’d they didn’t even try to search for said referral in their system.

Positive experience: The children's waiting area was falling apart. Restroom and children's waiting area were filthy overall. We arrived early and were taken back 20 minutes after our appointment time. We never see the same dentist. Planning to switch dentist practices.

Fantastic experience: Update April 2023 The dental assistant who cleaned my son's teeth was kind and supportive. They always make my son feel safe and at ease. He's had to have teeth removed and used to be scared of going to the dentist, but now he does great. He showed no signs of anxiety about being there. The people looking after my son were kind, patient, and professional. I would definitely recommend to friends who have children.

Positive experience: I write honest,positive and negative in All reviews to help others.....My son had and is still going for crooked teeth..After 2yrs. He usado happy with his teeth.. He had very ugly crooked and missing teeth. He never smiled with teeth showing....Im GREATFUL FOR THE REDULTS. HE HAS MORE CONFIDENCE. We are a family who have high standards ON OUR APEARANCE. MORE THAN OUR GIRLFRIENDS OR OTHERS.... THE ORTHONITICS WAS AWSOME! AND ANSWERS QUESTIONS. HE SEEMS TO LIKE HIS JOB. THE NEGATIVE NOW.....The lady's are the opposite. The avoid taking or hate questions. All of them avoid talking to the parents ( at least the male parents(. Some how they think u like them or want to talk to them lol.. Im middle age but that doesn't mean I'd like any of them.. I'm there for my son To have a nice smile....( note. One native American young lady real cool..Secretary cool too. The rest suck.. as if.... over all quality results. I'd go again. Again and again..

Negative experience: Always an issue with scheduling. Always. Schedule is for 7am when you open at 8?? Really? And the receptionists on both sides have attitudes and are no help at all. Completely rude. Trying to get in touch with somebody at the Eubank clinic? Good luck, you will get the run around ALL the time with no answers.

Negative experience: My daughter has been going to this dentist for over 4 years. She had an appointment today at 2:00 p.m. Get there to check in and am told she's never been seen there before. They have no history of her being a patient at this dentist. After we go back and forth about whether or not she's been to this location we just sign her up as a new patient. At 2:24 we still had not been called back for the exam and cleaning so we had to leave. Come to find out they don't even go to call us back until 2:37 when they call trying to find out where we are at. Won't be returning here.

Negative experience: There needs to be at least 2 Dentist to be there everyday. When they are running behind it puts everybody behind. Some of us parents work so its hard for working parents to take an alloted time to take our kids in. When the Dr's are running behind it gets stressful for us parents who have to go back to work after the appt.

Negative experience: Completely trash staff was very rude have no care in the world and the misunderstanding on their end mind you my child missed school for this appointment that stated a certain time we showed up at that time and they said it wasn’t the correct time when I have messages confirming the appointment! Negative experience: Had gone in for our scheduled appointment. That was "lost" as if waiting months. For it wasn't enough, no accountability was taken for the screw up. In my opinion they cannot handle the capacity they seek and it's been unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended Smiles for Kids by a friend of ours after having a horrible experience at another pediatric dental office. We were happy to hear that this dental office does not have the same policies that can potentially traumatize our child. The staff was warm and welcoming, and my son absolutely loved the doctor he met. The doctor was confident, answered many of my questions, and also had a welcoming presence about him, which is something that is generally lacking in dentistry. We definitely recommend this pediatric dentistry office to people who are concerned about their child’s experience at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: We had our first appointment yesterday and I can 100% say this has been the best experience at a dentist office we've ever had. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the sweetest ladies. They took us back and we felt like family, they were kind, patient and understanding. They walked my nervous littles through the entire process and were very informative to me as they were discussing what was going on. Negative experience: I am taking back my 5 star review and giving obe star due to the fact that my appointment that was made over 6 months ago was canceled due to they are going to be closed st 430. This appointment was for three children. Your not the only children's dentist in town. Been coming for over 10 years. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Edit: Your response is the same copy and paste response to every low review. I already wasted 45 minutes of my time sitting in the waiting room, do not want to waste anymore. I recommend going somewhere else. It's been one thing after another. Doctors don't stay which has caused multiple appointments being canceled, including wisdom teeth surgery, never on time, and front desk people are rude. Had an appointment today and multiple people were called before us. Went to the desk 25 minutes after our appointment time and was practically ignored and was told they'll be right with you. Then they came up and said they are running 10-15 minutes behind or would you like to reschedule? We'd been sitting there for 25 minutes after our appointment time. My son is almost 18 so we left and thankfully will not be back.

Fantastic experience: My two-year-old had her 2nd dentist appointment and it was a great experience. They were gentle and patient with her! Really glad to have a dentist atmosphere like that!

Negative experience: Worst place ever to take a child. The front room staff is extremely rude and do not care. Got a call at 3pm the day before my 1030 apt saying there was and insurance issue. Had everything handled and showed up 15 min before my appointment just to make sure everything would be ok. After an hour of talking to the front staff about all my insurance ( my child is covered by 3 different insurances) the lady up front told us we were a no call no show for the appointment and she is going to charge us late fees plus a cleaning fee. I did her job for her even giving her the insurance codes she needed to enter and she still refused service. We left and tried to call management, even submitted feedback online to try and talk to someone. We were told we would hear something “within the hour”. And still have yet to be contacted. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!

Negative experience: The experience has not been the best, my son has a lot of anxiety and would be nice not having to wait in the waiting room for over an hour, has happened the past two times we had appointments here. The front are not very nice, and the dental assistant was awful, they don’t have name tags so I don’t know the name because she didn’t introduced herself, we walked into the room and seemed she was in a rush for everything, rude, also she opened what supposed to be “sterile” medical instruments for the dental work on my son, with no gloves, she touch didn’t ash her hands, I asked her if she needed to wear gloves for the “sterile” instruments, her response was “I don’t know what to tell you because my hands are clean”. Well what is the point of having sterile instruments?. My son said she was very rough with him, she definitely should not be working with kids if she can’t have more compassion towards little kids about being anxious. As a pediatric Nurse I know the importance of having some type of compassion and communication with the kids. I will Not be returning to this clinic. The only good thing was the Doctor was informative and very kind, also don’t know the name.

Negative experience: They were very rude, unprofessional and just kept blaming the call center for everything! We had an appointment due to a referral scheduled I even had confirmation via text as well as paperwork which I completed before our visit. I asked all questions pertaining to what we were needing which was what was on our daughter’s referral. We were told they would get it done but when we got there they couldn’t find our daughters appointment and they ended up just doing an establishment checkup which was made clear we didn’t need we just needed her teeth fixed so she wouldn’t be hurting anymore. They said they were booked for the whole day and didn’t have the time to do what was needed but when we left there was about 4 dentist chairs out of maybe 5 or six open with dental assistants just sitting in them visiting and no one in the waiting area!! So we will not be returning to this place!!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy my visit to the dentist. The staff that assist me are very nice and explain each step of what is going to happen. The staff answers my questions and do their best to make me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here are wonderful. Always helpful and that is not common any other place I've taken my son to. They understand his anxiety and go above and beyond to ease his tension, in turn making me feel much better I highly recommend smiles for kids!

Negative experience: Normally we have had a really positive experiences here but the dentist we saw today seemed rushed and not as friendly as the one we saw last time. This made my son uncomfortable and afraid of the process, which is too bad. Update - lately it's been difficult to get direct info about my son's care and callbacks from the office manager despite leaving multiple messages. The last dentist we saw was great but the disorganization is frustrating. Edited to add: I appreciate the offer to speak to someone but that's actually directly tied to my feedback. I've been waiting on responses from the office manager and despite leaving messages, haven't heard back so I'm not sure that calling again would be of any use.

Negative experience: My granddaughter has been going here she is 5 years old she had her teeth cleaned in October and then a few weeks later we noticed that her grown-up teeth were growing in behind her lower front babyteeth. So we took her in and we had to wait about 40 minutes for our appointment after the time it was supposed to start and then the dentist said we needed to pull all four of her bottom front teeth this was in November but they said they couldn't pull them until March. So I got her an appointment the next week with a different dentist. I called smiles for kids four times asking them to please send the x-rays and notes to the new dentist so they would have them there when we got there, they sent the notes but they never sent the x-rays. The new dentist noticed that one of her front teeth is already loose and he said the dentist that smiles for kids plan was way too aggressive that there was no need to pull any of her teeth and put her through that agony. So needless to say we are switching dentists.

Negative experience: After years with them, we will not be returning. Dr Gill was verbally and emotionally ABUSIVE to both of my children. She showed NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY when they expressed being scared (after previously loving going to the dentist). She mocked and made bulling comments to my 6 year old and flat out refused to see my 9 year old because she was crying (fear after witnessing what had happened to her sister and being told she had to get a shot with no explanation or previous mention). She literally walked out of the room telling my 9 year old she had to go to the hospital because she, Dr Gill, was not going to work on her! UNPROFESSIONAL behavior throughout! Please, do not allow your children to be traumatized! Take them somewhere else!

Negative experience: I was happy but not!! The front desk are not so friendly. The lady upfront did not engage. She stayed looking at the computer and no eye contact and was not happy. She is rude. I did find the The lady that was in training to be sincere and happy. The doctor was not so kind. She really did not express no concern. She was in and out. Yes expedient it good but if you want to establish a relationship to where we want to back build it.... I'm thinking about changing dental help.. Also, because it was the very first dental procedure and he don't know you the doctor did not get to want to know him. Did not even acknowledge him by name. I'd rather go back to Adventure Dental.

Fantastic experience: They provide great care to my kids dental needs! The doctor and assistants are patient and kind. A play area is provided for the kiddos too!

Negative experience: Edit- it’s the zero accountability for me. I let the first time go. Even though I feel, I should’ve been contacted when the first payment declined and not when it was two months behind. But, I forgive Because again I was under the impression we had fixed it. Why is it still ongoing? My issue lies with the staff's management of my account. After my son's braces were fitted, my payment method on file was compromised. During the next visit, I paid the balance in full and my husband requested that the card be re-added to our file. Despite this, the office incorrectly processed the payment, resulting in a call from your team stating that I am two months behind. This ongoing problem is eroding my trust in your office due to repeated administrative errors. I request that you take responsibility for the mistake, and avoid inaccurate notifications of overdue payments.

Negative experience: Not what I was expecting i had to personally call my insurance so they could make sure that my insurance was active. It took them about 40 minutes and they still could not verify my insurance I got here at 10:10 they didn’t see her until 10:50 terrible experience will not be coming back. Rude customer service as well.

Negative experience: They schedule too many patients. Waiting an hour and a half to see the dentist. I took my son in 3 times for the same tooth. The third time the dentist popped off my sons filling and then said he was too busy to fix it. Said we can see if someone cancels and maybe they can see him. He was in pain so I had to take him to an emergency dentist and pay $200. Will not be going back.

Negative experience: The assistants and front desk could definitely improve their mannerisms when working with children. One particular assistant, Danielle, has no bedside manner, was complaining, discourteous and argumentative in front of children patients. Assistant left 2×2 cottons with blood on the floor. Some of the dentists are fantastic with the children. But the assistants meet the kids first, which can totally change what should be a positive experience into a disaster.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this place for +10 years with my kids. The hygienist has always been great with my kids but these past several times the dentist has been horrible. When she comes in she barely acknowledges me, doesn’t explain anything and does not ask if I have questions or concerns. When I did have a question her response was cold was rude. I ended up getting a second opinions from another dentist for two of my children. This last appointment she just walked out of the room after checking my child’s teeth. I’m never coming back to this place. Super disappointed with customer service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barra, Went over and beyond for my daughter. She had some significant staining on her 2 front teeth plus a cavity. This made her super self conscious. And would get made fun of by her peers. Dr. Barra did an amazing job with taking some of that staining down. He made her smile again. And I instantly saw a difference! Thank you! Negative experience: I had high hopes when we chose Smiles for Kids for my child’s orthodontic care, but unfortunately, the experience has been less than satisfactory. After the braces were put on, the service really declined. Scheduling follow-up appointments has been a hassle, as it seems like you have to call multiple times just to get a simple appointment set. It’s frustrating and feels like we’re constantly chasing them down. What’s more surprising is that despite being a children's dental practice, they don’t offer any Saturday appointments. With kids in school during the week, it’s hard to understand why a practice focused on children wouldn’t accommodate families with weekend availability. Overall, while the initial care was fine, the ongoing service has been disappointing and inconvenient.

Fantastic experience: Me and my child had an excellent experience at this location. It was a very positive and professional business. All the staff are very friendly, and set off a good vibe. I would recommend this facility to anyone that wants a friendly environment.

Negative experience: Super bummed about the changes on the ortho side. The new hygienist aren't as clean and hygienic as the last round on multiple occasions I observed the hygienist going in and out of drawers, touching the keyboard and going in and out of my daughter's mouth. Nothing seems sanitized. It was disorganized. All the supplies were not ready from the beginning which is very unusual. Normally this place is a 10 out of 10 but the last few visits services declining but I can't really understand the lack of cleanliness. Update 9-9-24 The dentist that saw My son Cooper did not seem to really care about getting him immediate relief for his cavity. Instead. The advice was to give my son Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours for the next 3 weeks until he has surgery. Refuse to give me a prescription for antibiotics even though I explained that I would not give him the prescription unless he showed signs of an infection. I really miss the old stuff that used to be here.

Negative experience: Worse place. Bad customer service. My appointment was at 12 it's 1250 and still sitting in the waiting area. Everyone who got here after me is already inside. This is the treatment I get for asking how far behind they were. I had another appointment at 130 and I'm sure I will miss it due to them being behind. I came late 5 minutes a few months ago and they didn't take me since I was late 5 minutes. Unbelievable

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going to Smiles for over 10 years now. They are very thorough and take excellent care of my kids. Very professional and courteous.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has very high anxiety issues, and the dentist and her assistant were very gentle, caring, and made her feel comfortable and not scared.

Negative experience: My son had a tooth infection . They were able to see him but not treat him which I don’t understand because they said the tooth needs to be extracted with in a couple of days . They gave me an appointment for November.my son can’t wait 3 months for an infected tooth to be extracted.i took him elsewhere and was able to get my son the treatment he needed.

Negative experience: If I could rate lower I would! This place is absolutely terrible. A few months back I took my daughter in to have 2 baby teeth extracted before starting braces they pulled the wrong tooth which actually ended up being an adult tooth, they tried to cover their mistake saying that she had to have the adult tooth pulled for braces and when I asked to see the x-rays they said no. Yesterday against my better judgment we went for the first appointment to get started with braces and as soon as we got into the room they told me she was there for a filling on her front tooth which was not true and had never even been mentioned before that, they also said that they had no idea why I thought she was there for braces. If you want your child to be traumatized and spend a ton of money on cosmetic dentistry when they are adults to fix this places mistakes by all means go to this place, if you care about your kids ... run fast in the other direction!

Negative experience: Normally the appointment was scheduled same day for my 2 kids. When I get there, they refused my son and want me to reschedule it for next day at 4:30pm and ı said ok ,I thought maybe they’re busy , I understand However, Next day we were on time however the secretary ( wearing glasses usually sits on the right ) didn’t want to accept us by saying our appointment was at 4 pm we missed so they can’t Omg this is ridiculous, she is kidding That lady was so mean so disrespectful and her behavior was unacceptable,unprofessional etc Never recommend this place anymore Don’t waste your time with this type of person

Fantastic experience: This place was recommended for me to take my kids to as the staff and over all dentist was great and I took my kids here they loved it as well as I did everyone was really nice and it wasn't a long wait at all I would recommend it.

Negative experience: I will not be bringing my children back to this establishment. I would like to think that any company that has "Kids" featured in it's name would have a general idea of how to work with kids. The front desk staff was nice enough. The dental assistant was nice. The dentist, not at all. My six year old was getting a cavity worked on, The dentist didn't introduce herself to him, And when he was telling her he was in pain and that she was hurting him, she actually argued with him! She told him he was lying about the pain and that it was the boy that cried wolf. My son has always been good at the dentist and has never had issues with any other dentist before, He is still in pain now.From the drilling. I cannot believe she did not listen to him when he said he was in pain. This doctor should never work around children.

Fantastic experience: Love how kind the front desk staff assistant's and Dentists are. Make it as easy as possible for a nervous toddler, and we don't leave with him being afraid of going to the dentist like I was when I was a kid.

Negative experience: They had to reschedule my kids appointment a few days before because they do not have a doctor in for my original scheduled time reschedules and had a 8am appointment for all 3 of my kids. Got called to the desk around 815am to let me the doctor was running late and they were unsure when the Doctor would be in. 5 minutes later I got called back to the desk to let me know the Doctor wouldn't be in until 10 and they would have to reschedule. I don't Live in town and had to travel over an hour one way, super unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Everything is pretty good from the receptionist to the dentist… Only thing I would say is they could probably clean a little better, when you look on the floor and at the tools and little things surrounding the tools and chairs It’s a little dirty but other then that we are Always happy with our visits.

Negative experience: Had a great experience with extraction in office at Eubank. Ended up needing sedation option for further care and have been begging for someone to contact me since 5/13. ( made them document when I was calling and multiple employees sent “urgent case” emails. Never got called so we were trying nitrous again, scheduling was done incorrectly and the appointment was not for nitrous. 7/12 Office manager Sarah told us all of New Mexico was scheduling months out and most practices were ran by Smiles for Kids. Swore I would hear from sedation manager Nancy by end of day and said how every department is dropping the ball and it’s frustrating for her. After that nightmare we asked our dentist to refer us to another office. 7/12 they contacted me from A to Z and said they had an appointment Monday. Their sedation doctor evaluated our daughter and got a sedation appointment today 7/16. Small issues that should have been fixed months ago now became bigger issues that were causing our daughter pain. Months and now extra thousands of dollars to get our daughters issues corrected because of delay of care. Do not wait for them to contact you, seek care from another practice. 7/12 first contacted A to Z and 7/16 care plan is completed. There are other, better options that won’t leave your children suffering for months.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since my son was little now I bring my little daughter here to start her off right ! They are patient , efficient and really kind and nice and extremely clean

Negative experience: I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now and it’s been great up until now the girls that schedule the appointments are nice but you can’t trust them to do anything right. Switched to a new a new insurance so I was told to give them my new insurance and give them two weeks to verify my new insurance and wait for a call before scheduling my daughter’s next appointment. Never received a call so I called them asking if my new insurance had been input and accepted along with my old one being removed. Was told yes! Went in for my daughter’s appointment and I few weeks later I received a bill from old insurance stating I have no insurance and the service received was not covered. They billed the wrong insurance after me asking several times if it had been updated. Have tried to speak to someone in billing and you get nowhere just an automated system saying a representative is not available and to leave a message which I did several times and have not received a call back. This place is horrible.

Fantastic experience: Our son loves this office. They do all they can to help the children feel comfortable. The parents as well. Being able to be present with our son during his visits eases our minds and we get to watch the cartoons too. Lol
