Fantastic experience: Office is super clean & the fish tank is a great distraction for kiddos waiting. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk to the dentists were very friendly! Love when we have a doctor appt and it’s on time and very little waiting.

Fantastic experience: Always make my kids feel at home and so comfortable, absolutely LOVE this place! And all the incentives makes my kids excited to go to the dentist!!! Also the entire staff is so friendly and comforting! 10 out of 10!!! Won't ever go to another dentist! They even work with me taking my 7 year old 2 year old and 6 year old nephew all at the same time to make it easier for me!! Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: Chandler Pediatric Dental is the best! All of the staff members and doctors are very kind, personable and professional. The facility is clean and the patient waiting area is really cool. My 2 year old absolutely loves going here to see the fish tank, putting a printed fish with her name on it on the cavity free club wall, and getting a token for a toy at the end. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Negative experience: I scheduled a new patient appointment for my kids and was very disappointed with our experience. From the start, the front desk staff was unfriendly—I thought maybe I was imagining it, but the feeling continued throughout the visit. After the kids’ cleanings, the doctor barely spent any time checking their teeth. It felt rushed, and he didn’t seem interested in addressing our concerns, even though I had X-rays from the previous office and specific issues to discuss. On our way out, the staff’s attitude made it seem like they were doing us a favor by seeing us. Overall, a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. This will be our first and last visit here.

Negative experience: We recently moved to Arizona and chose this pediatric dental office based on all the glowing 5-star reviews—don’t let that fool you. My 7-year-old son has been a patient here, and as someone who has worked as a dental office manager for 24 years (and still works remotely in the field for another state), I know what good care and communication should look like. At his last two visits, the practice was fully aware of an ectopic eruption of his permanent molar. His baby tooth needed extraction, and we discussed monitoring and an orthodontic consult. A couple of days ago, my son started having pain. I reached out through their website and received no call back. Yesterday, I called the office around 1 PM, and they told me the doctor had already left and they couldn’t schedule anything until they spoke to the doctor. Today, they finally called and told me to see an orthodontist—who doesn’t do extractions! For an existing patient, the earliest appointment they offered was 8/26—almost two weeks away—while my child is in pain. I still called Dr. Woolaver (the orthodontist they referred) and he kindly squeezed us in today. His exact words: “Why are you here? They should pull the tooth.” He confirmed that the permanent tooth isn’t fully erupted and there’s nothing for him to do right now—he even gave us a referral for another pediatric dentist. Thanks to Dr. Amy Ash, my son will finally be seen tomorrow for his pain. This level of care from Dr. Tucker’s office is unacceptable. When a child is in pain and the practice has known about the issue for months, there should be urgency, not delays and excuses.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry is always professional and friendly. They are prepared for your appointment it flexible when last minute changes were needed on my part. My kids enjoy going there. The office has fun things they can do while they wait. However the wait is usually pretty short.

However after our visit my son is more confident and secure with going to the dentist than ever. The staff were polite and the dental assistant was very gentle and caring with him. The assistant slowly explained everything to her and showed her all of the tools she would be using, which got my little one really excited about her first dentist check up. Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my kids here for a long time and continue to do so because I trust Dr. Scoresby and Dr. Tucker completely with their oral health. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and never push unnecessary treatments. The entire staff is amazing—always kind, welcoming, and professional. I was really disappointed when an insurance change almost forced us to switch practices, but the team worked hard to resolve it so we could stay. They go above and beyond to make both patients and their families feel appreciated—like when they gave my kids roses to give me for Mother’s Day. Such a thoughtful gesture! I wish them continued success long into the future, even after my kids have grown and moved on to a general dentist.

Fantastic experience: Our first time experienced with the Chandler Pediatric Dental was above my expectations. Both dental hygienists were very kind and they actually helped clean up my son’s teeth and not just looking and called it a day like other offices do. As far as the front desk goes one of the lady who helped me later on she was wearing glasses I forgot to asked for her name but she was very helpful and friendly. The other front desk lady needs a little bit of communication skills since she was helping me first but was just left me and walked away with unfinished check in. The facility itself is very nice and clean , they have games stations that my kids enjoy . Last but certainly not least doctor Rob was very kind and good with his bedside manner. Very professional but also friendly with the patients and parents. Overall we’re very happy with this visit and will continue to be back in 6 months to see them.

Fantastic experience: This is my daughter's first dentist here in AZ since we moves here 5 months ago. I was looking for a dentist for her and Google showed me this one. The high ratings impressed me and when I came in, the place was beautifully set up and VERRRRRRY KID FRIENDLY. The staff was friendly as well. The hygienist for my daughter was very kind and friendly as well as she was doing x rays and cleaning her teeth! Dr. Rob Scoresby was very nice and informative as well!! I love the reminder texts as well!! This will definitely be my daughter's new dentist! I also love the CAVITY FREE CLUB WALL!!!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT!?!? All the kids get to get a fish with their name on it and place it on the wall and then one day (forgot the time frame) two kids will get drawn in a drawing to get a prize. My daughter is sometimes scared of the dentist but she felt at ease. Great work Chandler Pediatric Dental!!!!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been with Dr. Scoresby and Chandler Pediatric Dental for 10 years. We love and appreciate their care and concern. We've done everything from cleanings, to major extractions with this office and they've always been clear in communication, as well as concern for the comfort of my children. Negative experience: I am writing to formally complain their business hours. On Apple Maps says they are open from 7:30am-4:30pm. Well they don’t tell you they are closed for lunch, if your appointment is after their lunch break you’d have to wait for them to come back from break to open the front doors b/c they lock it and sometimes they come after your appt is scheduled but that’s not their problem … Also they make lock the door before 4:30pm. Depending on how they feel that day… I showed up at 4:13pm doors locked. Maybe they wanted to go home early Friday January 31st 2025 @ 4:13pm. YOUR BUSINESS HOURS are bare minimum policy you can abide by. I will report this misinformation to better business bureau and file complaint. doctors and hygienists get 5 STARS , front desk zero!

When we were done, she was given a fish to stick on the wall for a monthly raffle and a token for a toy to get when leaving. She left very happy and I’m glad she didn’t cry so she isn’t scared the next time we visit.

Fantastic experience: Chandler Pediatric Dental is the only dental office that’s seen our 10 year old twins. They’ve gone there every 6 months since they were little and we have always been happy with their visits. They are gentle and make the kids feel comfortable. I have an autistic child as well and they’ve always accommodated his needs. They don’t overbook because we’ve never waited a long time to be called. Actually the kids get upset about it because they want to spend more time playing on the iPads they have in the lobby. They also have a large fish tank that we’ve enjoyed looking at. Any time we’ve needed to be seen right away they were able to get us a quick appointment. We highly recommend them.
