Fantastic experience: Dr Olga is fabulous! We took my daughter to get her tongue tie restrictions removed and we loved the office so much we started taking our toddler. When we took our toddler for a teeth cleaning, the dental hygienist was informative and so helpful to calm my wild child. So happy with the services we received for both my son and daughter.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience at Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the staff made Isabella feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone was friendly, patient, and truly great with kids. The office is clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with little ones in mind. Isabella left smiling—and so did I. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: First off, my kids LOVE the waiting room. Something for every age. Second, front office staff and dental assistants are very nice welcoming. Well all staff for that matter! My 10yo son had a laser tag accident and broke his front tooth off, the original dentist that fixed his tooth did a botch (not here). I was referred to Olga by another dentist that was not confident in fixing my sons tooth (it had started turning black due to rods that were put in for support) Olga was eager to examine my sons tooth and with confidence said she could fix it! And she did just that! My son loves his smile again all thanks to her. I won’t take my kids anywhere else from now on.

Fantastic experience: Staff and Drs/dentist/specialists are extremely accommodating and understanding. They’re so nice and informative. They make stressful situations not so stressful. I also LOVE how you are or can be present for any and all procedures being done to your child. It’s comforting to know my child is never behind closed doors without dad or I being present.

Positive experience: My son actually let them take X-rays and do his cleaning. The dental assistant was very nice and patient as well as the Dr they answered my questions and didn't use dyes or fluoride and gave me options for his small cavities. Overall a calm and enjoyable experience.

Negative experience: We were excited about trying a new dentist near us but were disappointed. The appointment felt rushed, the dentist didn’t really explain much about one of my daughter’s issue she was having. The techs cleaning was also super fast and not very gentle. We went back to our other dentist and she redid the X-rays and even found another issue that wasn’t found here. I will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Whoever takes pictures of the teeth beforehand (with the glasses) is AMAZING! She was so patient and calm with my daughter, explaining everything she was touching, why she was touching it & what she was going to do next and my daughter was at ease. She is the type that needs to know what is going on and why. The technician/assistant did a fantastic job! Thank you!

Office is clean, staff is calm and helps outs everyone’s minds at ease for procedures that could be very scary. I wish I had chosen to switch dentists to them when my other kids were little.

Positive experience: I do highly recommend. The staff was very kind to us in a stressful situation. My son needed crowns put on his teeth so he needed to be put under anesthesia. They explained everything very well and were able to answer our questions. The doctor who put on the crowns made me feel judged for his cavities. I tried brushing the best he would let me, he screams and shakes his head and I end up hitting his teeth on the toothbrush. He pacified on me when I was still breastfeeding at night and he was to under weight/age to get them fixed right away. Feel like she shamed me for giving him juice even if I water it down. He's not a water drinker never really has been so it's hard for him to drink just water without juice or an additive. I know I'm to blame for his teeth but I feel like she could have given tips or tricks to properly brushing his teeth. He's my first and and only baby and was never really told how to brush his teeth. Again I could have done better. They did a great job on his procedure and I would go again for his routine check ups. They were able to give him the gas super easy with no issues.

Fantastic experience: Palm Valley was recommend by our pediatrician and I am so glad they did!! My almost 3 year old needed to be seen ASAP and we didn’t have an established dentist, and Palm Valley was able to see us next day, with 2 different time slots offered that were available to fit my schedule, AND they were also able to schedule my other child for an exam so I didn’t have to make a separate appointment for her! Everyone there was AWESOME! So nice and friendly and knowledgeable. And the office was so clean and organized and so kid-friendly! Toys everywhere (but nice, not-overstimulating ones which as a mom I appreciate) that kept my kids occupied and happy and cooperative during the whole appointment! My kid’s favorite part is the dental chair was a dinosaur! Both my kids had a great experience and look forward to seeing the dentist again. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist that has young children!

Fantastic experience: I've taken my 3 boys here for the past 6 months (2 cleanings). Im very impressed that the hygienist dont scrape heavily. If needed, the dentist will. Imaging is top tier. They allow parents back just like a regular drs appointment. I've also recently had to take my oldest to get a filling. He's 14 with autism. Best experience. The dentist thoroughly explained the process in a very clear but empathetic manner. Used laughing gas to keep him calm but not too much or too long. The numbing process they use doesn't numb the whole cheek and tongue. He walked out like a champ with no issues.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t get the name of our dental assistant but she was amazing! She made my daughter feel very comfortable and calm during her cleaning. Dr. Alex was also very kind and gentle. I recommend Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry to anyone looking for a good pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: My son was seen by Dr. Earley, she was very kind to me and my son and explained his check up very thoroughly. The staff and dental assistants are all very nice here. I would definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old loves going to the dentist so much he begs for days before our appt and asks immediately when we get to come back next time. He loves the Dino chairs! The staff is so gentle and patient with both my kiddos even when my younger one doesn’t cooperate 1st try. Dr Olga is amazing and very conservative about treatment and we trust her so much!

Fantastic experience: My daughters and I enjoyed our experience. It was their 1st visit. When you walk in there are activities for the children while you wait. The wait time was 5-10mins. They had Moana playing on the TVs for the children to watch while they got their cleaning and inspection. They give them cute awards for being cavity free or a great patient. They also have an orthodontist in house which I need for one of my children. So far so good. We have follow up appointments so I'll keep my review updated following those appointments.

Fantastic experience: Amazing and professional staff! The reception is always warm and friendly. My wife left her cell phone behind and they went through the trouble of calling me. I come from the service industry and doing the right thing takes time. Having to look up a personal file and call me takes more time than just throwing it in a lost and found box. Thank you for taking time out of your work day to do the right thing!

Positive experience: My kids have been patients here since 2021 and we’ve always been satisfied. Unfortunately, I think we’ll start looking for a new dental office. The wait time to be seen by the dentist has become way too long for a 4-year-old to handle. An hour past our appointment time and we still had not seen the dentist or received any communication about when we would see the dentist. I went to the front desk to find out how much longer it would be. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful, but the long wait time has become a pattern over our past few appointments. We didn’t experience this issue during the first couple years my kids were patients here. I’m not sure what changed, but sadly think it’s time for us to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her frenectomy for her tongue tie here after several other pediatric professionals had said not worry about it (even though it was causing problems for my daughter!). Dr. Olga noticed right away that it was actually a severe tongue tie, and she referred my daughter to get myofunctional therapy and then did an amazing job freeing her poor little tongue after 5 years of being tongue tied. The procedure was very quick, my daughter left with a smile on her face, and I am so happy to have finally found a pediatric dentist who knows what she’s doing and who finally helped my daughter. Many thanks to Dr. Olga!

Positive experience: Experience of getting X-rays went smoothly; but they will not allow parents to stay with child during procedures. I was not comfortable leaving my special needs child sedated alone with strangers. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to find any dentist who did allow parents present. The next office I called not only allowed, but encouraged parents to stay.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. It used to be a good office but has really gone downhill. My kids all went for routine cleaning and exam today. The dental assistant spent all of five minutes actually “cleaning” their teeth. They still have plaque buildup, and looks like they didn’t even go to the dentist. We also paid $26 extra for fluoride per kid. They dabbed a bit here and there but didn’t even come close to applying it evenly on their teeth. What a waste. This place is only interested in taking your money and does not do a good job. Find a new pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: My son and daughter have been seeing Dr. Olga since they were at least 2 years old. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Olga is very patient. My kids and I love how the staff and Dr. Olga talk to them about their teeth and not just to mom. I honestly cannot say anything about PVPDO that is a negative.

Negative experience: Update: sent an email per their request on November 17 and still have not heard anything. So disappointed. Twice I have scheduled emergency visits and then been told they would have to schedule later for the issue even though I was clear on the phone what it was for. Another time I had to reschedule sealants for my oldest’s back teeth because the dentist said it was due to not having enough time before lunch even though I specifically scheduled it for that. We don’t live that close to this place so I can’t keep making appointments. Now today I show up for my youngest 6 month cleaning and they tell me I have to pay for the exam because when we came in for an emergency that counted as an exam and they billed the insurance company. At no time did anyone tell me that prior to showing up for the appointment. I would have canceled until next year if I had known. We have been coming to this dentist for over 10 years and the last few years have been disappointing.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome. The office was bright, colorful, filled with toys, books, and activities. My daughter fell in love with the place right away! The hygienist and dentist were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step to my daughter in a way that she could understand. They were gentle and positive and made her feel comfortable about her visit. She especially loved the kid-friendly dinosaur dental bed and the goodies and toothbrush she got to pick from at the end! She also received a no cavity award! What stood out most was how much care they put into making this a positive experience. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but this dentist is the best. My mom has taken me here throughout most of my childhood and the staff have always made us feel welcome. The X-rays are the best and they don’t hurt at all. Previous dentists I went to as a kid would use a sharp device for the mouth x-ray and made me dread it. There was nothing to look forward to. Then my mom first brought me here I just fell in love with the Dino chairs and everyone was so nice. They would even give you a little prize when you finish. Now that I’m at an adult, I have to find a normal dentist, but I wish I could stay here forever lol. 10/10 would recommend for any parent.

Fantastic experience: I believe this place is just too good to be good. From great customer service to a very organized team. I checked in at 10:30am for my son's appt and was out the door at 10:50. It was such a great appointment and experience for my 2yr old son.

The practice is super kid-friendly. They thought of everything, from the toys in the waiting room, to the dinosaur chairs, the TV with cartoons, the toy prizes, the no-cavity certificates, and so on. Fantastic experience: We just came in and had some major dental work done on our son that involved IV sedation and I was a nervous wreck. Dr Alex and Dr Nishan (anesthesiologist) answered all of our questions and concerns. He is now cavity free and so thankful for the team for being gentle with our son and patient with us.

Fantastic experience: The team there are amazing. The tech was great with my son, age 4, and was able to get all 6 X-rays. The hygienist was quick in her tasks and the dentist was thorough in removing some pesky stains that had formed on my son’s teeth. She was also very knowledgeable concerning my son’s lip tie and how to correct it in the least traumatic way possible.

Fantastic experience: For a year we tried 2 different pediatric dentists closer to home. Neither met the standard my kids have based on their experiences with Palm Valley, they both asked to go back! Glad we did, the last place diagnosed a cavity and it just didn’t seem right. We went back to Palm Valley for a second opinion and he didn’t in fact have one. Closer and more convenient definitely doesn’t mean better. Thankful for Dr Olga, Dr Lisa and the team!

Positive experience: My 4 year old had dental surgery done here. While at the facility everyone was wonderful but the communication was beyond terrible and left a terrible feeling. I don’t know if I’d comfortably recommend them. I’ll try to make this as short as possible. When I was told my daughter needed dental surgery they told me that the week of the surgery on Monday I would get a call from the office to go over the surgery time and anything else I needed to know and on the Wednesday I would get a message from the anesthesiologist with what time she should stop eating. That weekend I started getting text messages that I had an appointment on Thursday at 1 PM. Is this when the surgery will be? Monday before the surgery - I’m anxiously waiting for a call regarding what’s going to happen with my daughter’s surgery and if it’s going to be at 1 PM. No call so I call them around 1PM. They say ‘you will get a call before the end of the day’. NO CALL. Tuesday before the surgery - I call again because now I’m stressing. Did the surgery get cancelled? Or is it at 1 PM? They say ‘Oh, you’ll definitely get a call today because the doctor makes up the schedule during her lunch’ I ask them if it could possibly be at 1 PM because I had gotten a text. She says ‘oh, disregard that’. So I wait for the call. NO CALL. Wednesday before the surgery - I call early because I’m stressing so much I’m literally crying on the phone, I’m like ‘please, have someone call me with information. I know you guys probably do this all the time but this is a surgery for my 4 year old and they said I’d get a call on Monday and no one is telling me anything except that I’ll get a call back. The girl was super nice and empathetic and said she would get this to the surgery coordinator and I would DEFINITELY get call back. Guess what? NO CALL. In the evening I got a text message saying the surgery was at 8:45 AM and to be there at 8:30. IF THEY WOULD’VE SAID AT ANY POINT YOU WILL GET A TEXT ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE SURGERY I WOULD NOT HAVE STRESSED AND HARASSED THEM. Wednesday evening- I got a text message from the anesthesiologist with instructions- exactly how they said. Once we were there the doctor and anesthesiologist were very nice but those 3 days before were beyond awful

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the amount of time we waited for my 2 year olds dentist appointment! We were greeted and checked in immediately and taken back almost right away, the hygienist and dentist came in promptly after taking us back. They have a great play room in the waiting room too. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming and did a great job working with my shy daughter. We saw Dr. Lisa and loved her. Highly recommended palm valley pediatric dentistry!

The dentist is also absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. This is definitely a great place to bring your children.

Fantastic experience: I can not express how much we love Dr.Olga and her team. We went to her for a second opinion on a treatment plan for our seven year old daughter because we did not have faith in the prior dentist and the practice. Our daughter needed extensive work done and Dr.Olga took so much time to listen to our concerns and made us feel that she had the best interest of our daughter and us. Dr.Olga, her team, and Dr.Nishant were absolutely amazing the day of her procedure! Not only did they provide an exceptional level of care for our daughter, the did for us as well. Our expectations were exceeded beyond belief, and we are so very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Brought my two kids to this dentistry. I was scared because a lot of the assistant just yell at the kids and don’t make them feel comfortable. Here at Palm Valley Pediatric the assistants made me kids so at ease that they were sad to leave. The front office staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I can’t say enough about this place. They don’t just treat you like family, you are family. If I could give the a thousand ⭐️ I would. If you need a clean professional and awesome team to work with your kids this is the place!!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone is so friendly and kind. My daughter has Angelman Syndrome and autism and today she was sedated for her dental treatment. It was such an incredible experience. As a nurse myself, I couldn't recommend a better team. Huge thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Olga, Dr. Nishant and Paloma!!

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist for my son. They are quick to call us back, have fun games for him to play while we are waiting for the short time, and the dentist and assistant are so patient. I love how kid friendly everything is. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This dentist is a must! They are so kind and always willing to help with whatever it is your child needs! It is very kid friendly and there is also hands on activities for the children to do! The rooms are a very nice place for the kids and it makes them want to come to the dentist and make them have a love relationship with the kids. The entire place is organized and colorful and perfect! I couldn’t ask for more!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been coming to Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry since they were very little, and they've always had a good experience, from the girls up front, to everyone in the back. They're always friendly and make them feel comfortable.

Negative experience: The day before my visit I was told my daughter did not show active on my insurance and if I wanted to keep my appointment I can pay out of pocket which was $500 I told them that if don’t have it and I would call my insurance I manage to get my get her emergency added on she was not showing because she’s a newborn. It took me almost all day but I manage me to get her in because this surgery was important to us to be able to breastfeed. When I come to my appointment I’m told that I have to pay 400 that it was more but the doctor tempt to waive a portion of it. At this point they are charging my insurance and me. If I wouldn’t have had insurance I would’ve only paid 500 now my insurance is being charged $1500 plus my 400 it feels like a scam to me. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable but it seems like I got ripped off. Only reason I did it was because the baby needs this surgery asap and I couldn’t find somewhere else that would take her in right away. Which was the reason why I emergency added her on to the insurance because this clinic told me that their next appointment available was two weeks later. Such a disappointment when the staff is not great.

Fantastic experience: The technicians are always friendly and carefull with my teeth. They always ask me questions to see if i have any trouble with me teeth, and if I do, they always have a solution. Furthermore the interior Is also very nice and clean.

This has been the first and only dentist office she has ever liked. You can tell they really care. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Such a fun and welcoming office! Dr Alex has been our doctor and is so kind and gentle. The hygienists have always been kind and quick and I love that this office is so much better than what I had growing up. Hoping to avoid dental phobia like I have! So far the kids have been off to a great start here and haven’t cried since the first time when it was just fear of the unknown.
