Fantastic experience: Yesterday, my sister entrusted me with the responsibility of bringing her son to Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry (Surprise location). While I initially harbored some apprehension about the task, I readily accepted and accompanied him to the dental facility. Our experience at Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry was exceptionally positive. From the moment we entered the office, the staff exuded friendliness and a welcoming demeanor, creating a tranquil atmosphere that instilled a sense of comfort in my eight-year-old nephew. The waiting area was meticulously designed to cater to children, featuring an array of toys and books that provided ample entertainment. The pediatric dentists, Drs. Olga and Fatima, demonstrated exceptional gentleness and patience with my nephew. They meticulously explained each step of the examination and treatment, ensuring that he comprehended the procedures effectively. Furthermore, they took the initiative to address any concerns I may have regarding my nephew’s dental well-being. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous care and attention to detail provided during our visit. The office was equipped with the latest technological advancements and instruments, ensuring that my nephew received the optimal treatment. Overall, I highly recommend Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry to any parent seeking a friendly, professional, and compassionate dental practice for their child. Negative experience: The only reason I give this place a star is for the dentistry. Ortho is a joke. Cancel your day you had booked for a month and don’t work with your schedule at all. They don’t seem to understand not wanting your kids to miss school for appointments. I never cancel but they have canceled and made me adjust my schedule numerous times. They only get as many stars as they do because they offer Starbucks cards for reviews and their dentist team I have never had an issue with. Now because they canceled my appointment I had for a month, they act like I’m the reason my son will have his braces on extra time but I am not the reason, they are. I even asked for 3:45 instead of 3:30 because they cancelled my original appointment and they only had one available farther from us. I realized with how long pickup at school has been going there is no way we can make it by 3:30. So they have no problem completely cancelling your appointment but you ask them for a 15 minute leeway and it’s a no. So yes, if you want ortho that may or may not cancel your appointment, doesn’t understand that kids have school, and isn’t willing to even try to work you in or offer you a cancellation list, come here. Otherwise i suggest searching elsewhere. My stepmom stopped taking her kids here because of her experience and I wish i would have as well. Won’t be doing my daughters braces here.

Fantastic experience: Love this location.. all of the staff are very friendly and kind. We’re always taken back quickly. We’ve seen Dr Alex and Dr Lisa for about 3 years now and both are amazing. They’re informative without being judgmental. And most importantly they keep it fun. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist so that’s a win in my book!

Fantastic experience: They got a new dentist and I absolutely loved her! We’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I wasn’t always happy with the dentist but I like to keep things consistent, so today when they had a new dentist that I absolutely loved it made my day! They all worked well with the kids and were very patient with my 2 year old and 5 year old who were both struggling a little bit, but they were awesome with them!

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience at PVPD in Surprise! We treated two teeth successfully, and everything went so smoothly. My daughter also had a dark spot on one of her teeth — Dr. Olga worked on it, and it literally disappeared like magic! ✨ my kid watched a movie the whole time and didn’t feel any pain. We absolutely love this place.

Positive experience: Love taking our kids here, this last visit you didn’t ask if we wanted flouride and assumed we did, applied without asking. Would have preferred to be asked if we wanted fluoride. Other than that experience is great.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience bringing my son to a dentist office and I couldn’t be happier! They were able to get me in super quick for an appointment. The staff was friendly and he got a balloon and certificate after his appointment. Waiting room had games in the TV to keep kids waiting busy and the office was very colorful and kid friendly. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience taking my 3 and 4 year old here today, their waiting room is super cool with fun stuff to entertain the kiddos, the rooms are decorated with characters that the kids love, and they did a great job explaining what they were doing before doing it to make the kids feel comfortable with the experience. Definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I’ve sent my girls to. It was nice having a double room so I could take them on my own and be with both at the same time. They had a lot of fun in the lobby with all the games/entertainment, as normal. Staff was kind and quick. They’re excited to go back in 6 months because of the positive experience!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so kind, making the kids feel comfortable and quite speedy with the visits! Always offer special prizes and such on the way out, and fun little awards for No Cavity Club etc. My girls go here and now our granddaughter is being seen here too.

Negative experience: Both the dentist and dental hygienist did their cleanings and applied fluoride to our toddler without asking our permission. They completed the actions so quickly that we didn't even have time to ask. We had to ask the dentist for information about whether our child's teeth looked clean, etc. It felt very rushed and was a poor experience. I also would be cautious about any 5 star reviews since they give customers gift cards for completing a 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: This pediatric office checked all the boxes. Clean, thorough exam, X-rays and cleaning. The check in and out process was prompt. The Dr. and staff were competent, courteous, and knowledgeable. My son loved the game room area and didn’t complain of the fluoride taste. He also appreciated choosing a prize at the end of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was originally taking my son to a different dentist but at the last checkup they were telling me he was gonna need 8 silver caps and would have to be put under anesthesia for it. I came to Palm Valley for a second opinion and was happy to hear that wouldn’t be necessary. All he would need is three fillings and it could be done under a conscious sedation. We arrived at 8am, Olga helped him take the medicine needed, we waited in the bean bag room for about an hour while it kicked in, and then they took him back to the room to work. they brought me back twice to do a “silent check” and just make sure he was ok, which he was. They were so quick and efficient. I’m honestly so happy I went with them to handle his dental needs. They did wonderful. Also, fun fact. My sister went here as a kid and she says she has wonderful memories of the place. She had the same dentist (Olga) and we just love her

Fantastic experience: We transferred our kids to Palm Valley from another Surprise pediatric dentist who will remain nameless. The quality of care our children have received at Palm Valley has been beyond excellent. Our children no longer fear going to the dentist as the providers at Palm Valley have a calming demeanor. Yes our youngest still gets nervous but they are great at putting her at ease. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: The dental staff is so friendly and really helped my daughter feel at ease for her little fillings. She loves her dentist appointments and enjoys the wait area with games. She always hopes they take longer to call her back so she can play, but they are prompt and on time unfortunately for her. Lol I am happy she is having a positive dental office experience!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my children to this location specifically for a little under 10 years. They have always been great with my kids, flexible with appointments and quick and efficient appointments.

Fantastic experience: Palm Valley and their team was amazing. My daughter needed extensive work done and needed general anesthesia due to anxiety. They were very patient and understanding with both her and myself. The procedure was done in under an hour and during her recovery, the technician who was with her was very kind and loving with her. She didn’t experience any pain following the procedure which was great (considering we were expecting a few days of misery). Highly recommend them for any of your kiddos!

I happened upon Palm Valley and they knew exactly what to do and did a procedure the same day. It was such a relief to know that my son was in good hands. Fantastic experience: Got there 5 mins before my appointment, they took me right in. They did X-Rays and my son’s cleaning. I explained that my son has severe anxiety when it comes to doctors/dentists and they explained everything to my son and made sure he was comfortable. They explained everything to me and went over the treatment plan thoroughly. Very impressed, I’m sad that they are out of network but very pleased with how they treated us.

Negative experience: I took my kids here for years and finally quit going. It seemed like every time we went in the dentist was happy to announce, "oh, another cavity!" They alway push for dental procedures and pushed to put crowns on baby teeth. I feel like they are pushed to do this because, ultimately, it is a money-making business. I became very unimpressed and would never go back.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but good experiences here. My daughter's have both had cavities taken care of and they are so good with them. Kind, thorough and really gentle with the kids. I appreciate them taking time to explain what's going to happen and I have not experienced any billing issues or problems of any kind. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Aghh…where do I start…This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! Particularly when it comes to staff, hygiene and payments!! This office released my children as patients (no longer wanted to give them treatment) due to the fact that I, as a concerned MOTHER to my children and paying top money, complained about them not having any hygiene (especially Covid 19 being around and other illnesses) when it came to the staff NOT changing their gloves!!! Please be careful with your children because these young girls (that seem to still need schooling) would have gloves on and touch the keyboard to input information and touch the screen, mouse, and cabinets, drawers and then put those same hands with those same DIRTY gloves ON, back inside my child's mouth!! I had brought it up to the attention at the front desk and they went crazy!! It’s such a long story...but to keep it short, they kicked us out; literally. I was like, "what's going on?"And yet, JUDY, one of the ladies that handle all the internal office records and paperwork including billing (I forget her title) physically rushed at us while I was asking what's the reason they were "releasing" us as patients since they never explained anything, and she didn't have any good reason other than, because we were complaining about their hygiene issues and didn't want us to make it a “big deal” with the Dental examiners state board. She told us if we didn’t stop asking questions and leave that she would call the cops on us. We were harassed and threatened!! SHE WAS LITERALLY YELLING IN MY FACE, IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTERS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR CHILDREN, and YOURSELF FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. To top it off, they LIE TO YOU LIKE CRAZY AND PRETEND TO CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD, WHEN THEY DON'T!! It's all about the insurance MONEY and how much they could squeeze out of you!!! ZERO STARS!!! DON’T TRUST THIS PLACE or the 5 star reviews; They bribe the adults free coffee. BE CAREFUL, I would stay away from place.

Fantastic experience: Took my two boys (6 and 4) to see Dr. Alex yesterday and we won't ever go to another kids dentist again. Their lobby was amazing with iPads, projectors playing movies, a room with toys to play with and video games (pacman), and a cool bubble tower for decoration. Dr. Alex was the most patient dentist I've ever met and walked through everything. He was very kind and gentle. My 6 year old asks a lot of questions and he answered each one and didn't get annoyed like previous child dentists that we have been to. I didn't get the front desk or hygienists names, but they were wonderful as well. Part of being in the industry of taking care of children, you really need to take care of the adults, too, and this dentist office absolutely does that!

Fantastic experience: The staff were awesome, the office was super clean and organized. They have a great waiting room even though the wait time was minimal. They have video games, tablet games, toddler toys and a cute bubble tank. Staff and the dentist were accommodating with my child and her dental anxiety.

Negative experience: It was very easy to get in for an appointment, however my daughter was treated like a number instead of a patient. She needed 2 baby teeth pulled but instead of the one that was causing pain the dentist pulled one that had a small cavity. The side that needed a filling was numbed prior to the shot but the tooth being pulled was not numbed with a topical prior to the shot. The pain she went through was unnecessary. The dentist was interrupted twice to let him know the history of the patients waiting to be seen. He spent a total of 20 minutes to fill a cavity and pull a tooth. He said if there were any questions the assistant would answer them.

Fantastic experience: We always love our experience at Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry. They are so patient and good to my littles (2 and 4). They talk them through things step by step and make it fun so they feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: We love coming here. We've been coming here since my daughter was 2. Dr. Alex and Dr. Olga are fire. Dr. Olga had to extract my daughter's two front teeth and cap the back ones and she did it with such finesse and speed. It was quick and painless. Highly recommended. The quality of customer service is unparalleled. They have a nice play area with an arcade console and toys. Love it!!!!

Like most toddlers, he was very nervous there but they made is so much easier for him. He actually left with a good impression on the dentist. This is so important to us. I asked my 8 and 5 year olds, who were both nervous to go, what they thought of the dentist visit after we left and they both said it was awesome!!!!

Negative experience: Nurse asked me if I wanted to give my 22 month old fluoride. I asked the nurse 3 times is there anything that can happen to a under 2 year old getting fluoride, can kids be allergic? can it hurt her? are there any side effects. She answered "No" repeatedly. So me not knowing any better agreed. As soon as we left my baby started projectile Vomiting in the car. I called asking to talk to the nurse but they wouldn't let me. The front desk lady said Fluoride can cause Vomiting cause of the texture and its totally normal..... What? Why, if it is normal, wouldn't I be told this when I asked multiple times? Why couldn't I speak to the doctor or nurse about my child being sick from something they gave her? I had appointments for 3 of my children but I canceled all of them. I will not bring my kids to a dentist office who doesn't tell the full possibilities of the chemicals they use when I ask repeatedly. It should have been disclosed easily to me if it is so common like the receptionist told me repeatedly. Also if you treat my child and something bad happens, a true medical professional should speak to their mother not a receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Today was out first visit at PVPD. My daughter is a special needs patient and the staff were all great with meeting her needs. Yareli did her cleaning and was so patient with her. Dr Olga was also very accommodating and explained everything to my daughter as she did her exam. We are very pleased, as we had been very worried about how she would do at her first visit.

Negative experience: Said my daughter needed a form signed by her doctor to get treatment and that they would reach out to the doctor and schedule it with me once they got it back. They sent the form via fax one time and never followed up with her doctor despite multiple updates and requests from myself and my husband. Just refused treatment without a form that only they can request but they refuse to request it. Doctor sent a note she wrote herself saying the treatment was approved but they still rejected that since it wasn't form, which they refuse to send to the corrected fax number. If you are looking for a dentist that has zero interest in the well being of your child and won't lift a finger to help you, Palm valley is that dentist! Definitely wins the award for worst experience. I will only be calling them to get it records so we can find a dentist actually willing to take care of my kids.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Olga and the staff were amazing. They provided clear information and were equally concerned when my 16 month old had two chipped teeth from cavities due to night nursing. Four days after she turned 2, we had her go under for crowns. The anesthesiologist was also amazing and they have worked as a team for 10 years. Highly recommend this office and these dentists.

Fantastic experience: PVPD has such an inviting office that aims to make the kids feel comfortable, and it works! My 3 year old son really enjoys going and feels so brave after he is done. He knows that the people there are nice and will be gentle when looking at his teeth. He feels special when he gets a certificate for having no cavities! And of course, he really looks forward to the lobby toys before the appointment and the prize wheel after. PVPD figured out a way for children to enjoy going to the dentist. The staff are polite, professional, and organized; making sure 6 month appointments are on the books before you even get there. I am really glad we found this practice.

Fantastic experience: We love Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry! We have been coming here for the last 10 years and have always been happy with the service and care. We love Dr. Olga! In fact, we moved to Tennessee 1.5 years ago but we visit Arizona twice a year and make sure to schedule our kids dentist appointments when we are in town because we don’t want to find a new dentist. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love it here my daughter has been coming for a little over a year. She has Down syndrome and they have been so patient with her in her special needs. They are easy to schedule with and we love the kids game room. I’la is apart of the no cavities club and Received a certificate and took photos with the coolest backdrop.

Fantastic experience: Loved every single person we spoke to. Dentist was great and didn’t pressure us to get X-rays for our 9 month old. Incredible office. Can I go here?! Dental chairs are shaped like dinosaurs and waiting room has sooo much to do! Screens for playing, cute little chairs, arcade and more! So much for my baby to look at while we waited. But we didn’t even wait more than 2 minutes to get in. Were probably in the actually room for less than a minute before the dentist saw us. 10/10 experience for our first time taking our baby to a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dental office. Not only do they have fun things for the kids to do while waiting to be brought back, they are kind, great with children, and extremely clean.

Fantastic experience: PVPD is amazing! The staffs are phenomenal, the office and back area is really clean. Lots of entertainment for the kids. Dr. Dolghier was fantastic with our daughter. We finally found a place we actually love and where our girls will feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist! Everyone was friendly, from the front staff to the staff in the back. We switched to this dentist after moving/ having a bad experience at our last dentist. Dr Alex and his staff were so kind, they showed the kids the tools they were using, let them kids hold and use the tools as well. He was very informative and patient. My son happened to have a few cavities and Dr. Alex never put the blame on us, just gave us straight information and what we can do to help in the future. We are so grateful we made the switch!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry! All three of my kiddos have been here. They look forward to coming for teeth cleaning. Today was our youngest first time and she did amazing. The staff and doctors are friendly and professional. The medical staff makes sure to explain things as they perform dental care. They make sure your kids feel comfortable and treat them with respect. Absolutely the best dental office!

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new dentist for my kiddo due to moving. My 9 year old loved her new dentist (she's never been a fan of the dentist). The office was warm and welcoming! Plus they had arcade games for her to play while she waited.

Fantastic experience: We love Palm Valley Pediatric Destist office! I have been bringing my kids to the Surprise location for almost 2 years and we have never had a bad experience! They are quick, friendly, and my kids love the themed rooms. Their choice of Netflix show while they're getting seen is also a huge positive for them and helps make them comfortable if they need work done! Highly recommend to locals or those new to the area.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy coming here. I have two kids one's 21 months old, the others 3 years old. So needless to say it's certainly a handful going to doctor's appointments. They make going to the doctor fun, Dr. Olga is great with my boys. Really distracts them playing games during the exam. The staff is always friendly. They have plenty of items in their office to entertain and occupy the boys as they're waiting. Thank you Palm valley for everything you do!

Fantastic experience: Love Palm Valley Dentist, the staff is awesome. Always have the best experience, especially my youngest son who doesn’t like getting his teeth cleaned. The staff has always been patient with him and make it fun for him to get his teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going here since the beginning and they have always been AMAZING!! Friendly staff, always answered any questions I had. Super kid friendly NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE! And that's huge for the kids, they're always so nervous as it is just going to the dentist, knowing they're in the best hands is HUGE.

Fantastic experience: We love this pediatric dentist and now that our kids are older we are enjoying their orthodontist. She is so helpful, explaining each step and not rushing us to put on braces to make money. She is doing what is right based on overall cost for us and comfort for our kids (time in braces) and we couldn’t be happier with their care and concern for us. Fantastic experience: We have been for about 6 years. We absolutely love this dentist office. During the pandemic, our daughter split her lip open. We called Palm Valley Dentistry and got Dr Olga. She gave us her personal cell to send her pictures of our daughter’s lip. Luckily we didn’t have to take her to the ER and she healed on her own. I appreciate when doctors take their time with patients and she went above and beyond! Thank you so much, Dr Olga!!
