Negative experience: Place is a circus: appt was for 10am and didn’t get seen until 10:35am. It was then 10 min of discussion and give my son some liquids to make him sleepy and then we were supposed to be called back 30 min later…they didn’t call us back until more than an hour later. Plus you cannot be there with your child to comfort him/her whereas other places allow you to. Based on everything they told us and what we experienced it should’ve been a procedure that took only an hour and we were there for WELL OVER two hours. Plus my son couldn’t eat breakfast this morning for the procedure which fine and normal but again we were there well into lunch time and he was starving. In all, they can’t manage their schedule and we will not be recommending to any of our friends or family and will be going to another office.

Onlyy thing I didn't like was our appointment was @ 9a.m. and it's now 10:42 when we are leaving... I didn't like the wait that much BUT my daughter is autistic and the service and staff was great. Fantastic experience: Ever since the initial the phone call that I had with the receptionist Miranda I was treated with friendliness and professionalism. I told her that I wanted to get a second opinion & asked if there was any way to get in today and she was able to squeeze me in the same day. Upon arrival she had all of my paperwork, she just had me sign some forms, and not even 4 minutes later my daughter was being called to the back. The entire staff has been super friendly, listened to my concerns and assured me that the dentist will listen to me and explain everything thoroughly. My daughter said that she felt so much happier here. I will also like to add that they’re extremely clean and sanitary. I will be making Cavity Patrol my home.

Negative experience: First, they were so rough on my daughter, my daughter has been through so much pain, from braces, expanders, wires, and chains, she has never cried, but here, she cried, she was in pain for their rough treatment on my daughter. Secondly, we had already gotten into a crash, and we just wanted to go home, but no! They were not letting us go! We planned on rescheduling, but they said the doctor will just look, and they just did more cleaning when I left to talk to my husband about the crash, they started asking my daughter if the crash was real, how did we come here, and what happened!! I was not pleased, and so I finally took my ground wanting to get out of there as fast as I could.
