Fantastic experience: We love this dental group! Our kids have been coming for 6 years and it’s always been a great experience. We had our first dental emergency this weekend and Dr. Rossitch got back to us quickly, even after hours and helped us through a solution and a procedure. Their office is so well set up for kids that our 5 year old watched the movie of his choice while the doctors worked. Thank you Dr. Rossitch & Dr. Tiana!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my children to this office for 4 years now and the staff is AMAZING! We always love the experience, and my kids are always excited to go to the dentist!!!

Negative experience: While we were thankful for Doctor Tiana’s help in extracting our daughter’s painful tooth. After the extraction another staff member said “good job Dr. Tiana”as we were leaving, felt like in a mockery of my 4 year daughter’s painful cries. My family was in a rough situation And this very insensitive behavior makes me not consider your office for continued care for our children. Thank you to dr. Tiana for taking care of my daughter and hope your office cares a little more for your little patients.

Negative experience: More worried about new patients versus taking care of their existing ones. Have an emergency wherein my child cannot eat or drink anything because one of the fillings they did came out and it hurts for him to eat or drink. I get a call back saying they can get him in in 3 weeks???

Negative experience: Good experience with the dentist, however, bad experience with administration and billing. Last August, When I arrived for my daughter’s appointment, I was informed our insurance was no longer accepted. However, the front office staff assured me we would still only have to pay our normal co-pay. I trusted them and long story short it was not true.

Fantastic experience: We love Rossitch Pediatric Dentistry! They are so kind and gentle with my little ones. They have games in the waiting room which is amazing, and tokens for the kids to get prizes at the end of their appointment!

Fantastic experience: My son had a trauma to his mouth due to a sport accident. His front two teeth were wiggly because of it. I called after hours and lvm and someone called me before opening hours to fit me in that day. They were so great and he was seen very quickly upon arriving.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love this this place! My son was terrified at 1st and they handled it so well. Now he is almost 4 and loves going! We also think it’s great they have happy visit in between so the kiddos can get use to going!

Fantastic experience: I just took my 2.5yo son to his second annual visit with Dr. Sarah! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER and Ms. Casey! They were amazing with him. Being a former DA myself, makes me look at the office in a different light, but they are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a dental home for their kiddos!

Fantastic experience: I came across the practice when my son was having a dental emergency. After not being helped much by other practices, the front desk staff was really helpful and was able to get my son in. The staff was nice, fast and long story short, I now make the drive from Peachtree Corners for both of my kids. Highly recommended and I wish I could go to them as well

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time going to Rossitech. My 3 year old was scared at first and the dental assistant did an amazing job making her comfortable. Letting her touch and play with the dental equipment. Looking at her Elsa doll teeth as well. By the end of the appointment my daughter didn’t want to go . 10000% will recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Always had a good experience with treating young grandchild in this dental office. Several dental procedures performed over time without any fear or anxiety. Dental appts are never a concern and grandson looks fwd to good dental hygiene treatments and care.

Fantastic experience: Today was the first time going to Rossitch dentistry. From the very first encounter to the last, I was very pleased!! The hygienist was very nice and patient with my daughter. The x-ray tech was very polite. Them Dr. Mike came in and he was polite and informative. He answered the questions I had and he was very nice as well! The check out and scheduling process was also easy! My daughter even said, she likes this dentist office better than the last one!!!

Fantastic experience: This place went ABOVE and Beyond for my daughter! The day before our visit we had a horrible experience somewhere else and my mama gut told me to get a second opinion. From the moment I called the office I immediately knew the customer service was far superior. That continued to be the case into our visit. All of the ladies were so welcoming and friendly and worked hard to get my daughters X-rays sent over for review. The dentist was kind, thorough and considerate. And the amount of work that needed to be done on my daughter’s teeth was nothing in comparison to the horror the other place recommended. The breakdown of the action plan was easy to understand and they took the time to make sure I left without a single question. So glad we found our forever dentist for my little one!

Fantastic experience: My kids and I love Dr. Sarah. She has such a great bedside manner, and my kids are always very comfortable with her. She’s pulled teeth, done fillings, put on spacers, etc. She is very patient and helps the kids feel at ease during any procedure.

Fantastic experience: My daughter became a new patient recently and has seen the doc 2xs now. I don't live super close to this office but I feel I def made the right choice in this team. My daughter has sensory issues and was going to the dentist for the first time, so as a mom I was a bit nervous how it would go. We saw Christie as a dental hygienist for my daughters first cleaning and then Dr. Sarah for the rest and they are both so nice, gentle and patient with the little ones. The office has screen games for them to play, murals on the walls and tokens at the end for prizes, I absolutely love the entire experience. Thank you so much for treating my girl kindly.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had the best experiences here! The hygienists and dentists are all AMAZING! They were great with my oldest two but how they treated my youngest with Autism today has me leaving a review. Naomi was so patient and kind, took him to a separate room with a closed door, listened to him talk about Star Wars and a million other topics, asked him questions, then thoroughly explained everything everything she was going to do. She let him feel all the tools, smell all the smells, try the water and Mr. Thirsty…A normal cleaning lasted an hour and we were never rushed or made to feel like a burden. I love Dr. Sarah! Again, she’s been fantastic with my other two, but was incredible with my little guy. She went over multiple treatment options and made me feel supported. Thank you thank you!!

Fantastic experience: We were a bit behind in our dentistry visits, my son needed 9 cavities filled! We were going to a family dentistry but realized we needed to specialize with a pediatric dentist. From the moment I walked in the door at Rossitch I knew it was different. The staff the waiting room, the atmosphere. All amazing. And Dr Rossitch and Dr Sara were the absolute best, super great with the kids, I could not recommend a better dentist for kids.

My son had to have a tooth extracted and coming from a very bad previous experience my son and I were both extremely nervous having another tooth done. They were absolutely incredible!! They were so kind and caring! They talked my son through every single thing they did, as well as me. Just overall the best experience we have ever had at a dentist and I will recommend everyone I know to go here!

I have four children who go there and two are autistic. My kids are all treated with so much love and care. They are all so respectful of each child’s needs during their visits. Fantastic experience: Such a great experience for our 3 year old's first Dentist trip. From the moment we walked in, the inviting waiting room at games and animals on the wall. He felt very comfortable from the start. The dentists were very friendly and even showed him all of their tools.

My son’s regular Dentist is closed on Fridays but he had a bad collision with his brother the night before and couldn’t wait all weekend to be seen. They worked us in and gave us such kind, compassionate and thorough care. His teeth ended up needing to be extracted and not only were they gentle and kind explaining everything to my 7 year old - they took care of my Mama heart watching him have to go through such a tough experience. In such a traumatic experience for all of us - I can’t thank Rossitch enough!! He’s on the path to recovery much sooner than he would have been without them!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing...my middle kid can be a handful and I've been genuinely terrified to take her to a dentist but they had her so calm and happy and laughing. She actually said she can't wait to go back!!!

Fantastic experience: Our 5 year old son went to Dr. Rossitch’s office today and had an amazing experience! His dental hygienist, Naomi, was a complete angel and worked absolute magic. Our child has had traumatic experiences at various doctors offices due to some health problems he had as a baby/toddler. When taking him to the dentist we usually walk out like we just went to war. Ms. Naomi was SO kind, gentle, patient and informative. Our son even said later, “When can I go see my new best friend again?” Along with Naomi, we saw Dr. Sarah and she was quite impressive herself. Dr. Sarah was kind and caring. She provided treatment plan options in a clear and concise way, while also answering all my questions. We live 40 minutes away but the care is absolutely worth the drive. Highly recommend this practice to anyone after our experience today!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rossitch was very kind, as was everyone else that works here. They were great with my 1 year olds first exam, and I look forward to bringing my older kiddo. The office is very kid friendly, and my child enjoyed the artwork on the walls. I noticed some tablets at the front to entertain older kids, and TV's above the exam chair as well. Check in and out was an easy process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike got it done and got it done better than I expected. My 5 year old daughter was referred for oral sedation to fill a cavity after two failed attempts elsewhere. I was expecting a silver tooth, but she came back with a beautiful white filling. Very satisfied. She did great and wants to come back.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved and was looking for a new pediatric dentist to take our girls, we have found a sweet little home! The office is in a great location, the office is clean and very comfortable for the kiddos, and the visit was seamless. Dr. Taylor knows what she's doing and the whole staff is so accommodating and make you feel at home. Will be going back for the foreseeable future!

Fantastic experience: They were running ahead of schedule and invited us to go ahead and come on which worked out great! We didn’t have to wait long at all once we turned in our paperwork. The lady who cleaned my son’s teeth was so friendly and asked him questions about school and Christmas. Dr.Sarah was also very friendly and efficient with her time. My son said he loved going to the dentist which makes my mommy heart happy that I don’t have to dread taking him every time!

Fantastic experience: My kids went to Dr. Rossitch until they became young adults. Such a wonderful dentist, with my kiddos always having happy shiny smiles leaving their appointments. I am grateful that their childhood dental memories will be something they enjoy reflecting on. Before coming to Dr. Rossitch’s office, we went to two other dentists- I won’t mention names but they were both money focused, not patient focused- shameful. So you can imagine my relief when we found Dr. Rossitch’s office and their quality and professionalism- everyone from the dental hygienists to front office staff do their jobs very well. We have never had billing issues and my kids teeth are so healthy! Thank you for your consistency in quality!!

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter’s second visit! I love how the staff and environment is catered to children and make them feel comfortable. My daughter is 3 and she smiled from the beginning to the end of the visit. She kept saying I’m so excited!! The office is 50 minutes away as we have moved since her first time but it’s worth the drive.

Negative experience: The office sent us a text to come early. We came early only for them to make us wait 45 minutes past our appointment time. Upon addressing this with the office they acted as if it was our fault we had to wait. The office staff is very unprofessional!

They are actually really sweet to the kids and ask lots of questions to make them feel comfortable as well as accommodate weird positions if they aren’t comfortable lying down (as was the case when she first went at the age of 3) They have made her so comfortable while doing a fantastic job that she actually enjoys going! Which I’m super excited for her since not everyone gets the best experience as a kid at the dentist.
