Fantastic experience: After being referred here by my sons dentist. Dr. Sara and Hannah made my sons nerves at complete ease when he had 4 teeth pulled. I wish I lived closer because I'd be bringing all 3 of my children here for regular visits as well! So personable and joyful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sara and Raquel treated my son Logan for a cavity today and these two together? Dynamite!!!! My son was so nervous and worried but they were able to calm him down and they handled it with such ease :) the Dr was so speedy, I couldn’t believe it! I am very particular with my children and we have been to other dental offices but nothing beats this one! I would choose this office time and time again! Thank you so much for handling my baby with such care and being so efficient. 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I can't thank the wonderful staff at Children's Dentistry of Trumbull enough. What an amazing team Erwin and Sara were today during my daughter's appointment today. Erwin was extremely nice to my daughter who suffers from PTSD from various stays at the hospital during her toddler years. He made her feel safe and calm by talking to her about things she liked to do or the upcoming 4th of July holiday. Thank you again! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to find a great Dentistry in the valley or New Haven areas.

Fantastic experience: I take my son's the Children's Dentistry of Trumbull because he has sensory issues and anxiety. He is 14. We have bern seeing them for over 3 years. They are the third Dentist I have had for him. Today we saw Dr. Susie and Hygienist Georgie for a filling. They were patient, gentle, and explained all the steps. It was a great visit as always. They are an amazing team right up to the receptionists. I also have been to the Stratford office and have had the same great experiences. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Dr. Susie and Hanna They were a good team, they were funny, professional, and patient. You can see that they love their job. As a mother, I was delighted with the treatment.

Negative experience: I am updating my review of this practice. Now that our daughter is 6yrs old, they insisted that she has her xrays done (she has no symptoms). When we refused this, Dr. Christie said it is office policy to either have the xrays done (now or in the near future) or they will discharge her from their practice. This is completely unacceptable. If one of my patients refuses the investigations I recommend, I don’t just stop caring for them and discharge them from my practice. You have to respect a patient and family’s right to choose. I am not coming back to a practice where you either expose your child to x-rays or they don’t want to care for you. I cannot recommend their practice anymore.

Negative experience: We went with our 6 years old daughter for her visit- have been using this office for the past 4 years. They insisted that our daughter have her xrays done. She has no symptoms. When we refused, Dr. Christie said the office policy is that we either have the xrays done now or in the near future or they will discharge us from their practice. It is unacceptable that we were given the choice to either expose our daughter to x-rays or they will stop caring for her.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased that we discovered Children's Dentistry of Trumbull! My children were attended to almost immediately upon our arrival. Julie and Lindsay were not only kind and knowledgeable but also efficient; they provided excellent care for my children's dental needs and thoroughly explained the significance of maintaining dental health. Such a fantastic group!

Fantastic experience: Had a very good experience! My little one had 2 cavities!! I kept telling him to brush his teeth, but it was apparently he wasn't doing that. However, I felt super welcomed here and not judged at all. I do also want to mention that Amanda was very caring and you could tell she wants the best her patient. Overall, I felt like I got through in a timely manner. Showed up for a 10am appointment and left by 11:30am! I thought I would be out of here by 4pm! I look forward to more visits.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to this office for years and every experience is amazing. All four of my children have had amazing care here. Dr. Sara has done extensive work on two of my children both in the hospital and in the office. She is kind and patient and each procedure had an excellent outcome. I trust all of her recommendations. We have also seen Dr Lily and she is amazing and skilled. She was excellent on numerous occasions. She was calm and patient with one of my children who is very fearful of the dentist. The assistants - especially Linda and Irvin, are skilled and professional. We have had multiple visits with them and each one is positive. They are always smiling. Gyorgi has cared for us on more than one occasion and has been wonderful. Hanna has also been amazing . They are all excellent with children and very knowledgeable. The staff is courteous and attentive both in person and on the phone. Raquel is so kind and always helpful. I would strongly recommend this practice for routine care and more complex procedures. They are hands down the best pediatric dentistry practice in the area.

Fantastic experience: Children’s Dentistry of Trumbull is the best dentist for children of all ages. Gyorgyi, Dr. Sara’s assistant was great. She was so good with my 4-year old daughter. My daughter was getting 2 cavities filled for the very first time and thanks to Gyorgyi, the process was so smooth. My daughter stayed calm throughout the entire procedure .

Negative experience: The most frustrating, disorganized process I've experienced. My kids both had an appointment scheduled and the office made a mistake and only scheduled one child so they had to reschedule them. The only day they had was months later so I took it. Then as that date approached, they called to let me know they were going to be short staffed and had to move my kids appointment a few days. So I was flexible and moved it. I then received a text reminder for the original date and when I called to confirm it was a remote worker who couldn't find any appointments in the system for my kids and had no direct ties to an office location. I obviously will be finding a new dentist for them...

Negative experience: I’ve been bringing my children to Children’s Dentistry of Trumbull for over 10 years, always paying out of pocket for their care. Over the years, we’ve spent a significant amount, trusting them with our children’s dental health. Recently, I was told they would no longer see my child for appointments due to insurance reasons. While they accept this insurance, they are not taking new patients with it, which feels very unfair given that we are not new patients after 10 years of loyalty to their office. After leaving my initial review, I received a response stating they are addressing the situation with the insurance company. However, I was still denied the ability to schedule another appointment for my child. I even offered to continue paying out of pocket if necessary, but the receptionist informed me that they were following the owner’s orders and still refused to schedule an appointment. After what I thought was a long-standing relationship built on trust and loyalty, I would have expected a more understanding and accommodating response like working with me to find a solution (even after telling them that I'd pay out of pocket if the insurance didn't work out). Instead, I’ve been left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a long-term patient. The office is clean, and the staff has always been professional, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. I hope they reconsider how they treat loyal, long-term patients in situations like this.

Fantastic experience: My toddler is always scared of visiting doctors but he loves this office. Anna at the front desk is so warm and welcoming, and the waiting area is perfect for little ones. Ms. Linda was so helpful when cleaning his teeth, she even showed me how to do clean his back teeth better. I would recommend this dentist office to parents with little ones.
