Negative experience: Long wait times and will leave you waiting instead of telling you. I recommend calling ahead of time from your appointment to make sure they're not too busy to see you anyway

Fantastic experience: We previously had gone to a different dentist who left my child with severe dental and medical trauma. This was a completely different experience. The staff was so welcoming, the waiting room was made for kids, and Dr. JD was the absolute best. He took time to listen to our previous experience and also made my child feel seen and heard. He made my child feel at ease and calm in an environment where she has shown anxiousness previously. If you are looking for a dentist for your child, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: The feeling of finally finding a dentist for your children that you feel welcome, not judged, and listened to is like a weight off your shoulders as a parent. Adding the fact that they are amazing with children is a huge plus. I recommend this place and team to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: I never post reviews, but I feel like if anywhere deserves one they do! We always have an amazing experience here! My almost 2 year old was there today and they had SO MUCH patience with him running around. The office has so many things for the kids to do while we wait and then an awesome treasure wall for when they leave. My 7 year old keeps asking me when he gets to go back. Cannot speak highly enough of the business and staff!

Fantastic experience: We have had a lot of experiences with surrounding dentists, but landed at Trailhead a couple of years ago and finally have a place where our children are well cared for and treated with kindness and respect in a fun, yet calm, atmosphere. Within a couple of visits, dental fear had disappeared. I truly feel like everyone really cares and makes sure kids have a good experience.

Fantastic experience: My son absolutely loved the play area as well as the cool Jeep they have in the back to wait for the dentist to come. He also got a little token to pick out a prize. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I loved that they had little waters that they could grab as well. Honestly hands down the BEST dentist my kid has ever been too.

Pure Magic she is a loving caring and understanding and takes the time to explain things to you talk to you and make sure you and your child feel good being there and you're confident in the knowledge they have .Wonderful staff, this dentist office is absolutely amazing!! five stars is not enough!! Fantastic experience: We switched to Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry a couple years ago and we have been very happy with the decision ever since. Everyone there makes us feel very comfortable and makes sure they take time to explain what’s going on.

Fantastic experience: We had an incredible experience at Trailhead Ped Dentistry. We had Dr. Tyler McCubbins and I was so impressed with his bedside manner. He was respectful and patient with my three-year-old daughter. Her last dental experience they sat her in the chair immediately and laid it back. It was game over after that. At TPD, the assistant was so sweet and friendly, she said my daughter could stand if she wants. She instantly built rapport like that. It also helps that the waiting area is fun and welcoming for toddlers. The ladies at the front desk gave me a good start on finding dental insurance. Great atmosphere, great people, very kid-friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that the doctors educate themselves more on holistic approaches to dental health for the families who don’t want traditional treatment, but I knew going in that this practice has a western medicine approach. 5/5 stars! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry. It all started when we opened the front door and were greeted with a smile and hello from one of the receptionists. When my son got called back for his cleaning the hygienist was as sweet as can be and interacted so well with my son. He didnt scream, cry, fuss or anything she knew exactly how and what to do for my son. Dr. JD cares about his little patients AND the parents. He is respectful, professional and extremely empathetic when giving the bad news to parents, but goes above and beyond to let you know he can fix it and not have us parents worry. He also interacts wonderfully with the littles. The golden token for the littles to get a prize is the cutest thing I have ever seen and the selection of rewards is more than impressive. I also saw they have a dog in the office and I absolutely LOVE that! Then we have Miss Brooke. An absolute blessing to this office and someone who cares about the patients as well. She took her time explaining everything to me with the different options for procedure locations, insurance information and paperwork needed for the additional work. I am absolutely pleased with Trailhead and our experience. We will be back next week for my other child as well as in the future. THANK YOU to the whole Trailhead staff for going above and beyond for myself and my sons!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has anxiety.Today was my Daughter's 3rd Dentist appointment and she did so great! For once she wasn't afraid or crying. The staff was so great and understanding of her needs. They really took the time to make sure she was ok after every task and encouraged her to play in the jeep she was in. They provided her with not only good care but lots of encouragement and compliments for doing so well this visit. We love Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry!

The overall care and experience was 10 out of 10. Maribelle are teeth consultant for the day that helped clean. My daughter’s teeth was amazing. The dentist was amazing. The whole team was amazing. They came and spoke. They introduced us. They gave us a tour. It was very clean organized not a long wait I can’t complain. We will definitely be back, best dentist around please check them out !!! The staff are all great with kids, you can tell so much time and care went into making sure these kids dental appointments are fun! My son said he loved the dentist (can you believe it!)! Fantastic experience: If I could give Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry a standing ovation AND a trophy shaped like a toothbrush, I would. I brought all of my kids in—yes, ALL—including two who would rather wrestle a raccoon than have their teeth brushed. And somehow, the team at Trailhead handled them with the patience of a saint and the charm of a Disney character. My kids walked in looking like tiny dental fugitives and walked out smiling like toothpaste models. The staff was beyond kind, funny, and so calm you’d think they were hosting a spa day, not a dental appointment. And the male Dr…wow. The way they connect with kids is magical. My child literally said, “I like the dentist now,” and that’s coming from a kid who once gagged just watching a floss commercial. Trailhead is basically the Chick-fil-A of pediatric dentistry—only they give out smiles instead of nuggets. Highly recommend if you like clean teeth and fewer meltdowns.

Fantastic experience: My son is a very anxious child and our prior dentist was going to have to send him to another place for sedation dental work. I knew a new environment and dentist would not go well for my son so that is when I decided to try Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry. From the very beginning and just walking into the waiting area my son loved it! All the campfire/activity centers kept him entertained. Every time we have been there JD and the entire staff have gone above and beyond to make my kids feel safe and comfortable even getting on their level asking about their interests. They make a point to work with him and make every treatment a positive one. They have been a true blessing for us and I love the fact that my kids love going to the dentist now!

The dentist can cause a lot of anxiety for many people/children and trailhead was amazing about alleviating a lot of that stress. Fantastic experience: I’m so impressed by the level of comfort and professionalism we experienced today at our first visit to trailhead. My son has a plethora of medical issues and special needs.. after the dentist came and spoke to me and heard my concerns he worked directly with my kiddo and made us both feel at ease. And the work he did was phenomenal. He also took the time to talk to me to explain some things I didn’t know and let me voice my concerns. I’m extremely grateful to have such a kind medical professional in our corner, can’t wait to see them again in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: We were referred here by our family dentist to have some fillings done for my daughter. What a fantastic experience! The office is clean and SO kid friendly. I loved the little door for the kids to walk through. My daughter saw Dr. Korb and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. My daughter has a ton of anxiety surrounding the dentist, and Dr. Korb not only made it comfortable, but fun for her. She was so sweet and really took the time to talk with my daughter to make sure SHE understood what was goin on and had her questions answered, not just me. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have 5 children that all see Dr JD. Our kids love him and the rest of the staff! We have gone there for several years, and they are beyond amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone! We do not look forward to the day they age out of the pediatric office.

Positive experience: There was a small amount of confusion about transferring records that had me a little frustrated but Dr. Kelsey more than made up for it with our visit. All of the staff was very nice. My daughter is 6, we went for a 2nd opinion and she was firm before going that she didn’t want to switch dentists bc her current dentist has games, tv and prizes…but the waiting room, tv, and prizes at Trailhead won her over. We learned she didn’t need the original suggested work and we will be new clients of Dr. Kelsey now. Thank you for the great experience for both mom and child!

Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research before officially sticking with Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry as my daughter's dentist. They are amazing and do their very best to make children who are afraid of the doctor's office, dentist's office, and etc. Dr. Tyler McCubbins is an amazing doctor and for my daughter's first appointment, he was so patient with her, especially with her being afraid. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist for your child, I would definitely recommend this Dentistry as a choice!

The staff was so kind & helpful, had 3 of my kiddos, 2 of the 3 under 5yrs old & 1 had a MASSIVE meltdown, but the staff was right there asking if help was needed, what can they do, anything & everything to help this momma calm her nerves of a full blown fit happening is such a busy place & not being able to just leave because things needed to be done for the sake of clean healthy teeth & gums! Fantastic experience: This is the NEATEST experience, my kiddo gets so excited to go to the dentist now. We have so much fun in the waiting room sitting around the wooden campfire, playing the games built into the walls and enjoying the all out nature experience. They give the kids sunglasses then they kick back to enjoy cartoons on the individual ceiling televisions placed above their dental chairs. No detail has been overlooked when it comes to this gorgeously, fun office which entirely distracts from any fear of discomfort they may experience. They give them tokens at the end to put into a plinko thingy then they choose from 4 rows of awesome prizes. It’s just indescribably cool. We love exiting out the tiny door next to the regular door . Like I said, no detail overlooked!
