Fantastic experience: Absolutely, hands the most amazing pediatric dentistry practice around. I drive 35 to 40 minutes to go there because it’s worth it. Dr. Lulu and Dr. Tom are phenomenal and there staff is just incredible!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever seen the staff and the atmosphere was literally amazing they treated us both so good and the waiting room was like an arcade which Kolt absolutely loved! She even made him comfortable by turning Mickey on the tv while they checked his teeth! If you have a toddler that doesnt sit still this is the office for you TONS of toys and games to keep them busy! Seriously amazing experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE

Fantastic experience: We've been coming here for about a year and a half now and love everything about it. The games up front keep the kids entertained, there's coffee and water for adults, the toys in the rooms (for littles) help SO much. The staff is amazing, the dental assistants are amazing, the dentists are the BEST! We've come for two lip tie procedures and regular cleanings and every experience is just the best. I recommend to all my friends with children.

Fantastic experience: There is no better place to take your kids. My insurance doesn’t even fully cover from here but I continue to take my kids because the dentists and staff are unbelievable! The sweetest most caring people. When my oldest is getting his teeth worked on they set up a play room for my toddler to play in while we wait. Everything is always so clean and fun. My son is getting a filling and he said “I love going to the dentist because I get toys!” As a mom I love how they love and care for my littles. The dentist even calls to check in after an appointment. I’m so grateful for these wonderful people!!

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at Tooth Town Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The entire office is clean and bright, with such a great atmosphere designed for kids—there are arcade games, toys, and even ceiling TVs where kids can choose what they want to watch. It really helps make them feel comfortable and even excited to be there. The dentist and staff were fantastic at explaining everything clearly and walking us through our child’s oral health so we understood exactly what was going on. They were also quick and efficient, which is always appreciated when visiting with kids. What really stood out is how happy and positive the whole team seems—everyone genuinely enjoys working there, and it shows in the care they provide. Highly recommend Tooth Town if you want a pediatric dental office where your kids will feel at ease and well cared for!

Fantastic experience: I normally like to lump my dentist apt with my kids. It's all at one time and the same place. I was referred here for my son and he loves is so much that I take him regardless of my chaotic life. Not one single time have I ever had a long wait. The staff is very pleasant and the owners have the same energy! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience for my 3 year old. The waiting room was so kid friendly and kept him entertained while the front desk helped me work out my insurance information. Every staff member had a smile on their face and was so friendly! Everyone actually seemed like they liked being there! Our experience here was night and day in comparison to our previous dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Toothtown is fantastic. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby until walking out after our appts was a joy! Taylor is the absolute sweetest and helped my anxious 10 year old feel at ease and rambunctious 4 year old feel special. Dr Tom and Dr LuLu were intentional and took their time when talking my children and me as the parent. The lobby is full of games for all ages ( interactive light board and video games) and smells nice which puts your mind at ease . They have tvs above the chair/tables playing Bluey and Paw Patrol so the kiddos can watch tv as they have their cleaning! Both my children enjoyed their visit and was so different from the “fear of the dentist” from my childhood memories. I also must mention every staff member is inviting and friendly! I can’t recommend Toothtown enough! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This was our second visit so we’ve seen both dentists and they both are amazing! Dr. LuLu got down on my son’s level and was incredible with him. Before his appointment he was saying he doesn’t like the doctor and he was nervous. After he was saying the doctor made him smile, so that was a huge win for us! Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Dr. Tom. This is our second children who has needed a lip/tongue tie revision and he has been amazing both times. Very sensitive to the parents, great communication skills, clearly cares about the kids, and totally honest. He only recommends a revision if he believes it’s absolutely necessary. I trust Toothtown completely and would highly recommend anyone take their kids here for any dental work.

I was really thinking we would leave with nothing being accomplished but they were truly so sweet from the second we walked in to the second we left and made him so comfortable that he was perfect during his appointment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tom & the whole practice are so professional and care tremendously about their patients. We took our 2 week old daughter to have her lip tie, tongue tie and cheek ties released and I was blown away with the care she received from the staff.

Fantastic experience: I took in our 3 month old to have his tongue tie fixed and found out he was also lip tied they performed the procedures quickly and all of the staff were very kind and explained everything thoroughly. 10 out of 10 recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist with our kids used to be so stressful. My daughter was told she had horrible teeth and needed multiple crowns. After watching her first crown crumble to pieces we found this dentistry and we absolutely love both Dentists and all their staff. Turns out my child never needed crowns and the one put on was made of some foreign substance that was crumbling and causing gum irritation. Once removed the tooth underneath was fine and all the swelling went down. We just finished our second well visit and no cavities. Oh and the other teeth that we were told needed crowns…. Not even a cavity. Honest dentist that are great with kids, it’s a win win for us.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best!! My 5 year old had a really bad experience at another practice and after asking around, this place kept on being mentioned. We were scared and hesitant cause change is hard but this place did not disappoint. Doctor Tom and his staff went above and beyond. They were great and believe it or not after two extractions our five year old went home happy like nothing even happened.

Fantastic experience: It was our first time at the dentist, so I wasn’t sure how our daughters were going to do, but it was such an amazing experience! The game room really helped their little nerves! And our hygienist was so sweet with the girls during their x-rays. I really loved how they had a separate toddler space with games in each room. As soon as Dr. LuLu walked in, she got down on their level and started interacting with them. The entire staff was so happy & helpful. We loved the personable experience, & will never go anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE ToothTown Pediatric Dentistry. The staff always addresses our concerns and gives advice that's truly in the best interest of my children's overall well-being. They aren't trying to cash in on our teeth concerns or perform unnecessary procedures that might scare or stress out my kids. They always make my daughters comfortable, and their needs always come first at this office. For any procedure outside of the normal preventive visits, they always give a call to our home later that evening to make sure my kiddo is doing okay. Fantastic experience: After my pediatrician mentioned considering a frenectomy for my 5 week old due to complications with breastfeeding, I started searching for providers. It was important to me to be able to utilize our dental insurance coverage if possible - so I scheduled a consult with ToothTown. At our first appointment, Dr. Tom did a thorough assessment of my daughter’s oral function and any restrictions of all frenulums. He discussed his recommendations and we decided to go through with the procedure at a separate appointment. The procedure was done quickly and my daughter was returned to me for soothing and post-op discussion. We were provided direct contact with Dr. Tom for any questions or concerns which was so appreciated! She healed beautifully and gained a full pound in less than a week as a result of having the restrictions addressed. I truly can’t say enough great things about our experience with ToothTown!

Fantastic experience: I took my 8 year old here today for a new patient exam, and we were blown away by the professionalism and kindness of both the staff and doctors! The husband and wife duo were absolutely the sweetest people and so relatable. Everyone made the experience calming and fun for my daughter who was highly afraid. Don’t go anywhere else! This place is the best! Bonus: video games in the waiting room, and TVs with headphones to occupy your child while the hygienists do their thing!

Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing experience at Toothtown! Dr. Tom was a pleasure to work with and was able to quickly diagnose our newborn’s oral ties. Our son was having trouble latching and clicking a lot with his bottle. The pediatricians had said he only had a slight tongue tie, did not mention a lip tie and one mentioned that he wouldn’t even fix the tongue tie. Dr. Tom was able to properly evaluate and let us know our son had severe tongue and lip ties that needed to be corrected. He did the procedures right away and we are so thankful for his help! We have seen an improvement in our baby’s latch and are so thankful for the early diagnosis and correction! The clinic also has such a welcoming environment from the super friendly assistants to the kid friendly colorful rooms, we loved our experience at Toothtown!!!

A coworker recommended this pediatric dentist to me after telling him the terrible experience my son and I had at his last dentist, and I have no words to express how amazing Dr. Tom is and his wife Dr. Lulu, and the entire staff at ToothTown. My son was petrified of the dentist. He had a horrible experience at his last dentist so he was just completely traumatized and of course, so was I. We walked into ToothTown and I was just amazed at the hospitality of that place. I have seriously never in my 33 years on this earth, felt so welcomed and so comfortable as I do there. The entire staff is just so genuinely nice and friendly, it’s just so heartwarming. My son (he’s 7) had to get two fillings done last Thursday. The experience he had at ToothTown last Thursday compared to the experience he had at his previous dentist, was like night and day. He did so SO good, and isn’t afraid of the dentist anymore. That’s all it took - one time with the RIGHT dentist. One time - with an AMAZING and caring dentist (Dr. Tom and his team). My son’s previous dentist was literally 2 minutes from our home. Right down the street from our house after we exited the neighborhood. ToothTown is 32 miles away. It’s a 35 minute drive. That is NOTHING to me when it comes to my son being comfortable and trusting his doctors/dentists. Watching the way Dr. Tom and his staff interacted with my son, how sweet they all were to him, I’d drive an hour if I had to. There is nothing like finding the perfect dentist, especially if it’s for your children. I think I thanked them close to 100 times last Thursday because as a mother with a little boy who is her entire world, you just want your kids to feel safe and feel comfortable and YOU also want to feel that way about these doctors and dentists working on your children! When we were driving home from the dentist, my son said to me, “mommy, if I have to go to the dentist again, can we always go to that one?” I said, of course baby. So, I strongly urge any of you mothers (or fathers) out there that don’t know how you feel about your current dentist, to consider ToothTown in Holly Springs if you aren’t too far away from it. You will be so grateful you did!!! Thank you for the 101th time to Dr. Tom, Dr. Lulu, and the entire staff at ToothTown!! You guys are phenomenal ♥️

They make it so fun for him & he wishes they had longer wait times so he could play more on the games they have in the waiting area! Fantastic experience: Outstanding experience and so much fun. Dr. Tom and Lulu are great with kids and have 3 little ones too. He is open to discussing preferences, accepting of our preferences for hydroxiapetite over flouride, fine with our request to wait for xrays until older and great bedside manner with kids. The place has arcades and a dance floor game! You get a token for a prize after. Our kids were excited for their next appt. Both appointments ran on time and we arrived early and were seen ten min early the next time. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lulu and her assistant Miss Taylor were the most patient and caring people for my daughter who has major anxiety about the dentist. I can’t recommend them enough to ensure your child receives exceptional care from people who truly love what they do!

Fantastic experience: After a very bad experience with a different pediatric dentist we were so refreshed and pleased with the treatment our child received. We were told by our previous provider our child had 5+ cavities and needed fillings/ a crown. Getting a second opinion at tooth town we learned that not only was there (only) 2 cavities but that there was a way less invasive option - SDF to treat them. The treatment was quick and painless. The staff thoroughly talked through every step with our child and made a huge effort to make them comfortable and feel at ease. Highly recommend them. We're very grateful to have found this practice.

Fantastic experience: We brought our 1 1/2 year old to tooth town today and it was AMAZING! It was his first dentist appointment so we were a little nervous to see how things would go, but we were pleasantly surprised! The environment and staff were incredible and they have truly thought of everything to make it a good experience for kiddos! We are so thankful we found them!

Fantastic experience: We've taken our oldest to ToothTown for about a year and they have been wonderful. Today however, they made it even better. My shy 2 year old had his first dentist visit and the dental hygienist, Taylor, blew me away! She was so bubbly and engaging. I expected tears from my son and we didn't get a single one! Dr. LuLu answered all my questions and gave me some great strategies for brushing his teeth and some tips for addressing the concerns I brought to the appointment! We are so happy with the care our kids receive at ToothTown!

Fantastic experience: 20/10!!! I absolutely adore the dental office! They are beyond gentle with all three of my sons especially with them being special needs. All three of my sons are on the spectrum and whenever I used to mention doctor they would immediately get upset. But now when I say dentist there is a sense of calm instead of sadness simply because they know its no pain where they are going. We went from screaming and crying to laughter and playing. They go right in and mama can just sit down and know that they will be calm. No stress! This place a total gem and one of a kind! Highly recommend both Doctors are wonderful! Dr. Tom and Dr. Lulu are both wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: ToothTown is the absolute best pediatric dental office. All of the front office staff are so friendly and the office is very kid friendly! My son loves Dr. Tom. Dr. Tom is very welcoming and great with children. I would recommend Tooth Town to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: We had 2 nightmare experiences at other dental offices the past couple of months, head from everyone that tooth town was the place to go (but didn’t accept our insurance) I finally gave in once finding out about their membership plan which was super affordable and covers most work for the year. My 3 year old absolutely loved it. They are so sweet, encouraging and attentive. Constantly letting them know how proud they are of her every step of the way. I’ve truly never met kinder doctors, or staff in my whole life. I was putting my daughter to bed tonight and she said to me “mommy, that dentist was not so bad. They were so nice to me, I want to go back tomorrow” and my eyes welled up with tears because man it has been so hard finding a good one. Worth every single dollar and then some. Best practice in all of Georgia.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience. I brought both of my sons in to have their teeth cleaned. My oldest has autism and they handled him with incredible care. It was so heart warming. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tom and Dr. Lulu have been amazing, along with their entire staff. Everyone is kind, engaging and SO patient with my kids. They make the entire process seamless for our family. Now my kids smile and yell "Toothtown!" every time we drive by or go to Kroger.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old daughter has a lot of medical trauma and does not do well in doctors office settings, the whole staff at Tooth Town are so kind and caring with her and never make me feel rushed when she takes a little extra time to help her be comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have a deaf, autistic child and never been to comfortable at a dentist before and I really didn’t feel comfortable at our last dentist office as well. We were welcomed from the time we set an appointment till the time we left, we were well taken care of and my son let them do an X-ray with out sedation he let them clean his mouth they were calm, collective and professional, he sat down with me and went thru everything and explained everything. I look forward to our visits in the future.

Fantastic experience: We just started going to Toothtown Pediatric Dentistry but plan to keep going for a long time. The doctors and staff are all so friendly, the waiting room is fun for kids (and great when a sibling has to stay longer than the other), and there has been clear communication for appointments, expectations for appointments (fasting, what to expect, etc.), and anticipated costs. This place checks all the boxes and has exceeded my expectations. We came to them because they were closer to where we live and highly recommended, and the praise was absolutely on point.

Fantastic experience: So impressed with ToothTown! Today I took my 22 month old for his first dentist visit and was honestly a little nervous since he doesn’t love having his teeth brushed. The staff was so kind and welcoming, they showed us around the office and rooms and even had a little gift for us. I really loved that I was able to go back there with him. There were so many toys to keep him entertained and calm, there is a TV for distraction, and everything was thoroughly explained to me and him along the way. Taylor was so sweet to my son. She had so much patience and you could tell she was just very comfortable being around children and making them feel comfortable. Dr. Tom brought so much reassurance and clarity in respect to toddler tooth care and health and was also so sweet and kind to my son! I’m so happy to have selected them as our pediatric dentistry!
