Fantastic experience: My son had his very first dental appointment today, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he received by Dr. Stephanie Chambers and Cassie Middleton. The staff was wonderful, kind, attentive, and truly made him feel comfortable. My son will continue to go here for his regular check ups and also to have braces in the future. Dr. Bill was phenomenal and so encouraging that we would see improvement and within just 2 weeks it has been life changing for my little guy! We went for our 2 week check up and his assistant Will was extra helpful with little guy and made the experience over all positive. The staff here really care! 10/10

She was thorough & extremely reassuring with all of my questions and concerns I had! Dr. Doug knew exactly how to handle him, almost like he’s seen him a thousand times! Fantastic experience: We had a really good visit at Great Smiles today despite the 6 year old kiddo being nervous and scared to be at the dentist. There was a full stop when we got to the chair, and we had to ask for some time to go back out to the waiting area to get grounded. After starting that way the staff were very patient at helping him get comfortable and have a positive visit. Crystal worked some serious magic with the cleaning tools, and Dr. Doug just made it easy and smooth. Kiddo’s quote as he got off the chair: “That was way better than I expected.” It was really nice to not feel rushed, or that our state of mind was an inconvenience for the office. Thanks for a great visit!

Fantastic experience: Veronica was so patient and warm when my little girl (2yo) was nervous about her teeth cleaning. She sang and spoke in a soothing voice. Peyton was similarly warm and helped my son (5yo) know all about the different tools and procedures (X-rays). Dr Doug was gregarious and kind. He and his team offered coaching and information to help promote dental wellness. Excellent dental experience. I’d recommend them to any family wanting a great first step in dental care for their family. I’m grateful to have connected to this practice!

Fantastic experience: Veronica was so amazing with our 3 year old who is usually so scared of the dentist! No tears this time at all. She talked him through everything she was doing on his level. He left super happy and we were so impressed!

Dr. Bill Chambers and the staff (Amanda) were incredibly accommodating and saw my son on short notice. The care and professionalism they provided were exceptional. Fantastic experience: We’ve had over a decade of positive experiences at Great Beginnings. All four of my kids have seen Dr. Doug over the years. I love that they can all be seen on the same day! Most recently we had Veronica, Peyton, Cam and Theresa for our cleanings and they were all great!

Fantastic experience: Every time I take my grandkids to visit Great Smiles, they can’t stop talking about how much fun they have. Dr Doug and Stacy always are so thorough and patient with them. They wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Even though they see each other every six months or so, she has taken the time to get to know him, help him become comfortable, and ease him into not being fearful of the dentist. Fantastic experience: I hate how much it costs ($400!) but love that everyone is SO friendly. They do a great job at helping kids to have a positive experience from the waiting room to the checkout. Special shoutout to Veronica who worked wonders with my sometimes stubborn four year old!

Fantastic experience: My kids can never get enough of this Dental office. I hear on a regular basis from them when is my next dental appt? They love it here and at so I. Today we saw Bekah and Dr John. My little one is super shy and they actually got her to answer regular chit chat questions She had to get a filing fixed so we could floss better and there was not a moment of fear at any point, they do an excellent job communicating with each other without setting off any alarms for my kiddo and I truly appreciated that. The whole crew at this office is just fantastic, I can't say enough good things!

Negative experience: I am so upset , this “doctor” personally refused to treat my son , even after the office manager explained my situation in detail! Also after he took my $400 cash appointment yesterday, they did X-rays and all. my son has been a patient with this practice since birth. I’ve had private insurance the whole time but recently went back to school to go from LPN to RN. I’m not offered insurance because I can only work part time due to my school schedule. This practice abandoned my son (their patient) because Medicaid doesn’t pay as much as private insurances. Even though I explained in detail the reason he has Medicaid , and that it’s temporary(ugh how degrading) !I am thankful him needing Medicaid is only temporary , but I feel so bad for those that are stuck with it. I would never give this money hungry “doctor” a cent of the income I earned by taking care of the elderly with compassion (even if my son was deemed worthy to be seen there)! His dental issue is a true medical concern and this should be a crime they are allowed to treat human beings like this!

Fantastic experience: Our hygienist, Ms. Lynn, was a gift. She helped my nervous five-year-old to understand what each tool did and how each tool worked, and was incredibly patient with him. He went from being upset & crying, to really enjoying having his teeth cleaned. The balloon was also a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Great Smiles is awesome from the time you check in to the time you check out. Dr. Doug, and Sam were great during our visit today. I appreciate when they ask if we have any concerns regarding their teeth and once appointment is done they communicate their findings and always complement them on their good hygiene. I have had nothing but great visits here and will continue to come back.

Fantastic experience: Payton and Becka did a fantastic job welcoming my kids and getting them through a cleaning. It was my youngest first dentist appointment and Payton made my 2 year old comfortable. Dr. Doug as always was thorough, kind, and informative.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! The entire office is incredibly kind and understanding to young kids who are afraid. I was so nervous to bring my son and as soon as we arrived I instantly felt the care and compassion they have for patients. Fantastic experience: My daughter was referred here by our family dentist. They had her in within the week and needed treatment was completed the following day. They were cheerful and professional during every interaction. My daughter not only felt comfortable going, but EXCITED to go. We have made the decision to start coming here permanently. They genuinely care about the kiddos they see and you can tell.

Fantastic experience: Words are not enough for this experience. My granddaughter was experiencing difficulties in nursing. My daughter in law tried effortlessly everything. She so desired to breastfeed . A trip to Great Smiles. Amazing caring, empathetic staff. Who go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Dr. Bill performed a Frenectomy. Upper lip and tongue. I’m happy to report my granddaughter has increased on her nursing abilities and gained weight. What a blessing to my family. Thank you Dr Bill for all your incredible skills of knowledge . Thank you to all the lovely staff who made my family so welcomed. Excellent results!

Negative experience: Definitely not the best pediatric dental office we’ve been too. The hygienist had very poor bedside manner and seemed like he’d never interacted with a 3 year old before. At this age, the dental appointment should just be about getting the child comfortable at the dentist. I said we’d do a cleaning as long as my son was cooperative. After the top teeth he didn’t want to go any further. I said it was fine and we could stop, but the hygienist proceeded to try force the cleaning tool into my son’s closed mouth. It was quite disturbing. Dr. Bill was very nice though and helped my son feel comfortable with the exam.

Fantastic experience: We have been going here since our son was a newborn with a tongue tie! We now have our first loose tooth! Dr Bill and Ms Lynn have been amazing for all of it and always make our son feel so comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Great Smiles is an amazing pediatric dentist practice. My three kids have grown up under the care of Dr. Bill. It is so helpful to have multiple kids' appointments at one visit. We've enjoyed the consistency of having Lynn involved in their care over the years (cleanings, etc.)-she's so caring. I appreciate that even though they do not accept our dental insurance, they do file the claim for us. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Great Smiles is great. They are always accommodating. Dr Doug is awesome and provides great detail when speaking with you. He was able to relieve my daughter’s anxiety as she had a chip in her tooth. She had the biggest smile when she walked out to see me. Thank you for the care you take with your patients.

Fantastic experience: As a new mother I was worried about getting a frenectomy (tongue and lip tie release) for my newborn. Dr. Stephanie and all the staff at Great Smiles did a wonderful job. I’m really relieved that I went through the procedure. The results have been amazing with improvement in every area we were having trouble with.

Positive experience: Dr Doug has been great with our daughter from day one! She has been going to this practice for years and she doesn't want to go anywhere else. Calm and kid friendly atmosphere and all of the hygienists we have seen have been so sweet, gentle, and caring with my daughter. We saw Ms. Lynn today and she did an amazing job with my daughter who wasn’t having the best appointment. She explained everything to her and showed her all of her tools. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: My son just had his 6 month check up and cleaning and everything went wonderfully. My son said Lynn, his hygienist, was the best and that she was really nice. He always likes seeing Dr. Bill. We have always had good experiences with Great Smiles.

Negative experience: Update: after posting this review the company did not ask any follow ups and instead chose to refuse to provide care to my infant who needs help. Receptionist was rude and made a disparaging remark to my wife regarding our economic situation - I have never experienced that before, couldn’t believe it would come from a health care office. The rest of the experience was fine, but we have never been talked down to that way by someone

Fantastic experience: I have been incredibly happy with my experience at Great Smiles! My kiddo went for a cleaning after having not been to the dentist since before the pandemic. She has had to go in several times to have cavities treated and each time has been a great experience! Everyone there is friendly and kind and explains things in a way that is understandable. They help the kiddos feel comfortable and they know how to handle it when a child is scared. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: Today was the first visit my daughter of age four was able to get her teeth cleaned without crying and having a tough time. Every time they have been so patient with her and did not push. Every visit they have tried something new. Today with Veronica and Peyton they got both of my children’s teeth cleaned, and no tears were shed.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Great Beginnings since our kids were babies. They’re teenagers now and have beautiful teeth. Never have had a cavity. Ms. Donna was very helpful with scheduling! Ms. Lynne was awesome with cleaning and explaining the kid’s teeth.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Stephanie and her staff! We've had a few visits since he was 2 years old and they have always been great. Our most recent visit was a cleaning with Rebekah. She made sure my child was comfortable every step of the way even asking what it was that was scaring him when he showed worry. Of course my son's favorite part is the little area for kids in the waiting area with tablets and toys, choosing a new toothbrush and toy and a new balloon. Their prices are right on track with other dentists in the area. When he had some cavities we needed to take care of, I priced each line item and the ones I checked were usually lower or the same as others in our area. For his age at that time, he had to be under anesthesia which is scary for a first time mom but they did so great that my son never even knew they added the anesthesia to him. We love and recommend Great Smiles. Great with kids, reasonable prices, great with customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Veronica is the kindest and most patient dental tech ever! And Dr. Doug is am amazing Pediatric Dentist - he is child-centered, patient, funny, and he does his best to connect with each child on their developmental level. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Doug and his dental assistant Veronica were absolutely amazing with my daughter who will be two in September! They sang to her and comforted her during her exam and cleaning. Veronica was just so so sweet, personable and informative with at-home care. They were just amazing, it even made me tear up for a moment! During the first few weeks of my daughter’s life Dr. Bill chambers from the same practice saved our breastfeeding journey with his laser frenectomy procedure, the gold standard treatment for tethered oral ties. I just cannot thank you all enough for your top-of-the-line pediatric care. On top of all that…my little girl walked in nervous and walked out smiling and proud with a big red balloon:). See you all in 6 months!

Will and Lynne treated my infant and two year old with patience and gentleness. They met my toddler on his level. Will gave him toys and Lynne spent time playing with him while Dr. Bill examined my infant. Dr. Bill is wonderful. I was impressed at how cooperative and comfortable my toddler was while he examined his teeth. He was very thorough and informative on at home care. Fantastic experience: They were so good with our twin 2 year olds which isn’t an easy feat. Because of a condition one of our kids have there’s build up on their teeth and now their teeth look so good. And with them being two it’s very scary going to a dentist but the doctor’s and the assistants are so good with them, even through a little screaming from our kids and they always leave smiling with a balloon. The Great Smiles team is also superb; the most thoughtful, welcoming and lovely group of people to visit, especially Stacy, Lynn and Therese! My family looks forward to visiting the dentist. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Great Beginnings has been my dentist literally since before I can remember, and it's always nice to know that I'm coming to a place full of kind, gentle people who know what they're doing. Peyton was very thorough today, which I'm thankful for. And Dr. Stephanie had big shoes to fill after Dr. Angie, and I think she's doing so wonderfully.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Great Beginnings and seeing Dr. Bill since my daughter was an infant and have been so happy with our experience here. The staff are always so kind and patient and my daughter loves going to the dentist. At her most recent visit we saw Ms. Lynne and she was very sweet and made it another great experience for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: Lynne does such a great job with my 5 year old, very patient and kind. Dr Bill is a great dentist even when she needed work done he was so fast and great with her! All my kids are always asking when is their next appt (seriously. No joke!!)
