Fantastic experience: We absolutely love this office! The cleanliness, the personal touch, and the genuine love they have for the kids really stand out. They even make special accommodations for kids who are a little louder so that everyone can enjoy the experience in their own way.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff was absolutely amazing, the doctor was so kind and understanding. The situation I was in was..my son had not been to the dentist in a while, even after I told them that and told them that we had a medical card ( I got turned down FOUR other places because they weren't accepting patients that had a medical card ), they welcomed us with open arms and smiles. I wish I could put more than five stars because they deserve it.

Fantastic experience: This morning my son had two baby teeth pulled and despite leaving 45 minutes early to get to the appointment on time, I was stuck in traffic and still ended up late. The staff was amazing about it when I called to inform them of our late arrival. Once we arrive the staff was so sweet and inviting. The dental assistant that worked with my son made him feel completely comfortable and explained everything that she was doing to prepare him. She even let him choose a show to watch while he was undergoing the dental work to remove the teeth. After she stayed in the room with him and continued to talk to him and make sure he was doing ok and see how he was feeling as he received medication to make the tooth removal easier. Dr. Lizzie was amazing with my son as well. She always is!! She makes sure the child understands exactly what it is that she's doing and why. She is also very thorough to ensure the process is as painless as possible. Dr. Lizzie and her staff are amazing and are very welcoming and compassionate towards the children.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loved her experience today. Everyone was incredibly sweet and patient with her. She was a bit scared at first, but the nurse helped put her at ease. We had to wait a bit to be seen as new patients, but it was well worth the wait. As they are one of the most popular pediatric dentists in the area. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: my almost 2 year old had his very first dentist appointment , Dr.Lizzie and her staff were nothing short of amazing with him ,he was upset during the cleaning and they were so patient with him , playing with him , doing everything in their power to make him and myself comfortable , I cannot say enough good things about all of them!

Negative experience: The visit was fine, but the billing experience and communication afterwards is absolutely terrible. Office staff can make or break a visit/impression of the practice. Patient care goes beyond sitting in the chair.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so wonderful and kid friendly here! Didn't feel like my daughter was even at the dentist. They play movies and have a TV in each room, gave stickers and balloons and character toothbrushes. The dentist assistant sang to my daughter while she worked on her teeth and was so so good with my daughter. It was our first time at the dentist and she walked out of there so happy! Can't recommend them enough. Update 5/17/23 Everything was still great! They let me daughter go in to her own private room where she watched The Little Mermaid on TV while Tiffany worked with her. Tiffany was so patient and kind with my daughter. We love this dentist. UPDATE: 01/29/25 I now bring all 3 of my children here at the new location. The new location is so nice! They have TVs on the ceilings for the kids to watch while they get their teeth done. They give really nice goody bags at the end and let them pick out prizes at the end of everything. The staff are all so friendly and so great with kids, from the receptionist, the dental assistants, and of course Dr Lizzie! Cannot recommend them enough. Plus, a really nice waiting area with a big variety of toys for the kids. My biggest perk as a mom, everything is child proofed. The doors and drawers have child locks in the rooms. I know this seems a silly thing to be appreciative, but it takes a lot of stress off from me with having twin toddlers who like to get into everything! We love it here.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Creative Pediatric Dentistry since 2015, and our kids love Dr. Lizzie and all the hygienists. They are always so compassionate and thoughtful and try to cater to each patient's individual needs. We have had Kendra as a hygienist several times, and she is always kind, reassuring, answers all our questions, and does great with our kiddos! We are glad we have this excellent dentist office in our area!

Fantastic experience: They are great to me. These dentist are so kind to kids and especially the younger ones. It is for sure worth the drive here. In my opinion it is by far one of the best kid friendly dentist here in West Virginia, and I love that they have play areas outside the building and inside to pass time quicker for the little ones. I have a great friendship with the main dentist and the orthopedic, her husband, is just as great, I love going here.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful practice with excellent service. My son broke his front two teeth in half about a year ago. His teeth look completely real and flawlessly match his original teeth. They have also held up very well. My children love going to the dentist, and Dr. Lizzie is very friendly and thorough.

Fantastic experience: Although it was our first time there we absolutely loved Creative Pediatric Dentistry! The staff were SO sweet and welcoming. I was curious to see how my baby girl’s first appointment would go but the hygienist and dentist both were quick and so patient with her. I was nothing short of pleased with our first visit. Although she is so small and can’t quite give any feedback, I can say as her Mama that everything about the office was welcoming, comfortable, and so kid friendly! I have so much peace of mind knowing that my girl will grow to love the dentist one day as long as she is in their care. Fantastic experience: My son has autism and he has never let a dentist clean his teeth, take x-rays, etc. He's 11 years old and while he's only had two appointments with Dr. Lizzie, we love the whole staff! They make us feel comfortable and welcome. They don't make us feel like we are a bother if my son is apprehensive or not entirely cooperative at first like so many dentists in the past. Fantastic experience: We love Creative Denistry! My little guy gets super upset at the dentist and it doesn’t phase them one single bit! Today they gave him a plastic mirror like the hygienist had so that he would let her look at his teeth. Even amidst the crying they still continue to encourage and love him!

My daughter loves the activities and toys available in the waiting room, and the TV's they have on the ceiling to help distract her while getting her cleanings done. The staff is always quick to answer any questions I may have and we have really enjoyed our visits there. My daughter loves getting her "cavity free prize" at the end of our visits too! Dr. Lizzie is very professional and kind. We are very happy with her practice!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lizzy and her staff. My daughter, who is 7, gets so excited when she hears she has an appointment. She actually loves Dr. Lizzy more than Santa and sometimes me! The entire staff at her school is aware of how great Dr. Lizzy is! They have taken exceptional care of my daughter since day one and it's such a great atmosphere. You can tell everyone loves their job and when you love your job you do exceptional work! They take their time, the child is their focus and they will do whatever it takes to make your child happy. Ella will calm any nerves your child might have while she takes their x-rays. There’s TVs on the ceiling always playing the best movies and there really hasn’t been any wait time. I love the way this office is decorated as well. It's so fun when you walk in there it just makes you happy. You won’t be disappointed and your child won’t either. I give Creative Pediatric Dentistry 100 stars. Plus you will have a hard time finding an all female staff at any other establishments which might not matter to most but it was very important to us when looking for the perfect dentist.

Negative experience: “It is my honor to advocate for special needs children.” That is a quote that I took off from the Creative Dental website. My daughter, who is autistic, has been a patient there for a few years. My daughter developed a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Lizzie tried to see her a few times in the office. She decided it would be best to do a hospital visit so she could do the dental work needed. After getting the clearance from my daughters pediatrician, I was told that Dr. Lizzie thought my daughter would do better seeing a different dentist. They gave me a generic list of pediatric dentists. I still haven't found a pediatric dentist that is accepting new patients, months after being told that. They haven’t called me to check and see if I’ve gotten her in somewhere else or even shown concern to see if she’s had the dental work done that was needed. They haven’t offered to help me get her into another dentist. They’ve shown no concern. I called her office to see if she’d see my daughter, and I was told she couldn’t “due to the notes in her chart”. Dr. Lizzie is a great dentist. I don’t write this to put her down. I’m writing this for the special needs families like mine. Special needs families have a lot of stressful situations that they go though. I’m just sad that it’s so difficult to get help for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful and amazing! We have been going there since my daughter was about 7-8 months old. They got us in pretty fast. I want to start by saying I’ve never had a run in with any of there staff ever ! Every time I call and need something they are always the sweetest! They really seem like they don’t mind to take the time out of their day to help as they should but some places don’t do that ! We love Dr.Lizzie she’s the best and has helped my daughter and son every time and was so patient with them. We also just had a visit with them and my son he’s 2 and it was a bit of a rough one but the other Doctor that’s helping them was super nice! She was gentle and even spoke to the kids in a caring way. This place is so amazing and any chance I get I try and recommend them to anyone that needs a kids dentist Thank you and your staff for everything you do !

Fantastic experience: We love our experiences at Creative Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Lizzie is always professional and kind. Her staff is the absolute best! Our last appointment I asked the staff to talk to my daughter about oral hygiene following an episode where it was being avoided at home. Dr. Lizzie was straight forward and now we have no issues with brushing avoidance! This time we had Savannah and we seem to get her often, which is great because she’s the best!

Fantastic experience: As always, we had a wonderful experience at our visit with Dr.Lizzie! This was the first visit for our second child who had her teeth cleaned by Kendra. Kendra was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions! We are always amazed at how gentle, kind, and patient they are with all of our kids. It is a huge relief to know that our kids, and their teeth, are always in great hands!

Fantastic experience: Creative Pediatric is hands down the best in children's dentistry. Dr. Lizzie and Tiffany are great with our son on the autism spectrum, who has always had anxiety involving dental work. They are always very caring and patient.

Fantastic experience: My son's fix to a chipped tooth was overall a pleasant experience for him. Staff was patient, offered a blanket if he was cold (the room was chilly), and Dr. Lizzie was thorough and took pride in her work. He was very happy with his experience as well. I think the TV on the ceiling giving him something to watch to help keep his mind off of what was going on helped.

Fantastic experience: Due to previous personal bad experiences with other dentists...Id been apprehensive about dentist care for my children. Id asked around a lot and Creative Pediatric Dentistry had been recommended to me over and over and over. So I figured Id give them a try. Y'all! We've been there for cleaning and dental work and just WOW! Best decision I could have made for my babies! Excellent experiences. Excellent staff. My children just LOVE Miz Liz! HIGHLY recommend! Positive experience: *Edit* I feel I need to add a note, because I would have wanted to know before going. The office and staff are great but the practice only lists one doctor. We went specifically for the doctor listed and her reputation. Our daughter has gone twice now and seen a different doctor. This may not be a big deal and, again, the staff is still nice, but if you are planning to go to see Dr. Odell you can't plan for that. There is no information on the other doctor(s?) on the website and no mention of being scheduled with a different doctor when making an appointment. I would recommend Creative Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with kids. This was our daughter's first dentist visit just before her first birthday and it went great. Not all providers who see kids are actually good with kids but every single person in this office knew how to interact with kids and provide the best possible experience. Chasity especially was fantastic! Our daughter had a great first visit.

Fantastic experience: Creative pediatric Denistry is the best. We drive from Ashland, KY to see Dr Lizzie and her staff and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Our 2 and 4 year olds truly enjoy their visits! Tiffany and Chasity were so kind and patient with this recent cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to a pediatric dentist in Charleston for 16 years and we had to switch because of insurance. I was really worried about trying a new office for my autistic child. Dr. Liz and Kendra were very kind and patient. They took the time to be gentle and was very thorough. Fantastic experience: Chasity was great with my girls, I always bring all 4 of my daughters at the same time and its always a breeze! This is the 3rd time in a row Chasity has taken care of all of them and it is always a pleasant experience, we love Dr.Lizzie, Dr. Varma and all of the wonderful staff!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place!! My daughter’s first time at the dentist was great. She has autism and they were able to make accommodations to make her feel at ease and make her experience a breeze. They even gave us a little picture to take home.

Fantastic experience: Had a great double appointment today. My 5 year old warmed up quickly, but my 3 year old showed some apprehension. Chasity let him sit in the chair with big sister, and didn’t hesitate to change the movie when he was scared of a brief cartoon battle scene. Dr. Lizzie was so caring and helpful too. At the end, the kids loved playing the game for a prize and joining the Cavity Free Club by sticking their tooth on the wall. Very pleased with everything! The kids are already looking forward to their next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Chasity & Tiffany were great with my 3 boys. Dr. Lizzie was also wonderful! This was our first visit with Creative Pediatric Dentistry. They were quick to call us when they had an opening for all 3 of my kids which was wonderful! Very easy to schedule with and I LOVE that they can text regarding appointments. Looking forward to seeing them again in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I have took my daughter here starting at age 3 she is now 7. They have always been wonderful with her. Going to the dentist still is not an easy task for her. They go above and beyond to always make her feel comfortable and put her mind at ease. We had Chasity and Savanah today for her appointment. We appreciate their kindness and patience and everything they done today. Along with Dr. Lizzie. We love it there!
