Negative experience: We took our kids here. It was a nice dentist than we moved and found one closer we liked. They continue to call me multiple times on different numbers till i answer almost every other month. My kids went one time like a year ago & they keep saying their due even after i explained the move & to please note it & stop calling me. Just for that reason i wouldnt go back even it was close. Stop harassing.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to the dentist and have a very pleasant experience Ashelin and Lizbeth were the people assisting me and made my day better. Also assisted me with any information that I needed over all was a very well experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my kids here for like 15 years and our visits have always been great everyone makes my kids feel very comfortable the drs are great we seen dr wytko today and my 16 year is not a big talker but he was talking to her very comfortably she got to the point of our treatment plan and we were on our way the whole staff is great

Fantastic experience: I previously left a negative review due to a difficult experience where we waited over two hours without communication, which was especially challenging as my son is autistic. That visit was understandably frustrating. However, I recently returned with my other son for a check-up and had a much more positive experience. The staff was attentive, the appointment ran on time, and everything was communicated clearly. I appreciate the improvement and understand that not every visit will go perfectly. I’m glad to see better organization and care on this visit. 2 hours later and I’m still waiting and no one has bothered to give me an update. why schedule surgeries when you run behind 2 hours and can’t commit to the time given. Communication between the front staff and patients is non existent. I have been waiting in the waiting room for an hour and you would think someone would give an update on how much longer one has to wait. After 60 minutes of nothing I ask how much longer and I get 45 minutes. Thats fine but I was told previously by the office manager that there would be communication about push backs and longer wait times so we can avoid sitting in the waiting room for long periods of time.

Fantastic experience: Ashelin assisted both my kids for their 6 months check up and did great interacting with my kids and making them and myself comfortable during our visit!

From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a dental office and more like a mini Disney World for kids bright, spotless, and full of good vibes. The staff? Absolute legends. Patient, kind, and somehow able to make kids actually excited about their teeth. My child walked out grinning ear to ear with a balloon in one hand and a new love for brushing in the other. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would. This office is the gold standard of pediatric care!
