Fantastic experience: Amazing service by all staff! It was our first time there and they exceeded all my expectations.

Negative experience: Assistant was trying to brush my son's teeth. His anxiety level was high. Assistant didn't clean his teeth due to his anxiety. She suggested we wait for the dentist; dentist was going to attempt to clean it. Dentist shows up and assumes that I had fed my son while we waited for her because his teeth were not clean. Son is able to let dentist check his teeth after he calms down and quickly finishes up. My son asked for a toy and she explicitly told him- "no, we don't give it to kids who cry." I didn't say anything and left. I was upset and let down by a pediatric dentist. Reason I am sharing my experience is for the lack of empathy towards my child and the assumptions she was making. I at least expect it from a dentist who has Bible verses all around the office. She was the owner of the establishment. Her energy was not at all welcoming. Based on your response, it's pretty evident you continue blaming the child and refuse to accept the lack of professionalism on your part. Especially the assumptions that were towards me. Continue pretending your behavior was adequate.

Such a smooth process, we are going to love it here! My daughter absolutely love this please every time she come she never fails to mention how much she loves it here and she want to stay at this location forever . Wouldn’t go any where else , I enjoy seeing be able to be happy to come to her appointments.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was amazing, and the kids loved the lobby and playing with the toys. The waiting period was very short and we were seen almost immediately. Once we went to the back the kids watched Bluey while the dental assistants brushed their teeth and waited for the dentist. She was also super sweet and very informative. This was probably the best dentist office my kids have been to. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Galactic Smiles is a great place to take your kids to get dental services. The environment is always positive. I love the way that it is decorated. Its very peaceful which is unusual for a dental office. Its organize and immaculate. I am in and out within an hour every time. Funny thing is my son wants to stay! We have been going for 3 years. When I say we are going to the dentist he is ready to go!

Negative experience: As much as I hate to write this bad review, parents must know. I’ve been taking my kids here since 6 months of age. My oldest is now 8. I recommend this dentist to everyone! However my son had his appointment about two weeks ago for his every 6 months cleaning. Everything was going well. He was almost about done with his cleaning when I just asked “so no cavities right?!” As I am proud of keeping good dental hygiene for them. The dentist (Melissa) goes back into his mouth and mention “oh he does have one”. I am surprised, but go with it. My mistake was not asking to see the cavity. I got a hefty quote on filling the cavity, but agreed to make an appointment to fill this week. We went back to the appointment and they asked for me to sign the consent for them to sedate him. I was not Comfortable with that form of medication so I opted out. Next , our number called and we’re going towards the back when they Tell me I can’t go in with my son and Have to monitor him through a tablet. I was not comfortable with that either so we ended up leaving. We went for Second opinion for his cavity that he supposedly had. Once we arrived to the other dentist office and they took pictures of his teeth, it clearly looked That the teeth have not been cleaned properly and upon the dentist checking his teeth, she mentioned that she had no concern of any cavities that needed to have any work done. I am very disappointed in both the teeth cleaning and the response to the cavity he supposedly had. I am not sure if they were trying to just get money out of me or If it was an honest mistake. Either way, follow your gut if something like this ever happens to you and get a second opinion. And to add to it, I have to pay Out of pocket for another cleaning. And if any procedure needed to be done, I would be able to be in the room with him. With all the things going on in the world, I wouldn’t let my son out of my site when it comes to this.

My daughter felt comfortable within a few mintues of being called to the back and allowed them to put in sealants. I appreciated how Dr.Thomas took the time to explain the sealant treatment and made it easy for my daughter to understand. The special treat at the end was fun and informative. Fantastic experience: I researched until I found a dentist office that I thought my kids and I would be Happy with. Galactic Smiles caught my attention. I made an appointment and we were very Happy with the office. The atmosphere was positive and everyone was so friendly. My son had to have a few fillings and I loved that they offered me a kindle to watch the procedure on live video. I asked my son about his experience and he said he likes this dentist office better than his last one!! I will be referring my friends to them.

Negative experience: I work in the dental field so I’ve let a couple things I’ve been unhappy with go but today I will no longer come here. They call me and give me 40 minutes to get my kids up and us all dressed and get there or I will no longer get an exam today from the dentist and tell me they can do x-rays and prophylaxis only. I ask them so who will scale since my son needs calc removed and they did not care at all. Just repeated she could reschedule with no regards that I work in this field and can’t just get off that easily and we’ve had this scheduled for months and your calling me less than two hours before my appt to cancel. Last visit they rushed through my children’s cleanings and I had to ask the dentist to scale my sons teeth as she did the exam and said he was all good and wanted to switch with my daughter to do her exam and leave my son with calc on his lower anterior teeth. I should not have to point that out to a doctor. He is there for a cleaning and I have to ask them to do it appropriately and lastly another time I was on hold for an hour and when I finally hung up and called back they told me they didn’t know I was still on the line. I’ve let a lot go but after today they may not care but they’ve definitely lost two patients today. Hope this office can get better staff that answers calls in the front because I’ve never worked at any dental office and seen such bad customer service. And honestly seeing the way the owner responds to her negative reviews tells me everything I need to know with her showing no professionalism as well as her passive aggression and her defending her staffs bad behavior. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Fantastic experience: My boys love it here. The little incentives they give after their service keeps them excited. I especially love the scriptures throughout the facility and the prayer box. Great atmosphere and very nice staff. My kid be ready to go to the dentist and that shows a lot. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loveeeeed this staff and the plan for my younger babies teeth this was a great dental experience Update:IM BEYOND PISSED.WE WAITED 1 HOUR FOR MY CHILD TO BE CALLED TO THE BACK THEN ANOTHER 30 MINS I FINALLY CHECKED ON THE STATUS OF HIM AND THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE INFORMS ME THAT HE IS BEING WORKED ON.NOW THE PROBLEM WITH THAT IS THEY OFFER A TABLET FOR YOU TO WATCH YOUR CHILD BE WORKED ON I HAVE WATCHED SEVERAL PARENTS USE THE TABLET BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY OPERATED ON MY CHILD WITHOUT ME BEING ABLE TO SEE HIM WHILE ANOTHER PARENT HELD THE TABLET THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF MY CHILDS TREATMENT I AM EXTREMELY UPSET DEEPLY SADDENED AND UNSATISFIED WITH THIS STAFF I HAVE 3 OTHER CHILDREN WHO ALLLLLL HAVE TREATMENT PLANS WITH THEM AND IM NOT EVEN SURE IF I SHOULD CONTINUE ESPECIALLY SINCE 2 OF MY CHILDREN ARE MUCH YOUNGER AND ONE OF THEM WILL NEED TO BE PUT TO SLEEP.I FEEL AS IF I WAS TOTALLY TREATED UNFAIRLY

Fantastic experience: Just took my 1 yr old for her first dentist visit. It went Great! Booked my appointment online which was very convenient and simple. Got a call to confirm her apt. Arrived to a friendly receptionist. They also had a room with toys for my daughter to play with while we filled out paper work. Dr and MA were very nice and fast. My daughter was crying and mad but they were very sweet. Over all 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with bringing all 4 of my boys , and trust me my boys are full of energy and one of my boys is on the spectrum and the dentist had a lot of patience with him which made me feel more at ease .
