Fantastic experience: Great place they do awsome with kids. My daughter who has anxiety about the dentist did great! She had to get a tooth pulled she did great and so did Dr. Zac! I would reccomend this place all day! The are wonderful people. They are great at what they do! They do great with the kids much understanding and patience. Thank you for your wonderful job with my daughter. She no longer has the anxiety she did with the dentist. God bless you all!

Fantastic experience: My 1.5 year old took a fall in the evening and had a dental emergency. Since she is not yet 2, I haven’t set her up as a patient yet. However, my older daughter goes here. The next morning, I reached out to the office and explained the situation. They were very communicative and helpful. Dr. Zach agreed to see my kiddo during his lunch break the day after she fell. My kiddo is alright, he was very reassuring and honest, and gave us thorough instructions regarding what to look out for. He is absolutely amazing and great with kids! Nothing but amazing things to say about him and everyone who works there! Thank you Dr. Zach and team for going above and beyond!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was nervous for her appointment but Dr. Zach is amazing! The staff always makes her feel comfortable. She loves to get a new toothbrush and a prize and they teach her a lot about her teeth which makes her more willing to brush them twice a day.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach and his team are outstanding from the second you walk in the door. Everyone is very welcoming and made our daughter’s first experience to the dentist a fun and memorable one. We drove from almost 2 hours away and would do it all over again for the compassionate, gentle, and entertaining care that we received. Our daughter asked on the drive home when she can go back to see Dr Zach!!

Fantastic experience: A Dentist 4 Kids is an awesome experience from start to finish. The entire staff is kind, respectful and helpful. Dr. Zach is intentional with the way he greets the kids by name and includes parents on every little detail. The office is beautiful, and the kids enjoy the movies playing in every room for their comfort while I enjoy the Christian music playing. I can't say enough about this practice, they are the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my 3 children to Dr Zack, driving from Wayne County, for over three years. This practice is out of network and 100% worth the out of pocket costs. My children now look forward to dental visits. Everyone at the office is friendly, quick, efficient, thorough, communicative, helpful and kind. My kiddos have dealt with dental trauma, extensive dental work including fillings and extractions and crowns, multiple phases of orthodontics - there is no better place to take care of your kids dental needs.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to AD4K for a few years now with our son, and brought our daughter today for her first dentist appt. She did great, and really enjoyed the whole experience from brushing the stuffed unicorns teeth and being able to watch a show of her choice and she picked out a princess toothbrush! The staff is phenomenal and so easy to get a hold of and every staff member has been extremely kind and patient with our children. Dr Zach and his hygienists always talk to the kids in a kid friendly way so that the kids understand what is being done and they aren’t scared to go to the dentist. We are so happy that we have found such an excellent pediatric dentist’s office. Our kids are excited for their next visit! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: We just took our almost 19 month old to her first dentist appointment and were so impressed by the experience!! The staff at the office were incredibly sweet, patient, and so accommodating. We were blown away by their kindness and it made the whole experience so much better. Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter Jamie (6) here today for the first time for consultation. Kathy & Dr. Zach made sure Jamie is comfortable and safe. I have to say, this place is the best pediatric dentist in Rochester. Jamie is excited and looking forward for her treatment, cleaning and for more toys! Positive experience: I would recommend this office to anyone who doesn’t have more than 2 kids. Doctor Zach is amazing, but getting appointments is stressful. I have 3 kids 5 years old and under and they will not allow me to book their appointments back to back in the same day unless I want them seen at the same time in different rooms without me with them. I can only do two kids back to back and come back another day for the third child, Even though they had appointments slots available and open.. we were Super disappointed to leave Dr. Zach’s office as he was so great with the kids and so were the hygienist but the front end staff was less than accommodating

Fantastic experience: We travel 96 miles, 2 hours, to have Dr Zack, Dental Asst Kathy and all his great staff take care of our children's dental health. We can't say enough positive things about our experience. The way he interacts, explains and comforts the children is remarkable. Our children actually look forward to returning, even after having significant work done, as a parent that is priceless. All the staff are friendly and professional. We love it!

They take the time to educate children in a fun and interactive way on proper oral care. Fantastic experience: We love this dentist office and we tell everyone we can about them! The entire staff are so good with kids and extremely patient! My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist now. We have been other places that were not geared towards children and we couldn't even make it through the exam. So glad we found Dr. Zach!!!! We also love that we can bring both kids at the same time and there is a window in between the rooms so we can sit with our youngest but still keep an eye on our oldest.

Fantastic experience: I have a huge dental phobia, and I did not want to give this phobia on to my children. Dr Zach at a dentist 4 kids is awesome. All of the staff is awesome as well. Fantastic experience: The staff was so great with my 5YO daughter. It was her first time to the dentist and she was VERY anxious. Marrin and Dr Zach had patience and took time to explain everything to her. The visit went so well. As we were walking out of the building after her apt she said “that wasn’t scary at all, I love the dentist”! They’ve set such a great foundation that we can keep building off of, can’t thank you enough, as a parent this means so much!!! We’ve now been seeing Marrin and Dr Zach for 2 years. He made my son feel safe. my son was comfortable and they dealt with his anxiety with such ease. They turned around his previous freighting experiences and he came out with a smile. Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my two children to this office for a couple of years now. It has never been anything other than a pleasure! Everyone is so upbeat and kind. My kids are always excited to go to the dentist (this was NOT my experience as a child)! Recently, my son had a fall and injured part of his mouth. Fantastic experience: We love AD4K and Dr. Zach! We started as cash patients before our insurance kicked in and the prices given were competitive and reasonable. My son has had extensive fillings (more than once!) and Dr. Zach always meets him at his level and ensures my son knows what to expect. At a recent appointment my son began to get worked up, and Dr. Zach himself sat with him while they took deep, calming breaths together. I recommend this practice to all our friends with kids!

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to Dr Zach’s office. My son was very nervous as he had a few bad experiences at his last dentist. The staff here is phenomenal. They put my son at ease so much that he wanted to stay the rest of the day. I can’t recommend this office enough!! **Just wanted to add that we recently had to have cavities taken care of. The staff and Dr. Zach were unbelievable. Their compassion and how they put my son at ease was amazing! **

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Dr Zack enough!!! Our daughter has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and he is able to get her through appointments with grace!! I’m blown away every time. She came from a prior dentist that recommended putting my daughter under anesthesia for procedures bc of her anxiety which I wasn’t comfortable with at her young age… so this is when I changed dentists and found Dr Zack. WHAT A BLESSING. Dr Zack has never found that necessary to resort to annesthesia and has the compassion and tools to get kids through difficult things. We really appreciate and are grateful for him!!!!

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Zach 20+ years ago and am not in the least bit surprised by the profession he chose. His gentle demeanor, kind heart, hard work ethic and passion for teaching and providing children with healthy hygiene habits while gaining the trust of parents is why Dr. Zach truly is THE BEST Pediatric Dentist in Rochester and surrounding areas.

Fantastic experience: Just another 5 star review to add to their list! I was dreading the moment my Autistic non-verbal 4 year old had to see a dentist so I prayed to get a spot here with Dr.Zach and due to a cancellation we got in! Paying out of pocket was not a problem considering the cost at many other locations around Monroe county. Our visit today was MORE than exceptional, dental assistant Marrin was absolutely amazing with my son. She was very hands on, and made him feel comfortable. Of course he loves going up and down in the chair lol. Dr. Zach exceeded my expectations and was absolutely amazing. I’m so happy to be apart of this clinic for both of my children. Thank you to everyone here at A Dentist For Kids!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach and his staff are truly wonderful. They are kind and energetic, which makes the dentist experience fun and easy for children. Recently, one of my children had a dental emergency on the weekend and Dr. Zach went above and beyond by getting us the medications we needed, referring us to a specialist, and checking in daily to see how my child was doing. All pediatric dentists might be friendly/welcoming, but I doubt all would work on the weekend to make sure your child is ok. We 100% recommend A Dentist 4 Kids!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Zach saw 2 of my kids at the same time. He was very friendly to both of them, explaining to them everything he was doing and making them very comfortable. He then explained to me what needed to be done, making sure I fully understood everything as well. My kids and myself walked out of the office confident we will be in good hands in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zack is absolutely amazing! I had been trying to get my daughters teeth fixed for almost two years with nothing but a hassle. He was a delightful breath of fresh air as soon as we step foot into A Dentist 4 Kids. He does exceptionally well with talking to my 4 year old and ensuring he tells her everything that will be happening and asking if things are ok. Lou was also phenomenal as well as thr front desk staff. Overall could not recommend a better place to take children to!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen today for her cavity - Dr. Zach and the staff were absolutely wonderful. during the procedure, my daughter was kept comfortable and didn't move a flinch. They explained everything that was going to happen to her with caring and transparency, which put her at ease. For something that can make kids (and parents) incredibly nervous, the caring experience that we had this morning was beyond our expectations. For that reason, I HIGHLY recommend this office and greatly appreciate how they took great care of my daughter.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach is amazing! He is so caring, gentle and as slow paced as your kid needs! The most important thing he has said is to create a positive experience rather than trying to force anything. My little guy with ASD was quite skeptical the first time, and not much happened, but it was positive, and the second, was leaps and bounds better! Fantastic experience: My kids have been patients of dr Zach for 4 years now and we have always had a great experience. My kids have no hesitation going in, even when they need work done. My 10 year old used to hate the dentist and have a lot of anxiety surrounding the experience until we switched to Zach. His, all well as his hygienist’s patience and calming manner is just what my kids needed!

Fantastic experience: Edit to add...now that my kids are getting a bit older I love how Dr. Zach and his staff speak directly with my kids. It makes them feel important and it's helping me teach them how to speak up for themselves. Great experience! I just took my two young daughters, one is very shy and the other is autistic, so they both bring their own set of challenges. The staff was so patient and kind! We got through the whole visit, with no issues. And Dr Zach was fantastic with the kids! We definitely made the right move switching to this office.

Fantastic experience: Our experience here is always incredible, our kids adore Dr. Zach and he makes going to the dentist a breeze for them. He is always so polite and helpful, wanting the best for our kids and helping us as parents do our part to encourage good habits at home for their teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach and his staff are amazing with my 4 year old twins and 8 year ago with autism. It's extremely helpful to me as a busy mom that they are able to accommodate all 3 of my kiddos at a time. They are super patient and answer all the questions that children have about different dental equipment and explain how the tools work to care for their teeth. They are very gentle and take the time to educate kids on how to keep the sugar bugs away.

Fantastic experience: 2/15/24- Dr Zach and staff are always so welcoming! We had to take a small break due to insurance change but as soon as we could come back we did. Let me tell you, it was like coming home. We’re so sad we ever had to leave! Thank you all for making us feel like family. Another update! We’ve been seeing Dr. Zach and his awesome staff for a few years now! We go for our twice yearly cleanings and have seen him in between for some extractions and fillings! When I was a kid I remember being terrified of the dentist and in full disclosure, as an adult I skipped cleanings for quite awhile bc I didn’t want to deal with the pain. My kids are always looking forward to going to the dentist even if it’s for a filling or getting a tooth pulled! Dr. Zach and his team make sure the kids are comfortable and informed of every step of the process! Thanks to them I know my kids teeth with be healthy for a lifetime! Updated to add... almost a year later and I’ve since switched all 5 of my kids to Dr. Zach and his team! They range from 4 to 11 years old. They are excited to go to the dentist and walk out of there with the biggest smiles, asking when they can go back! Such a great Dentist and hygienists and Kate at the front desk! An amazing group and I’m so glad we switched!!! My daughter needed a few teeth extracted. We found Dr. Zach through friends recommendations. He was so good with her, walked her through every step, explaining what he needed her to do and what he was doing. Sometimes understanding things is hard for her with her autism, but he made sure she got it! She was asking to go back again and see him when we got home! We'll be switching all of our kids to Dr. Zach!

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start with this review. This wasn't just a good experience, this SET THE STANDARD for pediatric dentistry. I am still completely blown away! My four year old was so scared and everyone was SO friendly and patient with him from the moment we walked in the door. Honestly talking about our experience brings happy tears to my eyes. I didn't know there was an environment like this so unbelievably great with kids. I also loved how everyone there talked directly to my son, and not just me. I could go on and on with my gratitude of what a positive experience we had with Dr. Zach and his whole team!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zach and the whole team at AD4K. My 6 year old daughter is here today for her first filling. She is completely relaxed. Dr. Zach does such a great job putting them at ease and explaining everything that’s going to happen in a very kid friendly way, easy to understand way. The office is always clean, calm feeling, and it’s just always an enjoyable experience every time we’re here. My kids love coming to the dentist. I also really appreciate that they send bill estimates ahead of time, so there are never any surpises with unexpected charges. My only wish is that they saw adults too I want to come here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach has been AMAZING since my kids started seeing him a few years ago. He is the perfect person with such a calm demeanor that is so patient and attentive to my kids. He explains things in a way they can understand, makes it fun and they have never been scared or nervous to see him. Today my 4 year old had to get a tooth pulled after an accident at home and the only tears shed were mine! Dr. Zach talked to me first about what he was planning to do and then walked my son through exactly what would happen. My son was calm and relaxed throughout the whole proceeder. Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach and the staff at A Dentist 4 Kids are wonderful. The staff respect the kids and let them know each stage of the appointment. They also take time to explain to the parents and give chances to ask questions. I never feel rushed just to have more patients come through. The office is clean, bright, and inviting to the kids.

Fantastic experience: A Dentist For Kids is by far the highest quality dental care for your children. My favorite dentist office that I have came across in my 31 years on earth. I personally have had some super traumatic dental issues in my youth. I could’ve only prayed my parents found a dentist as caring, kind and DEDICATED to oral Heath as Dr Zack is. His staff is phenomenal, so sweet and professional. Dr Zack himself is so down to earth, knowledgeable and outright awesome. My kids love him! My daughter is shy, but Dr Zack talked her right out of it. It could not have been more comforting. He is very good with children and so well informed in pediatric dentistry. 10/10 and would recommend this office to every parent!
