Fantastic experience: Amazing! After having one bad experience at the dentist, my child was terrified. All Kids Dental made her comfortable and she’s excited to go back. She especially loved being able to watch tv while she had her teeth cleaned.

Positive experience: LOVED our experience here and will be returning. Employers and staff are fantastic. The ONLY reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the entire facility needs cleaned better. Bathroom in the lobby needs cleaned, dusted and photos wiped down. Floors need vacuumed. This isn’t dirt from the day, this looks like just not proper cleaning in general. I would actually recommend maybe entire new flooring in the whole facility, and not carpet. Just my opinion!

Fantastic experience: Our almost 2 year old does great every time he has an appointment. Dr. Brett is patient and thorough. My husband appreciated the quick check in process, minimal wait time and that it was an overall painless experience even though I sent him and the little guy by themselves!

I have a dental background and he really included me in her treatment which felt great. Love the assistants. I always took my kids to the office I worked at when we visit home and now I feel comfortable here! So thankful

Fantastic experience: Clean office, staff is helpful and kind, and the Dr’s have always made my daughter feel comfortable. She looks forward to her dentists appointments. They have a corner for kids to play, read books or games. The bathrooms are also very clean and they provide a changing table for those with little ones. Overall it is a great experience for all of us!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe did my son’s frenectomy. My son felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure and I believe that has a lot to do with Dr. Joe’s bedside manner, as well as Taylor, the dental hygienist’s demeanor. They were an amazing duo and my son’s mouth looks fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give 500 stars!! We had Jennifer as our hygienist and she single handedly changed my daughter’s dental anxiety. Her last dentist was aggressive and caused my daughter a lot of fear surrounding dentists. My daughter went in anxious today and left smiling. Thank you thank you thank you All Kids!!! Y’all rock!!!

Fantastic experience: All Kids Dental always takes care of my boys. The front staff is always pleasant and helpful, which is not always easy to find. My kids are in and out and their cleanings are always efficient and thorough.

Fantastic experience: All Kids Dental is the best pediatric dental office, hands down!! The dentist and staff were amazing with my daughter who was very apprehensive about having eight teeth pulled. They took their time and made sure she was numbed good so she didn't feel a thing. They also took their time and explained everything that was happening. They didn't just tell us what was happening, they showed us by simulating what she would feel. My daughter will always go to All Kids Dental for any dentistry needs!

My son is usually a pretty anxious child and we expected his tooth extraction to be quite a hard experience for him but thanks to the team, he didn’t even need gas and handled it like a champ. They always go above and beyond for the kiddies My daughter did say the lady dug into her gums while flossing this time causing her to have a bad headache. She was complaining about it late last night

Fantastic experience: I was running VERY late from an outing through the kids’ camp and the staff still accommodated both of my children who are special needs. I’ve been taking them there since 2019 and have always been impressed by their professionalism and adaptability of their staff.

Negative experience: Well, I LOVE to give it at least one star because the reception was nice, BUT I’ve been taking my children to this dentist since they were 1, and now there are about to be 10/11.. it was an amazing dentist office UNTIL this morning… I as a busy mom and health issues I forgot that my children were with their father this week and he took them out of town for summer vacation… so with a last minute cancellation/rescheduling with her saying we could do sept 25th at 1pm… then she comes back and says we CANT RESCHEDULE… I ask what that means and she goes… you have to find a new dentist… no explanation or anything…. So with a last minute conflict with parent schedules / summer schedules you can get dropped instantly but it don’t matter when they can cancel your appointment … smh..

They took the time to answer all of their questions and made them feel completely at ease. Dr. Joe was especially kind and thorough during the exam. Fantastic experience: An amazing staff. Positive and high energy. Understanding of special circumstances. Strong focus on educating the parent. Did not feel rushed by the dentist. Really everything you want in a dental experience for your child, but I would even say for yourself…wish they had an adult clinic!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff! So friendly, and kind! I take my three children there! I'm so glad we made the switch to All Kids Dental of Suffolk! My kids were nervous at first, but after going back and sitting in the chair they were good to go. They were told what the instruments are,what they do, and how they sound. Today was my 2yr first time to the dentist and they made her experience fun and relaxing. My middle child has autism so loud sounds and being around alot of people make him feel nervous and uncomfortable. They are so kind and understanding! For example today he got some work done on his teeth, he had his pop it ball and had a movie that he wanted to watch. When he felt uneasy about something and I saw his body language I stepped up to comfort him, they made sure to ask him how he was doing and if anything needed to be changed. They gave praises to him and talk to him about everything they were doing. I am truly thankful for the whole staff!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my daughter to All kids since she was 2. She gets so excited to go that they will compliment her on how well her teeth look. The staff is so friendly and great with kids. They really put them at ease and show lots of compassion if they start to feel uncomfortable. My other daughter will start to go when she’s 2 also.

Please take your children to all kids dental if you want the best healthcare staff where your children are treated with care and compassion

They made sure the kids and I were as comfortable as possible. They were understanding when my kids cried for being nervous and moved expeditiously. Fantastic experience: Where do I start!!!! I love this office and the staff! We came from another office were we were not allowed to go to the back with the kids and then we had last straw situation. As a RN I like to see and be apart of the treatment plan if possible. I asked my daughter's best friend's mom where she goes and she referred us here. They were able to fit us in as new patients in no time, I was able to go back with them and ask all the questions and she X-rays as they educated us on a few things. I and the kids felt so comfortable and heard! I would definitely recommend this dental office and I wish they had adult density for me

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience for our toddler’s first dentist visit. They didn’t push her more than she could handle and were very kind and accommodating. The doctor was personable and knowledgeable. They didn’t act like I was crazy for wanting to go back with her. On a side note, the office was very clean. The front desk staff could have been a little more attentive, but maybe they were just busy. Overall, I would recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s “tummy hurt” the morning of her appointment. I told her I’d have to cancel her dentist appointment and magically her tummy didn’t hurt anymore because she wanted to go to the dentist. As soon as we leave she spends the next 6 months asking when her next appointment is. She loves it there and I am very happy with the care and attention we receive. They do allow one parent to go back and the only time she’s out of my sight is when she gets her X-rays. Her first visit and when she had a cavity filled, they took their time and explained everything to her. She loves getting stickers and slap bracelets along with floss and her little bag.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brett is absolutely great, compared to my kids last dentist I'm so glad we had to make the decision to change. My kids do so well and he makes everything so easy for them and quick. We have seen Dr Joe a couple times as well and he is just as great, definitely recommend both of them 100%. The office staff and assistants are absolutely amazing as well such a great environment every visit.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff were very friendly and professional. They made my daughter feel very safe and comfortable during her appointment. They allow a parent to go back with their child, which I greatly appreciated. The hygienist was very friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. The dentist was extremely thorough and explained/showed me everything he found, and the best course to treat my daughter along with other options. I highly recommend this office! 10 out of 10 experience.

Positive experience: This place is amazing! Earlier today I had a cavity needing to be filled and I was a little bit (very) anxious to do it. The nurses were so nice and patient because I was for sure testing it. The only thing was the dentist I got. I couldn’t really look at who he was or what he looked like but I got my numbing and he went on with it. The only thing was they didn’t let the numbing sit for long enough and I could feel literally everything they were doing. Hurt so bad. Other than this one time though, they’re amazing!

Fantastic experience: My kiddos had their first appointment here today due to a change in insurance. Taylor was literally the best and made my kids feel comfortable, give her a raise or free lunch! Dr. Joe was very personable and connected with the kids. So glad to call this my kids new dental office.

Fantastic experience: They’re great with kids! The waiting area has books. The dental area has tvs above the chairs with Netflix. All the hygienists and both dentists are great with kids! They explain what they’re going to do before they do it, they offer choices so the kids feel in control and buy into the treatment, and they let the kids take breaks if they need to. Both of our kids have been very happy here!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Brett’s bedside manner. My child had their first extraction and was extremely nervous but he took his time and talked through it. Never made my child (or me) felt like we were a number. Pain management was top notch. My child laughed throughout the whole process!

Fantastic experience: It was my kid’s first time here and everyone was amazing. Mel and Dr.Brett made my kids feel very comfortable and walked them through everything. The front desk ladies are all very sweet too.

Whenever ever I tell her she has an appointment with the dentist, she gets so excited because she loves to go. They have TVs mounted on the ceiling and she gets to pick what she wants to watch. Fantastic experience: All staff were friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything in detail including the problem, the solution, and prevention. The rooms are kid friendly and the staff interacts well with kids. My kid liked the tv on the ceiling and the toy (sticky frog thing) for being good. We were referred by our family dentist (which are great) as they thought the cavities were extensive & needed sedation to fill. At our family dentist office, they had difficulty getting the proper xrays due to my son having difficulties with the mouth piece; however, at All Kids Dental, they got them with no problem (perhaps smaller mouth piece?). There was also a cancellation that day, which gave us the opportunity to get one cavity filled while we were there, which was great as we were advised to have done at first available apt, which wasn’t until 5 months out! My only negatives would be the expected procedural wait time and the extensive new patient paperwork (took me 45 minutes to complete via mobile!) They still deserve 5 stars for excellent service!

Fantastic experience: Both of our daughters go here, the staff has always been amazing, but today our x-ray tech was just an absolute rockstar with my very anxious 5 year old. She talked to her about all the colors, and which teeth she needed to get pictures of, and her favorite TV characters. She was the reason my daughter got through her X-rays for the first time without tears. Dr. Joe is amazing and very patient, we have had a wonderful time with All Kids over the years, 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere and service. Everyone is soo welcoming from first entering the office all the way to check out. It’s very organized and speedy but without feeling rushed out the door. The Drs and nurses are very thorough in explaining options and answering question. They are very comforting and engaging with my children. They take extra steps to help them feel relaxed and at ease during treatments that they are nervous about. They never get overwhelmed or scared to return.

Fantastic experience: My experience today was amazing!! Today was my son’s first appointment and it went so smooth! My child is very clingy and doesn’t always do well with new faces. The dental hygienist (I believe her name was Mel), was so warm, compassionate, and patient with my 1 year old! When it came to his cleaning she was quick, but thorough, and reassured my son through his whining. We met Dr. Brett today and he was awesome! Super warm, friendly, and informative. The staff and facility overall is an 11/10!! I was so pleased, I went ahead and scheduled my 6 month olds first appointment in advanced!

Fantastic experience: All Kids Dental of Suffolk has consistently been great to work with. They schedule easy and keep you updated on possible appointment times, everyone is nice, you don't have to wait long to be seen and get your treatment, and they are kind to the kids. Our last appointment was at 8:30am and we were done with the x-rays, cleaning, and check-up by 9:00am and did not feel rushed. I have seen children with special needs visiting this facility as well.

Fantastic experience: Fast easy service. Got there on time and was in and out in 30 minutes. I would recommend to everyone I know. Last time we were there, the staff was wonderful. My daughter fell outside the building and the staff got her ice right away and tried there best to get a smile from her before we left for the day.

Fantastic experience: We came to the office in hopes of getting my daughter’s tongue tie revised. Not only was the staff and doctor amazing but the procedure itself was perfect. It went so smoothly my newborn stayed asleep even for the numbing injection.

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience at All Kids Dental with my kids. Today was no different. My son had to get a tooth pulled and a spacer put in and Dr. Joe was excellent with him. He took his time, talked with my son to make him feel comfortable along the way, with his fun facts and let him know step by step what he was going to do as well as checking in to ensure my son was ok and not in any discomfort. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone that I have encountered has been pleasant.

Fantastic experience: This place was AMAZING. I took my 2 week old baby here to have his tongue tie corrected, and the experience was great. First off, they got me an appointment the very next day after I called. I was very overwhelmed and scared to have my baby go through this, but everyone talked me through the steps and ensured that baby and I were going to be ok. I had dad step in for the actual procedure and was waiting for him to bring out a crying baby... well he brought my baby out who was ABSOLUTELY ok and not even crying. I definitely recommend this office. It was WELL WORTH the hour drive.

Fantastic experience: This office is fantastic. I called because I was having problems with my insurance at another place and MJ was more than helpful in assisting me with pricing and getting my insurance figured out. Dr. B was very informative and the entire office staff was friendly and very tactful. Will not be getting her dental care anywhere else but here.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Brett. Dr. Brett and his entire team were wonderful with my special needs child. I felt like everyone we encountered treated my children with respect and that they considered my children's wishes on what they did to them. I could not have imagined a better visit for my children. We will definitely be using Dr. Brett and All Kids Dental from now on. I wish I had remembered the name of the dental hygienist who worked with us while we were there. She was truly exceptional and made my children relax as much as they possibly could.

The dentist was also fantastic with the kids.

Fantastic experience: Switched to this practice after my old dentist wouldn't allow me back with my 6 year old. When searching for a new dentist I discovered a LOT of places have that policy - not at All Kids though. My daughter had a cavity today and it barely phased her. They do such a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
