Fantastic experience: Recommended. I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Chow using local anesthetics. The procedure lasted about 45 min, and it was painless. There was no swelling and the bleeding subsided within two hours.

Our oral surgeon and his assistants were skilled and great with my daughter, as was the pediatric anesthesiologist Dr. Logan. What could have been a very scary procedure for my daughter was made a very easy, quick, and a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I had some temporary anchorage devices for a little over a year. The initial surgery gave me discomfort but wasn’t felt over the Novocaine. Getting the ‘tads’ out didn’t hurt at all and proved successful with my braces overall.

Fantastic experience: I’m making this post a little over three hours post operation. I’ve been wanting to get my last set of wisdom teeth removed for a few years now, and was super super excited to get the procedure done. However, Im a generally anxious person, so I was a bit on edge and worried about the procedure when I got there. But, the crew really helped calm me down by chatting with me and letting me know exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. They were all super friendly and excited for me to be there! So far so good on the recovery!

Fantastic experience: Place is amazing! Clean, tidy and professional! Got me in within a day of me calling with an emergency extraction of two teeth. They’re very non-judgmental and straight forward with care. Sedation was a breeze and am still feeling it. Will be going back for more work to be done! 10/10 recommend!! They accept delta dental and are still a bit expensive but SOOO worth the price. I paid 290 after insurance for the two extractions and full sedation for 45 minutes.

He was kind, soft spoken, patient, explained the producer, understood the boys fears and gained his confidence. Giving him lots of reassurance. He and his staff are the very best. This was our second visit to this office in 3 years we were so lucky to get the same doctor.

Somehow the SCOS team was able to fit me into their schedule. And when I arrived everyone at SCOS greeted me in a friendly yet professional way. If you are as fortunate as I was to be treated by Dr Chow & his team, you are lucky indeed. Dr Chow talked me through each step of the extraction, pausing several times to ask if I was experiencing pain. And I experienced absolutely No Pain at all - either during or afterwards. The extraction site is healing well. Sonoma County Oral Surgery is top notch in my book.

Fantastic experience: I traveled 200 miles to get to my appoint and 200miles back. Dr. Chow and the surgical team are obviously experienced and efficient. I experienced only minor pain during the surgery and none since, no swelling, and no serious bleeding even while driving. Thank you!

The wait time was only a minute or two, my bill was explained thoroughly to me, nursing and medical assistant staff was very caring answering all my questions. Dr. Chavez, explained everything that he did before hand, He told me to expect some pain with the anesthesia, but there was really very little pain with the needles. The rest of the procedure it was completely painless.. I did not need any further pain meds that day. And I was given clear instructions for postop care. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Chavez!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience today at Sonoma County Oral Surgery. I’ve had a cheek bite for several years. Recently, It was becoming more uncomfortable. I saw Dr. Verlinden he was very kind and patient. He explained the procedure for removal. At first, I was very hesitant. The thought of something being cut out of your mouth isn’t very pleasant. Since the cheek bite wasn’t going to shrink or go away on its own, I went ahead with the procedure. I can honestly say that this was the first time I’ve had a numbing shot that wasn’t painful. The whole procedure took about 10 to 15 minutes. I was amazed. I highly recommend Sonoma County Oral Surgery and Dr. Verlinden and his staff. They will take excellent care of you.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth pulled yesterday and I was nervous, but the staff at Sonoma County Oral Surgery were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in they were on it! My appointment was at 8am. They checked me in and I waited less than five minutes before I was called back. Liz was fast and helpful (she got me a blanket when I said I was cold). Dr. Verlinder appeared within minutes and explained the procedure in detail (including any scenario that might occur). They were quick and efficient and within minutes he was administering the shots needed to numb me and after a short wait for that to kick in, he was pulling my tooth. He explained everything he was doing as he did it and within minutes the tooth was out. His bedside manner was so great that I barely felt any pain. Yes, he was that good and I was literally out the door by 8:50. This staff made the experience just about as easy as it could be, and when Dr. Verlinder personally called me in the evening to check on my status, I knew I had been blessed with the referral to this office. The extraction performed by Dr. Verlinden was virtually painless and quick. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. My recovery has also been virtually painless with occasional minor soreness easily addressed by OTC pain medication. I highly recommend Dr. Verlinden and the staff at Sonoma County Oral Surgery for any of the services they provide.
