Fantastic experience: We are new at Toothtown, but we love it. I will not take my kids anywhere else. Both of my kids are on the spectrum and the staff at Toothtown handled everything so great, better than I could have handled my own children in this situation. My son, who is scared of needles never once was put in fear or told to just deal with it. They never even used the word, and from that point on I was just in ahh that they were on our side and I knew we were in the right spot. Thank you Toothtown for being there for US.

Fantastic experience: I don't get to leave the house often due to my extreme anxiety so whenever we have to go somewhere, I like to take care of everything during that time. I'm sure I was a nervous wreck when I walked in, but the ladies were so kind and patient with me that I left in an entirely different mood, thanks to them. Our prior dentist office never sent over my daughter's x-rays, even though they have had 3 months, but Debbie has done everything in her power to contact them for me and has been so helpful with getting us in, as soon as possible, despite Sun Valley Family Dentistry saying they never did x-rays on her. They 1,000% DID! I was in the room and watched them do it, but for some reason they deny ever having taken the pictures, I saw them on the screen and have photos of her getting them done. Apparently, they have either put them in another chart or deleted them, but I am not too happy about her needing to have them taken again, and receive more radiation due to their mistake!!! We will be coming here for all of my children's dentistry needs from this point forward : )

Negative experience: The phone system needs to be revamped! I don't mind being put on hold (I can continue to get my work done in the meantime) but don't keep picking up the phone every 5 minutes just to put me on hold again, super frustrating! Why can't you answer the phone when someone is available to schedule my appointment instead of having it ring again to have the receptionist answer every 5 minutes, only to place me back on hold.. thus slowing her down, & making it take longer for her to complete her job &/or other phone call!? Make it Make Sense! I was on hold for 18 minutes & decided the "universe" was giving me a sign to call another Dentist Office.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just turned three and had her first visit to the dentist and this location was recommended by my pediatrician. This office could have not been more nice and patient with a shy three year old who wasn't too happy for the first couple of minutes being there. The dental hygienist put on The Lion King for her to watch, gave her a couple of tiny toys to hold onto, and we talked about the space mural on the wall in the room we were in - after which she was fine with getting her teeth checked. I was so grateful, as it can be stressful to take your child for their first visit and everyone was so kind! They gave her a shirt for her first visit and they had a vending machine to give her a small toy when we left. I liked that I got to be in the room with her and I felt so much better after hearing horror stories about other dentist offices. Loved this location and could not recommend them more!

She was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Maria went above and beyond also with fitting my kids appointments, multi tasking with calling my insurance multiple times for different questions and she handled it all with grace and professionalism. I love this place! I'm so grateful for my family to be established with them. True heros ❤️

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best pediatric dentistry out here. My son is on the spectrum and they made sure to cater to Accordingly, and make his Experience one to remember and enjoy. The entire staff impressed me and my husband which their interactions with both of our children and the ability to make our kids feel both welcome and ensure a positive experience. It’s not any exaggeration when I say they could not do a better job with our babies than they have. My kids are excited to go back.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dentist that can handle children with behavior problems….This is most definitely the one. My children are so chaotic when it comes to the dentist. It is unreal. It felt like a dream going in there, and my kids were not screaming or losing it once we stepped foot through the threshold. They did so well, and they were very informative and if I had any questions even if they were dumb or seemed dumb to me They didn’t make me feel less than. they answered them with no problem. They have such a great staff from the front counter all the way in the back. You guys are rockstars and highly appreciated! From one exhausted mama.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! My daughter is very nervous at the dentist and they were very patient with her. I have been to many other pediatric dentist that do not compare! Last dentist wanted to put my daughter to sleep and put a bunch of silver caps in her mouth as well as pull out her baby teeth..at only 5 yrs old! Came here and she only needs one filling and sealants which should have be done from day 1. Not many dentist offer sealants anymore they are just quick to do root canals on kids. Very pleased with our visit here and happy to have found a place I can trust.

Fantastic experience: I had a referral from another dentist office. I took my grandson. The staff was so wonderful. They made us feel at home. They were so polite and talked to my grandbaby and made him feel comfortable. So glad I got referred here.

Negative experience: We’re new to the area and the wonderful reviews I read must’ve been paid reviews.. My daughter has been having back teeth issues. Called to get an appointment for her. I was put on hold THREE times!! No one ever answered other than to ask me to hold again. After well over 10 minutes on hold, I hung up and called a competitor. Didn’t have to be put on hold and was able to get her in this Thursday.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! Dentist and hygienist assistant was very patient and kind. Answered all my questions and concerns about my baby girls 1st visit. She has 4 teeth at 10 months with 2 more top teeth too soon come in. They gave us free frozen electric toothbrush and cool hot pink t-shirt . The office was very detail in patient intake forms and questions during visit and love the atmosphere to put my child at ease. Very bright and colorful walls, toys, and child friendly tv shows to ease an anxious child for 1st time though my child has already grown to like toothbrush and dental care from at home. Looking forward to the care they provide our miracle baby girl. I had a bad experience as a child at a dentist office because my mom was proactive in early dental care until I was 3 or 4 years old. I developed 2 cavities by 1st visit. So parents start early is best. And use the fluoride the dentist recommends not all this holistic stuff. The rule is maintaining good hygiene and good foods for your child along with brushing. Dentist couldn't have agreed more. I use soft brush along with the 360 silicone mom cozy brush for early infant to baby dental care. With fluoride toothpaste once daily at night then brush fluoride free in mornings per dentist at her age. Then later when older go to fluoride toothbrush twice a day.

My autistic daughter didn’t want to sit in the cleaning chair, so they took her back to a room where she got super comfortable before anything happened. She let them clean her teeth! Just a remarkable difference from her previous experience. This mama was in tears!

Fantastic experience: My son loves this office! The staff is very knowledgeable and explain everything that they are doing to the patient and parents. They are always encouraging and let their patients know that they are doing great which keeps them calm! It also helps that they have TV's on the ceiling and are allowed to pick what they want to watch.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentist! My son has autism and they treated him like gold! He doesn't open his mouth for anyone but he opened it up for the dentist. They do sedate the kids if needed. My son has too knowing he has autism so they do that here. They also accept Medicaid! The office was clean and they have a separate room to take him to so they can help him more knowing a chair would most likely be to overbearing for him. They put Micky Club House on and sang him songs. They got him to laugh and brush his own teeth. He was so good! I'm so happy I found a great dentist for him!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a horrendous experience after a cleaning at another office which resulted in an infection. I called Toothtown and they immediately told me to bring her into the office. From the time we entered the door to the emergency extraction of 2 teeth and the Dr. explaining the procedure and treatment plan was beyond the best dentist visit a kid could ask for. The front desk staff took time and scheduled all of my children for all future appointments. And we will never go back to the old Denist office that did a wack job on my daughter.

I was previously taking my now 9 year old to a general dentist and going to a pediatric dentist has made a huge difference in my child’s relationship with dentistry. The whole place caters to kids, from the soft kids seating in the waiting room and magnet table, to the screens above the chairs to keep anxious kiddos comfortably distracted while they’re cared for, to the fun murals on the walls. We’ve been going to Toothtown for about two years and won’t go anywhere else!
