Fantastic experience: When I first walked in, I immediately noticed how warm and friendly everyone was — including the doctors! My doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable, and the whole staff had such a fun, positive energy. I even saw them joking around with the doctor, which says a lot — when you treat your employees right, it shows! 10/10 highly recommend!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Every time I have gone since I switched my twins from Bear Creek Dental I have had no response to very little interaction with the employees. It says it’s open but it’s closed. I’ve tried emailing, calling and going up there. Seems like a front of something unrelated. The employees seem uninterested in attending me or my kids. I regret switching them to this clinic . At least at bear creek they were responsive. I will not be returning here. I do not recommend this clinic , especially not this location.

My son was able to do some his treatment and The staff here is amazing and I highly recommend them. I have children’s age 4 to 15 and we had a great experience

Negative experience: Took my son their in February for a check and the dentist told me my son had 8 cavities and needed a root canal they sent me a specialist the specialist said his teeth were perfect and didn't need any of that done. Took him again in September for another check up and a different dentist told me my same son had cavities didn't say how many and wanted to send him to a specialist. So I went to nova family dental for a 2 opinion and they told me his teeth were perfect and he did not have any cavities. Dentist seem not to know anything and to have attitude. Everyone else at that place is nice but. The random dentist that have in and out don't know what they are doing.

Sweet to me and my children , love it here and the atmosphere in the waiting room is perfect if you have other little ones with you during the appointment, the games and movies keep them busy while the kiddos get their teeth checked

Negative experience: 3 hour 15 minutes process for 2 my kids just imagine after almost 1 hour waiting so I’m asked the front lady “ what happened” and 1 Lady said we will call you but when I said “ you did call people who coming behind us first and this is already 1 hour we waited !”then the other lady said that because you are the first time costumer ( really ?) so I told her why you not told us to coming way early then . Funny thing after I asked them not take a long time they starting calling my kids and again makes us really miserable because they done with “ PROTOCOL “ ( I borrow statement from another staff ) because we need spend another 2 and 15 minutes for everything done . So for that I thank them for wasting our time

Negative experience: Scheduling issues as the most recent post state, female that’s is in charge of scheduling appointments does a poor ethical job. My kids appointments have been missed, moved out without notice, canceled or rescheduled due to lack of communication at this point I’m looking into another Ortho specialist. I agree when they say the staff just sits in the front talking about personal issues they must forget they are at work and not at home.

The dentist and staff are alway so sweet and make sure I understand everything (even dumb it down for me) great place to take your kiddo!

Fantastic experience: Switched my girls here because the hours and they are open Saturday. After our first visit I left feeling so glad i switched my girls here. The office is clean, has so much entertainment for the kids while you wait, staff and dentists are great with kids. Over all if I could give 10 stars I definitely would. My girls are excited for their next visit!
