Fantastic experience: As always it is a delight to come here. My son is very comfortable with the new dentist. She is patient and attentive to him. The nurses are also great in every way ensuring my son is comfortable and enjoy his time there. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing today!! An the dentist was phenomenal! My daughter has a speech delay with autism and they handled her like a cup of tea! I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY I know! Special needs or not the service was great!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience here today. This one lady who cleaned my daughter’s teeth was so rough and when I asked her to slow downs and take it easy with the kid, she said “oh I’m not rough I’m just fast” like seriously? I had to let the doctor know what had happened and the lady who cleaned her teeth showed no concern and said I could go wherever if I choose to, like Wao, was none apologetic even when my child still confirmed that she was rough with her. No empathy. I asked to speak with the manager but they kept me waiting for nothing. I’ve been bringing my child here since she was 1, until today I’m having this bad experience. I will not recommend them at all and I’ll never be back here.

She spoke to him with such kindness, patience, and genuine care that it immediately eased any nervousness we had. It's clear she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she connects with patients — especially children. I’m so thankful for her gentle and encouraging approach. LaBria truly made a difference in his experience today, and we left the office smiling and grateful. She’s a gem!

Fantastic experience: Amber was such a huge help! My son woke up with a tooth ache and needed to get seen same day. She checked insurance with me on the phone and got him in. The facility is super clean and friendly. Ciara was great at helping my boy stay calm and have a good experience! Definitely recommend this place for their little!

Fantastic experience: I took my son for his first appointment today and I was a little scared due to him being so little but everybody was so nice and welcoming, made me feel so much better. Dr.Silvia was very nice and patient with my baby, she answered all the questions I had to put me at peace. I definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My children have been coming here for over 5 years. The front office is so sweet and helpful. The doctors are nice the nurse assistance are patient with your children despite attitude or anxiousness. Place is always clean, there’s games and movies for all ages. After getting your teeth done they give you a prize.

Fantastic experience: My son was extremely nervous because we haven’t been back to the dentist office since COVID. LaBria was beyond hospitable and calmed my son so after the cleaning he expressed how much more relaxed he felt. Dr. Jackson came in to check everything else and was just as friendly and caring with my son. They understood that it was technically his first time in a long time so they operated as gently as possible. We will definitely be coming back and referring our friends!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first (ever) dentist appointment at the Irving location today and we will be returning! Everyone was so kind and they were so patient with her and her little brother (2.5 & 9 months). They took their time explaining everything and how we needed to treat her teeth going forward and I really appreciated that. I never had a good experience at the dentist as a child, so I’m thrilled that my kids will grow up having Dentist and dental staff that cares!

Fantastic experience: Very nice facility! Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Johnson, I believe that was her name, is an outstanding Dr!! This was my daughter’s first visit here and she was very gentle with her, which helped calm her down and made the visit very smooth.

My twin boys have been going to Dr. Jackson for years and we just love her and her staff! She is so professional and informing about my children’s’ dental health and she is always willing to go the extra mile for her patients!!!

Fantastic experience: This was our first dentist appointment for my daughter and it went so well. The staff were super sweet and nice. The office was really clean and very kid friendly. We did not have to wait long in the waiting room or for the dentist. They went over what was going to happen and how the cleaning was going to be done. The actual teeth cleaning was fast as well. Over all it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt it was necessary since I received great customer service. My daughter needs some dental work needed and is terrified of the dentist so I have been calling around getting second opinions. I spoke to Jessica at the front desk and she was extremely knowledgeable and provided feedback and some of her personal experiences with her kids. She took the time to ask questions no other dental offices have asked and she answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable with her genuine responses and didn’t make me feel rushed. Fantastic experience: I have two autistic children who are nonverbal. Dr. Jackson was absolutely amazing with them and the rest of the staff was very patient with us. It’s hard to trust people to care for your babies, especially when they can’t communicate as easily, but we felt very safe and cared for at Texas Tiny Teeth Irving.

Fantastic experience: This was my daughters second visit and my sons first! Lupita was very nice and explained step by step the process in my daughters treatment. I would definitely recommend bringing your kids here you can tell they are trained to handle younger patients. My daughter was a bit scared through out the process and Lupita was kind and reassuring through the entire visit. She even had cute names for some of the tools being used. the facility was also very clean and well up-kept. They have tvs in the rooms for the kids to enjoy while getting their cleaning!

Fantastic experience: I just recently moved from California to Texas and I take very seriously who checks my daughters teeth. Since I entered the dentist office, I felt welcomed and assisted. Lupita did a very good job with my daughter on making her feel welcomed. On top of that Dr. Jackson did an amazing job on my daughter and explaining everything that needed to be done with her teeth. I will definitely come back for my daughters dentist check up to this place from now on.

As always Jocelyn, in the front, gives information as detailed as possible for parents to understand and is very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: We took our 18 month old to the dentist for the first time here and we loved the experience. They had things in the lobby for her to play with. They also had a machine where they gave us free tokens so she could get a toy. Everyone we encountered was polite. We met with Dr.Jackson and she had a very jovial spirit. The best part was that they gave the mothers roses and gift cards for Mother’s Day. It’s safe to say we will be back.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience!!! My son has autism and everyone in the office is very patient with him every time we come. They explain what is going to happen to him prior to providing treatment. We have been to several dentist before and this is the only dentist office that we will come to.
