Fantastic experience: I took my one-year-old son for his first dental check-up at SuperTeeth Pediatric Dentistry and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so pleasant and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly kind to us and made sure my son felt comfortable, which is so important to me as a mother. PS: It's a really nice touch to have the children's names written on the blackboard.

Fantastic experience: I came with my two daughters aged 6 and 4, they are always afraid to come to the dentist. But on our recent appointment we were helped by Davis, he was WONDERFUL! He was so kind and gentle with my kids, especially since they were nervous at first. He is so patient and had them smiling in the end. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: We were patients for a long time but I stopped taking the kids because they don’t allow you do be in the room while they are doing a procedure only when they are cleaning. They say it’s highly recommended but I refused and I stayed but they clearly didn’t like it please be careful this is how abuse happens. I don’t know where they are getting all these high reviews they must have people they know putting the reviews.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the new policy that denied one parent entry to our child’s dental appointment. In the past, both parents were permitted to be present, which is essential for ensuring we can collectively ask important questions and stay informed about our child’s dental care. This change is unreasonable and does not align with what I believe to be in the best interest of my child’s well-being. As a result, I will be seeking a new dental provider—one that upholds common-sense policies and respects the role of both parents in their child’s healthcare. If this is also important to you, don’t come here.

Fantastic experience: We have finally after a few Dentists offices found the right one for us. My daughter is a little scared, as most kids are of the dentist, but she felt less anxious about this visit. Very friendly, very caring. I love it here, I wish I would've found them sooner. Also taking my teen son. We are very happy with the attention and staff.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Quick and Very clean. Lots of toys spread out to entertain your little one while you wait. Very gentle with kids. Techs are accommodating if the child is uncomfortable they try to talk to them and calm them down. They did this with my daughter while taking her x-ray pics of her teeth. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Simply, it is not ethical that during the visit, the assistant and the doctor keep implying that it is better for the child to be alone with them in the office during the procedure ‘because when the mom is present, children behave worse.’ Please! Under no circumstances should we leave our children alone; let’s take care of our kids. In my case, even though I was present (because I asked to) during the procedure and my daughter was cooperating, just a little nervous ‘normal,’ the assistant kept persuading me that she was nervous because I was there, suggesting that the child should go in alone. That’s why it was my first and last time in that place. Remember that Abuses can not only be physical; most of the time, they can be verbal, trust no one.Take care of your little ones as the precious treasures they are!

Fantastic experience: Searching for a new dentist when you move to a new area is difficult. The reviews led us here. Our son is a neurodivergent child and his teeth have many problem areas. We scheduled for a 6 month cleaning. They found a cavity and gave two options of treatment. First option was spacer for 3-7 days so a stainless steel crown could be placed on top to protect the tooth. Second option was IV sedation, drill, clean, fill and stainless steel crown placed. I was already leaning towards the sedation as we know our son does not handle dental procedures well. He also had a cracked tooth that we have been keeping an eye on. To make sure it did not become infected. Dr. Garcia-Labori listened to my concerns. They did more X-rays to see if there was an abscess. She consulted with her colleague and advised we have that tooth extracted as well during an IV sedation. From the start to the end. This office was transparent about costs, procedures and highly professional. Truly appreciate on our first visit to be treated so well. Prior to the procedure everything was explained, calls from the nurse that would be on site for the procedure, day of - doctor performing the anesthesia was thorough, answered all our questions, procedure went smooth and seamless. Nurse helped us to the car with our son in a wheelchair as he is a big boy at age 8.5. Follow up calls from both the sedation nurse and dental office. This proves that they care about every single patient. I highly recommend this office. I also recommend that if the dentist believes that IV sedation is best course of action. Do not delay. Our son was recommended for this at age 4. But my husband was very much against it. Doing temporary fixes, delaying the inevitable will cost you 3 stainless steel crowns and your child will be self conscious of their smile. To add: our son had general anesthesia at almost age 7. This practice using IV sedation was a lot easier recovery. Seemed less invasive. Also recommend bringing a companion to sit with your child in the backseat on the way home to keep them sitting upright. Braking will cause them to flop forward. Wake up and they may start crying.

From the first moment with Alexandra coordinating the appointments all the way to the nurses, Doctors assistants….EVERYONE!!!! My son has Down Syndrome and I was extremely stressed about his reaction to a dentist encounter…and I can truly say that it was like being surrounded by angels all the time.
